Comment: My father had a non-renewal of insurance through a different company. I contacted Comparion and connected with Nayeli. She was able to find alternative insurance options and was prompt with ideas and responding to e-mail. We won our appeal of the non-renewal so the old insurance policy went back into effect. I called Nayeli to tell her in person what had happened and thank her for all she had done for us. She was genuinely excited that we won our appeal. I am keeping her contact information and will be certain to work with her if a need arises in the future. Very pleasant person!

Comment: Going through the automated service with Liberty Mutual has been a challenge to discuss my policies with a live person. I found Nayeli Cuatecontzi, Sale Representative with Liberty Mutual and she has been amazing. We sold our house and moved back into our rental which we had to iron out from rental to residential property insurance.
