Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in other cities:
This was way more disappointing than we were expecting. The hostesses didnt know what they were doing and didnt seem to care, it took us 10+ minutes to get a waitress and my pasta was a bowl of oil, and they didnt even give us spoons. This place was nasty... and all the meals were $15+...? At least our server was very nice :)
If I could I could give a 0 charged me 4.00 for my sons tea even though he got a kids meal. On top of that took the server forever to bring out the soup and salad and bread sticks when she did we had them on our table for not even 5 minutes and she was already bringing us our food. Sad part is the manager just sat back and watched and my food was mess up to.
Great service and even when theyre backed up you get in and our relatively quick. Salad and breadsticks are always wonderful. Usually I order the chicken Alfredo with never ending Alfredo sauce to dip our bread in. Not a fan of their marinara. Personally, I think it could use a little salt and some extra herbs like basil or oregano. Occasionally I split the tour of Italy with my husband. I always take the lasagna home for leftovers and reheat it with salt, pepper, and basil.
Friendly curbside service was excellent!4 stars on food though...portions seemed smaller than expected, especially the chicken parmigiana. Side of spaghetti not much at all and two pieces of chicken are smaller than what the picture looks like. The Tour of Italy entree was better, although its been awhile since Ive dined here. The chicken gnocchi and zuppa toscana soups look tasty! Will update review on flavor later.
Wont come here again we had a issue with this restaurant 2 almost 3 months ago first time coming back here and the manager stopped us before having a chance to even be seated to tell us that because of last time the server quit and that we needed to act better when the issue we had was the server didnt take care of are table and over charged us for what we did get because of this I didnt tip her at all and told her she needs to learn to check on her tables more often and not just focus on one table its fine there are so many other restaurants around that would love me to spend my money there this restaurant has lost any future orders from me
Our party of 8 was there at 9.20pm, when the actual closing at 10pm. They simply refused us for dine in. This is the worst customer experience ever. Infact , we were ready to split the party into smaller group and dine in. Still they dont want to dine us in. I am not sure really sure why they dont want us.
The service was amazing and the food was pretty good. Not a big fan of Olive Garden but after this experience I wouldn’t mind visiting them more often. Really recommend the pasta and the bread sticks are delicious as the memes make them out to be. For a Thursday night it was very busy.
After an unhappy experience in the Livonia location a week ago, we went to the Ann Arbor location and our faith in Olive Garden has been restored! We visited on Fathers Day, late afternoon, and were seated immediately and our waitress was very attentive and friendly! Our food was delicious!10-19-19 Just stopped in for Sweetest Day dinner. Katie (Katherine L) was our waitress. She was great and made our dinner even better!
This Olive Garden is very similar to many other locations. The service is good and pretty quick. The staff always seems knowledgeable and friendly. The wait is usually about 20ish minutes. The food is always good and satisfying but a little bit expensive. The free salad and breadstick refills are nice. Make sure to eat your fill of both and take home some of each. The atmosphere is always pretty nice and good for family or date nights.
Its an Olive Garden, so temper your expectations appropriately. Going from that point though, its the only Olive Garden Ive ever been to that hasnt been a complete disappointment every time. The wait staff are attentive and friendly, the food has always been hot and fairly quick to arrive, and when weve had to wait a while its been worth it.
The WORST experience I have EVER had in my life.Mike, the manager was so RUDE to me, when I came in and when I asked for another manager, I got a TERRIBLE woman name Sonya and she was so mean when I asked to be seated. There was only one hostess seating people and I know that was stressful. Why are they so understaffed ? Are they not paying people enough ? And then as a black person I did not feel comfortable. The people in the restaurant and the staff were giving me SUCH nasty looks. And it’s sad because this is supposed to be an upscale restaurant, but it was the worst experience I have ever had. Also when I received my food, it was cold, VERY bland. The soup had HAIR in it. My drink was RIDICULOUSLY watered down and my silverware was dirty and when i didn’t pay for the DISGUSTING service, Sonya and Mike threatened to call the cops on me ! Especially with the day age we live in, we know how that could end for a black person ! I wish I could give this place a 0/10 because this experience was honestly heartbreaking.
