Dont go hungry. Our waitress was very snobby. Our walleye dinner consisted of a half order of French fries, soggy cold steamed veggies and one piece of walleye for nearly $16.00. not impressed over all and will not be back.
Had a burger and tater tots the food was good. Place was packed. Just recently re openedJust beautiful inside. Awful problem with noise. High ceilings causing everyones voice to echo. Otherwise t would have given them a 5.
North Point is awesome I drive an hour and a half just for their food service is great also. Full belly and not one complaint. If in the area give your taste buds a good meal.

The food was VERY good. The service was good.. The atmosphere is very awkward with the super bright lights. It is a bit of a cafeteria feel. If they have lower lighting it would be great!
The waitress/management took 53 minutes to get us a pizza and bread sticks. In a empty restaurant, Pizza had wrong toppings on it, the bread sticks some how were burnt on bottom raw dough in the middle. When told about it she said the cook put the wrong toppings on, sorry about the bread. Wanted to give credit to be used the next time. I told her I wont be back here. Would not recommend any body to go here.Im so glad you took a second to say sorry. But you did not try to make things right. I wouldnt recommend anybody to go here.
We went for a fish dinner, I had cod, husband had perch. The batter was light and cooked perfectly. Our server, Marie was excellent!
Only a few miles out of town, cant believe weve never been here before! Clean and bright, great beer and burger, phenomenal waitress/bartender (Laney). Well be back!

Server Anna O was fantastic. Compared to what it use to be ( before burning down) I believe its gone down hill. Their 1/3 lb burgers are tiny ( McDonalds 1/4 burgers are bigger) the sought after cheese curds are also super small for the enormous price of 7.99, if they still came in the basket they use to it would be fine but now they come in a 12 or16 Oz metal tin 1/2 full and when u ordered a 1/3 burger for 10.99 and added 1.99 for onion rings ( which I have absolutely no issues for the up charge) when the meal came out the 1.99 upcharge onion rings ..........were a total of 5 rings.......absolutely blew my mind..........no thanks. Sorry but we will not be back.
Met up with another couple and decided to try this place out for my Birthday. First time since the fire. Really good food, prices were reasonable and our waitress Makayla (SP?) was terrific. Will definitely be back again.
Wanted a hamburger without a bun. A side salad. Received the burger correctly with no chips or fries. Side salad had large hard pieces of lettuce. Our Bill came and was charged for a full hamburger meal. Extra for lettuce, Tomatoes and mayo and side of salad. I asked waitress if it should have come with chips or something for that price. Her response is you didnt want it... all I said is I didnt want the bun .. didnt say anything about not wanting the rest. She didnt seem to care. We go by here every weekend and figured we would check it out. $13.50 for a meal like that was high.. it seems. Wont be stopping again.
The food was not something we all were impressed by. No favor & basic. The service was ok. I cant say wed go back unfortunately.
After reading some good reviews we decided to stop in for lunch. The reviews dont do the food justice. My daughter went on and on about the best chicken tenders she has ever had.. having eaten chicken tenders from Michigan to Florida, she would know. I got the Z93 sausage and it was both delicious, and done right! My fiance had a loaded mac-n-cheese and loved that too. With great service to boot! Stop in and find out for yourself if you love good food at reasonable prices.

Food was ok, female manager treats staff bad and doesnt help workers when busy. Ive been there several times and the bartender Amy was rude everytime. She seems to just want to talk to her regular clients at the bar . I will never be back. I will gladly spread the word if asked . The issues ultimately falls on the owners because they should see what is going on.

Ordered salad to go, watched two tables ( different waitress). Group of 4 sat down waitress brought food out for other table, told them my waitress would be Rite out to help them. Bout 7 min wen by they walked. After about 22 min they brought me my salad. Was fresh and good, But 22min for a salad to go? NOT HAPPY with time it took for as dead as restaurant was.
I been here 2 times now . First time all 4 of us got food that looked up too the standard of a vending machine . This second time I order smoked wings and they were actually really good .
I really wish they had the hail Mary bloody Mary drink daily ..other then that food was excellent and service fantastic!!
The taco salad and steak sandwich are my favorites. Always a fun and friendly environment. Extremely clean. We usually go here weekly. Great place to just grab a cocktail also.

