I called them with an emergency cracked tooth they took me right away. I have been to other Dentist with very painful experiences. They not only helped calm me down, they provided a blanket and headphones during the procedure. Most importantly no pain. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone. They have a very professional office and everything went very well. I have found my new Dentist thank you!
Ive had a sore tooth for two years in which two Drs have looked at it and took xrays with no fix. Dr Fisher did some manual testing and quickly found that I had a fracture. He recommended a crown and saved my tooth. The staff did a great job with cleaning and assisting if my tooth repair. I highly recommend Monroe Family Dentistry.
Richard was wonderful as always! Even though he teases me for always wanting cotton candy flavored fluoride! I can’t help it, I’m a big kid! 🤣 Hardly any wait time once I arrived and in and out quickly for my cleaning! See you in January!
I’ve been going to Monroe Family Dentistry for well over 15 years and its always a great experience. Everyone from the dentists to the staff are very friendly and my hygienist Richard, does such a great job (love him)! I highly recommend MFD if you’re looking for a dentist’s office in the area.
Are you kidding? Doctor Fisher is the greatest. He cares about everything. He cares about your health and well being along with your smile. When you combine all three that makes you a better person in his eyes. AND that makes him the man. Not to forget his staff… 5👍 up to them as well.
Had a deep clean recently and was a bit worried about pain/process since this was my first rodeo. The process was really enjoyable due to the woman who did the work. Professional, discussed both steps and rationale, and an overall fun person (good sense of humor). I cant believe Im saying this, but I am looking forward to my next deep cleaning...well kinda ;-)
Excellent support to my needs. Very helpful and courteous staff. I needed emergency treatment on a Saturday and Dr. Fisher was able to add me to his schedule. The treatment and options were explained very well.
Had an abscess tooth appear this past Saturday called everywhere to get seen.Called Dr. Fishers emergency number said he could call in antibiotic to get me feeling better. Setup an appt for Tuesday with his Son to have the tooth surgical removed.Thank you for all your help!
Staff is extremely nice and friendly and so is Doctor Fisher. He did a great job extracting my wisdom teeth smoothly and within 40 miutes at maximum

Got my teeth whitened and cleaned there for the first time! I’ve been going to my family dentist since I was 1 and I switched it up and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Julianna cleaned my teeth and she was awesome. Every one in office was friendly. Would recommend 100 times.
Amanda was great! She is personable and gets the business done while being sensitive to your needs. I get extremely anxious every time I visit the dentist but she checked on me often and made me feel comfortable with the experience.The only thing I don’t like about this office is that I seldom see an actual dentist. I have never had a cavity but at my old office the dentist would still come in after my cleaning to check the work of the hygienist and ensure me that my X-rays were good etc.
First time coming here and it was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Everyone was so nice and friendly, they walked me through every step of the way and made sure I was completely comfortable. Office was beautiful and clean. Coming from someone who was always afraid to go to the dentist, this was the first time I was ever comfortable and calm. They sat down with me to explain things in a way I can fully understand. I highly recommend!!!
The hygienist was friendly, newly graduated and used the latest techniques which made the cleaning faster than back when they scraped the teeth with metal tools rather than using the ultrasound tool. The dentist provided a mirror and pointed out why I have a hard time protecting my wisdom teeth from decay. He recommended removing them but gave me the option to just fill a spot that had started to decay. Their explanations help me to know how to take care of my teeth.
I went to Monroe Family Dentistry today because I was having quite a bit of pain. Its Saturday and they fit me in so I didnt have to wait. First time Ive ever been there and they treated me like they knew me for years...so relaxed. Dr.Lew Case and the staff are wonderful. The office is super clean, and its very modern. Dr.Case and the staff explained everything that was going on, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Now I see why they get such great reviews.They answered all my questions, and are so very courteous, patient, professional, and caring. I just knew I was in good hands right away. Thank you everyone there, it meant a lot.
Richard is the best hygienist !!!! Hes gentle no pain and your teeth are so clean when you leave.😁The receptionists are so nice and friendly the whole staff is. Both Dr. Fisher and Dr.Case are great ! Ive been going there for 22 years now. Theres no other place better wouldnt go anywhere else!
Horrible very painful had a tooth extracted nitrogen didnt work very good or they didnt know what they were doing. He didnt give shots good either
Couldnt be happier with the service and treatment we received. My 6 yo had had a negative experience getting a filling at a different dental office, and both Amal and Dr Fisher took time to make him comfortable and thoroughly explain every step of the process. We will absolutely come back! Everything was exceptional and everyone there made us feel welcome. Cant recommend this dental office enough!

