Dollar Tree and Big Lots are to only store I frequent here.
I see potential in this shopping. However, please keep a strong security Force there to stop it from becoming a mockery of Pontiac once more.. what happened to the Pontiac mall was no accident. Keep and I out for developing crime before it happens or before you know it Oakland point will become as as the Pontiac Mall going out of business was. Its up to you people right now to Make it or break it.
This plaza has gone through a bit of a rough patch but still has decent shopping here. They have Big lots, Americas Best, clothing stores and harbor freight. The other store I enjoy is Value World, a second hand store. So fun to look through and find cool items. Still a decent place to shop.
Lots of stores to choose from. I found it difficult to find a handicapped parking spot outside of Kohls. Then I noticed curbside pickup was right up front close to the door.

This plaza has several clothing stores and eyeglass wear a dollar store forman Mills Big lots DaVita dialysis school where you can learn how to become a CNA or do culinary arts I I believe theres a pawn shop Subway pastry shop check them out theres quite a bit over there at Oakland point

Been coming to this same plaza since I was a kid maybe even a baby the best stores you can come across black owned stores big lots game stop forman Mills Sallys Subway just a nice peaceful strip mall love it

Area has gone down a bit, the owners of complex need to invest more in the parking lot to make it more attractive. The people deserve more.

Nice plaza get what you want in and out.
Their are a number of stores closed or going out of business. Some of these stores need more employees help to stock and reshelf items. Visit the Oakland Pointe Shopping Center for yourself to determine whether or not you like this center.
I do a bit of shopping there. The sidewalk and parking spaces are generally nasty. Honestly the people that own that little mall could and should do better. The $ store started charging a quarter to use there shopping carts and Im glad. They are just like Aldis and it helps keep the carts available.
There is a thrift store next to Harbor Freight, it has come a long way, last year it didnt smell good, was horribly disorganized, and staff was less then helpful and not friendly, HOWEVER last week I stopped again and WOW! GOOD JOB TO ALL WHO PUT TIME AND EFFORTS to this store, it was wonderfully organized, clean, friendly staff, and BONUS, I found great deals too.
There always a mess it was only 1 person on staff and yes it was still a mess but i did find what i was looking for lol
GameStop still there and looking improved....I think used to be funcoland;around the corner behind the old summit place mall.
I think they are very friendly.

When Comic City was there my nephew loved it. It had his favorite comic book heros and figurines. They always give good deals on comic books. Comic City moved about a year and a half ago to Bloomfield Hills Shopping Center.
This is a great place because it has so many types of stores there. A couple of the stores there are Dollar Tree, Forman Mills, a dialysis place, a wonderful shoe store. On the outlet is Babies R Us. There is plenty of parking. Theres at least four entrances/exits. It is a busy place at a great location. Its close to Oakland County Courthouse and close to downtown Pontiac.Theres at least four entrances and exits.
Fairly busy, with the bus route, and the plasma center. Dollar tree is the other very popular place, followed by Foreman mills. Big lots is cool, and some at Americas Best eyeglasses has an attitude. The chamber of commerce is good to know about if youre in business, even if Jeff is rarely there.
The only stores I go to are Big lots and Dollar tree and Dollar tree is kind of going down the hill because they cant get good help anymore and Big lots keeps changing all the time so you dont know where anything is at so I dont go there too much anymore but theyre all okay
I like coming here when I need to grocery shop for my oriental cuisine. I also come here because fuji buffet sits in the same lot. Big parking lot. Big lots, target, Dunham and a few other retail stores are also nearby.
Big Lots, Dollar Tree, Gamestop, Sallys Beauty Supply, Forman Mills, Subway, Dorsey Schools, Consumers Energy, CDL Plasma, Evita Dialysis, and a few other stores I dont know the names of are all in this shopping center. You can buy clothes and games, get a haircut, and get something to eat all at this shopping center. A varied selection of stores.
Almost all the stores were still closed up the parking lot was very clean went to Big lots and they did not have what I was looking for
Beautiful lake with plenty of picnic tables to relax in the park in the sun or shade.
Amazingly maintained and living approaching mall, looks like everything have, furthermore in the future will very develop well : specially very wide parking lot, I like that!
I go there to H&R block to do my taxes, they do a great job,a d I actually get my back from the state.
Lots of good shopping but also lots of empty places to the dollar store in Harbor Freight Big Lots GameStop Subway Harbor Freight Value World American Jewelry and Loan all great places just too bad theres so many empty spots way more potential than it has at the moment

This place is the survivors guilt of Summit Place Mall. I love Esthers Hair and Wigs only place I go to over here. Sometimes they have a good store come in every once in a while, the good thing is you rarely see any empty stores over here.
A great shopping center with great stores like City Trends, Dollar Tree, Forman Mills, Simply $10 and Big Lot as my favorites 🥰
I went to Farmen Mills store & it has nicer & better staff than customers. I was able to get what I needed plus one extra thing I needed because of great prices. I had a wonderful experience.

