Room was very clean. Loved staying there.front desk is very nice and respectful I believe it was sommer that checked me in. The Manger was also very polite. Loved the stay.
Everyone here was great had a issue with my first room and they changed my room with no problem price and location is great highly recommend this place to everyone great staff

Room not cleaned when checked in. Drug dealers and users hanging out in cars in lot and my room smelled very bad. Trash and food on walks and floors in halls. Had a several day stay waiting on truck in shop. Would give a -10 if possible. Nastiest place Ive ever been. Drug activity constantly even with security driving by. Wouldnt stay again even if it was free!

I’ve stayed here a couple times, it’s not bad for the price point. A little worn but for the most part it is clean and the hot water doesn’t run out. The staff is quite friendly and quick with their service. I was a bit disturbed to hear a lot of yelling and banging from other rooms, it sounded like there was some violence. Besides that it seems pretty safe, I didn’t feel worried walking to the vending machine or car by myself. The location is pretty convenient, I was able to get a pizza delivered to my door.
The room was newly remodeled. The prices is reasonable and the room was very clean.
Wouldnt let employee of mine check in due to a name mix up. They then still charged the room for 3 days. Had another employee try to check out due to a/c being out and 90° in the room and again did not refund the room. Then the kicker a worker extended his stay and the front desk charged him for 2 other rooms and told him to deal with it. You cant make this stuff up! Do not stay here! Maybe the worst experience Ive ever heard of!
This place was so horrible, I had the worse experience here, room service tried to put me out twice instead of confirming that I paid extra nights, I asked for two nights in a row room service while I was at work and didnt receive it, instead after getting off of a 12 hour shift Id go downstairs and turn in my used towels and bed sheets just to change my own sheets and replace my towels as well as sweep the floor. Bad customer service and horrible room service.
The staff that works here are very kind and accommodating however the hotel is a bit rundown for the area that its in you would expect better and there was a roach issue they took care of it and sprayed my room but it was a nightmare as they all came out to die and I killed upwards of 22 dying roaches flushing them down the toilet. Again the staff is great! What they have to work with is not so great. The area that this hotel is in requires a much more upscale situation
I wouldnt ever return to this motel located on 8300 chicago rd. I was cheated out my deposit during checking out. I was over priced and under priced. Seems like no one really knows the pricing of their rooms at this specific motel. The asian looking lady has a huge mouth on her that anyone will possibly snap. She dont know to talk to customers appropriately. If you are looking for a motel I wouldnt prefer to come to this one. Its one up the road called extended stay they have great servicesm
The first night room was fine. Second night they moved me to 227. DONT let them put you in there until they fix the lock. I was scared to fall asleep. Also, that ISNT a king size bed. They ended up switching me again.. My stay was ok other than that..

The worst experience in a motel 6 in us.,extremely dirty, you have to leave a deposit, and when you want to leave there is no one to check out and you have to wait hours for someone to come to give you the deposit that has to be cash, I do not understand how this property operates if it does not comply with any safety and igiene rules, how do the inspections of the city pass.? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Rude personal all the time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!avoid a bad times and look for another option(trying to be objective)
The rooms here are pretty decent but what has stood out to me is the customer service here. Cody, Andrea, and Ms. Kat all are great at the front desk! Jannette and Bernard give exceptionally great housekeeping services.
This place is hella dirty. I found cigarette burns in my sheets and mattress and the entire room smelled of an ashtray. The bathroom was disgusting. There was literally a ring of dirt around the bathtub and the towels were moist so in pretty sure they were used. Deff never coming here again.
Old dilapidated, no smoke detector, no hangers, looks like a crack place, I will call the fire department Tomorrow, had to leave, cannot sleep without smoke detectors.
Me and my boyfriend went to stay one night come to find out there was cockroaches and smelled very bad trash all on the stairs would not stay there ever again. Me and my boyfriend had to sleep in our car because they wouldn’t let us check out until morning
The front desk representative was very helpful. When we didnt make at the schedule time, he took the time to contact me and see if we were ok and still needed the room. He then assisted us in modifying the reservation for a disabled occupant. The housekeeping child have done better, they never checked to see if we needed any towels or if we wanted the room clean, although we didnt, the courtesy of asking would have been nice. Overall I would stay there again.
I am actually I had a very bad experience with this motel that I had never seen in my life the employee who works at the night shift was impolite and I was stand at the window asking for help until someone to comes to check the heating system inside the room number 226 which is not working and after I called them from inside the room two times while I was waiting for a person Who will come to help solve the problem but no one show up and I waited for more than an hour and no one came. So I went down trying to talk to the receptionist, but she was not professional or positive. She left the customers, including me standing at the window for a full hour or more, it was that late in the middle of the night and I was so tired and sleepy couldnt sleep because the heat system was not working in that room in addition there no enough blankets inside the room and I request to cancel my reservation and refund my money back but she refused my request and she said that the policy of the motel money will not be returned after 30 minutes from the booking time even she didnt saying sorry about the situation I had there finally she after me another room and I accepted because it was no way to get my money back she wasnt helpful at all and the motel service it was really bad I was so sad I am still sad because of that ,my advice to who red this msg before when you book be careful go to other motel and pay 20 $ extra way better for you guys than to stay in this garbage motel

I’m a Truck Driver and I stay mostly at all the Motel 6 but I have to say Terrible it’s a lot of other hotels in Warren you can stay in DO NOT STAY HERE here is My pictures I was better off staying in my Truck I’ll have to take it up with the Credit Card People or accept my lose 200.00 lost Never again.
I had the best experience with Stephanie. She was friendly an made me feel comfortable. Let us check the room first to make sure it was up to my standards. Anything I needed she made sure I got it. Rooms are nice and clean but I was told 3 days for 173 on a Friday come Sunday I have to pay another 60 dollars because someone only put us in the system for 2 days #ripoff #2thumbs down
Was a nice stay until recently. Its always been me and my girlfriend along with my 2 kids and my small dog. I let our friends stayed over for one night and when I went to get another night, they charged us for 4 adults instead of 2. They got the impression that they were staying when I told them they were just staying for the night but they didnt care. Im glad our friends paid the difference for us. Today, went to get another night just to find myself in the Do Not Rent list and the only way to get another night is if I deal with a $50 deposit. At that point, I didnt really care. I wouldve went for other cheaper motels but to find out our friends were banned from the other cheaper ones. I try to make this one work but I dont know how long. Me, my girlfriend and 2 kids been evicted and try to make these stays work.Its all because I let our friend stay for ONE night. If I could leave this motel I would.The main reason I gave 2 stars is because I do like the spacious rooms, nice and clean.

