Comment: Do not come here save your time and money and go elsewhere they quote us 55$ a month for 3 months when we got there they tripled the the price to 189 classic bait and switch to get you to come in go down the street to cube smart more transparent and nicer units

Comment: Manta was so helpful and I love the setup/layout of the complex. Drive up is where it’s at, I’m never doing elevator storage units again. Check and see if they have specials running, I got my first three months half off 🎉

Comment: Mata is the best employee I have ever met. She aims to please and is always at your service. The units are easy access has good security. If it wasnt for Matas great customer service I would have never stayed a satisfied customer. She is kind, compassionate and dedicated to her job and family. I am grateful for the opportunity to Experience such greatness at a storage facility. We need more caring, hard workers like Mata in this crazy world. Comment: Quick response from Mamte. She provided us a storage unit that was perfect for our needs. It was easy to access and the price was acceptable. We only needed it for a short time and what was useful to us was a previous review that told us to remember to give 30 days notice IN WRITING or we could end up paying more. I am passing this along since that is what we did and we had no issues even though we were on automatic payments. The place has good security with working security cameras all around and the unit is inside locked gates.

Comment: Decent place, 24hr live-on-site, security is a brillant idea that i wish more places offered.The wealth of pattern recognition, and customer service conveniences would carry far beyond the cost of even the most sophisticated two way networked surveillance system or third party shift guards, whom wont know what is out of the ordinary, or who accesses which units regardless of what unit registration records might read. Plus it appears to keep the place picked up, litterless, in a market notorious for litterbugs that dont want to store garbage they brought or made while unloading.

Comment: I feel this storage facility has intentionally made it near impossible to close my account. I originally paid cash for 1 month of storage and indicated at the time I only wished to have the unit for 1 month. At the end of the first month i was told they require 30 days written notice to vacate and I would be required to pay for an additional months rent to settle my account. I recently received a bill for 2 additional months rent so now a total of 4 months plus 2 late payment fees added for good measure. I currently do not know when I will be able to have this unit removed from my life but I can say that for 1 month of storage I would not recommend this location to anyone.
