Comment: Clogged shower drains. Had 2 other plumbers come out and couldnt fix it. I was already fearing the worst, broken drain under the showers. Was referred to Noble by my insurance agent/friend and they sent Brian. They called me before the visit to gather more information and pinpoint the problem. Got to my home with a plan, used special equipment that fixed the clog (no broken drain!). Was so appreciative that I hired them to replace my ancient water heater. I found my new plumber 🥰Update:Clogged shower drain again. Called on a Sunday and Alejandro was at my house within an hour. He is the pro at snaking and did a wonderful job. 🥰

Comment: Best decision EVER!! Noble Plumbing was referred to me by Martin Plumbing, because I needed help right away and their schedule was full until next week. I called Noble Plumbing on Wednesday and they sent out Alejandro within 35 minutes. He did a free consultation and gave me a couple of options. After making my choice we scheduled him to return on Thursday morning. He came out did the camera thing, got all his equipment from the truck and went to work on our blockage... to make a long story short, we no longer have a blockage, all toilets and showers are working as they should. It wasnt a smooth no problem typical job for him. A couple of bumps, but he handled everything very well and kept me informed. He was very respectful, proficient, polite and worked hard. It was the least traumatic plumbing experience I have ever had, thanks to Alejandro. Noble Plumbing was definitely the right choice. I know exactly who Im calling next time, and there for sure will be a next time, there always is something needing a plunger around this old house, lol. Thank you, Alejandro and Noble Plumbing.🪠

Comment: Post floor install (with toilet removal/replace) was told toilet leaking from “stuff inside” & “water supply” ; advised to get plumber. There is no active leak but the line from turn off to toilet had been quite stretched out. I will be getting it repaired as my budget allows and was very impressed with the young plumber KYLE they sent out. He was very knowledgeable, explained the dynamics, and negotiable on price as I am a senior (78). I would not hesitate calling Noble again and plan on repair very soon.

They ended up getting the line clear pretty quickly and got the sewer line flowing again. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I needed a plumber asap they game me a same day appointment even called because they had an earlier opening which I was thrilled about. The two gentlemen that came were very nice and helpful they even got rid of all the little extra debris that came out. I thought that was very nice of them as I just had to disinfect and wipe and walla it was ready to use both my showers and toilets. I totally recommend and would definitely use again. Comment: We dont use the master bathtub/shower but some how it started leaking. Its a fast constant stream. They booked me the same day for an inspection, diagnosis and estimate. The estimate was $399 and Joel was the technician who came out and was able to fix the problem the same day. Customer service was extremely nice. I was so impressed they had an appointment available same day to give me an ESTIMATE AND DID THE WORK. I called other plumbers to book estimates and this was a very fair price. The next day they immediately replaced my water heater and fixed the defective water valve that wasn’t closing from the water heater to my water supply. It took a few hours for the plumber, Norman, to finish but he did a great job and cleaned the area up a bit. Comment: I backed a trailer into the garden hose valve in the front of my house... Unfortunately, it is not only for the garden hose, but is also the water main for my entire house. 😭 A call to Noble and they had a plumber here within the hour. He was very polite and seemed knowledgeable. Started by digging the pipe I bumped out of the dirt and found a plastic fitting that snapped. Fixed that within minutes. Turned the water back on and nothing. Zero water to anywhere in the house. So, he continued to dig, but was going to have to break the stucco out on the front of the house to follow the pipe. Instead of that, he moved to the interior of that wall and had to break through the sheet rock in my garage and jackhammer concrete from the slab foundation to find where the copper pipe had bent/collapsed. Fast forward a few hours of demo and my family of 7 had water back. Noble had the best price for the emergency/holiday/weekend fee out of the 7 places I called. (it was later in the afternoon on a holiday weekend, of course) They showed up when they said they would, they worked very hard and were able to restore our water alot faster than expected. They also did not try to do more than necessary. (All of the jackhammering broke loose the dirt/debris that formed a clog where I had broken the plastic fitting just underground.) So, once the plastic pipe was repaired and the wall/concrete was opened up, we realized the water was flowing fine. Rather than try and convince me to continue on and replace the dented copper pipe that was now working as it should, he recommended I just leave it as is for a bit. Dont concrete back or close up the hole, just in case, but watch it for a week or two. If there are no problems/leaks, then concrete/sheetrock it back, no problem. He felt bad that he was charging us for digging it all out for no reason, but that is what caused the blockage to break apart. He easily could have said oh yeah, that dent there is not okay, it must be replaced. I would not have known any better or different and they would have made a ton more $ off me that day. But, because he was honest he now has a customer for life and I hope my referrals and continued business with Noble will more than make up for it!

Vince from a Noble Plumbing did an excellent job of explaining what he was going to do, assessing the situation, and detailing his action plan. He kept me apprised every step of the way, and was very conscientious about his work. He explained what caused the problem and what future steps should be to completely alleviate it. Vince also changed the leaky shutoff valve outside and stopped a bath tub control knob from leaking. He was a true professional who took pride in his work and was very fantastic to work with.

He asked if I could wait until the next day for delivery & install and although it was my emergency... it wasn’t life threatening so I agreed. He offered 11:00 am to which I was thrilled. He showed up at 10:30 (call ahead placed by the office) and the whole job of removing old hot water tank and installing new only took about 1.5 hours. He was very polite and professional. Comment: The price was higher than what I was quoted initially. I needed a kitchen faucet replaced. The receptionist was very friendly, said there would be no charge for coming out. However the technician said if he had to look at the issue, there would be a charge. Kind of conflicting as to what the receptionist communicated.The day the tech gave a quote, I asked what type of faucet would be a good fit. He recommended buying any other brand than the one I had. I purchased a PriceFister.After the install the technician said the charge is higher because of the type of faucet and that he had to apply caulking around to seal.Isnt that what an install involves??? Not happy!!I chose this company because of the convenience to my home but next time going to go with someone else.

Comment: We had a nasty obstruction in our line. The toilets were backed up and there was waste coming up through the tub and shower drains. Edgar came out around 11pm and tried to clear the main line, when that didnt work he had to pull a toilet off and snake it. He worked hard until almost 1:30am. Comment: After the first plumbing repair company struggled to both diagnose and execute the repair of a plugged drain, I contacted Noble Plumbing. I fully expected to wait a minimum of 1-2 days to get a service person(s) to our home. Within 3 hours of my call, a Noble technician was at our home. Herb was courteous, professional, and most importantly, optimistic in attacking our repair needs.