Im giving this five star to the attendant behind the counter tonight. He held the last room they had available for me. The room was clean but had a strong odor like a dog smell. He then offered me a room on the second floor that was being held by a reservation but Im 8 months pregnant and being upstairs was a real inconvenience for me. He ended up refunding me my money for the room. Bless his soul.
The staff is super friendly. The housekeepers are helpful and always smiling. The building is old and needs some repairs. The air conditioner in my room was so loud you couldnt hear the TV on high volume. Maintenance looked at it, remained loud. My ceiling leaked into the room after a rainstorm. I would recommend overall if you dont mind the little annoyances.
Love it that Motel 6 is pet friendly! But the TV wouldnt turn on and the person sent had a hard time getting it on. This seems to be a recurring problem - weve had the same thing other times we have stayed. The bathroom door had been damaged and there were nails sticking out. We were short a hand towel. The new floor is very pretty, but could have used a good wash.
I had booked a room with a king sized bed that came with a fridge. When I got to the room everything seemed fine. Except the fridge still had old deli meat inside it and it wasnt cleaned on the inside either. There was barely any hot water in the shower, it was lukewarm to cold and the toilet barely flushed as well. I didnt make much of a fuss because I only booked for one night, but that does not excuse the staff being lazy in their duties to make sure all rooms are properly cleaned and that the appliances are working properly. I hope this helps and you will improve the quality of service, appearance and functional abilities of your facilities. Have a blessed one.
Nice staff. I had to clean my room the very first day but was given a room discount for having done so. Staff was nice and friendly. Rita in Housekeeping was always nice and friendly. A variety of many types of ppl stay and visit there. But overall its gives a home feel. Enjoyed my stay .Would stay again.
Good price! Offering in room fridge, microwave, flat screen TV with comcast and seems quiet. Although its a bit out of date. We noticed cigarette burns on the blankets, the bathroom vent didnt work, the wall sockets barely hold the plug, the cooler did not cool well, the doors secondary lock is accessible to kids and the room was only half cleaned. Overall for the price and quiet we would stay here again.
The rooms are very clean and nice. Excellent selection of Cable through Xfinity. The staff go above and beyond to help their guest and are super friendly especially the manager Chris. I recommend this motel over any other one Ive ever been to. I guarantee if you stay here you will be more then satisfied with your stay and your experience!
Our wheelchair accessible room was up 5 steps and half way down the sidewalk. The sidewalk to ramp had a 1 inch lift half down it. Not acceptableThe bed seemed high for a handicap. Luckily 2 guys help me get my mom to the room, otherwise I wouldnt have been able to. Shes with walker but cant walk distance. The room was clean though
I asked for my stay to be extended an additional night. They had my card info at the front desk but refused to allow me to stay without being penalized if I didnt make it down to the front desk by 11am to sign for an additional night. I asked for an hour (until Noon) so I could shower and get dressed and they said no, not without paying the late fee. So I checked out immediately and booked a room at the Holiday INN Express for double the cost. But at least my room was clean, spacious, comfortable and didnt smell like hookers and cigarette smoke.
Ive always had great stays with Motel 6, but not this one. My room upon first glance looked great. Fresh upgrades and remodels. About an hour in, the room next door had two fat hookers working out of it. One actually offered. Later with one of the pillows positioned near the base of my skull I felt something bite me. Wasnt a bedbug, the itch lasted a good thirty minutes. The other pillow had a black stringy hair on it, so I stripped the pillowcases off. The room could be a nice lithe night away, but the upgrade is already showing signs of wear as the edging around the base of the wall is coming off in places. The shower worked fine despite the fittings leaking, nothing a couple turnsmall of a pipe wrench couldnt handle. And the nail in the coffin, was the cockroach I killed. I was in room 126 at the Warren, Michigan location. Honestly a free night could be comped for this trash
I stayed there a couple weeks but sadly had to leave due to a roach outbreak it was horrible they came three times and sprayed but that wasnt good enough I had to check out because they had got so bad they were walking my kids and I couldnt take a chance of one getting in my kids ears out eating them for that matter I was offer another room but I know for a fact that all rooms are infected. But other than that the staff was awesome and so was housekeeping

Great rooms for the price. They also have staff and security who are more than helpful. As I said before you cant beat the rate. the room and the pictures looks a little lived in because Ive been here for 5 days at this point. If Im ever in the area I will be returning.
My room door didnt latch and i brought it up to the attention of the front desk twice and nothing was done to fix the door. The rooms were not cleaned. I was dissatisfied with my stay at Motel 6. Someone while i was at work used my toilet and didnt flush when they finished. When j first got to my room there was trash in the refrigerator and a used bar of soap in the shower.
My stay has been excellent, very peaceful, quiet. Beds are comfortable, housekeeping great and Cody at the front desk, so helpful,accommodating and professional. Definitely will be my getaway place from now on.
My second room Could have been a bit cleaner. But my first room was not very clean at allas far a bathroom was not swept vacuumed whipped down the bed had a few cigarette holes too. But besides that you get exactly what you pay for. It could had been cheaper but understandable.
Rooms were very clean and service was great. They allow animals which is great also allowing large breed dogs. Prices are fair and front desk attendants were nice and accommodating. Close to fast foods gas stations and markets good location.
Pretty nice Motel. There are a lot of places to go around the motel ie: shopping, and food. The motel itself doesnt look very appealing for the outside but the room that I had was decent. I had a king sized bed with a micro fridge, and microwave. There was a flat screen in the room which is the norm these days for most motels. The room has been modernized. Overall I dont have any complaints and I had a nice stay. The from desk staff that I had was very nice and pleasant to work with.

This place is nasty, full of drug addicts and just plain trash. The rooms are DIRTY! Dirty to the point when I checked in I wiped my hand across the center of the floor and my hand was black! I made the office move me. The beds are nothing but springs and cloth, they are old and dirty. The blankets were full of burn holes, and Im not talking about 1 or 2 Im talking ALL OVER IT!! On day 3 of my stay when I took my sheets off to be changed there were toenail clippings on the bed. The bathroom always full of mold. Both front door and bathroom door looked like they had been kicked in. The staff are as rude as Ive ever seen. Dont ask for anything, like a washcloth because they will get rude. Say thank you and they just walk away!! I have pictures to prove all my claims!
The guy who checked me in was nice, but i was giving a condemned room 239. Air condition was totally raggedy, no buttons and didnt work, bathroom door is demolished with a big hole. The condition of this hotel is horrible. Management and owners clearly demonstrates slumlords tendencies. It wont be so bad if someone just care for the place.
The room smelled funny, the bedding was burnt, the sink was horrible and there was no towels or rags in the bathroom. The floor was horrible and the knob was coming off the bathroom. Ive stayed here before in the past and never once had a problem this time it was absolutely horrible. Ive stayed in better hotels for the same price this was a quick overnight stay and I wont do it again. Im so disappointed in Motel 6!