The absolute worst service I have received in years. They managed to burn the bread while keeping it raw inside and screwed the items up on the pizza after waiting 53 minutes in an empty restaurant. The other table had 2 to 3 waitresses while we had someone who claimed to be running the restaurant and was really too busy to help us....all to find out that she didnt have the authority to take money off the bill for the incorrect order and said that her manager was going to give us credit for the next time we stopped in!..lol...like I would ever go back...not even worth a second try...sorry North Point you guys should just close the doors with service like that.
Their current rating is not indicative of their current performance. Just stopped in there after the restrictions lifted for Corona and staff was friendly food was great everything came out quickly and very hot. Unfortunately the 3.5 star review had previously caused me to drive by, this will be a stop now when we go to Franks great outdoors around dinner time
Much improved pizza!!! Im glad the place burned down. Now they have a new oven that cooks really good pizza. If they keep up with the consistency of fine food and service then this place can become a hot spot to go to. I look forward to eating the pizza again soon.
We enjoyed our dinner there with our friends. The waitresses were great servers and made fun with their customers. The food; Steak Sandwich, Chicken Wings with ranch jalapeno dip (great), wet burritos. All was delicious and generous servings. Definitely will go there again. Great daily specials too.
Rebuilt after a fire. Food was good before. Still good now. Had the nacho, 1 large enough for two people (if youre not starving). Saw the steak sandwich at another table... it looked small but tasty. Want to try the burgers next time. $40.00 for 2 large nachos ,1 bowl of chili, a pop and a beer. Not cheap but I dont think its too over the top expensive. Good attentive service.

This place has great food and atmosphere. I feel grateful that you all were able to rebuild your great restaurant.Your waitstaff gets 5 stars from me as well 👍
We arrived at 5pm and did not receive our drinks until 5:26pm. 5:40pm and still havent been served our food order. Waitress took drinks to a table that arrived 10 minutes after is and still hadnt brought us our drinks instead a different waitress had to bring our drinks to our table. I ordered coffee which was super strong and not to fresh. Food finely arrived 45 minutes after ordering. Nachos looked like a salad on top of chips the cheese was served on the side and was clumpy. The lake perch tasted like it was freezer burnt. Not worth the money.. Would not recommend this place since they reopened. If you want good nachos or a fish dinner I recommend going to The Log Cabin a little further down the road.. The manager did come to oir table an hour after we arrived and asked if everything was okay and I told her my thoughts on my uneaten plate and she did take care of the bill for us thankfully cause for the price I was not happy at all.. The owner was polite about the whole experience.
Finally remodeled. Waitstaff wonderful as before. Beer cold and tasty on tap. I think they changed the pizza sauce. Sweeter than I remember. We went right after they opened so we had to wait for table food etc.
The food was horrible. I ordered a hamburger deluxe. It came cold no condiments but they were ordered. Barely warm fries. The chili that was ordered was barely warm. The service was neglectful.the BBQ burger had so much BBQ sauce could not taste cheese or bacon. The burgers tasted like they were cooked yesterday and reheated in the microwave today. I will never go there again. I will not give a recommendation to anyone to go there.
REALLY GOOD PRICES, friendly, smiling faces, awesome atmosphere, food was excellent,, great over all place too be, only downfall was I had two beers, one light and one regular, and they both tasted bad too me, maybe it was me? Who knows! But everything else made it worth while!
Wait staff was nice, prompt, and kept us informed of our breakfast pizza that needed to ran through the oven again adding a some time to our wait. The Bloody Mary bar had everything you could want and the vodka was generously proportioned. The owner turned cartoons on for our daughter to watch as we waited. The breakfast pizza turned out to be the best we have ever eaten! We will be back!!
Youre all of Burger was pretty good. The new building has very nice and its clean. The waitresswe had initially could have been a little bit better about coming back and check in on our drinks but other than that it was a good experience
Service was outstanding. But the so called cod. Is no way cod. Just fish filets from the freezer section. The mushroom Swiss burger had no seasoning. Just bland burger patty.
Sorry to say was not a good meal. Had the perch dinner which cost $15.00 and only recieved 3 small pieces of fish. veggies where cold, but my wife got 8 pieces? and that poor waitress knew it to you could see it on her face. She offer to get me some more fish and the kitchen brought me out one piece...a half of a perch. So will not go back.
We ordered the North Point Deluxe pizza. It was amazing. Lots of toppings. We ordered the Clucker salad to share and there was plenty and it was really good. We also ordered breadsticks and would not order them again. They were a little hard. Everything else was great!
Server wasnt friendly and acted like she didnt care of we ordered or not. She brought my pop holding cup at the rim where I would drink! That was nasty and after asking for the bill for our drinks she went off doing something else till we asked other server for the bill! Never going back
They have a Friday fish fry special and my wife and I decided to go with the perch basket with fries and coleslaw. We were both very pleased with our choice. It was delicious! It is the closest fried perch to my father-in-laws which is saying something because,-- his was the best!
Unfortunately, our experience was lacking. We have been driving past for awhile and finally decided to stop in. The cod basket was literally frozen fish from Gordons. The burger was okay. We were the only ones in the restaurant. The wait staff was busy mopping the floor while we were eating our dinner then disappeared into the kitchen. We were calling out to get there attention to know avail. We had to leave cash on the table because we couldnt get the bill. Walked out and wont be back. 👎