Let me preface this by saying I dont leave reviews often, and when I do, it is for a very good reason. Simply put, this establishment is wonderful. Dr. Case is the best dentist I have ever been to (for a lot of reasons) bar none. He is super easy to talk to, explains things very well, and he is very skilled. I believe he really cares about what he is doing and as a patient, I feel more at ease because this is obvious. The staff are all very friendly and genuine, creating an atmosphere that is conducive to having a more relaxed experience. This is especially good if you are nervous while at the dentist like I am; Amal is an absolute gem. One time I called with a question regarding bleaching, and the next day they called just to see how I was doing. This was incredible to me! I dont love going to the dentist, but I do love going to this place. You will not be sorry if you try them out. I hope this was helpful!

A tremendous practice from start to finish. Being from out of town, and having moved to the neighborhood of this practice, having read the reviews, I decided to give them a try. They deserve every good review. I have been taken care of well in my two visits thus far. I have not always had even good experiences with Dentist offices to say the least. This was beyond merely good. It was good old fashioned customer service in a state of the art facility. I cannot recommend highly enough. Exemplary!

They have been dealing with my teeth since I was a child and it is always an excellent experience, from cleanings to surgeries, the team at Monroe Family Dentistry will lead you on the right path to getting a happy healthy smile. They always advise on pricing and routes to go to meet any budget / insurance. Lastly a big plus is that they do not try to force stuff on you like braces, teeth pulls, etc.

Great experience in every way. Staff is extremely courteous and friendly and the dentist and hygienists always do a great job. I had numerous old fillings replaced over the past two appointments and the experience was basically painless, even later at home after the anesthetic had worn off. Glad I found this place.
We have been going to Monroe Family Dentistry for ever. Excellent Dentists and staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. We live up north in Hillman Mi. We told ourself we would keep coming down to go to the Dentist. It 4 and half hours away one way. Richard our hygienist has been cleaning our teeth for 21 years. Excellent. The whole staff is very personable and very good in what they do do. Great Dentists too.
From the very start of making an appointment, they were very kind! I am terrified of dentist and needed extraction done. Dr. Fisher was kind and was able to do all that was needed (plus some work that wasn’t an emergency) and keep the price within my budget. The staff is kind and caring. Dr. Fisher even called me himself after my surgery to make sure I was ok. I highly recommend if you have a serious dental phobia. I also was Impressed how they made sure no one was waiting. I dont have nothing but awesome things to say about this dentist office. My first visit was in July when it was a emergency. They got me right in. Everyone is so nice there. Dr Case is awesome. Shout out to Laura for being patient and setting up future appointments for me even though it was 8:00 pm and probably past her time to go home. They truly care about their patients and you can tell!!!!
I cant recommend this office enough. The staff are welcoming and incredibly easy to work with. My hygienist Richard is extremely skilled, caring, and light with his hands. Lastly, Dr. Bill Fisher is top notch, conservative in his recommendations, and very gentle. 5 stars all the way!!
This was my first time there but I was very pleased. Very nice staff including my dentist. They did a thorough screening exam for me and Im going back next week for a cleaning. I thought I was getting a cleaning that day, but it was alright ...maybe the exam took longer. They also did a oral cancer exam which was good. Hadnt been to a dentist in 2 years because I had moved and was concerned because of covid 19, but was happy they had precautions in effect.
Love our experience at Monroe Family Dentistry. Dr. Fisher and Dr. Case and their staff have almost become like family. My 6 year-old had to have 4 cavities filled. At the end of that day we asked her what the best part of her day was and she said Going to the dentist 🤣. Great office, staff, and policies.

I had a night guard made and she went through step by step what she would be doing. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable about different treatment options for different dental issues. I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was 3; she’s now almost 5 and we’ve had great experiences every time we go. My daughter is never afraid of seeing the dentist, in fact she looks forward to it, and I believe it is because they do such a great job!