I would give 5 stars however I didnt have a microwave in my room. An there was very loud construction early in the morning. Other than that the room was very clean staff very helpful and nice and I wish I knew the name of our house keeper. She deserves a raise. I just got in from a long drive and was so sleepy and she took the time to give me everything I needed plus went extra mile by going to office for me and paying the room bringing back new key receipt and change. Then her personality was just so friendly I thought she was the best ever. To bad I cant bring her to every hotel I stay at lol
Our first room was clean till we go to the bathroom. The shower handle was loose and only got hot water, the water barely coming out of the shower head. The back of the bathroom door had a piece of cardboard over a big hole in the door. Electric tape around the commode plumbing and the floor. I asked for a different room. Well the shower worked. Till my daughter sat on the end of the bed and it went up, then she sat in the middle and the bed folded in 1/2, to the floor. My daughter is small in size. The TVs in both rooms wouldn’t work. Oh the entrance door has scotch tape around the lock!! It was supposed to be a very relaxing evening ha ha!!
This is a decent place to stay for a flat rate weekly price of 294.00 for two adults. I came out here to get away from the people trying to break into my home in the city. The police response out here is almost immediate if there is any issue. The room I rent is a double, and comes with a small refrigerator, and microwave. For the most part it is quiet, and clean. In a very convenient spot when it comes to shopping for groceries, fast food, and other amenities. All in all Im satisfied.
Bathroom was disgusting, urine on toilet, towels were dirty, the floor was unlevel and dirty. The room had a fowl smell, the heater was broke, paid way too much for a $20/night room! The staff was unprofessional as well as rude and rushed me at the counter. They had no smiles or pleasant hospitality personality whatsoever! I will not be going back!
The room was pretty good especially for the price.. It was very inexpensive.. As far as the location it was great.. very close to places to eat and close to public transportation. The beds were comfy.. no bugs which was awesome. The bathroom was clean except the toilet that looked like it had not been cleaned. Overall a pretty comfortable place to lay your head after a long day. I would definetly recommend this hotel to people visiting the area.

Ive been at Motel 6 for over a year. The best part of my stay is definitely the customer service. Especially Cody who I consider an above and beyond employee. Very thankful for his extra effort and all around kindness!
Really low level of service. Room smelling smoke, not cleaned (we discovered a hold chewing gum glued to the shower). The girl who made the check in was extremely slow, unefficient and rude. This hotel does not follow Motel 6 quality standards at all, and is really harmful for your brand. I suggest you to control it.
The room was completely disgusting. There were cockroaches crawling on the walls and other bugs in the room. I contacted the front desk and was told that I was ineligible for a refund or any compensation because I had been in the room more than an hour. I can assure you that had I seen the bugs sooner I would have reported it, however they didnt come out until it got dark, more than an hour after checking in. There was also some type of stain on the bedspread, the sink was clogged, the tables were filthy and the bathroom was just as unclean. Coincidentally I ended up sleeping in my car. Thanks Motel 6! Now we all know the real reason you leave the light on for us....to keep the roaches hidden!
Ive been here with my wife since July.Janette has made me feel welcome since day one. Stephanie and Cody may be the best customer service people that Ive ever encountered and the manager, Chris, is great as well.My wife is a disabled veteran and the staff has made us feel that weve chosen the right place for now
Horrible Service the room was disgusting. Stains and burn holes on the bedspread, tv was stuck on 1 channel the microwave was unplugged and when it was plugged in it wasn’t working, mold in the shower and a chunk of wall was missing from the bathroom.
Motel 6 is a really good Motel to stay in the bathroom is huge its like so much space in the bathroom I cant believe it. The customer service is really good the rooms are nice and comfortable. But the interior on the outside needs a little bit of work seems like its or something. But its a very wonderful Motel Ill go back there and stay again.
The check in was not with a friendly person representing your company to me the first impression makes the biggest impact. She was not friendly and did not even say hi. The hotel rooms are very unclean and old you really need to re-model. The room had a bad odor and the cover on the bed had burn marks all in I was really scared to even stay on the bed. overall place is dirty and not worth money even if considered a inexpensive room!
The first Motel 6 I stayed at in Denver was impressive. This was not. Broken nobs on the heater made it challenging to turn. A non-synced TV remote meant only one channel. Asked for new batteries, did not solve the problem and gave up. Flickering light to to some type of electrical issue. Worst of all, stains on the bed and dirt! Worst experience at a Motel 6. The room was 301. Never again.
My house keeper Jeanette has always made sure my room was clean Ive never had a problem I always had towels always had sheets always had a spic and span floor and never once worried about dust or anything likeshe really is a huge asset to motel 6.
Stayed here for two months before I was able to get my apartment the staff are polite very friendly the guests however are a little bit rough but they always have security so you dont really have any issues
Upon arrival I noticed the entire location was unkept and blighted. It didnt reflect the neat and lovely appearance of the community. The room was substandard. The bathroom wasnt clean, there were holes in the wall, no face plate on the phone, burn holes in the bed covers of a no smoking room and the refrigerator had large hunks of ice on the inside shelves. I felt uneasy walking the outside corridors because we could see that underneath them boards had been placed to shore them up instead of replacing them. I was very disappointed but it was a one night stay so I endured. The overall state of the motel lead me to believe a change of rooms wouldnt have made a difference.
The people at the desk were nice. The bed was extremely small, the internet was awful. The room was clean although we kept it clean our stay for privacy. The refrigerator didnt work but it was immediately replaced. There was no plate in the microwave we didnt request one because we already had someone come up to the room.
Weeellllll....its an inexpensive place for date night with your mate if youre an in-towner. It would be ok if youre travelling across country and need to stop for the night. I do not recommend it for long term stays or families with kids. When I was there, there appeared to be people living there like apartments which was awkward when walking around because they were sitting in the walkways in front of their doors like front porches.Then there was a drunk gentleman in the back parking lot that was being handled by the police. Its a little uncomfortable and definitely not for the naive! You better have some street sense. The rooms are nice especially the fridge and microwave. Theyve been updated. The owner needs to invest in the exterior since it seems to be a popular place. Mr. or Mrs. Owner show the community that you care and paint the exterior, get rid of the rust, clean the glass, get the vending machine fixed, remove stains on walls. The parking lot is nice so make sure the building matches. Last comment. The floor in my room was dirty. When I put the floor towel down for a shower and then used it to wipe up water, the towel came up dirty as well as our white socks. I would still visit again due to the price. I am hoping the owner will keep working on the property. Its definitely prime location.
The room was ok. Front lock did not wprk correctly. It had roaches in the room even after room where sprayed. The room was infested, the tv system in a mess and the heater condition was poor, was not very well in total conditioned. The value was not worth the price. Felted overcharged for the condition of the room.
From the start, this room was terrible. The night clerk who was at the desk when we arrived was the only member of the staff who was polite. The room, when we initially opened the door, was obviously filthy. we had to wear nothing less than socks on our feet as the floor turned them black. We found rolled up, dirty underwear on the floor in the bath room. Basically had to ask for everything that one would assume would be in the room already ie; towels, bead spreads wash cloths, soap. You get the point. No, I would not recommend this motel.
Your front desk persons were very helpful. The room was clean. The only problem I encountered was when I tried to use the ATM machine. I tried using different charge cards, but with each one a message came back that I was using an incorrect PIN. This cannot be as I use that same PIN every where else and it works. Also, I was hoping to be able to get a diet soda pop from your machine but there wasnt any.

