We drove (twice) 3 hours and back from Chicago, to buy a car from this dealer. It was worth it; they put a great price on a very good vehicle. We didnt find a better deal anywhere in the Chicago area, so thats why we traveled. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and was willing to work with us to come to a very satisfactory arrangement. Thanks, guys!
Took my car in for a full inspection and an oil change. Told me i needed 2 new back tires. Saod my car was a okay otherwise. Following day my alternator, idler pulley and serpentine belt went out...... Thats not a car that was a okay..... Shouldnt something being off been caught?? Replace a right front turn signal bulb too but the next day that Wasnt any good either. Costed me more money to have car towed to another shop because i was failed on by this one! Not a happy camper....at all.
There isnt really enough I can say in a review to express my gratitude to My Certified for the amazing customer service I have received. I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion with under 66k miles at the end of June 2020. I started having issues within 2 weeks as it was leaking coolant into the cylinder head. Even though I purchased a warranty, and all of the pre-purchase inspections showed no sign of failure, the warranty company would not cover the repair. Ultimately, it boils down to a Ford manufacturing issue that they refuse to cover.My Certified ended up paying for an engine replacement to get my car back on the road. I did not expect this level of service. Because of this, I will ONLY buy from this group going forward. Give them your business and buy the warranty if possible.
Our experience at My Certified Used Cars was amazing, the staff went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle that we wanted! After purchasing multiple vehicles from other places we met Michele and Gail and to be honest Ive never had an experience like this with anyone else they were absolutely amazing. While I did not buy a vehicle from My Certified used cars I was very impressed with my experience. I took my Dodge Journey in for an oil change, fluid check and walk around inspection, The Clerk was polite, professional and was smiling; easy to talk to! I live in Georgia and the salesman Nick was fantastic from start to finish. They worked with me on price, with my loan company to come to a great deal. The truck is now down here in Georgia with me and it runs like a bee. Overall great purchase and good experience, totally would recommend this dealership.
I bought my 2013 car less than 6 months ago. I have had multiple problems with it. I keep bringing it to them thinking they will make it right since I JUST bought the car. Even bought an extended warranty. My last repair was over 300. All they could say was “that’s what you get when you don’t buy a new car”. I’m beyond disgusted. Please please please be careful when shopping there. They only care about their paycheck.
I came in with absolutely no credit and truthfully just more of a dream and a real need for a newer, dependable truck. Michele was able to help me and I drove away that day in a very nice ram truck. She was the most friendly, honest person. I am very grateful.

I really love this place! They helped me get my first Jeep and I love it! Also, the oil change is fast and cheap. 12.00$ to get it changed. Cant beat that price. I was looking for an inexpensive used car and this place had some nice budget price cars for sale. The salesman was helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
Salesman was rude to us. He started right out with an attitude. We will take our business elsewhere. We checked them out because we think so highly of My Auto’s new car staff. We had a great experience buying from them. With the used car location- I asked one question and the sales guy jumped down my throat. Wow - what a terrible attitude.
We were shopping for a nice used car for my friend, when she asked if she could just take a day to think about it, the sales manager said now or no deal. We felt very pressured to make a big $$$ decision in a matter of minutes.

Looked at a car twice. The first time they told me it was valued at 4 grand and tried to get me to finance it for 3 grand. 20 year old car with nearly 200,000 miles on it. Looked at it again when they lowered the price to 1600 out the door. Said I was trying to steal from them when I offered 1200. Went around with two salesmen and a saleswoman before they. While some people Im sure are happy with this place, be prepared for them to try and pressure you into making a decision right then and there.

Car Salesman Brad and the General Manager Dan were amazing to work with especially as a first time car buyer. They walked me through each step and answered any question that I had regarding my new car.
Our experience was below average. Salesman John was OK, he showed us the car and we did a drive test, came back to sit and discuss negotiations and went south from there.A dealership meaning Both the seller and Buyer make a DEAL did not go well. We dealt with Brandon and he came out with an attitude and shaky, NOT willing to negotiate and right off the bat said if we didnt like it we could leave.Let me give you a piece of advise,Negotiations and making a deal means you somehow come to a compromise and GIVE options, Yes, you win some you lose some.You lost this one!Have better customer service and learn to listen to your customers. DONT get cocky, There ARE IN FACT OTHER DEALERSHIPS WITH BETTER SERVICE!!!***Update, No thank you, I dont need to speak with Mike.We worked with a wonderful dealership in Sparta, SPARTA CHEVROLET, they were AMAZING, we negotiated amicably and even though we had our own financing pre approved somewhere else, they still offered theirs, Got US an Even BETTER deal and They Sold us the Vehicle we were looking for.

