I’m very lucky to have Jason, if you want peace of mind let Jason help you to buy your home!. I’m second time home owner the first was not fun, Jason made the process so easy for me!.Jason was very flexible to show me the houses I liked, and for the house I picked he submitted good offer and the offer was accepted and he did all the paperwork works professionally with no mistakes. We closed on the house without hassle.
Jason is an amazing realtor. I am not just saying this because I know him personally, but I know him professionally as well. With my background of over 25 years in the mortgage industry I know how rare it is to find a realtor with true passion to serve their clients and Jason is that rare find. Jason was recommended to us by a third party and we’re so happy he was. We felt like we received personalized attention throughout the process. He listened to our wants and concerns and didn’t waste our time with homes that didn’t meet our desires. We were also on a restrictive time schedule and he made sure to make his schedule accommodate ours at all opportunities. I cannot say enough good things about Jason. We had many ups and downs and personal challenges during our home search and he was with us through them all. He was flexible, very communicative, and honest. He would make a point to come to all our open houses with us and even sent houses that he found that matched our criteria. When we finally found our home, his negotiation skills allowed us to be chosen over nine other offers! He constantly went above and beyond to make sure that we not only found a house but that we found a home. I highly recommend him, especially to new buyers because he walked us through each step of the process.

Jason did an AMAZING job of helping my husband and I find our first home. He worked around our busy schedules and got us into homes quickly. He had several other clients at the same time but always made us feel like we were the only clients he had. He took the time to take notes for us on every house we saw so that we could remember what we liked and disliked and how homes compared. He always let us form our own opinions about the homes and never tried to talk us into things that we did not really care for. He really took the time to get to know us and really cared about finding the right home for us. The market was very competitive when we were buying and he reached out to agents to get us information on homes even before they hit the MLS to help us get ahead. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had and was organized and professional throughout the entire buying process. We could not have asked for a better agent to help us find our first home. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!!

Marsha made magic happen! My husband & myself needed a miracle and she made that happen for us. We lost our home just weeks prior to a devastating flood, and had no plans to purchase a home anytime soon BUT the universe had other plans for us. Paul and his team are wonderful. They were accommodating and provided a sense of calm in what can be a tedious and stressful experience. We were seriously trying to envision how to buy a house in this bananas market without an agent; we were desperate to not be put in the vulnerable position we had been left in previously. 2022-04-13I wish I could give more than 5 stars! From day one I felt that Jason was honest and direct with us. My wife and I were considering selling our home by owner and we were up front with Jason about that prior to our first in home meeting. Jason laid out everything that he could offer and what he believed he could deliver and we felt extremely comfortable with it. We decided to go ahead and list our home for sale with Jason. He and his team marketed our house with the latest techniques and put together a great open house during which we had over 50 people come through! After the open house we had 6 offers and ended up accepting a very solid offer that was even $5K above asking! We would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to sell their home!

2022-04-125 stars is a low rating for Jason Main. He deserves 10 stars after the easy experience my husband and I had with selling our home and purchasing our forever home. Jason came to us with a plan and a promise, he asked as long as we trust him and his process he could well our home quickly. Listening to his suggestions, doing what he asked, he was able to sell our home in a matter of days. He was dedicated and even made sure we had our open house despite a snow storm. In a matter of a month and a half we sold our home and are now the proud owners of a brand new forever home where we plan to start our family. Jason was available and there for us whenever we needed him and was always advocating on our behalf. If we ever sell again we will definitely be using Jason for another smooth and efficient process. I can’t say enough nice things about Jason and his amazing dedication to his clients and his job.

2022-04-13No one can match the talent she brings to the table. Sharifa was the best agent I could have asked for. Took a few months to find the right home but she was always around when we needed to see a home. We would go multiple times a day to take us to 1 home or many. She was very knowledgeable on the items to look for or be cautious of. Any time we were discouraged during the process she kept us moving forward. Being a first time home buyer, she really made us feel that we had her whole attention. She was the best around! I would highly recommend to family and close friends!By far the best agent in Michigan!