I had chipped a tooth today and called MFD to make an appointment. They had gotten me in the same day, thankfully! Dr. Fisher did an amazing job fixing my front tooth! Monroe Family Dentistry has been my dentist office for my entire life. Dr. Fisher was my dentist growing up and I am so lucky to have had him as my dentist. My teeth are by no means perfect and have required braces, emergent care after a fall, veneers, and, most recently, root canals. I have always received excellent care from both Dr. Fisher and Dr. Case, as well as their entire staff. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a fantastic dental experience!

Everyone was so patient and wonderful with our 3 year old that had an injury to her mouth from a fall at school. They answered all her questions about the tools in the exam room and were able to explain what they were doing in a comforting way. She is excited to go back to the dentist in the future. It was such a positive experience.The dentist called later after our appointment just to follow up on how our daughter was doing and answer any other questions that may have come up after the appointment. It was so nice.

Dr. Case and Dr. Fisher and oral surgeon, Dr. Adam Fisher do excellent work. They are a delight to work with. I appreciate their sincere kindness. The staff is always kind and helpful. I have had much dental work, including implants, root canals and crowns, as well as normal fillings and cleanings. Every experience has more than met my expectations.. I feel like they are part of a support team for my overall health. I am grateful we discovered them when we did many year ago. Also, be assured that currently the safety measures taken in their office mitigate risk and offer safe care in the midst of this Covid-19 pandemic.
Dr. Bill is the absolute best dentist I have ever had in my life (and I am old so that is really saying something). I actually enjoy coming to the dentist.(NO, I am not smoking anything). The best part for me is he loves the Lord as much as I do and the for the remainder of the day after being with him I feel pumped up- ready to serve Jesus with gusto! Had surgery here to take my impacted wisdom teeth out and it could not have gone any better. I was nervous about being put under general anesthesia, but Dr. Adam Fisher made me much more relaxed. Also felt that my post operative instructions were explained and given to me simply and in great detail. Overall, excellent experience... at least, for a surgery anyways!
I was completely comfortable having my teeth cleaned because of the numerous COVID precautions that Monroe Family Dentistry has installed. The cleaning was very thorough and efficient. Amanda has a cute personality and is an excellent hygienist.

Everyone was very respectful. The Dental Hygienist try to make me as comfortable as he could. He did his job well, and he was very nice.

Great office. I am particular about dentists. This is my 3rd one since moving to this area in 2014. I am finally happy. They dont oversell work that is not really needed. While they will mention optional work, they respect a minimalist approach.Update to the Update: Again, Just got another reminder to review Monroe Family Dentistry. I had probably my 7th or 8th visit in a number of years yesterday. I am really, really happy with this office. I cant say enough good things about these people.

Ive been coming here since I was a little girl and I love it so much that I brought my daughter in for her first cleaning. It went so well she is 3yo and was alittle scared walking in for her appointment. The staff was so nice I didn’t even have to be in the room with her and she did great !!!! He really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Fisher is an amazing dentist I will not anywhere else they are stuck with me and my husband. I had a abcess tooth last weekthe office is closed due to the virus. I was in alot of pain Dr. Fisher told me to come in. The office is under construction. He is very tired with all the construction and emergency cases. I was so delighted that he took me input me on antibotics which if he hadnt treated me the infection would have gotten worse. The appointment I had for myself and my two children was efficient and streamlined. All 3 of us were in and out in 30 minutes! We entered the vestibule where we took our temperatures and we immediately greeted by our hygienists and were taken back to begin our cleanings. The office was clean and masks and face shields were worn, per usual. Every effort was made to keep us safe!

I had a root canal done today and was very happy the service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Fisher is very experienced and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I was nervous about the procedure but Karen, the assistant, was kind and made sure to explain everything as it was happening. I was offered an iPad and headphones to listen to music while my tooth was getting worked on. I highly recommend this dental office for any of your dental needs! Thanks Dr. Fisher!

I love how Dr. Fisher is constantly *teaching* while hes performing the procedure. Whether hes talking to the patient, the hygienists, or the student interns, he wants everyone in the room to be educated with the best and most recent information available.