The crew at My Auto Imports was great to work with. Bradley was the best sales man for me and my husband laid back no pressure and took great care of us! The experienced salesmen knew the capabilities, trends, and history of their vehicles. Nick found a perfect car that fit my criteria and both, Nick and Brandon stayed beyond their “hours of operation” to complete the paperwork for the sale. I have never been treated so well by any auto body staff in my entire auto owning life. I trust this staff above and beyond. They are knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.About two seconds ago I inadvertently gave a bad review due to a brain fart, if anyone saw it, ignore it. Wasnt meant for these fine people.
This dealership tried to sell me a car they knew wasnt good to drive. I took the car to Witt Buick to be checked out and their mechanic said that there was more worn with the car than there was good. Absolutely horrible. In was a red 2008 Dodge Caliber. If you decide to buy a car from there have to checked by someone else first!!!
Some of the staff is nice, but I was not comfortable with the sales guy and he hardly talked to me. Also they sold the car while I was in the middle of the loan process so they hurt my credit even though I didn’t the car. Also they failed to inform me they sold the car so I had to contact many times to hear anything

This place is a joke with no communication skills. I had called early in the day to look at a vehicle, and the lady said no problem that it would be pulled up when you get here. I showed up and went to speak with somebody, and they said it sold a few hours ago. Maybe an update would have been nice so it wasnt a wasted trip. I will never go here again no matter what the vehicle.
Dont waste your time. They lie to get you in the door and then their word changes once youre there. Waste of 3 hour drive time for me.
Didnt work with us as greatly as they could habe. Lacked ambition to sell. Told us to lease instead of buy outright. Offers are too low for trades. Wouldnt even let me test drive the car I wanted until papers were signed. Backed out of offer.

They have CERTIFIED used vehicles. With CarFAX report,thoroughly checked over, 30 warrantee, low prices, good value. Were extremely happy with our truck purchased 6 months ago.
Called on a vehicle, spoke with Desiree, she told me to head down (30 minute drive) and as for Becca. She started that she had contacted her and made sure the vehicle was on site and ready for me to test drive. Drove down, waited...spoke with Becca and the vehicle was not the one advertised, not cleaned and she didnt even know if it was on the lot like Desiree and the ad both said. I was then told she had another one similar to the style we were looking at....but, it wont be ready to drive until next week sometime...so, needless to say, it was a total waste of time.
They are very helpful and Brad made sure we were all set before hitting the road with our new vehicle. The whole team did an excellent job and appreciate everything they did

Derek is the only reason for 5 stars. But management have guys bounce around almost cost them the deal. Luckily Derek came back and save the day. In the end got a good deal.

I got an oil change there when it was still ten bucks and the oil filter wasnt tight, I had to spend $28 at fast Eddies to get another oil change and to have them clean off all that dripped oil.

2022-07-13!!!!Please Avoid!!!!I was sold an auctioned, Canadian 2017 (2016 built) Nissan Murano SL AWD on 9th June 2022.Below is what I went through:1. This vehicle had brake issues that these people fixed after reporting it. When I was talking to the manager about the issues, I was told this is a used car and I should not expect everything on it to work as it supposed to since I bought a used car.And they claim to be the best used car dealership in the whole Michigan!2. The transmission on this vehicle was bad. I got it replaced under the extended warranty plan that I had purchased. There was a huge risk of transmission replacement claim denial due to this being a pre-existing issue.3. I did ask the salesperson about the vehicle condition and history and I was given false information. This is a Canadian built car that was bought at an auction and sold to me by My Certified Use Cars dealership4. When I try calling the dealership no one answers my calls and their voicemail box is always full.I regret buying an unreliable car from this use car dealership.Good Luck!

2022-04-27Rip offs told my aunt no way on a jeep she decided anyway went to trade her car in 300. Serious 300 get 400 for scrap. But it was a nice older car no rust lol. Then try to bully her. Stay away

2022-04-15I wish I could leave 0 stars. I would never recommend this place to anybody. I took a look at a Jeep patriot and a Mazda CX-5. The CX-5 was listed for $16,200 but KBB said top dollar at a dealership was $15,500. Brad then got very rude and said “the max amount we can take off of this is $100. We’re only making $300 off of this vehicle.” Later on to see that the CX-5 is now listed for $15,500🤣. Brad is not only a liar, but a horrible salesman. I was the only that would’ve been buying the car and he drew most of his attention (maintenance wise) to my boyfriend. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I took my business else where and got a much nicer car, worked with a much nicer salesman that actually respected me, and for a better deal! What’s even funnier is they claim to be the #1 rated used car dealer in Michigan 🤣

2021-07-23Was helped by Dan when I first called, and then continued with Brad when I started going to look at a car they had. They were very nice and accommodating, and I was even encouraged to take it to an independent mechanic for an inspection. Car didnt seem too bad, just a little belt whine somewhere, so I thought I would give it a chance. Turned out that the serpentine belt was going, and the engine and transfer case had oil all over them. It would be needing quite a bit of work.After finding out my results, the sales rep took a very different tone with me and insinuated that the mechanic I went to was not as good as their own inspection. When asked if they would look into these problems, he continued to try to sell me the car as is saying that his mechanics will take a look after I buy it. This was downright insulting. Their mechanics didnt even hear the belt whine. How the heck could they do good engine work?