Super small. Too many tables with the space they had. My son was in a high chair and could literally touch the person at the table next to us. He got a chocolate milk & it was white milk mixed with syrup. The CHOCOLATE milk was still white when he got it. We ordered an appetizer & it was burnt. Too hard to eat. Ordered a burger, the bacon was raw and chewy. The servers were not friendly. They all looked like deer in headlights. The whole atmosphere wasn’t pleasant. Won’t go back. Will not recommended to anyone.

Its the new place, finally opened. I miss the old bar and the fireplace, but the new place is very open and light, modern. It seems a little smaller inside though, no more booths, just table and chairs and were really not that fond of the tall tables. Things move a little slowly right now, I think all the staff is brand new. Great pizza though, but the beer selection still needs improvement. They waste taps on things like Bud, Founders, and Miller. Just keep those in bottles and use the road for good beer like Bells, Tri City and Sam Adams
If I could give no stars I would me and my fiance ordered food for pick up. They told us it would be ready in 25 minutes. We literally live 5 mins away. When my fiance got there to pick up our food she was ignored and had to wait another 20 minutes for our order. When she gets home with our food not only is it soggy its cold. This is the second time since they reopened that we have gotten food from there. The first time we ate inside and had the same results. We will not be going back there again .

Good service but less than average food. Beer battered fish looks and tastes like it came directly out of freezer of Gordons Food Service. The Cabin and Turkey Roost have far superior food products and are within 5 mins of North Point Bar
The food was prepared well and tasted good. My Buffalo wings came without sauce though and Becky, the only waitress/bartender left our table before I noticed and never came back. I asked for some but they were out. It seemed busy for a Sunday night and one wait staff, however, I know the service could have been better, for she was eating behind the bar and taking time to chat with the kitchen staff. Everyones drink was never refilled unless you were drinking alcohol. Food was good, wait staff was not. You make more by being attentive to your tables needs.

Very dissatisfied with food. My hamburger was so overcooked, it was very dry. Our friends ordered the chicken strips & fries.....the serving was 2 strips & a handful of fries for over 8 dollars....what a joke. It was a kids meal. The serving of fried pickles for over 7 dollars, was barely a handful. The ranch dressing was watered down. Doubt we will ever go back.
Food is good when and if you get it. Tonight they were out of cod on an all you can eat fish night and no Coleslaw... REALLY! Asked for more fish immediately upon getting the first plate, took FOREVER...fries were so soggy they were inedible and took an hour to get a new order...I like to spend money locally but come on! Its hard to justify the price, no matter if its a deal or expensive when it takes so long to get food. Fries dont take 40 minutes..... next time its McDonalds across the street!
Friendly staff and quick service. Food was ok...nothing special. Ordered Italian steak sandwich, what people rave about, and unfortunately I really wasnt that impressed. I really dont like pizza sauce on my steak. Not their fault I didnt read the whole description on the menu.

Looking for comfortable, quiet place for lunch or dinner, then look no further. Amazing food, I highly recommend north point. From their pizza, to fish dinner, to their world famous steak sandwiches you simply cant go wrong. Ive been coming here for 20+ years, and will continue. Its a family owned, local business.
Food was excellent. Service was friendly and attentive. Surroundings were clean and comfortable. Did not see anything that really needed improvement, but I leave that option open since nothing is perfect. But this trip was close to being spot on.
The new bar is too bright! The food is not as good as it used to be and the waitresses are not engaging. The waitress acted like we were bothering her. The wine was sold out. All in all, New is not always better.