Good very good I had chicken scampi . Went twice on different days.. take out..service could be better first time was good.second time not so stood at the take out area at least 15mins while staff just looked at me as if I wasnt standing there, until I got frustrated and went over to the bar area and he call for someone to help me check out because I had ordered ahead..
We were disappointed with our experience at this specific location. Our waiter was efficient and friendly. However, the front attendant who seated us was rude and did not offer any type of greeting when we arrived. She brought us to a dirty table that still had a tray on it and told us she was going to have someone clean it. She then walked away and didnt send anyone to clean our table. We stood by the table waiting for it to be cleaned for several minutes while staff members walked by without offering any help. I had to approach a staff member and ask him to clean the table. He was kind and willingly obliged, but I was unimpressed with the front staff. They were very rude and clearly didnt care about their jobs.
The Waitress I was not happy with. She not only approached my son to tell him not to stick paper in the card machine instead of talking to a adult at the table. She took it upon herself to rip out of my son hands and say don’t do that you can break it. Adults were having a conversation and we missed it. Didn’t think it was necessary to rip out of a kid hand. When asking for cheese it absolutely went everywhere. On my clothes, table and floor. I couldn’t believe how messy she was. Food was ok. Warm and not hot.
Just left this Olive Garden. The food tasted good like normal which was satisfying, but for the 45 minutes we were here we didnt have one of our 3 drinks or 2 unlimited soups refilled. The server forgot a dip we ordered and kept coming back seeing if we need anything and each time we told him what we still havent gotten and he left then never came back with anything. I wish I has taken my wife somewhere else for her birthday, I wanted to get her a dessert they offered on your birthday but we left rather than waiting for 15 minutes to go by and possibly never get it.
Just talked to the hostess to try and make reservations. She was super short with me over the phone and very rude for no reason. Tried to speak with the manager and I was hung up on. I know good help is hard to find, but now I definitely will not be dining at this restaurant. This occurred on 8/28/21 at 3:30 pm. Hopefully, someone who cares will read this! I’ve never had such horrible treatment from an Olive Garden. What a disgrace!
Went to this location on Friday November 5th and asked to sit at the bar. We were told it needed to be cleaned before we could be seated. There were two of us. We were waiting for 45 minutes before an older white couple came in and requested to also sit at the bar. They waited for no more than 5 minutes before being sat before us. We go mention this and they say “sorry.” Yet another example of blatant discrimination against people of color. Will not be visiting this location ever again. The hostess’ were both white women.
Francesca was our server and she was absolutely amazing. I felt a little bad because I was asking for a lot but she was friendly, and very attentive. The food was great, I liked the calamari and the sauce. Would definitely return and request her as my server. Thank you Francesca.!!
There was a bit of confusion when we arrived because we tried calling ahead because we had 9 people. We were told there was no wait and they couldnt add us to a list for call ahead seating. When we arrived after driving 30 minutes to get there (which we mentioned when we called), we were told there would be a 1.5 hour wait because we had more than 4 people. We spoke to the manager and explained this and he went above and beyond to get us seated quickly. The service was great and so was the food. The staff turned a frustrating miscommunication into a positive experience.
Really phenomenal. First time weve been out to a restaurant since start of COVID and I wasnt expecting much. Our server was beyond fantastic, so kind and cheerful. The food was over the top, fresh and delicious. The appetizers were freaking BOMB (fried mozzarella and spinach artichoke). Plenty of bread and salad. Alfredo and stuffed pasta was on point. Free dessert for our kids bday. And free trivia games at the table. Really an enjoyable experience. I gotta say I had a blast. Tipped the waitress for the queen she is. More than 20% because she deserved it. Keep up the good work 💪
Called ahead with party of 10, showed up early, then waited over an hour with no seating. Finally left, the kids with us got restless. Bad service and horrible communication. Do not waste your time going here. They kept saying they were cleaning a table for over 20 minutes.
We had a great experience at Olive Garden last night! Sabrina was our server and she was fantastic! We were able to join the Wait List online at Olive Garden and the wait was 15 minutes, which was perfect as we arrived our table was ready. It was a little surreal since the capacity is still limited, the menus are just a double sided piece of paper (which I am sure has to do with COVID restrictions) and it makes me feel like the options are less then before but we were excited to be out again and we had missed Olive Garden! The food was great and we look forward to going back!
