Comment: I love this place. Had trouble finding a truck available when we needed to rent. This place came through for about $200 cheaper then we were quoted. Same size van same everything just this place didnt gouge us on the mileage. I told the managers I would tell anybody that would listen about this U-Haul Rental treated us right for an exceptional fair price. Im glad to meet some nice people they are very welcoming. And animal lovers.

Comment: This U-Haul place was dirty and the office was full of cigarette smoke which made it hard to breathe. I walked in and everyone was watching TV and didnt say a word to me until a commercial. I held the door open to get fresh air and they said to close the door because they didnt want 1 of the 2 dogs in the small office to get out.It took me 3 commercial breaks to get a trailer that I had booked online. I would have left if I hadnt already booked the trailer at this location.My advice is to go somewhere else.

Comment: I have never had to rent a U-Haul here but given the need I would not hesitate. The people are very friendly. I get propane there and dont even think of filling it elsewhere. Rumor is when you buy from the prefilled tanks at the convince stores you only get 3 gallons in a 5 gallon tank. That aint gonna help ya on one of these cold nights, or even when ya want to throw a burger on the grill...now is it?

Comment: Hired Moving help from this location. They spent a lot of time standing around and walking back and forth without taking boxes to the moving truck. I asked them not to put any boxes in the truck that weren’t taped up, that my Mother would be coming around and taping them once they were full. I caught them several times bringing out un-tapped boxes that still had room for more items. Then I found them taping up boxes themselves after I had told them my mother would be doing that once they were full. (We had plenty of boxes for them to take to the truck). They took apart a lot of our furniture and we can’t find the screws for some of it. They packed the truck terribly and damaged most of our furniture. Ruined our mattress by putting it on top of a bunch of boxes and the refrigerator. We moved 2,000 miles away. They have no idea how to pack a truck effectively to make more space. You’d think that since it’s their job they would know how to make as much fit in a truck as possible. I gave them tons of moving blankets and other thick blankets to wrap our furniture and they didn’t use any of them after I asked them too. By the time I had be able to get to the truck to see what they had done it was to late to get anything wrapped. I had to get in the truck and tell them how to pack it. I clearly told them at the beginning that it needed to be stacked to the top so that we could fit everything. I won’t be using them again because I don’t live in California anymore. But I highly recommend hiring someone else that knows what they’re doing. And 4 smoke breaks an hour is a little much when your working on someone elses time. They were tipped generously for staying past the time I had asked., but maybe if they didn’t take so many breaks, and walk around clueless we wouldn’t have gone over so much on time.

Comment: Very poor customer service by owner and helpers. Especially one, Harry hunt who smells like fish and dukely. Also ask for a large tip and stole some my stuff. Furthermore brags about getting a woman and 2 mentally disabled kids evicted which i didnt find to be inappropriate and un mortal

Comment: I cannot say enough how helpful the moving servive was. These guys did awesome. They were regular guys like me and my family but acted professional the whole time.The value is GREAT. Cannot say enough. I just wish I thought of giving a tip at the end but didnt so no cash on hand. And. They were nice leaving anyways. But on my next paycheck im going to go to I5 rentals on Oasis and see how I can. These guys work hard.

Comment: Horrible customer service, poor attitude, when a uhaul was routed there for a I pick up he couldnt figure out how to work his system so he obviously doesnt understand how to be a uhaul dealer.

Comment: Their computer was down when I returned the trailer. When we got the bill online they charged us for 8 days instead of 6, I called and asked them to view the miscalculation and they said theyd look it over and refund the mistake but never did .