Wouldnt let me rate 0 stars. This place was disgusting!!! An absolute dump! We have young children and immediately went somewhere else after walking into our room. What looked like peoples body hair and crumbs in between each layer of blankets, burn holes all over the disgusting comforter, pillows looked awful! I cant stress enough how nasty this place was! Filthy floor made our socks black! This place must be a haven for drug addicts.
The room was nice and clean. The lady working the desk overnight had no aptitude for customer / guest experience and no desire to do her job. That was just one lady though, and i assume the other employees are good workers.
The 1st room that I checked into smelled very bad, the sheets was dirty, dirty bath towels on the floor.the tub was disgusting,the fridge did not work and the sink was not properly cleaned. So i checked into another room which was even more disgusting.it smelled like they use mop water to clean the room.The tiles on the floor was coming up, the bathroom smelled like dead fish and there was mold on the tub.Paint chippings was in the tub.i immediately checked out of there and did not receive my refund that was supposed to be put back into my account.im contacting a lawyer
This motel is dirty and unsafe. there was mold growing on the walls, missing air vents/smoke detectors, and burn holes in the comforter. there was a man going around the parking lot checking car doors to see if any were unlocked.
At check out they refused to refund my deposit. Even though I was gettin on a train to Chicago at 630am was told to come back at 8am for my refund. How stupid can somepoeple be?
Poor. Within 5 minutes the toilet overflowed and poured out into the room. They moved us into a second room. We left to attend a funeral. When we returned we could not get the heater to work, there were no toiletries and no extra blankets. The bed was comfortable. When we left I asked for a receipt. With a show of disgust I did get one. You can leave the light on for us but we won’t be back.
Their rooms are clean, everything works plus the maids ensure you have everything you need on a day to day basis during your stay more than one night. Great prices for weekly rates especially for veterans such as myself and wife. Great accommodation for families with children!!!
The rooms provide only soap minimal towels. Although there is not carpeted floors they are quite dirty. Not only this, but the 2nd floor balcony caved in on one side of the building. And the other balcony walkways are sagging. ( Supposed repairs being made) If it werent for the great price/location, and the vibrant personalitys of the other guests, I would have rated it a 1.
Scammed Be careful staying at this Motel 6. Read below they could have SCAMMED ME Besides not getting much sleep because of all the activity going on through all hours of the night..After leaving the motel I was called by the manager telling me that there was a broken door in the bathroom of the room I stayed in and I was to pay for it$. I returned to the motel 6 to look at the door and yes it was damaged. It was split on the end seam in the upper left hand corner, on the door hinge side. In a position where if you werent looking for it you wouldnt notice it. After trying to explain to the Manager that I didnt split the door he insisted that i did and charged my debit card $65.00... He said that must have punched the door and split it in the very upper left hand corner. The were no fist marks or any sign of striking the door upon inspection.All i have to say is i feel like I got SCAMMED and this manager was looking for someone to pay for a door that was already damaged. Judging from the clientele that came in and out of that place through out the night and room doors slamming all night long from people coming and going this could have easily happened by fault of a previous guest. I stayed here for a few months and would definitely go back. Its a motel but better then half of the hotels Ive been to. Its only $50 a night and its ALWAYS clean, smells nice, & staff is friendly. NO bed bugs at all. I never had any troubles. If something broke while I was there the maintenance guy came to fix the problem right away. Ive never heard anyone outside or in the rooms next to me. Its a quiet location. The only thing they could do is make the WiFi faster. You pay for it and it isnt that good :/ But I still love it.
My tub was dirty, had hair and dirt in it, floor extremely dirty needs to be cleaned! Sticky brown liquid on the floor and wall! couldn’t turn on my air conditioning bc it was making a very loud noise, so I had to sleep in a hot room, till the morning! Called maintenance and all he did was change the air filters, had to call again for him to do something or even believe me about the loud noise that it was making! Micro turned off in he middle of warming up food and turned back on 5 mins later! I was very unhappy with my stay! I even asked for another room! Did I get it, no! Two nights in a unhappy room
The rooms are nice and the guy with the tattoos that works midnight is nicer and more understandable than the manager. I stayed there for a week for $377.00 they have no amenities, room service will enter your room if you dont answer the door wether youre sleeping or not and they are infested with roaches. They wouldnt refund my money but gave .e 25% off of one night,didnt care that these roaches infested my food,clothes and evt..if I were you I would recommend Microtel or Or Knights inn,or Americas best. Not only am I writing this review Im also going to report this to the city.
The rooms are cheap, so dont expect much. Beds are not that comfortable as are pillows. Bedding could be newer and in better shape.Blanket had cigarette holes in it and theres supposed to be no smoking, so they are either very old, or people are still smoking.Towels are so old they are rough.They do have updated televisions.Plenty of parking.Looks like amlot of people are living out of here, so some characters look shady. They provide you with soap,but no shampoo.First time I have ever experienced that in any motel. Can you really be that cheap?
The room I stayed in had a large comfortable bed, microwave oven, refrigerator with separate freezer. It had a good shower but not very high pressure. I enjoyed my stay and had a good time.
First room had a broken shower rod and toilet paper holder pulled out of the wall and room was disgusting. Floors havent been cleaned, maybe ever and every surface, handles, table tops, etc was sticky. They never clean anything. Motel 6s used to be basic, but clean so it was worth it. Now, its no longer clean or sanitary. Its pretty gross. When I mentioned it to the keeper she said, yea, some of the cleaning staff dont speak english so they dont tell us when things are broken. Thats it. No effort to figure out a way to fix the system just thats it.Ill pay more stay elsewhere in the future.
Just needed it for the night, as far as having a place to stay for the night yeah its not bad, Ill tell you though wear shoes at all time. My feet were black just from the walk from bed to shower, the floor was sticky as well. The sink also did not drain. There is a mini fridge and a tv at least and of course like i said a bed
This place is NASTY. Floors, walls, toilet, tub, fridge. Stingy with their towels and soap. They charge $1/bottle of shampoo. The night shift attendant questioned me on why I wanted extra towels. I told him I didnt want to stand directly on the tub floor as I forgot my flip flops. His demeanor and attitude were horrible. I would never, ever stay at this place again. It was listed as a 3 star, but it is NOT.
This was the worst Motel 6 that I have ever visited! Upon arriving I did notice construction no biggie there but people were hanging out everywhere, a damn cat was chilling in the window. They lost my reservation as well I am from Cleveland I was not happy but tried to remain professional. The young lady did have a room available..I for curiosity wanted to check the room sometimes looks can be deceiving... I opened the door the beds werent made, the fridge was filthy triffling, they had clean towels up in the towels holders but the tub, sink, toilet, tables and everything else looked like a trainwreck!!! I am shocked really I am! I had stayed in Motel 6 motels several times in different cities with no issues but this was the most nastiest place I have ever seen. The only thing that was nice about this place was the poor young lady at the desk that evening of August 4, 2018 she was nice and courteous apologized for everything but my family and I couldnt stay there we didnt find another hotel for 1.5 hours missed our event and everything.
Was here a few days. We were bit by fleas the dr. Said...as soon as we left the red bites everywhere got better. The staff was unsympathetic to this...the bed sheets were not even changed. They looked dirty, and was lied to that house keeper would change the.. the t. Didnt work, got fixed and then I had to program remote. This place is disgusting, the door lock was broken, couldnt even feel safe, but terrible that we would have red welts all over body and face. If the staff were caring it would be much different but the least a person should expect is to have cleanliness and no infestations.
I hate to say it but it was not the best experience. We had to change the sheets and re clean the room to get rid of the smoke smell. The up side was the nice young lady at the front desk. She was a ray of sunshine.
The only reason I gave 1 star is for the microwave and fridge, despite it being dirty. Not many hotels/motels have those two. However, the place was straight up dirty. The tubs were disgusting and you only had a bed skirt as blanket. The lady up front was very rude checking us in. They charge by person too so dont think the deal you found booking online will be it. I will never come here again.
Firstly, I chose this place because it was cheap. Customer service was alright. A smile on front desk face would be nice. Specifically asked for smoke free room. But, that room smelt like cigarettes. Got a room on the 2nd floor. The stairs was next to trash and trash was all over place. Wasnt really looking for thag. Pillows were horrible. They were not really pillows but 1ft by 1ft cusion. Gave be a head ache by morning. Hoped for a coffee machine in room but wasnt there. Now I feel like I should have booked quality inn across the road for $10 more.
I chose to stay at Motel 6 Warren on a horribly hot night when my apartment was too hot to sleep (86°F)--even with the A/C. My Motel 6 room was clean, quiet, and restful. I was surprised--new renovations. I wish I had more time to relax there, but had to work in the a.m. (Monday).
Pricing is fair and economical. Location is excellent, its near many restaurants, workout facilities (LA Fitness) Mejer, Walmart, Lowes and much more, is less than 5 minutes away. Rooms are nice and well kept. Staff was pleasant to encounter. Plus they are pet friendly. If you want to run away, on a budget, for a day or two, consider Motel 6.

