Comment: Thank you Jesica (I’m sorry I don’t know how you spell your name!) for going above and beyond to help me! I bought a used embroidery machine from a third party seller on a community marketplace and all I could get it to do was operate for seconds before displaying that the “safety device had been activated”. I eventually noticed that a thread had been severely tangled around the thread path and tried rethreading my own thread, but soon after the machine wouldn’t move at all and made a grinding noise. I was in a complete panic and I thought the machine would never stitch again. Jesica examined the machine and was able to tell me that a mechanism/machinery part near the bobbin plate was out of place, the thread the seller left in the bobbin was not bobbin thread, and was able to remove the tangled thread in the upper thread path. I am so grateful to Jesica for taking the time to help me. I did not purchase the machine from this store and she not only inspected the machine but told me the exact problems and helped reposition the mechanism, gave me needle & bobbin advice, and even gave me a needle and threaded bobbin. She could have told me the machine needed to go to their warehouse for advanced repairs and I wouldn’t have known any better, because I had no idea of what happened with the machine before I owned it and that day I was devastated and convinced that the machine wouldn’t even move anymore. I can’t emphasise enough how appreciative I am. this store is such an amazing place for sewing & embroidery enthusiasts and they deserve every bit of success. Thank you so much!!!

Comment: This is my second time buying another sewing machine from the Corona store.The employees are all so friendly and the service is amazing.My salesperson, Lilly, was terrific when I had a problem with my machine, she was there for me. On Friday I called to explain the problem I was having, she immediately said I could return my machine and had a replacement to me on that following Monday.I only wish they were closer to me, I live in Sparks, NV.I would have love to attend there many sewing classes.Maybe someday they will open a store here.

Moores was able to properly diagnose my issue, quoted a fair and reasonable price and repaired my issue to my satisfaction. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Theyve even helped me out in a crunch by having my items ready for my sons to pay for and pick up on Christmas eve!!! Comment: The store is clean and orderly. It has several different name brand machines with different purposes. Staff is friendly. I purchased insurance on my embroidery machine (which I thought was expensive). I have had my embroidery machine in for repairs 5 times from October 2021 to December 2021. Each time the same problems occurred. I barely finished my project for Valentines and the machine had the same problems and then had 2 more problems. It is one hour to Corona to take in the machine. Then one hour back home. It is again 1 hour to pick up the machine (that Moores said they fixed) and again one hour home.That is 4 hours of my time to have a machine they said they fixed. The machine was brought to the store for repairs 3 days ago. October to December is 20 hours of drive time. Now in 2022 it is 2 hours for drop off and will be 2 more hour to pick it up.Mr. Moore please get technicians to fix my machine. I dont embroider complicated projects. My materials are cotton with thread rayon or polyester. I should have a machine that works so I do not have to wait one month each time for the machine to be repaired and to be repaired correctly so I can embroider for a least one year and then bring it in for maintenance.

I was so impressed that I decided to replace my old serger with a babylock but wasn’t sure which model. I bought the one with the air threading. Amazing! George and his staff were very patient as I called multiple times to ask so many questions about the different models. Not being able to try them or see a demonstration put me at a disadvantage but I checked in my area and Moore’s had the best prices and free shipping. So I bought from them and I couldn’t be happier. When I decide to buy another machine I will look here first!

Comment: I cannot thank Moores enough. I purchased a new sewing machine on Mr. Moores recommendation. I received the machine and I absolutely love it. I had a challenge with it and I contacted Mr. Moore. He advised me about making it work again. I followed his instructions and I still had the challenge. Mr. Moore suggested that he have someone call me from one of the stores to see about getting it repaired. Andrea from the Corona store called me and asked that I bring the machine to her. Andrea met me at my car and took the machine. Within about 10 minutes Andrea brought the machine back to me repaired and told me that there was no charge. All of my sewing needs, from now on, will be from Moores. Customer service is all important. Moores has excellent customer service.

When I arrived, staff was super attentive and Manny brought me to a station to set up my machine. He took at least 30 min. helping me figure how to work it, and perform basic maintenance and adjustments. Im no quilt maker, but they all made me feel right at home. If you need anything with sewing machine, equipment, vacuums, or accessories, this place is a must!

I understand that not all the items were readily available at the time of pick up but 2 months later? I called a couple times during the wait and all they could tell me is they dont have it yet . I finally got the call that it was in so I went down today to pick it up. One associate was teaching a class while the other 2 were speaking with a lady about a new machine. No one even acknowledged that I was standing at the counter. Even when the lady teaching the class came over to take a.phone call. I finally spoke up and asked if someone could assist me. Im not sure if they expected me to wait until after the class was over or what. Finally.Limda.ce.over and went to the back to get the rest of my order. She was very friendly and did get ally items. I just think it would have been a better experience.if they at least acknowledge that a customer is there.

Comment: The sales people and service techs are friendly. I value them greatly for their patience, teaching skills, sales skills, willingness to listen, etc. The store has plenty of supplies, runs pretty good sales (get on the email list for notification) and has fun classes. Their teaching staff is fantastic.For a variety of different reasons or just bad timing however, the time it takes to have a repair (with or without needing parts), or a regular service & cleaning done is an average of 6 weeks. Even for the same repeat issue of the automatic threader (my favorite feature) needing to be replaced. I do have a service contract, so its no cost to me other than my time. I cant say that is a factor into it or not. I think it lends itself more to dis-organization, or under staff of skilled techs. The longest they had my machine in for service was 7 weeks 2 days (it needed a $75 part that is so obscure it is not regularly stocked. They eventually offered to have me take it back without the repair while they waited 3 weeks for the part - which didnt make sense as it was only sporadically operational it that condition). The shortest they had my machine was 3 weeks 3 days to do a regular maintenance, excluding one time that I drove the machine directly to the Mission Viejo area store and bless him forever for doing this... the repeat automatic threader part was in stock and my favorite guy replaced it in about 2 seconds.
