Kick man from this company was knowledgeable, he could resolve the issue with ease, he could explain the problem and guided me on usage of the Air Conditioner. He was helpful, polite, and approachable.
The technician showed up right on time. He was very familiar with the system to be serviced and explain what he would be doing. He also provided additional helpful information responsive to several questions. In my opinion he was terrific and a great representative for I highly recommend this company for your A/C and heating needs.
This is a super professional company. They are very responsive to my requests for service. I needed a new thermostat with WiFi and they came out the next day, installed it, and showed me how to use it. Both of the installers were very nice and considerate. I am a senior, so I really appreciate they treated me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. Thank you.
Professional! Punctuality! Quality! Value! Responsiveness! This is what Len lives by. The service I received from Newton Heating and Cooling was incredible! Within 48 hours I had a brand new air conditioner installed. This was after several attempts to get my existing unit to work. I highly recommend George and his team. They were amazing to deal with from the start to the end!
I was in a new house and the AC went out and they came and looked at it within the hour and we needed a new part, but they hooked it up so it would run till the new part came in. Then they came back and put the new part in and everything is working great. Service was great. They are fast and they communicate to you during the whole process.
Newton Heating and Cooling had not only the lowest quote for a new AC instillation, but also excellent service, perfect follow-up and completed the repairs on my furnace ahead of schedule. They also cleaned up after themselves and did not try to up-sell me, which I appreciated. Everything works perfectly and professionally. Have used Newton Heating and Cooling for two years and have always had repair work done in an expeditious manner. Tech arrived on time-identified the problem with the air conditioner that did not want to work and the job was completed in a little over an hour. Great company and employees to do business with.

He gave us the quote which was very reasonable and fair and came back with Tony the following day for the service. They were so thorough and worked with the highest attention to detail and completed the service on time.

2022-08-01The guys at Newton Heating and Cooling did a great job. Despite being the busy season, they were able to get out the next day when they said they would and identify the problem. They did a temporary solution to keep the house cool while the part was ordered, then came back when they said they would and installed the new parts. Its mid-August and the house is nice and cool.

2022-04-05The technician arrive between the designated time frame; along with a courtesy call. He showed up with ID and was very nice. He serviced/inspected my boiler and hot water tank and answered any questions I had. He was very professional. I surely would recommend Newton Heating and Cooling company!

2022-07-31Yesterday Miguel installed our new tankless water heater. Miguel is the best technician weve ever hired. He explained the operation of our new unit and made sure everything was working properly. He knew what he was doing and left everything clean. I highly recommend this company.

2022-07-31My AC stayed on longer than it should. I called this company who answered immediately and set up an appointment the next day. Joshua was extremely professional and diligent in his work. He checked the system, found out that filters got dirty, and cleaned them right away. Joshua took time to explain that dirty filters slow down airflow and make the air conditioning system work harder than it needs to, which also translates into wasted energy and higher energy bills. I recommend this company!

2022-07-31Great work and attitude. My HVAC system stopped working overnight and I started panicking. Tech came shortly after the call and quickly diagnosed and repaired it. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Thank you for explaining how to prevent future problems. I have never been so impressed with a repair technician.