Absolutely the most DISGUSTING hotel/motel I have ever stayed in! I had roaches in my room cigarette burns on the sheets and also the air conditioning didnt work.
We couldnt even stay there. My fiances allergies started acting up as soon as we opened the door. Did a quick look around and the bathroom floor was all water damaged and moldy. Asked for an other room and it was the same. Asked if they had rooms without mold and was told i think they just come that way.
F this place, 90 degrees outside and 100 degrees inside. A/C did not work and they had no extra rooms. Fridge did not work either, and the pop machine sold warm pop. Not sure what is wrong with this place. Lots of low lifes hanging around too. Ended up checking out in 20 min and getting refund through Travelocity. Not even worth $10, let alone the $49 the had it advertised for online.
This is the best budget motel out there and it is always very affordable. Staff is usually friendly enough and the rooms are nice and clean. The beds are comfortable enough for a decent nights sleep as well. No breakfast, but hey youre only paying 40 or 50 bucks for a night. A worthwhile place to stay in a budget.

General manager (Bryan) was extremely rude. Housekeeping was a piece of work. When I had complained about my bed sheets being changed on a daily bases, garbage changed, n clean towels, I was told that housekeeping only comes twice a week if u stay a week. As well as housekeeping telling me that there was a dumpster around the corner that I could take my trash to. I thought I paid for the room service, but instead I paid for the BIG Headache!!!
You pay for what you get. My husband and 2children made reservations for sweet 215 witch is a 2 in one bedroom with one room having a king bed,tv, desk, bathroom etc and next room having a fold out couch,chair ans ottom with a hot tub. It was like its own little appartment and only cost us $120 with $50 deposit. Great deal. Although floorimg does need some work under the carpet i felt 2 holes in floor under the carpet. But like i said you pay for what you get..although i wouldnt mind paying more for this room if only the house cleaner knew how to clean a room. Beds were nice and clean along with tables whiped down and carpet vaccumed. Although the hot tub was dirty! Had grey dirt scum i whiped off with my finger. Went to office and clerk was nice and gave me cleaner to clean my self before putting my children and in. Once i did that just one thing after another. I relized what it looks to be chipped title but really just the floors needing to be mopped and then notice red pop spilted on title by hot tub with we had non. I went into the bathroom and bathtub and wallls were nasty and the were ciggarete ashes on the floor. The house maid didnt sweap or mop my floors. Nor clean the tubs and showers. Who ever cleaned that room before i stayed, should not work as a maid at all!
The environment, room and towels was clean. Telephone need to be replace and the air conditioner also their was a blackout. The lights went off in th room. I am accustomed. to motel 6 because of shelter reasons. Also card key does not normally functioning. on door .

Manager told me they have a consistent problem with bugs. But claims he didnt see with his own eyes, still refused to refund my money. Room was dirty, reeked of smoke and other things, did not look like the pictures on the web site. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Air conditioner made a load noise. When asked if I could have another ro I was told no. Never going back there ever. Will tell everyone to stay away. Other guest smoking pot and other thing out in the open. King size bed broken and leaned to the side.
The rooms are far from being clean and or sanitized from the sheet comforter to the toilet. Also guess to have stayed there while I was there had females coming in and out all hours of the night loud moaning music loud I definitely will never return here and it was the closest one for me to stop that with a couple friends from driving all night. Unless you like the sounds of drunk people loud music and sex noises and banging on the walls and this is the place for you
Dirty and has really really gone down over the years. People were hanging around like it was a dope spot. People standing outside the rooms smoking looking like they waiting on you to get out of your car to rob it. I stayed here years ago to come visit family but it is a mess now would not recommend it.
I was reluctant of staying here due to poor reviews but I didnt mind it actually. Oh sure you have your long term residence but they were in their rooms by 10pm. The staff was very polite, no prostitutes knocking on my door, nobody broke into my truck, police patrol occasionally. Id stay here again.....

