Awful customer service. They do not stay open until there posted hours. We showed up the first time and they were closing early with 2 cars in their parking lot. We decided to go back because we had emailed and been quoted a great price on flagstone only to find that someone made a mistake and they would not honor it because they didnt know who sent the email. Manager never came out to talk to us or even try to figure something out.
The worker is overwhelmed. Its not a great experience. If you know any strong kids that want a job PLEASE call this man. He really needs the help.
Over the year Ive bought wood chips and landscape supplies form Noble. They normally do a nice job of delivering landscape supplies on time. Last week I tried to place an order for some Pisa Reversa Cap retaining wall caps. They would not commit to a date for me to pick them up. Told me to go find them somewhere else because they were to busy.I intent to take my future landscaping business elsewhere. They obviously dont need my business.
Great service. Employees were helpful, friendly and smiling even though it was 90 degrees and humid out and they were busy.
Loved it! The guys were so friendly & helpful! They answered all of my questions, and loaded my truck for me.
Driver delivered 5 or 6 yards of dirt, this morning, to a neighbor of mine. Instead of dumping in the driveway, they dumped in the middle of the street taking 3/4 of the width of entire street, and then drove off. driver also managed to dump it right in front of my driveway, so that i could barely get in or out of my own driveway.
Pipes burst, needed supplemental heat with the fireplace. The wood is soaking wet, filthy and moldy. I didn’t want to leave a review because the young man was so nice to me, but I was completely ripped off.
Expensive. Short order rip-off con artist. Filthy yard and store. Smoking allowed inside. When the kid up front cant answer a simple question, the half-pint smoker steps forward to rudely respond.

Great service - delivered 26 yards of soil on a days notice. The soils was top quality too.
Descent prices, descent service. However, came here the other day, 15 minutes before they closed, and every gate was shut and the place was closed. Please post accurate business hours.
Was told on Wednesday I could come and p/u my ink of gold rocks on Thursday or Friday. Called back on Saturday to see if I could come p/u my order and was told they didnt have time to do it. Theyre too busy. Well hire some more people. Just Pathetic!
The owner was patient and kind helping me pick flagstone, delivered it right on time .Good experience I will be a return customer 😁
They do not have their act together and their equipment leaves oil stains on your property. Would suggest going 100 down the street to their competition.
Had a problem with the firewood that was delivered. I called the company, and they were happy to help resolve the issue.

I should have listened to Math, the firewood is terrible. I dont think its fully seasoned. It just smolders.

2019-06-01Bought 4 yards of Redwood Mulch. The pile they delivered seemed smaller (3 yards worth only) than other places I have bought mulch. When I called them to discuss they said they use a 2 yard scope to scope out mulch twice to make it 4 yards on the truck. Dont think I will be returning back there again.

2021-06-03I went out to nobles three weeks ago picked out mulch and carefully ordered and set up delivery details. I waited all day for delivery and when I called the guy told me I never placed an order. I have paperwork, I have people coming to do the mulching tomorrow… What a terrible experience.

2021-05-01Ordered 3 yards of top soil to be delivered. Received what appeared to be under 3 yds of mostly lumpy clay. The color was grey to beige. When I asked the driver about the quantity, he said it was 3yds and drove off. The grass seed I planted wont even sprout. Go a few doors down.

2019-10-29I placed an order a week before delivery for one and a half face cords. The day of delivery, the guy called and said hed be there at 10:30, he got there at 11. When he dumped the load onto the tarps, I thought it looked a bit light. Ive been ordering from a place in Waterford for about 10 years, same size order, and it always looked bigger then this order did, but you cant really argue about the size on the tarp. After I loaded up my 3/4 cord rack in the backyard, there was barely anything left. I believe I was definitely shorted by half a cord. I should have had half of the order left after filling the rack. I always get this amount so I can season 3/4 cord in the rack while I burn the rack contents of last years delivery (moved into the garage) and have 3/4 cord in the garage ready to go for February burning.Now I have the 3/4 cord from last year and 2 small wheelbarrows of wood (about 3 days of burning) on the side. I called and told the guy who answered I believe I was shorted so he could make it right. He took my name and number and said hed check into it and call me back. No call back. I believe I was shorted on my order of 1.5 cords by .5 cord. I called them again and Mark called me back to say they will drop off 1/2 cord later this week, once they do Ill update their stars rating to a 4.UPDATE: After the delivery guy came by and measured my rack ( which holds 3.5 x 7 of wood for 24 sq ft, a cord is 4x8 or 32 sq ft.) he dropped off a half cord out front. Definitely more than 1/3rd of initial delivery so I am very happy now! Thanks for making it right guys, I do appreciate it!

2019-07-03My customer recently purchased three yards of mulch which is the amount that I calculated from the flower bed area and the two inch depth that I wanted to lay down. Keep in mind I had done this exact same property two years prior so I knew that was the correct amount because I ended up having plenty of mulch to do the job the last time. Upon arrival to my customer home I noticed that the pile looked decently short just from first sight and my customer continued to tell me when I got out of the car that he also thought the same. He had mentioned it first thing when it was delivered but the driver assured him it was in fact three yards. I can tell you right now it wasnt even close. I have been in the landscaping industry for ten years or so and have mulched hundred of homes, I know what a yard or two or three looks like generally. To give the benefit of doubt I spread it anyway and sure enough I was right and it was short by a half to one yard. Two years prior my exact calculations was more than enough for this gentlemans flower beds and it was put down thick. This time it barely covered over the old mulch and I didnt even get any mulch in the flower bed in the back yard before Id ran out. I have done alot of mulching in Farmington Hills and I would not recommend going through this company. Any chance they can get over on you or take advantage they will because this is not a first time experience for me here. I can assure you I will never give one more dollar nor will my customers to this company. This time the owner would not budge or take our word for it and was adamant he and his workers were right and I can guarantee they are not in this exact instance. They need to learn how to fill up a bucket right because this time they didnt. Do not use this company you are waisting your money.

2019-05-13Ordered some dirt by phone and the guy was knowledgeable and polite. Made the process so quick on ordering. When they were delivering they called and I gave instructions on where I would like it dumped as I was not home. Came home and everything was great with the delivery, they also had the best pricing!!!

2016-05-08Lovely people in this store. I came on a Sunday morning to order some mulch delivered. Got explanation how many bags one yard would be and decided on yard vs. bags. They had time that day and offered to deliver right away. Perfect!

2019-06-03Great customer service. First time I purchased from them was back in april 2019. No one could deliver the next day saturday or were any other landscaping companies open. Thier price for pea gravel and top soil was great. The second time I bought from them was this past weekend. Purchased white marble which Ricardo bagged and put in my car. Will be coming back soon for the rest of our landscaping needs. Thank you.