It was Sunday around 1 or 2 PM. Parking lot seemed pretty full. All tables were full. Luckily we came at the perfect moment to have a table available for our party of 3.We ordered “wings and fries” from the menu but were told that to get fries they would cost extra because they were served with chips. Then why would you not change the menu item to “wings and chips”? Doesn’t make any sense. We placed this order as an appetizer.We ordered a holy cow burger, Italian steak burger, and some sort of bbq burger. I asked to have jalapeños added on my holy cow burger.By the time we got our food the appetizer came out the same time as the entrees did. Our friend took one bite of the wings and spat it out. The inside was cold....The waitress took the wings and brought them back into the kitchen. We carried on with our meal. My holy cow burger ONLY had jalopeños on it. No lettuce, no tomato, no nothing else. I’m peeved off at this point. Whatever, waitress brought me lettuce and tomato. Fixed that issue. She also brought back the wings for us. Yay! All is good now right? No. Wings were no longer crisp like they were when they came out. The inside was very hot now and not cold which is good I guess. Look if I wanted to microwave some wings and call it good I’d buy a bag at Save-a-lot and do it myself.Overall, this experience has been a negative one and I would not recommend this establishment to my friends. O’s has similar pricing and a lot better food and service.Edited from one star to 2 stars since draft beer was cold and crisp. That’s probably the one thing they got right.

Had the cod basket and was totally disappointed. I could have stayed home and had Gordons beer battered fish, which would have been better. North Point always had good fish but not now. Going to miss not having their fish fry on Fridays.
I was actually surprised with the food and service. I thought for sure after reading past reviews that I was in for a rough ride. Granted it is all fried food, it was cooked well. Unlike what has been posted wait staff was friendly and worked together.Just wish there was some more variety to the menu.
Turns out we were given kids meal for adult price. Appetizer was crazy small portion for almost $8...about a dozen pickle chips... will only return if meal is free to make up for this one. Did not address with server as she seemed lost at her job to begin with.

Arrived at 4:20 to beat the dinner rush. Knew what we wanted so ordered right away. Took until 5:15 to get dinner. Wet burrito and steak sandwich with onion rings. All was barely warm. Sandwich was lite on sauce. Very disappointed.
Pizza is delicious. :) Went for the bloody Mary bar and unfortunately they only had one choice for Mix, and they didnt have much snacks to add to the drink ( no pickles, only 2 pieces of bacon left) and we went at 11am.
Love love love this place. Best nachos and pizza youll get in a bar or from most restaurants. Bartender is awesome and the dining room has been remodeled. Place looks great. Cant recommend it highly enough.

What a disaster! It took 45 minutes just to get the appetizer and another 45 to get the coney special. By that time, the buns had stayed in the steamer so long, that when I picked it up, the contents of the bun fell through the bottom. The waitress told everyone that one cook didnt show up. I dont care about staffing problems. If things are that backed up, tell the customer so they can leave if they dont want to wait almost 2 hours to get their food. The waitress even told me that she tried to call the owner, but he/she wouldnt pick up. And, the food was lousy. Never again.

Daily specials including all you can eat fish on Wednesday, good domestic beer selection plus a few micro brews. Food is usually good, but basic. They also offer pizza. Large parking lot to accommodate campers or semis.

If you eat at this place, make sure you get a penicillin shot first. If you happen to keep the food down, make sure you dont pay with a credit card or a debit card. There is a waitress that works there, not going to say her name. But she has rotten teeth, and tattoos on her hands and arms, and on her back. She has been known to take card #s and write it down. Everyone knows what happens next. Yall been warned.
I was there for lunch and there was only three other tables the young lady that waited on us was awesome very professional very friendly what I did not like was another waitress an older lady with dark hair probably in her forties late forties did not wear a mask she was talking to everybody and walking around without a mask on that just irritated me I was going to leave but I thought better finish my food then go I will not go back.
Had the BLT pizza...very good. I am reserving judgement on the service right now since they are newly reopened and our server appeared to be in training, but our appetizer came out after our pizzaIll try again to see if it was just a fluke

They have a new(poorly designed) building. The staff , for the most part, is VERY bad. If someone committed on how they were doing (badly), they tell managers that they are harassing customers and staff, even if it is a lie. And if you tell another employee how someone else did, they run and tell managers. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Go somewhere good or at least average.
It wasnt bad, a small but good selection of beer and food. Nice modern but rustic look, a lot of tractor decor and pics of the local farmers. Might come back 🤔😁
Food is good, but the service is awful. Waitresses arent ever friendly. It always seems like smoking and b.s-ing are always more important than customer service. If you want take out then by all means call in an order. If youre looking for friendly and prompt service, then I suggest looking elsewhere.

