Frank and the whole staff are amazing. I recently got engaged and needed my ring resized. I did not want to part with it for very long. I dropped my ring off in the morning, and it was done before the end of the day! I will be a returning customer and feel as if they appreciate and value their customers business!

The jewelry repair I had done was satisfactory, but the service I received from Frank Moser was not. When I went to pick up my rings, he did not have a mask on, and when I asked him if he had one, his reply was I do not wear a mask in my own store., He did not offer to put one on, and proceded to lecture me on the pandemic. That it will all be over on election day and related it to politics. Continued to argue with me,lecture me, on his knowlege of the pandemic. Needles to say, I felt very disrespected, belittled, and will NEVER shop there again, and recommend you do not either.

I recently had a chain brought in for a repair to MosArt Jewelers. The work done on the repair was phenomenal. Not only were they more than fair with their prices, they were also extremely helpful and friendly. Its nice to have an honest small town business that you can trust and feel comfortable working with. I highly recommend anyone in need of new jewelry or a repair to head over to see these guys!

Do not go for appraisals. He gave me the wrote appraised amount and then called back and raised it by $200 stating that he forgot something that was already quoted. I took my piece to a certificate gemologist and the ring was worth over $1,000 then what was originally appraised. Was more interested in selling things

Very poor customer service. Very rude and condescending while evaluating jewelry. Was wayyyy off with jewelry values when re-evaluated by 3 other local jewelers.
