Oven went out in my electric range so contacted Justin at Nawara Brothers for some assistance with new purchase. Electric ranges on backorder so we made the switch to gas. Justin was able to find compatible model in stock. After being without an oven for almost 4 weeks, finding something we liked and was in budget was exciting!!

Every one else wanted 3 to 4 weeks to deliver and install my appliances. Nawara Brothers did it in 3 days! Their delivery and installation crew were knowledgeable, fast, careful professionals, not careless people hoping for different work. The cost of delivery, installation and take away of old appliances? $40! For delivery installation and haul away of 4 large appliances. $40 for the whole mess. RJ worked very hard in the showroom to find the exact appliances we needed, no easy task! Way to go Nawara Brothers!! From now on, we will look here first!
Went in with what I was looking for. Was greeted promptly and given options. Covered all questions about what was needed for proper install and out the door I went with my dishwasher on my truck. 10-15 minutes in and out the door at a competitive price. Very pleased with the service.
Called in and had a great experience over the phone purchasing a freezer a couple weeks ago. Walked in a couple days later to look at the unit and set up delivery. Everything was as expected and staff was super helpful. Delivery guys were very kind and quick. We will be using them for all our appliances in the future!
When our washing machine died, it was a no brainer going to Nawara Bros for us after a great previous experience there purchasing a dishwasher. This time was no different. We found exactly what we were looking for in a washer / dryer combo and the knowledgeable staff made it so easy. Both items were in stock and we were able to get them delivered just a few days later. The install team were very professional and went above and beyond to install both units in a difficult space. We will definitely be back again!
Very few retail establishments answer their website requests. Nawara not only answered quickly they actually answered my question. All retailers should follow their lead. The service and professionalism was too notch at their facility. Friendly service and awesome advice. Its not surprising they have been in business for 58 years or more. Super job see you soon.

I wanted to purchase a Kitchenaid Induction stove. There was nothing a possible 12 month wait list. I worked with RJ Scott, he was very professional and diligent regarding my purchase. The stove arrived in two months. The delivery went well. I would highly recommend Nawara Brothers Home Store.
Our new washer and dryer arrived on time and the guys got them in the house and the old ones out without incident. The dryer had an intermittent problem that was not a show stopper. The delivery guys troubleshot the problem and immediately involved there technician. Ultimately the GE Technician came out the next business day and resolved the problem. We are very pleased with the Nawara Brothers Sales people, the service people both from Nawara Brothers and GE, and the products.
I needed a dryer part on a Saturday and tried many places with no success until I found the Nawara Brothers site and sent a message through there to see if they had it. They replied within a few minutes that they did have it, at a lower price than I had seen elsewhere. It was waiting for me when I got to the store and I was on my way quickly. Excellent service!

After doing plenty of research on washing machines, I stopped in to look at our preferred machines. Nawara Bros had all the models we were interested in stocked and available for immediate delivery. We waited a bit to order, and after a Black Friday purchase, it was delivered within 30 hours.Very pleased with the customer service and delivery team. Sorry, but weve had a poor experience with Nawara Brothers. We choose local when we can, and my wife selected them for a suite of kitchen appliances, both because local, and due to their reputation. Our appliances were purchased in May 2021, and were installed in July. All was fine with the exception of the upper oven not working. The installer returned a day or two later, and identified the part that needed to be replaced. He ordered it, but did warn us that he didnt know how soon it would arrive (which, in this Covid-era, we understood).We heard no more until, on 9/14, I called for an update. The individual that answered said he would have the service guy call us. Never happened, not a peep from anybody at Nawara. I then called again Monday, 10/04. I was told were waiting to hear from GE regarding the warranty. He suggested I nudge them (GE), and gave me their phone number and a claim number. He also put me through to our reps direct voicemail (he was apparently with a customer at the moment). The voicemail-greeting warned me that if this is Monday, please know that Tuesday is my regular day off, and Ill return your call Wednesday. It is now Friday, 10/08, and I still have not heard from anybody at Nawara.I did call GE, and they told me “Yes, a claim was submitted, but it was then cancelled. She suggested I make an appointment with their own service department, which I have done. Hopefully, well have a working appliance before Thanksgiving.We do not expect Nawara to be able to make a part appear magically, but we DO expect AT A MINIMUM to have our calls returned. Nawara, never again.
Easiest appliance purchase I have made. We are done with the big box stores and will be going to the westside for any appliance or other needs in the future.

Love Nawara Brothers! Im in love with my new washer and dryer. Justin was a very no nonsense sales guy. He told me pros cons and was really just helpful. Prices were close enough to the big box stores that it felt good to support the neighborhood business. Ive purchased many things from them over the years and although I dont know anyone well, they just seem like a nice family business that sticks to their word.

