Comment: Weve been using this company for years and through the ups and downs theyve always treated us well and provided good service. Anytime Ive expressed a concern they take it seriously and get things done. The technicians weve had are always cheery and helpful. I hold this company in high regard and would recommend them to anyone.

Comment: Poorly run company. Very unorganized. The techs that came to our facility appeared clueless and lazy. They always appear to rush the jobs and get their sticker on the equipment. Weve had to have them come back multiple times for the same repair on the same equipment. Accounting Dept. told me theyve had multiple billing errors and scrutinize ever invoice from MMS.

Comment: I have been a part of this wonderful company for nearly 25 years. MultiMedical Systems (MMS) was founded upon honesty, integrity and excellent service from day one. The goal of MMS has always been to provide great service to the medical community at a reasonable price, assuring equipment is safe and reliable, and that all work meets regulatory requirements. MMS is currently working on getting its ISO 13485 certification which exemplifies its commitment to excellence.
