Network 1 Motors was a very good service provider. Matt did an amazing job getting all the paperwork in and providing us with a vehicle that is suitable for my family and job!!! Great customer service great customer satisfaction very clean environment friendly staff. I recommend if youre looking for a vehicle go there they can even finance depending on your situation.

Once you buy your car, will not answer the phone or return calls when there is a problem. During the first 30 days when repairs are supposed to be covered, doesnt actually fix the car, just does it enough for the engine light to shut back off. Tells you to take the car to a Ford dealership but dont worry, the repairs will be covered. End up paying $1300 for repairs because they were NOT covered.Strongly recommend steering clear of this place. Will never refer anyone to them. I love my car, but I hate the service.

Curtis was our salesman and he was fantastic. Kind, understanding and listened to what would work for us. Everyone there made us feel welcome and worked to get us into a car. I couldnt be happier. We will be back for the next car and will refer to anyone who will listen to us. Thanks to everyone at Network 1 Motors.
