Checked this place out on a whim, and had a blast. Really wide assortment of animals and stuff to take care of those animals. Friendly, chill staff and really neat resident animals. Got to meet and pet a snake, a tortoise, and an incredibly chill iguana named Lava who loves being pet. Definitely check it out!

Ocean Odyssey has really turned a new leaf! I got my dog from here and he is just the most healthy, spunky little guy ever! Everyone is so informed and kind and really prides themselves with their work! I am happy to support a local business such as you guys!

The good people of ocean odyssey let me have this girl that was surrendered to them for a good price. She was very skinny and her eyes were goopy. Now she has plenty of food and friends.

Well I went, the staff was friendly and helpful but the store itself was a total disaster, dirty and very nasty everything and everywhere was just so dirty and look more like a dump.. The fish tanks look as if no one taking care of them some was plain slimy looking. Did go upstairs and it just like downstairs dirty open storage area with boxes open and split contents and the area for live animals were nasty one area that caught my attention was the birds the cages were dirty the birds did not look healthy. I would not buy any live fish, birds and animals due to the condition and upkeep of this place.A friend and bragged to me about the place he must not have been there recently because what describe to me was not what I found. It did look it could have been a great place at one time but that time has passed.Sorry, I could not be a person with a better report.

Weve bought a snake and turtles from here and have always gotten healthy pets, good food for them, and they have a great selection to choose from for tank needs and animals, with educated staff so it makes shopping very easy!

Not sure how this place is still in business? Animals all look ill and the prices are through the roof. Most expensive store Ive ever been to. I have bought ferrets from them before and always had to rush them to the vet with upper respiratory infections. I hope they make a turn around because there is not many pet shops around.

Never have I ever been in such a nasty smelling pet store. Half the animals looked sick and there was fecal matter all over the floor and in the enclosers. Horrible place to get any animal or one of the exspencive pet supplies.

Great animals, and service they gave me great deals, and the Angelfish pair I bought is healthy and ready to breed. The feeder guppies I bought for my 12 gallon mini pond are also thriving.Update; No return policy on the expensive fish I bought, they also charge the same price for newborn guppies as regular ones, they no longer have feeder guppies. I will still stop in from time to time, but will refrain from any major purchases. They also sold a pond kit with nothing but a liner and a broken pump for $150 (we didnt know the pump was broken).

We visited this shop about 3 yrs ago and it was a HOT MESS! Since then we learned it has changed management and gave the place another try. To our suprise it was actually a legit pet shop now! They have a nice selection of Pet Supplies as well as pets! We ended up leaving with Fish and a Kitten! We definately recommend this place now. The gals working were very helpful and welcoming. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB! ♡♥︎♡🐾

The folks at this shop are absolute life savers! Took all my fathers beloved fish after he passed, were incredibly helpful, even kept the lights on for me as I delivered the last buckets of fish near close. The best service you could hope for. Thank you so much for giving my dads pets a second chance!