Found the prices higher than affordable for low income seniors! Food was ok, but not special! Will not return and will not recommend to friends or family. Seemed perfect for old time residents of the area only! No place for a young family at all!

We went to north point an we ordered from the kitchen, cod and fries,and a Reuben sandwich. We were in there for twenty min, until I asked our waitress how much longer cam back and said about another 5min or more we left and wont come back...

First time I have ever had a steak sandwich and it was quite delicious. Went on a Sunday afternoon and it was not busy and service was quick.

THE 1/2 ORDER NACHOS PRICE WAS ONLY A COUPLE OF DOLLARS LESS THAN THE WHOLE ORDER. NOTICEABLY SMALLER AND HARDLY ANY CHEESE....VERY DRY. THE FINAL STRAW IS $8.00 FOR 5 OR 6 MOZZARELLA STICKS. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. I WONT REPEAT OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT HOW TINY IT WAS. WAITRESSES NEED TO BE REPKACED!!NEVER GOING BACK.
Food okay. Service horrible. Got one salad had to ask for my husbands. Had to ask for tartar sauce, lemon for fish. Rolls, no butter. Never did get that.
The pizza was the best i had in my life swear better than little seazars or hungry howies bc pizza. but the first time in a waitress hurled a coke all over my sister she didnt even say sorry or anything.

Waiting for order to come out was probably 45 or more minutes, fries cold and not crisp, bread soggy on bottom of grilled sandwich. Little pricey for what was served.
Took 10 min. To get order taken, to only wait another 10 for a foamy beer. Wont be back. Expected a lot more after renovations what a let down.

2022-06-19Extremely clean and the staff is super friendly! Food was brought out quickly and they have a lot of historic photos of the local farms. Lots of tractor models on displays. Our server Emily D was so very nice and timely.The extra bonus was the rap music video we could barely hear in the kitchen. Haha

2021-12-20The first time we tried here we did dine in. They served raw chicken tenders to my child. I showed the waitress and she immediately corrected it which was good, but something like that shouldnt have happened. The rest of our meals were ok but nothing to brag about. We ordered a blt, a club sandwich and a steak sandwich. They were warm as were the fries, but not as hot as you would expect while dining inside.This is the second time we ate here. Ordered a pizza for take out. Service was slow even though there was not a lot of people. Ordered pizza, it was eh. Usually smaller businesses have better pizza than the chain restaurants. Would rather go to a bigger chain store than here again.

2022-01-23Took my mom and my sister here. It was our first time eating here. My mom and sister both ordered the barbecue pulled pork sandwich. They said it was very good. I ordered a perch plate. It was also very good but I couldnt eat it all so I took the rest home. People are nice and friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone passing through and also for anyone who wants to try something different from the usual places.

2021-12-06Not impressed. Bartender must not care about her job. She dropped a napkin and a knife on the floor and walked past it at least three times. Finally the other waitperson picked them up. Sitting at the bar you see brooms next to boxes of straws and next to cleaning supplies. I’m sure the health dept would be impressed. If this is what you see up front , I can’t imagine what’s going on in the kitchen. We finished our beverage and wasn’t asked if we’d like another. Bill came to $6.36 , gave her a $10 bill and I got back $3.50. Really

2022-02-04Super good grub, few items slightly tipping to pricey, but quality everytime is top notch. Seem to always have staff polite and good moods. We have done pick up and eat in, good beer on tap, pizza really good, we already going back this weekend for more.

2022-03-10The food is mediocre at best. The food was much better quality before the remodel. I ordered nachos which were mostly chips. It was similar to taco bell. I had also gotten a wrap for later on which was flavorless. All of the food I have had is precooked and not freshly made

2022-04-24This was our second time, the burger was very salty. Would still come back but for me I wouldnt get a burger. My husband enjoyed their Philly Cheese steak, with American cheese, was salty but not as salty as the burger.

2020-01-03Good food, good prices, great service. On Thursdays, they have a $5.99 special on 1/3 pound hamburger with fries. It was very tasty! They have a local clientele and everyone seems to know each other. Its a friendly little place. Our waitress was awesome!
