Love the food and the atmosphere. One star less because the place could be cleaner if you are dining in. Often times we sit at tables that have not been wiped and are full of crumbs.

Food was good, however, I’m giving one less star because for $6 it seemed like they really skimped me on the zucchini fries (the to-go container wasn’t even half way full), I’m not exactly convinced they were fresh and they had way too much salt on them! Other than that, the falafel was delicious along with everything else that was in the bowl that I got.
Came in yesterday for a fresh Olga, was not disappointed. The lady in the front was phenomenal, I believe she said her name was Jasmine. She was very helpful and attentive, A1 Service. Food was great too. Definitely will be coming back!

I recieved a reply asking for a contact number which I provided, I have yet to hear anything from them....Normally my husband and I have a great experience and good food. Tonight was not the case.... we noticed our sandwiches were missing ingredients, poorly assembled and the curly fries were cold and definitely had been sitting out awhile. When we arrived to pick up our order, items were missing thankfully we caught that before we left. Unsure if we will return.

Fast and friendly service, it is only our second time visiting and the attendant was very understanding and helpful in getting us the best deals. Very clean and tidy dining area, and quick service/turn around on our order.If youre a fan of the location in the Woodland mall, then I highly recommend this location, especially if you live closer to Comstock Park/Alpine area.
Delicious Food! Clean restaurant! But most of all..great service. even though Short on staff, the young people working were helping each other, smiling and busting tails!. Only thing missing was a tip jar!
Internet booked my familys dinner for a pick up at 7:15, but didnt receive my food until 7:30pm. I arrived at 7:12 announcing my name for pick up. The waitress did mention there were some working on it. Fine, I was a couple mins early. I went back to sit in my car with my kids and seen a couple people pick up orders. I went back in 7:22pm and the waitress came to explain more about why the food isnt ready yet, but because she wore a mask she was so muffled I couldnt hear her reason properly. I didnt want to be rude to ask her to repeat herself five times either. Whatever the case, I waited, and brought my hungry son inside to help me carry the bag of food out. Only then did I feel like they had a sense of making food because theres a child. I had three children hungry from after school games! If I wanted my food at 7:30, I wouldve selected 7:30! I selected 7:15pm. The business wasnt busy either, but full staff. Only two or three tables dining in. When I finally received my food, I then finally asked her what the problem was that I received my food 17 mins later than my selected time. I couldnt even hear the waitresses reason and I knew they all could care less on a Wednesday evening, but all I wanted to do was support a business who didnt want it! My childrens fries were cold!! My kids couldnt eat the fries, they were overly salty, so were the zucchini fries. The pita snack are my favorite and the best, but were horrifically cold and hard as rock, how sad! They pretended like I was getting hot food while I was waiting, but everything was cold when I checked the food at home ten mins later. A pizza can still be hot and warm when you pick it up yourself! I never got an apology for the wait from wait staff or main kitchen lady because she stared pretty hard. I dont recommend them. Didnt like the vibe from staff. In the trash my food goes. What a waste! Also looks like others experienced the same vibes as I. No thank you.

Long wait, food was just above room temperature, fries tasted like they had been under a warming lamp, forgot Olga sauce, one end of a pickle slapped on over seasoned meat. All that for $15 and I left a tip! 👎

Paid 11 dollars for a salad that wasnt even probably chopped. The bread was yummy as always. The lady taking the order was extremely rude and demeaning with her tone and facial expressions rolling her eyes and yelling across the restaurant to the kitchen staff. Who ever owns this place should assess this staff member as Im sure Im not the only customer who has complained. I typically love olgas food, however, I will not be back to this particular location on Alpine due to the poor customer service.
Loved my Olgas original and my wifes salad with chicken breast was good too. We were surprised that it took so long for our food to get to the table considering how few people were in the restaurant.

