I broke down just south of Ludington. I live 4 hours away and it was a Saturday. They couldnt fix that day but it was done on Monday. The alternator had died. They really had me over a barrel if they wanted to charge me in excess. It reminded me of the national lampoon movie vacation when Clark says to the mechanic, how much for the repairs, and the mechanic says well how much you got? Anyway I rented a car drove home and then came back up Monday. They made a bad situation pretty tolerable. I would recommend 100%. Thanks guys!Shawn

Daniel was extremely helpful in a situation I expected to be worse then what it was. They charged me half of what I expected to haul a truck with a blown head gasket all the way to Indiana from Pentwater. He was very efficient and was careful with my vehicle. He arrived on-site in a timely manner, carried himself professionally, and overall deserves a hefty raise. 😉

We rented an enclosed uhaul from this location to haul some 4x4’s out of state. They got us checked in and hooked up quick and efficiently. I got back home and realized I had mis-measured and needed to adjust as we couldn’t fit both in the trailer. I called and they were able to switch trailers, get me a credit for a smaller size (put one in the truck bed instead). In the past at other places, I’ve been told “call uhaul and have them update your reservation”. They took care of everything for me. Props to the lady working at the desk.

Recently had a week long trip to silver lake and popped a tire the first day! I posted on the silver lake page just wishing and hopping and an employee of this business who is also on the page got aholf of me at 10 oclock at night and helped me get a tire for the next day! This is after calling everyone else and town and everything was closed. They literally saved our week allowing us to ride the next day.

Great Service! Was camping and needed a new starter. They got me in and running on the same day. Jesse and the crew we’re great. Even came and picked me up to get me back to my truck.

What a fair and kind place this is!!! We live in Missouri. My husband was out of state at a west Mich conference when our car broke down - Oceana came and towed the car in - dropped him back at his conference which was out of their way and even though it was Memorial Day, didnt charge him anything more than standard towing. They then kept in touch with us, gave us excellent advice on the car and though we decided not to repair it due to the severity of the problem - and the cars advanced age -- (24 yrs) - they were great about giving us a fair price to salvage it out and helped us get everything out of the car, including removing the radio for us that we had put in - for no extra charge. I would recommend them to anyone near and far.