I have to give this place a horrible review! My boyfriend and I stayed for a length of time we were never late on our payments ever! We cleaned our own room and kept to our selves. But they started to do construction to the building and there were multiple incidents were our vehicle was getting damaged. But then they were painting the building not letting anyone know and out car has paint all over it. My boyfriend got a quote on how much the damages would be it came out to be $2500 in damages. My boyfriend spoke with the owner of this dump and he refused to pay us a dime or compinsate for the damages. So I will never ever be back here again. Ever! They dont care about their guests at all only want ur money.
The supervisor is mean arrogant and the undercover racist they have mold the housekeeper are nosey some of them dont speak English. They stingy with a towels if you make a complaint if you stay there for a while he will put you out. One time in the dryer somebody left feces in the clothes I told the workers there they did not want to clean it up do not go there they are nasty rude. Also during the daytime theres a girl that works there at the front desk she is very rude to and have a attitude problem.
They have water damage and if you dont want to stay there for the night that you had paid for you will not get your deposit back and tell the next day Whenever punchout is
Room smelled like someone just smoked and supose to be smoke free, went to get it changed to a dif room no luck there, instead they gave us a deodorant spray bottle for the smell really!! And to top it all of the air conditioner was so old it made a terrible noise all night long Im there to relax i dont need noise or smell like cigar all night long so no i dont recommend this place at all!!!
Whole building needs an upgrade and I found a dead roach in my tub
I have stayed in many hotels across the US, but never felt this much disgusted. Room had cigerette smell and also had cigerette burn in the blanket. I came to the hotel really late so just slept for 3 hours and left the hotel. Maybe its just the room that I stayed was bad, I dont know about the other rooms.
I paid for room with air condition and no bed bugs got air condition no bed bugs, this place is one of them the price has change from $47. To $59.12 a night I didnt ask what time to check out thats my mistake next time I stay there I ask either way its a good place to stay if youre near to work by 30 minutes great place
This motel has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First of all it was really dirty, the floor was sticky, there is hair and various other dirt all over. The last night I was there, I saw a cockroach around the fridge and microwave. There was no clock, and I had to ask for a remote and channel list. The towels were like sandpaper. They had updated parts of the room, but the majority of the room was still very outdated. The sheets didnt fit the bed. Spend the extra money to stay some where else.
The internet speed was terrible and the problem was denied by the staff. A housekeeper even acknowledged the problem. I was told that no one else had problems and I used an ipad and a computer in different parts of the hotel and the problem was still the same- very slow speeds. I ended up going to the Wendys about a quarter of a mile away to use their internet. I asked to move me to another motel 6 or issue a refund since I needed the internet for work. I was denied both, but instead offered a $3 refund that I paid for the WIFI card. Obviously, if a housekeeper was aware of the issue it is a prevalent problem that is being denied by the front desk and instead of correcting the problem they choose to pass the blame on to the customers devices as being defected when they really know full well it is the fault of the routers.Furthermore, after using the dryer which my clothes didnt fully dry after 45 minutes or whatever time you get for $1.50, I was told it was an electric dryer which is why it didnt dry fully and not a gas dryer. Ive used many electric dryers in my extensive travels and never had a problem with my clothes not drying, so obviously the dryer is defective and once again the problem was denied. I was told it was not the fault of the motel 6, but electric dryers are inferior to gas ones, so you should expect it. I should add that management did finish drying my clothes in their commercial dryers which was a good gesture.I used to stay periodically at Motel 6s over the years and for the most part the value is there. 80% of my stays were with MOtel 6 and about 20% Red Roof Inn, but recently Ive noticed Red Roof Inns have stayed about the same in price, whereas Motel 6s have gone up about 10% in the past few years. Iv stayed about 4 times at Red Roof Inns since this incident and not once at Motel 6s in fear of faulty WIFI access.My suggestion is in the future when a similar problem arises whether it be the internet or whatever else that customer refund requests should be honored. Yes, you lose $40 or $50 in the short term, which is nothing compared to losing the long term revenue from a loyal customer. My mother worked for years at Macys and the old adage there is the customer is always right and that is a good philosophy that should be applied to all businesses.
I call the day before to make a reservation but the clerk puts me on hold for 15 minutes. I call back and the clerk again puts me on hold but this time, she takes me off of hold and hangs up the phone without saying a word. I call back a few minutes later and ask for a manager and she tells me that theres no manager there. I have my girlfriend calls the Motel 6 and gets who we think is the manager and I make the reservation for Saturday, January 28 and Sunday, January 29. I get there on the 28th to pay for the room and the same clerk that was on the phone tells me that there was no reservation made under my name. At this point, Im furious. I tell the clerk I made the reservation the day before with my card and tell her my card number. This time, she tells me the reservation was canceled because it was made for the night that I called to make the reservation. So Im standing here being lied to about when the reservation was made for and if the reservation was made. Im tired and angry so I just want to get some rest. I tell her, plain as day, that the reservation was made for 2 nights, Saturday and Sunday. She books the room for 1 night. She rudely tells me that I wasnt specific on how many nights I wanted. I hold in my anger, I hand her back my card and tell her to book the other night. She asks, Are you sure? I say, Book the other night. She books the second night, I go to my room, Room 336, and I call the customer service line. The clerks initials were MS. Shes a short, light skinned girl with glasses.
Floor wasnt vacuumed, found dust and dirt in the corner behind the door and the floor was dirty, needed to be mopped. Bedspread was very tattered and found holes near the top. Needs to be replaced. Refrigerator was full of ice on inside. Water ended up puddling around the bed leg and in front of refrigerator. Needed to be defrosted. Management needs to check these kinds of things on a regular basis.
The room was dirty to start. Sunflower seeds in every inch of the room. On check in. No housekeeping the whole three days of my stay. I always stay there every year. This was the absolute worst ever. I will never stay there again.
Pissed off requested room service before i left to work this morning tell me why i worked a 17 hour shift came back to a dirty a ass room no clean towel trash over filled still linen still not changed. Staff member tonight at 1230 am was arrogant lazy and cocky and on cell phone the whole time yelling me to deal with it and take my own trash out. Really!!! This place is nasty .The deadbolt on the Door is brokenI pulled out a towel and it was nasty dirtyThere was food in the microwave still not cleaned and the top of the mini fridge had dried ketchupThe floor was grimmy and slimy .The blanket on top of the beds were dirty and filled with holes.I should get a refund cuz this is absolutely ridiculous
I entered room 317 at the Warrwn location motel 6 in michigan. One by one roaches started swamping the whole room. Each time i would turn out the light, then back on, roaches would scatter. They were on the bed and in the shower. I was still forced to pay my $94 and couldnt get a refund.Im upset because I pay to stay at motel 6 almost 4 days a week. Dont deserve mistreatment.I would like to speak to owner about a refund.
I see they took a nod from Red Roof Inn and renovated rooms, while they are not as nice as RRI. They are better. For the value the rooms were okay, curb appeal was pretty bad though. Also, they had 1970s phones in the rooms & cigarette burns on the bed. Still decent for the value.
Go the room through Expedia. Ordered a king bed and got 2 full beds, basically told it was an issue with motel 6 central booking. Then the toilet was clogged when we used it even thought nothing was in it. They did send someone up to look at the plumbing when we checked out.
This place was disgusting. Sperm on the bed spread, dirty tub with leftover hair. Housekeeping did not change sheets Hair in sheets and dirty. Floors were dirty. Nasty place to stay. I have pictures (of the room)and video on how rude their staff are to customers.
The floors not swept. Linens not changed the toilet wasnt cleaned pee all over and running down the lid. Pubic hairs in the tub. Pictures to prove it. By dar the nastiest motel 6 ive ever stayed at. I was a former housekeeper for motel 6 for over five years thus was unacceptable. All the housekeepers should be fired. We stayed in room 323. Under the bed was tie nail clippings a used towel and god knows what else. The tv was not dusted. The mircowave had crumbs in it and spilled liquid. The front door has stains. For future refrence when you clean a room you might want to check under bedskirts,clean hvac filters, i know for a fact you have extra remotes so why a housekeeper would tape the batteries in is beyond me shes just being lazy. Only giving helpful criticism since i was property of the year. So you kight wanna take some notes. Oh and using a bicjet of water and a mop is so unsanitary shoukdnt you be using the swiffers?
This motel 6 is definitely one of the less than perfect ones Ive been to and will not return.First, the TV remote was not synced to the TV.Secondly, the mini fridge creaked all night.But I guess I did not need to sleep because thirdly, they had bugs and Im not sure what kind they were but they were crawling on the floor, up the TV and then the wall, across the ceiling until it came back into reach and I killed them. I couldnt sleep knowing something could crawl on me or in my ear. I didnt see more after that but it took me a while to fall to sleep.Hey management, might want to handle that.