Nawara Brothers were the ONLY place that had the dishwasher we wanted in stock! So instead of waiting for one until December or January, we had one the next day! The installation was fast, professional and efficient! Rand (our installer) turned off the power and water, pulled out our old machine, installed the new machine and turned everything back on-all in about 1/2 hour! We couldn’t have asked for anything better! Thank you thank you!

I only use Nawara Brothers when I need just about anything they sell. They have a very knowledgable and friendly staff and prices that compete with the big box stores. Just purchased a new mattress after wasting hours online reading reviews on Amazon. You should lay on a mattress a mattress before you buy it. I know most of the mattress in a box places will give you 100 nights or something, but Im not the type to go through the hassle of sending a king size mattress back to the internet.
Ive purchased a stove and a microwave from Nawara. They have given me wonderful customer service that has always been above the service Ive gotten at big box stores from just looking to purchasing, installation and if Ive needed service. Theyve also always price matched products they carry. Ive been very satisfied with Nawara.

Family owned. One on one customer interaction. The employee would not give up finding me the right parts even after I did. Nor did he try to push me into replacing my older appliance with its (4-5 models) newer version. A little more expensive than the the big box chains: but WORTH IT.
Our old fridge died and these guys were able to deliver the new model we wanted the next day. Home Depot had the same fridge but would have needed a week for delivery. They have a great selection of appliances. Delivery guys were polite and efficient.
Great customer service! Called for a part to fix my old dryer. Part was in stock for reasonable price. Sales rep could have easily pushed the sale of a new dryer but did not.

Typically, anything can be bought on Amazon. However, appliances arent one of those things (its possible but its a terrible idea). The first thing I heard when I asked about a local place was Nawara Brothers and I understand why. They were extremely knowledgeable, are certified for the repairs you may need in the future, and their prices are competitive. What more could you ask for?

My parents had a plastic handle break on their year and a half old Whirlpool dryer. My mother when down to “buy local” and got a deal on the part for $31.00. Supposed to be sold for $40.00 by the manufacturer.When they got home they looked the part up on Amazon and found the part listed consistently under $10.00.That is a ridiculous mark-up! They are done shopping local after over 40 years of business there.

Nawara Brothers has been around for a long time and Im sure that is due to their service. They have lots of parts on hand for fixing appliances and what they dont have they will try to get it for you quickly.When ever I have an issue they will take the time to troubleshoot and help me find a solution.

2022-02-04We ordered a dishwasher from Nawara Brothers yesterday afternoon, it is already installed. Great service! Justin our salesperson did a great job! I will be telling all my friends and family about the great service that we have gotten from them. Price was very good. Much easier to work with than the big box stores.

I contacted Nawara Brothers Home Store with my list of questions and desires for a new refrigerator - after all, when I will be living with this appliance for the next 10 years + investing a large amount of money - I require lots of information. I was assisted by Phil and was very happy with his knowledge of the features of different appliances and together we decided on the best refrigerator for my home. The refrigerator was delivered and installed by Luis and Tristan the next day. The delivery and service was excellent and professional. The appliance features were explained and everything was clean, functional and running when they finished.Every aspect of this transaction was perfect. 2022-03-07The sales staff were very helpful and I could get an appointment to install an appliance the next day. I would go back for this reason.The installer, however, was not pleasant whatsoever. First thing he did was walk into the kitchen and say well, weve got an issue thats going to cost YOU more money. Yeah, I wouldnt lead with that. Maybe explain whats going on first and THEN well talk about money.I tried to talk with him about a couple different solutions I had in my mind, but he wasnt having it. I asked if the two of us (with my help) could temporarily put the appliance in place so I could see what it looked like. He said flat out No, and said thats too difficult, even though 15 minutes later he installed the appliance by himself. It was basically a take what Im going to do or leave it situation. I dont appreciate that feeling in my own home. I ended up going with it, thinking Id just call the friendly people back at the store if it looked bad when he was done.When I did pay the extra money for the alterations, I had to pay the installer directly, not Nawara. That seemed a little odd. Is that normal?Again, Id return based upon my experience in the store, but maybe throw your installer, Rand, a little customer relations training. That was rough.

2022-03-25After tiring of the big box stores, We just bought Our second household appliance from Nawara brothers. A stove in Nov of 2019 and now a refrigerator. You can really tell the difference in a smaller appliance store, family owned, from the big box stores. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They aren’t just there to get your money.We have been very pleased with the products, the timeliness, the delivery, and of course the in-store salesman.I would definitely recommend Nawara Brothers home store.

2022-06-27The staff was very helpful in explaining the differences in washing machines. They had a good selection of washers. The washing machine was delivered and hooked up the next day. They also took the old machine away. The young men who delivered it showed me how everything worked as I have never owned a front loading washer.

2022-05-19I had printed my experience and somehow lost it and Im not about to print it again! I was happy with how everything progressed. I was happy with the time frame of the delivery. The delivery guys were very nice and pleasant to work with.