The people of Dearborn, MI have a gem! Please read my story...Monroe Family Dentist Dr. Bill took us and fixed us up when all others hesitated with: “1st opening is in a week” or “Doctor is leaving early today”, etc.We were driving from Montreal Canada to Dearborn that day, but in the morning my husband’s veneer broke off. I called multiple dental offices, but because we couldn’t arrive until late afternoon, no one wanted to take us (it was Friday, after all). And many said even if they could take us, they couldn’t fix a veneer that day.Then I reached the Monroe Family Dental group. The woman who answered the phone was empathetic, and although the Dr was planning to leave at 3, he said he’d take us. We arrived at 2:30, fully expecting to be seen, but then sent on our way - but this doctor stayed and FIXED THE PROBLEM. Completely, not just a temporary fix. He took his time, until it was just right.We had come to Dearborn to see your Ford Museum. We missed it due to the circumstances, so we will have to return one day. We hope Dr Bill is still there, because we owe him a dinner!You folks of Dearborn are lucky to have a family dentistry who treats everyone like family! I wish he was in my hometown!Ps - on top of all of this - the bill was quite reasonable! We didn’t even ask the amount, and expected the worse, but it was fair and square.- Newport Beach, CA

I had a emergency this morning with a cracked tooth and was in a lot of pain and I called and they were able to see me right away and take a lot of the pain away until I could come back and get a root canal
I have been going to Monroe Family dentistry since I was 8. I am now 42. My kids have been going to them their whole lives as well. I wouldnt trust anyone else their or my teeth.

We never even had a chance to go there. The day of both our childrens appointment they tried calling me at work. When my wife went to bring them, she was told that if someone doesnt answer when they call prior to the appointment the appointment is cancelled. The person on the end of the phone was very rude and condescending to my wife, implying that it was because we are young parents. And that her and the rest of the office staff had been talking about how we were irresponsible parents. Horrible customer service for one, and secondly I have two children 4 and 8, have taken them to who knows number of appointments I have never once been somewhere that cancel the appointment if they cant reach you on the phone before you show up. I already have an appointment elsewhere we will never be going to this office after the treatment My wife received.
As always, their friendly service was great! Good people doing their best to serve clients. I highly recommend Monroe Family Dentistry.

2022-02-17I have had bad/soft teeth all of my life and in the past ten years have had to have several crowns done. I have had them all done here and the experience has been the best! Dr. Case and Dr. Fisher have done great jobs with my teeth, and the staff deserves high praise as well for their kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend this practice to anybody needing any sort of dental attention.

2022-04-21I’ve been going to Monroe Family Dentistry for decades. Dr. Case is great. My whole family goes there.When I first started going to this office I had a bad phobia of the dentist. They were very understanding and over a short period of time I actually got over it. Now i have no problem when I go there.Everyone I’ve ever dealt with has been very professional and caring. I recommend this Dentist to anyone.

2022-08-04Dr. Adam Fisher is an extremely thorough and excellent oral surgeon. He spent the time walking me through his diagnosis and how to approach the situation. He constantly re-assured me and answered all my questions so it was easy for me to understand. His staff are excellent and accommodating. I am so happy I went with him and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate, skilled, and honest oral surgeon.

2022-06-26Dr. Adam Fisher is amazing. I am a local dental specialist and found myself in need of an implant after I cracked a tooth last year. I am familiar with many oral surgeons in Metro Detroit and I chose Dr. Fisher to treat me because hes the best. I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure and his bedside manner makes the process enjoyable. My favorite thing about him is how approachable he is. He makes you feel like a friend rather than just a patient in the chaired and he genuinely cares. The BEST part is that after he was done with the implant, he freshened up my Botox!!!! Talk about a one-stop shop!!!!

2022-07-22Ive been seeing Dr Fisher since 1993 and now my 5 year old sees him too! He is fantastic with kids(and adults).My daughter was very resistant at first but it was all smiles and laughter by the end. A special thanks to Christie for being so wonderful understanding and patient with Alex, If it wasnt for you I dont know where we would be! Really all the staff at MFD is Amazing. Hands down the BEST Dental office ever! Thanks guys❤️ Keep up the good work

2022-06-14Family is most definitely the key word in their name. Ive been going here since 1999 and theyve kept my teeth in great shape. They arent at all a filling factory and actually do regular x-rays, keep tabs on dental problem areas, and only fill if truly needed. Cleanings are affordable and very thorough, and all the staff are friendly and seem to really enjoy working there. Truly a family atmosphere and a dentist Id recommend to anyone.

2022-04-05First visit yesterday, I had a toothache /broken molar. Needed a crown. The office is cute & clean. The staff is amazing! I definitely found a great new dental office for myself and my family! In and out,virtually pain free with a temporary crown,within two hours tops! Great place!