Clean enough.. on van dyke in Sterling heights. Very affordable helpful staff. First stay they let us tour a room before booking because we were scared of bad reviews. Second to Days Inn by a *hair*. No deposit required. No HDMI port on TV so no fire stick.. bathroom wasnt the worst Ive ever used but close to it! Toilet had ashes and stuff on it but I squat at hotels anyway so nbd I guess.
I was looking for the cheapest place to stay possible, for $50 a night Motel 6 was it. The room was clean (smelled a bit of smoke), and everything worked. Free Wi Fi wouldve been nice, but for $3 a day I paid for it with change from my car. Would definitely stay here again.
So far so good. Not picky, and needed a room , fast!!!!. The card reader declined mine which required use of the atm right by the front entrance. Great deal for $50....cant ask for the world, right?. 😐Oh, and the bed is hard as a rock and squeaky. ...(sigh)

Thin covers on the bed. Shower sends water out to the floor. Heating/cooling system blows annoyingly over bed and room is so dry you will get sick in the cold of winter. WiFi costs $3/device/day! Couldnt get an extra blanket from staff, nor any kleenex. TV was awful, remote is broken too. Place is barely suitable for a one night fling. Absolutely not the place to go if you have work to do.
This place is horrible ... They have nice pictures on the internet and Expedia but dont be fooled. When I first checked in I was shown a room that smelled like a sewer ... The attendant seen that I was horrified and offered me another room: I was completely EXHAUSTED so I reluctantly accepted and paid for a four night stay. Everything was fine until around the 3rd day when I woke up to dicover myself covered with BED BUG BITES!!!! YES! I was appalled. I literally left and never requested a refund. I was so disgusted I showed the attendant how I had been attacked and walked out ... I have bites in my FACE, on my right arm, and on my chest ... Unfortunately, I checked in room 237 on 10/9 - 10/12/2017 ... By far THEE WORST experience of life and not mention that Im paranoid that I may have brought bugs along with me ... Im itchy and my skin is burning ... My face is swollen and irritaed and I feel awful ... Shame on you Motel Insect 🕷🦂🐛🐜

The experience was refreshing and the sleep peaceful. This Motel 6 is well kept. Remodeled and nice.I recommend it for a quiet stay. Wendys and white castle in walking distance.
Worst Wi-Fi EVER!!!!!.... I rented the room to get some work done in peace, so not a good idea. it took forever for the Wi-Fi code provided (after I paid extra for it) to kick in. After finally getting on the Wi-Fi was so slow that it was pointless to keep trying. The room itself was full of hair I knew to bring my own set of sheets and comforter yet still had to deal with hair all over the place. Ugh!... Never Again!
This place is ghetto. Im sorry but it is .The floor turns your feet and socks black .The staff dropped a huge bag of weed infront of me and my daughter .The rooms smell like smoke and are not cleaned. We saw the house keeper pop her head in a room that was just used and then shut the door as if nothing was used .This place in Warren was terrible .I wouldnt recommend to anyone in their right mind
I stayed here for a week maybe 2 months ago. Then attempted to stay here for another week, I was offered a room without a microwave. When I asked to get a room one, the manager proceeded to try to convince me that the rooms with microwaves were an extra $5. I assured him that it didnt matter, I wld pay any extra money, just to ensure that I be able to heat up any food that I had. They were out of rooms with microwaves. So I simply had them return my money back to me. I went somewhere close that had microwaves in all the rooms. I attempted to rent a room soon after that exchange with the manager. As I paid the money for my room, the employee informed me that I was red flagged!! And put on a -*do not rent* list because I said that I didnt want to spend money buying food everyday. I needed a room where I cld reheat my food in my room and they cldnt accommodat.e me a room with a microwave. It was an affordable place with a mananger with a piss poor attitude. I stayed there previously, in a room with a microwave without even asking if I wanted one.

I give this place 3 🌟 because its exactly what you need a decent room and pretty clean. Ive stayed in other motel 6 locations before and the experience was terrible. This location is a little rowdy but overall not bad for a quick trip if you looking to save on lodging. Right come here looking for a 5 🌟 experience or youll be dissapointed.
Filthy dirty floors dirt built up in every seam crack and crevice. Roaches coming out of the bathroom of two separate species. And the shower had soap pieces and greasy residue dirt and scum and small curly hairs. There were cops parked and pisted up almost everynight and a huge takedown that had so many cops and undercovers that we were blocked in stuck in our roomfor a while! They never mopped the floor one time they just use a dry sweeper
I have been staying at the Motel 6 in Warren, Michigan for at least 12 years. This recent stay was the first time the housekeeping did not come by my room during my entire stay. In spite of the fact that I normally assemble my used towels and place them neatly on the bathroom table to picked up along with a gratuity. When I checked in the front desk personnel were user-friendly. That was my first time seeing these particular personnel which implied they were probably new. On another note, based upon my years of military and professional experience, if Motel6 had a position which required me to travel around the country to evaluate their motels, I would definitely take such a position. For the record, I have a BA in Political Science, MPA(with a concentration in law), and currently pursuing my PhD in Higher Education. The Building is really in bad shape. rusted and peeling railings everywhere. Fridge didnt close. Still had a ripped up usage sticker on it. Floors were dirty my feet were the proof.Had hanging wires over the outside window and when I turned on the air it was really musty smelling. Half naked kids running around the outside until 10pm screaming. Rented it for 2 nights but only stayed 1 and left.
HAS ROACH INFESTATION DO NOT STAY HERE!! CHRIS the manager told me they have history of roaches on other floors but havent seen any on 3rd floor so would not return my money. I brought him the killed roach still on my shoe to the front desk and still refused my refund after 3 hours of being there.. Such a disappointment after driving and hour and half there..
DIRTY! The room looked like it was furnished from Goodwill. If you are just staying over night to get some sleep its ok but extended stay no way. The staff was very nice. You pay for the internet that runs as slow as dial up. I will not go back.
Absolutely disgusting, I reported a employee for sexual harassment, this man was coming to our room moved me to a two bedroom just so he can sleep in the other bed with me and my friend could sleep in the one bed, he was texting me, telling customers we were together but when I report him Im put on the do not rent to list, goes to show how much protection females have when they stand up and defend themselves!! Also found a used needle in one of the rooms and plenty of tricking out of the motel
The availability was the only good thing about this visit
For the price it is acceptable the staff was pleasant the room was not cleaned properly a hair on sheets blunt wraps on floor cigar tobacco all on floor and night stands along with trash behind them .You can also tell the counters were not wiped or the refrigerator needed clean .
The staff was SOOOO friendly and helpful. The hotel is being updated and our room was totally redone, plus kids stay free AND they are pet friendly. My experience was great I just wish it was aliitle cheaper.
Dont waste your money - unless youd like to clean and repair the room yourself! The only similarities to their room photos on their website is the motel name, the colour scheme and the room layout.

