I live in Indianapolis, in. I bought a engine for a 2013 MKS with 49k miles for a great price and runs great so far. Michael and the staff were the most professional people I have ever dealt with. It is so so hard to find good and honest people. My experience was so great I consider Michael a friend. Thankyou guys and God bless you all. 10/10
Very knowledgeable and helpful for finding the part I needed and the price I was quoted through text message customer service was $30 less than it was online, so that was a nice perk.
We purchased a motor over the phone for my daughters car for $1200 under the assumption that it was a bolt and go. My mechanic advised me that there are tags on it saying to replace timing chain & gears and water pump. If we wanted to rebuild an engine, we would have rebuilt the one already in it, not pay $1200 for what we already have. We are extremely disgusted that this information was not relayed to us at time of purchase. They said they will take it back. If we have any difficulties getting a refund, we will get an attorney.
I live in California and this auto parts store is all the way in Michigan. They have very friendly staff and were able to answer my questions. They also got back to me quick with pricing of a Toyota Tundra transmission I was looking at. Ended up buying the transmission and I even asked for a small discount to which they granted me. Best decision I’ve made so far because my Tundra is running beautifully now with the transmission they had in stock! Definitely recommend it!
12/3/21Manager called a couple days later and apologized for the misunderstanding concerning shipping! All though we did address the issue of the rude customer service. I was pleased with his professionalism and correcting the issue at their expense.THANK YOU!!
Very seldom post reviews only when there to one extreme or another. I rate this business 5 stars. I called on a hood for my Honda Cr-v and talked to Mike or Michael on the phone. I told him Im looking for a color matched hood replacement and wanted to know of any imperfections or any other details before i make the 3 hour drive one way to pick it up. He was spot on on all the details of this hood and it turned out to be a smooth transaction. When i went out back to the double doors to pick it up the gentleman was very friendly also. Quite a change to your usual salvage yard personnel. I hope the owners treat and pay these people well, they deserve it. This place is well organized like my shop and has it going on.
Fast accurate service. The parts are ready when promised and as promised. A new aluminum rim would have cost me about $400 for my expedition, Morris rose A quality matching used rim, $60. In the past Ive gotten a transmission from them as well. They also offer warranties on some parts. Friendly knowledgeable staff.
The staff were not very helpful to me and did not put forth any effort whatsoever to help. I badly miss the days when I could go a little further down the road from these clowns and pull my own parts at the other place...where the prices were fair and I knew I was getting what I needed. I called about replacing a center console in my truck with a jump seat. They had the seat and were happy to sell to me. When I went to put the seat in my truck I realized it had no seat belt. When I called them about it they told me the belt is sold separately and that I should reuse my old seat belt...you know, the one they should have known I dont have because I am replacing a console... So I ordered a seatbelt (for nearly the same price as the seat itself!) I went to pick it up today and it had no bolts to attach the belt to the seat. When I pointed this out I was told to go to the hardware store...because Ill know exactly which bolts to buy at the hardware store...
They ordered me a steering column and I got it like 4 hours later
Just dealt with Morris Rose Auto for the first time. They had some hard-to-find OEM wheels to replace the peeling/leaking rims on my daily driver. Since I live nearly two hours away from Morris Rose, one of their salesmen, Michael, was good enough to have the parts pulled and send me pics before making the trip. The parts were good, the prices were fair, and their treatment of me as a customer was excellent. Couldnt ask for anything more.

The website description of the truck hood we purchased, was not accurate. Our sales person, Jack, called and made sure we knew there were imperfections and worked with us on the price. He knew we were traveling a distance to get it and worked hard to make sure we had the information we needed to make our decision. Overall our experience was good and we would go there in the future.

Ordered part on eBay. Negotiated fair price. Pick up was perfect. They had the part uninstalled and ready to go first thing Monday morning after a holiday weekend. They were kind and the place was clean. Ill definitely be headed back.
Prices they give online are different than on the phone. Greatly different. I understand as a mechanic i have access to certain parts sites with cheaper prices that consumers dont have but when their price over the phone is $500 higher than on the website they listed then that is rediculous. Either poor communication or highway robbery to those who arent mechanics or dealers.
Had what I needed and was in grade A condition. Shipping was fast and arrived in great packaging. Would recommend if looking for used parts that are like new.