I would recommend that people go to Oakland Point it has many stores in it and it is easy to get in and out of. The owner needs to fix the parking lot. It has holes as big as 2ft wide and very deep.
I work @ the Thrift Store 2 days a week; shopping @ Sav-a-lot is friendly n cost effective; & Im old friends w/the folks @ the party store! Got my 1st Cricket fone there! & theres a Walgreens @ the other end! & a Happys Pizza, too!☺
Dollar tree actually had people working to straighten up, but it is very disorganized
Good variety of businesses including Thrift shop, tool wholesaler, famous pawn shop, Subway, comic store, barber shop, beauty supply, GameStop, Big Lots, Under $10 store, Forman Mils, City Trends, Eyeglass store, shoe store, plasma donation, dialysis center, Dorcy college.
Not going back until they fix the streets, and clean up the area from looking so hero, our Mayor should do something. Clean up Pontiac!!!
Nice layout with the information kiosk right in the front. I was able to find what we needed in less than 10 minutes. Parking was crazy,but im sure it was due to it being the weekend.

The only problem I have with this place is that the shopping carts are so bad that it makes you not wanna shop. They make so much noise or some of the wheels just dont move at all. And you need one cause there is lots of cheap stuff here and your not going to wanna be carrying that stuff around the whole store.
Toys R Us has all the new toys. They actually have people on the floor to help. They know there stuff. Cashier was friendly. Great experience.

Just went to Big Lots. That area is weird in general. The abandoned mall accross the street, the weird collection of bargain or low price stores, Pontiac (j/k), all contribute to a weird feeling about this area. Plus it used to be a great area.

A lot of fine shops. That day I went to Comic City to look around period and Toys R Us. I often go to Harbor Freight also to pick up a few deals.
Good place to go for a variety of items. Clothes, hair, food, and more.

Been shopping here for decades things are starting to pick back up on the business aspect more active store fronts....
It has a lot of potential. However there arent very many businesses at this plaza and the parking lot looks like a crater field from the moon. Hitting some of those potholes could do some serious car damage.

Most clean and organized Toys R Us in the area. My favorite in comparison to Madison Heights, Novi, and Livonia. Too bad its closing.

BIG LOTS is the only store I frequently shop at there but would like to see the more of them consistently displayed in their stores.
On the bus route, not too many stores to shop at except Dollar tree, some clothing stores, Sallys Beauty Store, Foreman Mills.... Have a sub at Subway....
Stopped in to see Toys r Us sale. With the current going out of business discount, they prices were still higher than Amazon.

This is a great little shopping strip, including a Kroger, beauty supply, and beauty salon.
They are really turning this shopping center around it was alot cleaner then it use to be and they are finally getting almost all of their store fronts full.
There is not much of a variety there. Dont park near the plasma center you wont find spaces and if you do, your car may get scratched.
I was there for Bike Night on Tuesday evening. Nice spot 👌

It is an o.k. shopping center but many of the larger, more well known Retailers have either left or moved to other, more attractive or busy locations..
The stores are very pleasant Ive been going there for years and years ever since day one the plaza opened,, but the parking lot are full damaging potholes.
P&Q Bakery have all the fresh baked goods!
Loved it and always enjoy shopping at Burlingtons and the variety of stores in the food court is fantastic

2022-03-07Oak Street Health, my visit went well. The free transportation is welcome, Patient Advocate is very helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local family doctor

2022-02-08Went to Forman mills. I got a Rick and Morty wallet for my fiancé and he loves it. It came in a Rick and morty tin that he loves too. I got the wrong size socks they were hung in the woman’s section. I believe they are childrens socks since the size only goes up to 4.5-5 in shoe/ sock size. I already opened them and put a pair on by the time I realized that. They are snug but fit. And the sweat pants I bought for myself in the mens section had thicker material to keep me warm. Only thing I didn’t like about them was the sew in tag. Kind of itchy

2021-12-08First time visit to Foreman Mills store . No surprise but several empty stores just waiting for new tenants to jump into the business world. Now is a good time to get started. Lots of opportunites . Will be back to shop soon ! Let your creativity be your guide.

2019-03-11DONATION DROP BOXES! If you are looking for a place to donate clothes (& shoes?, No large items), this shopping center has several donation drop boxes located in different parking lots. The thrift store here, Value World, doesnt accept dropped off donations (a worker told me they get their donations brought in through Purple Heart), so I divide my donations amongst the non-profit organizations drop boxes. Hint: Most of the drop boxes wont fit large garbage bags, so I use smaller bags to put clothes in so theyll fit in the boxes & not be exposed to rain & snow.

2021-11-14The parking lot needs some work. You will find a pawn shop, a Subway, a health care clinic, a Dollar Tree, a dialysis clinic, a for-profit trade school, a Forman Mills clothing outlet, and a Big Lots store here, along with a Harbor Freight, a resale store, and other smaller retailers. The major benefit of this shopping center is its location on a major north-south road. Not a place to hang out or linger: very little landscaping or other visual niceties.

2022-01-26I wanna go to that VR Arcade, wanna ✔ out DTLR & Citi Trends because I havent been there in years. I work at Forman Mills so I see that place everyday & all the time going to Dollar Tree. Its weird seeing Toys R Us building across the way... Theres some weird meetings that go on or something over there 😆🤣😂 some random nameless company.

2021-11-20I absolutely love this place the only thing I would add is put more Mad Magazines from back in the day in there. Im a huge collector of old school Mad Magazines. Never wait and theyre very knowledgeable and friendly. Come here from time to time.

2018-09-05Foreman Mills, great place for school shopping! Bought 4 pairs pants, 6 polos, 2 pairs shoes, 12 pairs socks and 2 snuggle blankets for comfy homework time all for a hundred bucks!!! Will definitely return next semester!!