Waited along time in line, only to find out the reason for the wait. The store was out of Olga meat. They offered to substitute chicken, which after the long wait was okay. However instead of actually substituting the meat, they simply charged us for the chicken versions.The meal then came out in random pieces at a time. If the kitchen cooked one sandwich it would come out. We ordered 2 baskets of smackers and they came out at different times.The amount of struggle was unreal for a business that’s been open long enough.Pretty poor experience
The food is nothing special. For the same price I can get actual Mediterranean food for an authentic restaurant. Mr. Gyro is 10 times better than this American styled Mediterranean food restaurant

Ordered a shawarma online, picked it up and got to it about 5 minutes down the road. Chicken was horribly dry and chewy, didnt even finish it. Not to mention there was hardly anything on it, barely any red onion and other than the sauce all there was was pickle. No napkins in the bag, either. Totally unimpressed. Will not be back.

Staff was great but was not happy with the food. We were there evening time. The snackers were hard and the butter was not any better. They served me microwave fryers. The waitress went got me new ones. But and the olgas original was gross tasted microwave the meat was dried out. But I like how the staff were great making the food they were quite and polite. Not listing to bad music. They were working really hard.
I love this Olgas. Great food and great workers. They are always friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The food is well prepared and very tasty.

Was ok not my favorite place. Everyone was extremely friendly but the food didnt have the best flavor. I guess if I want a real Gyros then Ill go get them out of the little hole in the wall restaurant, not through a food chain. Was disappointed.
Loved the BLT Olga that Caleb made for us (I introduced a friend for the first time to this great place, and she loved the food).Malaya had such a positive attitude when she delivered our food. She said her friends have been trying to talk her into leaving for jobs at other companies, but that the manager at Olga’s was so good that it made Olga’s Fresh Grille a great place to work!

Very good. First time at the counter service version of Olgas and didnt feel like anything way missing from the experience since a friendly staff person checked on us and brought out our food. Self-service Pepsi drinks. Food was great. 👍

The staff didnt seem like they were attentive at all. Our meals were cold, and they got them wrong. Both of them were dripping in sauce, and we asked for it on the side. The bread was bone dry and crumbled upon picking it up. They do this every time we go. We thought it was a one time thing, but they dont care to actually listen to their customers. Its a shame, because the Olgas in the mall is so much better in terms of food quality and service.

Been here a couple times so far and the staff is really friendly, and they were quick with my to-go orders. Food has been great!
They were out of rice for one of the items they were advertising all over there walls. It took over 20 minutes to get our order. They did offer use an appetizer when we waited so they made it right but still for an item your advertising you may want to keep up on rice production .

Beautiful place to eat. The GM is amazing, the staff is awesome. Food is awesome. I was really weary of Olgas. (No reason I just go to my usual restaurants) But after today man Olgas has been added to my regular stops.

The food was good as always. The staff seams very nice as well. The service was not without hiccups, I attribute this to it being a new restaurant and just recently opened.
I love this place. Like all opening days there were a few issues. However the staff was very friendly and fix the errors immediately.

I always loved Olga’s…. Would have always gotten 5 stars from me except you forgot two of the most important things on my order… 1. Extra side of Olga sauce ( I clearly saw it on the ticket… should have checked before I got home) 2. You forgot the dressing for the saladI’ll try again but not leaving the building until I check next time.
I pulled into a quick order spot right when they opened at 10:30a. I was going to order online and wait. But a lady came out and took my order and it was ready in 5 minutes. I did just order a smackers basket, but still! Very tasty!

This place is going down hill fast... 2 times in a row my salad made wrong and this time the outside was slimy and greasy.... Sad cause when its not sloppy and gross its good. The crew looks like it consists of a bunch of high schoolers and 20 year old burn outs though so its probably why its gross. The entire staff looks like they dont care except the girls that work the counter and thats only because they smile as they take your order... Once your done ordering they also look like they dont care...
They need some work on the preparation of their food to make sure they can deliver the quality I have come to expect from other Olgas locations. The staff is friendly and the management is committed to making things better and improving their ability to deliver a top notch finished product. Look forward to visiting again soon to see their progress.

