Comment: The Dinuba location has horrible customer service, everytime I call no one can answer my questions and the only one that is very Helpful and always helps me is Laura but at times when I ask for her they say shes busy and that shes not available. Other than her the other girls are very rude and dont even know ehat their doing. I hope the owner looks into it and fixes the problem otherwise if people are not being helped there going elsewhere.

Comment: Horrible place representing Allstate insurance Co. I went in to close my policy and the insurance advisor gave me so much attitude and seemed clueless about my policy statement . Come on now Octavio please train all staff correctly or have the trainer train correctly. I was led to believe my balance was 0.00. When in reality it wasnt and both insurance advisors couldnt explain to me cleary please go else where if looking for insurance go to State Farm or Geico but stay away from this particular location and fiesta auto insurance. The staff isnt professional only when its to their convenience they dont explain policies right and dont take the proper protocol when taking calls . Trust me avoid an hassle and go else where!!