Very helpful and friendly, clean and organized office. The didnt have the part that I needed on their lot so they got to work on sourcing it for me, which is a far cry from the type of service Ive received from other scrap yards. Definitely returning to Morris Rose for future needs.

This company is great. Responsible, professional service. Great prices.I always go to them first.I called on the side of the road the other day with a cracked axel, they had the part for a great price but told me to call Ford dealer first to see if its covered under a recall from 8 years ago. These people know there stuff. My van is in Ford shop getting a new axel installed for free. I like to think that all happened because Kalamazoo Rose Auto are the first people I call. Thanks again.

I bought a engine from Morris Rose Auto Parts and when my engine got delivered the guy dropped it on its side and cracked the valve cover. I contacted Nick the manager at Morris Rose and he took GREAT care of me. he payed for the replacement parts and labor to fix what had happen. i recommend everyone to go through them if you need anything. I ordered a 2006 body control module, I received one for a 2004. I messaged them and left a voice mail and have not been messaged or called back. I would leave zero stars if I could. I do not recommend.
I buy parts for BMW retrofits everyday and this was the first yard to give me the full display cable with a screen. Most yards can not even manage to remove the cables without cutting the cable or ripping the entire connector off.Great yard, will put them on my very small list of good junkyards.

Really bad experienceHere what happened;Hello i would like a 2012 honda civic roof airbag sedan passenger side.They answered yes we have it.I side i would like it to be shipped to me because it 200miles away from my house. They said they have to put in plate for it to be shippedI was ok. How much for the sippingThey said 150$+92$ for the partI was like it is to muchSo i end up driving to them 2h drive and I arrived at the front door. Nobody looked at me or even offered help they are on their phones and after 20 minutes he said and looked at me I thought you already gotten help. And then I asked for air bag to be taken out they said it is going to be 3h to take it out since i did not say to take it out.Then he looked in the computer and looked at me said ohh soory we only have driver side. OMG. Ruin my day. Pathetic. Unhappy customer.Very disorganized and horrible service

VERY expensive but almost always have exactly what you need. Ever since LKQ closed down next door, they have risen prices again and its kinda insane on their pricing. Some parts they cant seem to tell you how the condition is? But others its great.

Ordered an alternator for my Ford F-150 took two days to get then when I show up for pick up I find out they ordered the wrong one. I said I cant wait another day give me a refund. This is the funny part they charged me a 10 percent restocking fee even after making me wait for two days and ordering me the wrong alternator. I will never do any business with them again. Totally wasted my time and screwed me out of $10.00.
Their used tires are expensive and they dont even put them on for you. Crosstown or york wrecker have better services for cheaper prices.

Excellent experience, dealt with Cory via phone, drove 370 miles and got my tail gate..very smooth transaction....one girl got a little testy when my friend used the term junk yard but over all, I am very happy with my transaction.

There arent enough stars here to give Nick at Morris Rose for his help. Car problems are stressful especially when it is a hard to find engine that needs replacing. I having my 2006 Jeep Rubicon repaired at a local auto body shop. They ordered a Front end from Rose when it came to the shop It was bent, parts would not fit and the part was not even a Rubicon axle case. They dont have a clue as to what parts are in their inventory. good luck with this place!!

2022-04-21Alternator we purchased was no good. Icky day, so nothing lost but time. Otherwise, at least they took it back with in the hour. Now I see why Dealership wanted $3,000.00 in parts & labor, New design in Engines for Fords at least Engines have to come out. WOW!

2021-10-16Great service. The only thing that upset me was that we had purchased a converter to help run our camper while off grid but it wouldnt work. It was over 60 days since we had purchased it for over $200 bit the first time we had the chance to use it and they would not take it back. I was to say a little upset that a product they sold us didnt work and when returned wouldnt take it back. I like to deal with companies that stand behind their products. I say it was over 60 days at the most it had been 75 to 80 days but after paying over 200 dollars I wasnt happy to say the least.