The food at Olgas is really excellent! But their new business model and restaurant style is rather like dining in an empty subway car. If you are getting food to go Im sure it would be wonderful. If you are looking to feel comfortable or have any sense of Ambience around you if you dine in, forget it! You pick up your little tiny salt packets and peppers, straws, silverware Etc at a common point and carry it to your table. I much preferred the Olgas restaurants of the past.

I’m giving this place zero stars. Ordered food and sat for almost 20 minutes on dining in. Others who arrived after received there food prior to us. I went to the counter at one point to ask if I needed to get the food and our order showed as served on the screen. Employees said they’d bring it out. Then sat for another 5 minutes with nothing. Finally went and asked for a refund. When sharing my displeasure at the experience Manager said in a very snarky way “Thanks for your intuition” as I explained how the ladies next to us also had a bad experience. Those ladies were in line waiting to spend the $10 gift cards they received, so I informed her it wasn’t intuition, it was a fact and the customers were right there to inform her. Also, there is no noise dampening in the dining area and feedback from people and even the HVAC unit was distracting.I love Olgas, but won’t be coming back to this one any time soon.
Cooks not wearing hair or beard nets. Only has unisex bathrooms, not as sanitary as would of liked it to be. More of a fast food set-up vs the restaurant experience that it used to be
Google said that they were open till 9pm. We walked in at 8 and the girl at the counter said sorry were closing like right now. Not handled very well. Very disappointed.

Gave the Express Olgas a try for take out; a little disappointed in the wait for non-busy, was not told it would be 15-20 minutes. And when I got home my Veggie Olga had none of the yummy sauce on it & my salad had no dressing at all. But the lemonade was tasty. Ill try again, maybe order online for curbside pick up
The location on Alpine in Comstock park does NOT have the cinnamon stackers! Please change this, Olgas!! We want cinnamon stackers too!!! Im from the east side and was excited when the location went in but saddened when no cinnamon stackers available.Other than that, service was fast, workers were polite, place was clean, and original snackers tasted great!

2022-06-20Fast service and good food. The pita bread is way too good! I got the original Olga gyro and it was just the right amount. Also got a side of hummus with pita bread that was also tasty.

2021-08-22Very clean an efficient plate service was fast food came quick and hot. Not sure what the side Brad was but it was amazing I wish I would have ordered more recommend the white bean chicken chili soup. And the zucchini fries are a month. Would definitely visit this place again

2022-04-25Hadn’t been here in a long time and decided to grab some food to go on a whim. Best decision ever. Amazing service from Maggie up front, super helpful with my barrage of questions, insanely friendly (like I want to be friends with her), and food was as good as I remembered it from my childhood. Definitely coming back sooner than later.

2022-07-02Service was great and quick but I didnt realize this location is much different than the traditional Olga restaurants which are dine in with a server. This is set up where you order at the front and you can stay to eat or or take out. It reminded me a lot like Chipotle with the modern warehouse vibe and self serve station for silverware etc. Food was good but I just prefer the traditional cozy dine in style of the other locations and will probably visit those locations in the future.

2022-03-23This place is spacious and comfortable. Good that real china plates are used instead of throw away. I love this type of food and really wanted to like this but my Veggie Olga was terrible. It tasted like it had a shaker of salt dumped into it, didnt have the spinach it was supposed to have and there was so much oil and sauce dripping out that it covered the entire plate!! (Refer to picture.) I would of returned it and asked for something else, or to have it remade if I had not been in a hurry. Maybe all of their food would not be as disappointing as this was.

2022-07-07The manager, Jennifer was very thorough, concerned, kind, and efficient. She took care of a miscommunication and was very pleasant and welcoming. If you havent tried this yet, I highly recommend that you do! Great service, good staff, and very clean.