Upon arrival just before midnight, I discovered head and pubic hair on the new sheets (and a single hair on one of the towels). In addition, the TV remote had the battery panel fall off when I picked it up, and the internet I paid for worked for about 18 seconds. Sadly, I was so tired that I waited until the morning to tell the two clerks the above information. One clerk smiled and the other frowned, but neither offered any apology that I could hear and/or recognize. I wont be spending another night at this location.
Very rude staff. My door to my room would not shut. I asked management to switch the room. They said no very rude and mean attitude with the lady at the front desk. This place needs to shut down. I had a terrible experience and i will not be back.
Roach infested! Housekeeping does a terrible job! Hair in the shower and a used dirty rag! Needs updating! Sinks only have cold water! And the Wi-Fi sucks! Go to the one on john r! Its much better!
Dirty bathtub, hard beds, dirty carpet makes your socks/feet black, burnt holes in comforters, dirty sheets. The staff is very rude and unprofessional, rather than solve issues theyre rude and want you to leave. If you do stay here beware housekeeping knocks once then enters your room.
I refused to stay there. Bad atmosphere with clientele. I felt so bad for the clerk at the window. Busy and confused.
Fool was clean, pillows were plush check in was quick and very enjoyable with Cody all around good stay. Definitely will be back!
Its been a while since I stayed or even considered Motel 6. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the physical structure both within and without. It rivaled some of the motels I have stayed in that were allegedly a star or more about Motel 6 in rating.
Great maintenance and room service! However, when I complained about loud music waking me and my baby up at 1 am, I was told what would you like me to do about it?I was also told that there were never motorcycles outside my window eith nusic playing that early.Very upsetting I had to keep putting the baby bacl ro bed every ten minutes.
The staff was wonderful the room smelled clean but there were more quest then planned my room had roaches I stay at this location a lot and has never had this problem and Ive even stayed after this incident in different rooms but a free stay would be nice to makeup for the problem
I stayed the night with a friend last night, and it was a great experience. The room was clean, staff was cool and good tv. I will definitely be back and most importantly the price is right!
I have been staying here the past couple of weeks and i have to say at first staff was very friendly and everything was okay. Well come the 2nd week of staying our air decides its not going to blow cold. I went up NUMEROUS OF TIMES to let them be aware of the fact this does not blow cold and the maintenance here is obviously not too well educated and still have yet to hsvr cold air.. If my infant is sweating while the so called air is running dont you think itd be cold???! And the minute you go down there to say something they automatically treat you like your ignorant and rudely tell you to pretty much get over it that nothing is going to happen to fix my problem.. And they even replaced the dang thing and it STILL is not blowing cold.. God forbid if i go down and tell them.. Waste of 300 a week. Go somewhere else at least that will treat you right and have air. And the internet is horribly slow... And the drains to the bath and sink clog horribly.. And to top it off all the toilet does is leakkkk so bad. The floor near the toilet is sopping wet. Its so agitating........
Couldnt get room key for my stay. had to ask front desk to let me in everytime i wanted to get in. also rooms were dirty and outside too. . needs to be renovated asap
Needed a place to stay in a pinch and ended up here. Was a decent stay. Guy Cody at desk was very nice nice to me and helpful as I was having a horrible day. Would come back.
I booked the room me being 20 and the website saying 18 or older to book a room but when i got there the manager said 21 or older so i had to sleep on the street
Cheap motel, but very quiet in room. A few permanent residents with kids. But, i was gone most of the day. Loved the king bed and the elevator made it workable. I would stay there again.
Has bed bugs do not stay here woke up at 4am to find my 2yr old was bite by a bed bug. Looked around there was baby ones and adult ones!!!! Told me to refund my money since on a card it would take 7-10 days first room they had me in fridge didnt work worst place ever!!!
Had many of fun nights at this place. I wouldnt suggest a family of kids staying here, but if youve got a lady of the night and a bag of you know what this is the place to go.

This place is Nasty dont ever stay here full of drug addicts my kids walked on the floor within 5 minutes their feet were black dirty sheets shower nasty.Sheets dirty when i pulled them back!! Room was dated -I can live with that- but also DIRTY.My bare feet were black from walking on carpet.....long hairs in bathtub and under toilet....garbage not emptied..... some leftovers in fridge! .....towels not replaced.Room next door put a bag of garbage outside their door on Friday; it was still there when I left on Sunday. Outside garbage hadnt been collected either: a pizza box beside the garbage can on Friday was well-chewed on Sunday.Wi-Fi was slow and intermittent, which was a surprise as the motel was not busy last weekend.I like Motel 6 but this one is UNSANITARY.
The 6 Motel has adequate cost-benefit, but the facilities are quite depreciated. Sleeping covers have cigarette burns the closing of the doors of the units is bad, laundry machines under repair, among others.
Horrible customer service. One of the housekeepers stole something out of my refrigerator and then when I went down too speak to the manager he was very rude and acted like it was normal for that too happen he just replied when are you checking out. The housekeeper would come in the room and not clean just left towels. This place is very unprofessional with awful customer service stay here if you have no other option. Even then if you don’t like your things stolen don’t come here.
I wouldnt recommend no body to go to this smelling dirty motel I booked my room for two nights there and I get there there was a bad smell the floor was dirty the sheets had pee stains. And the bathroom there was pee and tissue on the seat like somebody was there. I cancelled my stay for the next day .
Not bad, theyve updated the rooms so it looks very modern. Nice tvs, hardwood floors, clean rooms. Sheets smelled great and were soft and cozy 😉

2022-06-25Cheep reasonably priced room, everything in the room worked even though the AC looked rather battered. unfortunately I ran into some issues during my stay. Location wise there are no places within walking distance to get a drink or food. The two vending machines only took singles or change, which it wasn’t even taking $1s during my stay, and the facility only had a atm and no change machine. The motel did not even have complimentary water on a hot night. I ended up having to drive to a 7-11 a mile or so down the road just to get some cool water.

2022-06-21Ok so I dont usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one about this location. First of all this place is filthy, poor cleaning dusty everywhere and sticky floors. You can have a budget hotel that is clean, these rooms were far from that, stay some other place, I wonder who regulates places like these and look into the cleanliness of them. Filthy and to the manager you should be ashamed!

2022-04-05Sommer, was excellent. after a small issue in my room that she expediantly tried to rectify twice , Sommer changed my room out with no issue and reached in her own pocket and bought a can of pop for me from the vending machine. I also noticed that she treated other guests with superior hospitality. Even a couple irrate phone calls she handled with poise.The gentleman who handles the grounds and rooms who seemed busy all the time stopped and handled an issue i had like i was the only customer at the motel.last but not least the young lady who works nights is very friendly and attentive as well and her cofee.....PERFECT!!!!...not weak but not too strong. reminded me of the $6 coffee from Toast in Ferndale.And for you meathead caveman... they both are eye candy..for what its worth.there are alot of motels in this immediate area but i am as of last friday a loyal Motel 6 on Chicago road in Warren,MI customer.

2022-02-24Decent for what it is you get what you get, any extended stay they will try to keep your deposit claiming you were smoking in the room even though its all the units around you smoking, oh and if you go into your room with burn marks in your sheets and blankets already just take pictures.

2022-01-09Checked into room 318 and did a walk around to check room. Walked into the bathroom and noticed a big hole in the wall with female underwear shoved into the hole with blood stained. Took picture of it and then went to the office to let them know about it. Was told that maintenance was on vacation. Also wouldnt give me another room.wasnt in

2022-03-26Have problems with plumbing I was in room and the floor was wet all the time I paid for 3 days consecutive and housekeeping nook my door checked out omg I paid for 3 go and suppose be 60 every day was no Tru friday Saturday and Sunday 70$ no breakfast noise every day at staff very rude 😑
