Comment: The agents are slow, and the communication and relationship with their customers are the last on their priorities.Getting a quote would take 2 weeks and that is not the correct quote and missing information and requires many iterations. Even when I had the final quote and agreed to work with them and made the payment, after a few days they called me and said the amount was incorrect and my rate is twice (I repeat 2 times!!) the original quote!!!I would stay away from them.

Comment: Ninna is a very effective insurance agent. When my car got damaged by hit and run, she took care of it immediately. State Farm claims department estimated the loss and sent me a check within a few days. Thanks for your help Ninna!

Comment: This is regarding my husband who was insured through State Farm for the past 3 years. I am very disappointed in the fact they cancelled his coverage early without notice. He has been in contact with this agency mainly communicating with Maria. He had a DUI and needed an SR-22 sent to DMV. He went to DMV due not receiving an ID after month of license being reinstated. Maria said they sent in the SR-22 and they will not be renewing his policy in July.After going to the DMV again the DMV stated they have never received the SR 22 and cannot give him an ID. My husband went to the agency to see why the form was never sent in, upon arrival they stated they had cancelled his policy in May but never gave notice.My big issue is that they never told him that they cancelled his policy early and lied about sending in the SR-22 form. On one occasion with Maria on speaker phone it was agreed upon he will be insured until his policy ended which is July 17th and added to my policy. It was never stated that they will cancel his policy almost 2 months early and WITHOUT notice.Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from this company.

They provide our family with excellent service and advise on my insurance needs.I been with them for almost 3 yrs now and most likely stay with them for good. They are easy to talk to, very helpfully with giving me advise of how to save money on my policies. Yes I did compare apple to apple with other insurance, Ninna Chugh and her team still the winner.Thank you again for Excellent Service, Saving us $$$, and great advise you and your team provide us. Comment: I was looking for insurance for my car. when I went in to the office they greeted me everyone seems to be freindly . the workers explained all my coverages and tired there best to save me money. Great customer serivce
