Comment: Horrible rental application experience!!! I had an appointment today AND NO ONE FROM THEIR OFFICE SHOWED UP! worst part? Almost 5 people went to the office at the same time and of course we looked like idiots waiting for someone to show up for over 15 minutes and of course no one showed up! If this is the way you do business WELL THEN I WONT RENT HERE! SAVE YOUR TIME and money go somewhere else. Neighborhood rough too yuck!

Comment: Rude; unprofessional and disrespectful staffs at leasing office. Since Albina left the office between 2020/2021 mountain view apartments has become terrible place to live. Old appliances all over the place in the apartments. Tenant concerns means nothing to the staffs.They keep raising rent without upgrading the apartments. The only people keeping mountain view apartments together are the Maintenance guys, Eddie and his partner

Comment: I love the landscape and set up of my apartment. I plan on renewing when the time comes. My biggest complaint is that there are a lot of dog owners but only one dog poop garbage bin, if there can be more dog poop garbage bins around the complex I think that can help with people picking up their dog poop.

Comment: The manager “Ann” is very deceptive and lacks integrity and anything that resembles integrity.I ask her how she had the audacity to change my deposit to an apartment I didn’t want and not even allow me a chance to get back to the apartment I originally put the deposit on? And also not even give me a warning you’d change it. She ends the convo “well it’s just not gonna work”.How do these managers even exist?

Comment: I visited my friend at her apartment here and they are cute and private, but I didnt ask her about the prices of rent so Im not sure if its expensive. Its walking distance from a mall with alot on of shops, stores, food options, gas station and close to the freeway.

Comment: Lived here for almost 2 years and about to resign again for another year. Great office staff that are always available either in the office or over the phone. Maintenance guys are always super professional and quick if theres ever been an issue with the apartment. Not super expensive either, which is always a plus when looking for apartments in the bay area.

Comment: Be careful about Mt View Apartments, Dont believe on their speech, they speak well but trying to put you in trap.Read the contract carefully and what you are signing for; remember additional to rent amount you must pay 200$ to 250$ for PG&E and other Bills every month.At the end they will agree with your leave but later they will send bills to Collection agency.

Comment: Mountain View is my first experience with renting an apartment in California, and Ive been here for a couple years. I chose Mountain View because of the value and proximity to work. I have enjoyed working with Albina and her team, and appreciate the improvements she has been making to the property. Her team (Eddie, David and Jesus) is A-1 and they have done an excellent job helping with apartment maintenance issues.This is the place to choose if you are looking for a quiet and safe apartment experience at a reasonable price, with respectful management. Kudos!

Comment: I dont recommend this place at ALL for several reasons: its not safe, my car got burglared two times in three years. If you pay deposit, takes them life time to pay you back when you move out!!!! Today is 37 days and I still havent received my deposit. I emailed the company, they fooled me that theyve send the check, but to who? To where? Haha so they claimed that they have send another one, 7 days ago, means 5 business day. But wheres the check? Only God knows, maybe another game, even if this cheap company hadnt bothered to spend 4.50$ for two days prior mail from san Ramon to Walnut Creek, and wanted to use a 39 cent stamp, I shouldve had my check by today. So do not rent in this community. It is SO expensive with awful facilities, walls are so thin that when your neighbor sneezes, you can hear. Such a shame for making this amount of money from all these communities belonged to this company and still make you to wait this long for receiving your refund.Laundry room is disgusting, always some of the machines are broken therefore they take your money and wont work.And beyond all these the manager, such a rude full of attitude women.She would respond to your emails only when she wants to and most of the time she doesnt lol when I had issue with my neighbor she accused me for having problems with male tenants because I had shared my personal life with her mistakenly and she knew why Ive got divorced. Such a shame that judging people that trust her!!!!When youre home you would hear her yelling at tenants outside all the time. She leaves the community weekends and never responds the pager, so if some emergency happens on weekends youre screwed while the former manager Bernard was always there for you ( before she kicks her out to get his job)!!!!once I was getting my mails and noticed the office alarm is beeping and showing fire caution, so I called her pager as an emergency, she responded my call on Monday haha so it could everything catch on fire while shes in Benicia hahaha so dont rent here if you respect yourself and your reputation cause this woman will treat you like a s***. She cant even get along with her assistants, so many people have come and left because shes so BOSSY and full of attitude. There was a girl used to working named Andrea, such a respectful legit woman, but she left too, God knows why?!for the last time when I went to the office she has her new assistant to hold the door and as always she was yelling and humiliating one of the residents. It happened a lot that when I was going to her office she doesnt even look at you, so disrespectful, on the phone pretending shes having an important conversation like shes the president of the United States haha She has no manners and lying is piece of cake for her, once I called office to make an appointment for maintenance issue, I heard she said to her assistant to tell her we come on Friday and when I told her why they didnt show up on Friday she said I wasnt in office lol after what happened with my deposit check( its been a year and second check hasnt arrived yet hahhahahaha) I noticed being rude and lier is a requirement for to be Fuller Enterprise manager!!!!

Comment: I have been living there for about 2 years. First thing, dont believe the pictures. Everything in the apartment is from around the 1960s or so and have been painted multiple times as well as the walls which have some sort of washable paint (not very appealing). Its very noisy because of the thin walls so you can hear what the neighbors are saying even if they dont speak loudly. Bedrooms are facing the parking lot and you will wake up every time a car passes by or somebody is yelling outside which happens quite frequently (not a good place for students to work at home). The trash container smelled pretty awful and certainly affected the apartments close to it (I was lucky not living close to it). Second thing, their sewer system is old and not working. Every three month or so it was clogged, I had my kitchen flooded with gallons of wastewater (awful smell in the whole apartment included). They responded to these matters quickly, however no compensation for these inconveniences.But the most annoying thing is the cost given all the things I just described. I was paying around $1250 for 1br which was high given the size and appearance of the apartment (I would consider around $850-900 a fair prize for that). You will be wasting your precious money since you wont get your deposit back (I finally got $50 of $500 paid) because they will make up phony costs for repairs and cleaning even if you leave the apartment in very good conditions. And I had three other apartments before where I got the full amount of deposit back at the end. STAY AWAY.

Comment: Terrible place! I have nothing good to say about this apartments.Have just recently moved in here and already having problems with the mean manager lady Albina. At first when you meet her she is really nice (fake!) so she can rent out a place then she treats you like crap. She also likes to talk bad about tenants to other tenants and her coworkers. She is so rude and lies A LOT. Cant do anything about her behavior cause there is no one to complain to. Apartments are old and nasty. Parking is terrible!!! I had my car scratched at my spot 3 times!! No guest parking either!! Apts too noisy because next to freeway!! DO NOT APPLY HERE OR IF YOU LIVE HERE MOVE OUT AS SOON AS YOUR LEASE ENDS!0/10!

Comment: The place is horrible, smells like urine too expensive for what you get, noise 23/7 close to freeway on site manager is a monster dont even try it, pool always dirty, washer dryer always dirty and the ones that actually work they are always occupied, my car was broken into couple times, no cameras on site
