Our family has used NuWay carpet cleaning for many many years now. Joe has a terrific team, starting with Peggy who answers the phone and makes the appointments. She works with you to get a cost affordable to you. And Chris comes out and cleans the carpet and does a terrific job. Only one time a few years back, we were not satisfied with the way our carpet was cleaned (it wasn’t Chris) and Joe sent someone out to re-clean all of it, so we were satisfied. This is a terrific company to work with & I highly recommend them. We will never use anyone else. Thanks for a job well done.Angela Lucido

I had my carpet cleaned in September 2020. Their extraction of liquid does not work. Three months later my padding was still very wet. I called to let them know and a woman took a message to have the owner call me back. I never received a call back. I would not recommend using this company.
Nu-way did a fantastic job cleaning the grout at my home, my floors look brand new and I couldn’t be happier! The technician was very knowledgeable about the flooring, he takes pride in his work and was very helpful -great guy!! We brought my father home from the hospital and he had an accident in his bedroom the next morning - we needed an emergency carpet cleaning and disinfection - and Nu-Way (more than graciously) fit us in. Peggy was awesome, and Kevin did an amazing job on the carpet. And whatever deodorizer they use, sure smells good too! Seriously cannot say enough good things about our experience with them! I would highly recommend Kevin. In the last 20 years, I have had no one pay as much attention to my carpet and in the cleaning as I did Kevin. Not only was he prompt in being here and he took the time to talk to me about what was really important and did such a thorough job of cleaning it. I haven’t seen this kind of work ethics in a person in over 20 years. So I would say this guy is a keeper and I will be recommending him to all of my family and friends.
We had 4 rooms carpet cleaned and 2 bathrooms grout cleaning. Chris did an amazing job very professional and explained cleaning tips for grout. The pricing was a great value. I highly recommend this company. My dog became violently ill overnight and I needed sane day carpet cleaning service. They were able to squeeze me in and were AMAZING! I can’t believe the difference in my carpet. They saved me. I also learned to never use all those fancy carpet cleaners out there - good old vinegar and water is best! Thanks Nu-Way!
I would recommend Nu-Way. They have done a wonderful job on my carpets and they showed up on time! I have also hired them to clean my area rugs. I dropped off my small 2x3 to very large 9x11 wool rug and they did a great job and got them done quickly at a really reasonable rate! The staff is upbeat and a pleasure to deal with.

Chris was awesome, he showed up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. He cleaned my entire house in a very professional and timely manner. Many stains were removed. If you want a professional job at a fair price, use Nu-Way. A bonus for me personally was that this is a local family owned business.

Fantastic cleaning of my carpet after moving intoc my new house. I couldnt believe how clean the carpet got! They said they could clean the tile as well. I have slate throughout most of the first floor. Several months later I took them up on the service of cleaning the slate and I cannot believe the difference it made! It was incredible. We have three dogs and no other products we use came close to cleaning the way that this did. Im going to have them regularly clean my tile now every 6 months to a year.
Nu Way carpet cleaning is by far the best carpet cleaning service i have used. Fast, friendly, reasonably priced and really knows how to get rid of different stains. Kevin is my regular guy who i ask for. I would use this company every time.
Nu-Way is the ONLY way to clean ceramic tile and to clean and seal grout. We have well over 1200sf of tile with white grout in our 17 y-o residence that was impossible to maintain. If we hadn’t found Nu-Way, and their conscientious employee, Chris, six years ago, we would have cleaned our tile and grout with sledgehammers and champagne, literally. Both our off-white tile and our white grout look newly installed. Nu-Way also cleaned and sealed our master shower stall, spa surround and tub walls and ceiling. Chris is careful around and near carpeting, furniture and cabinets. Nu-Way is among the best investments we make in our home and in ourselves. Thank you, Chris, for treating our home like your own! We had our carpets cleaned this week by a young man named Kevin. He was very pleasant and professional. Our carpets were stained because we had two Jack Russell dogs. One lived to be 17 years old and was on diuretics for heart problems.Cant believe how nice our carpets look and how fresh the house smells.Would highly recommend Nu-Way.
I payed another company before to clean my tile and grout and I didnt notice a difference. However, this time with Nu-Way, the grout is back to its original color. Well worth the money spent. Also, the customer Service exceeds expectations. Im very satisfied!

Nu-way was awesome! I cant say enough good things about them. They come clean our carpets at least twice a year. My kids make a mess all over the carpets and the guys from Nu-way know just how to get the traffic spots clean. I think the cleaning has prolonged the life of our carpet.They are very professional. 2022-01-25I use this company once a year to clean my carpet, and they always do an amazing job!! Any stains I have are always gone. I have four kids and two pets so I always appreciate that they can make the carpet look like new again! The technicians are always so nice and knowledgeable! They have given us some carpet tips that have saved us! The prices are very fair and you get so much for your money!

2020-08-04Kevin came to clean our carpets and rugs this morning and he was phenomenal!! He was super duper nice, friendly, and funny. We enjoyed having him over to clean our carpets. He did a great job and he was professional. My mom had a stroke and he was respectful towards her and listened to what I had to say when it came to entering her room.