My waitress got sloppy and didnt bring me what I asked for so she could go to the front and have a conversation with one of the hostesses. I tipped triple what it recommended as a tip on my bill and she didnt even say thanks which I felt was also pretty rude. It was a young blonde girl but its not the new one that was training (just so they dont get confused) its Wednesday July 28th at 4pm . She needs to improve on those things and paying attention when a customer is waiting on her!
Waited almost 30 min past my carry out time for my food. Sonya came out and was more than accommodating without being asked. I have no complaints other thsn there was zero pieces of gnocci in my chicken and gnocci soup. Which is the only thing i ordered for myself in a 8 item order - that stinks but its not huge deal. Every thing else was great. This is our fav location and we will always be back. Thanks.
It was a very nice outing and the food is always delicious! Our waiter was Amazing, I wish I knew his name. The only part that I didnt particularly care for was while my friends and I were in the middle of a conversation a waitress walked over out of nowhere to add her 2 cents to our conversation......which she happened to mishear and wasnt what we were talking about. That was quite irritating.
The service was ok the waiter was trying to be funny and sounded more insulting than funny and he had no idea what was gluten free other than the noddles on the menu and they were out of them the menu is only one page and I didnt see what I usually get on it. They compt the meal but I didnt eat anything but a bowl of soup and it didnt taste like it should and the tables had nothing on them (salt pepper ect..) and I asked for a spoon and I had to go get it myself the entire staff seemed to act like it was a bad McDonalds.
I think the service was quite nice. they had the complementary wine tasting going on which added to the experience. I personally dont really like wines so I ultimately went for the beer. I think I had a pasta dish and I believe the size of my portion was quite huge and if you add the two side dishes I believe it was enough for another meal as well. I would highly suggest going there if you like to try upscale Italian restaurant. Thats a nice place to go out on a date or maybe to celebrate something with your friends or family or colleagues for that matter.
Ordered car side pick up, I live 30 minutes away, ordered and paid for a full price Dinner Size entree and when I got home I noticed they gave me the lunch size portion. If this was the first time this has happened I would be more forgiving, but this is the 2nd time this has happened to me!!! WhatIs even worse, is I always tip 20%, they don’t deserve the tip for the quality of service I received.
I love this restaurant and I always have. This was the 1st time that Ive come in and hated it. The breadsticks were hard. I ordered the new asiago cheese alfredo. The noodles were so hard that I couldnt chew them, they tasted bitter, and very dry. I paid $18.00 for a plate of food that I had 3 bites of.
Our server was fantastic. The food was accurate and delicious. Their system went down so we had to wait 10-15 minutes before we could leave as they werent able to print our bills. I felt bad for the server who basically had good hands tied as the manager wouldnt just let us go or even give a discount for having to wait. He did great. -1 star for the manager.
While I expect a wait time on a Saturday night, an hour and 20 minutes was a bit much. After the long wait time to get a table, we ended up waiting quite a while for our sodas. Then, the Sprite came out with no syrup-just carbonated water. Our appetizer arrived before we got another Sprite. The table next to us sat down 10 minutes after we did and were done eating and gone by the time we go our food. They were a party of 2, we were a party of 4. The Shrimp Scampi that I ordered tasted as though it had been microwaved. After such a long wait, I was rather disappointed to receive such poor service and food as well. I gave 2 stars only because I received good service on a prior occasion at this location. If in the future I receive better service, I will update rating.
Today 5/9/2021 I’m totally disappointedI ordered the Chicken Marsala which was my Mother’s favorite and every Mother’s Day we would dine in until she became terminally ill and we would order takeoutShe passed awayMarch 18th 2020 and I’ve since tried to keep the Mother’s Day traditionAnyway I ordered 2 dinners one for me and the other in remembrance and the dinner was the worstThe menu picture shows it with potatoes it came with noodles the chicken itself was not chicken I don’t know what it was but it wasn’t tasty at all very little Marsala sauce. Olive Garden has done themselves a disservice by messing with the meal . I’ve seen it go from redskin potatoes to mashed potatoes , back to redskin potatoes with sweet potatoes to noodles. Please leave a good thing aloneGo back to redskin potatoes and real chicken40.25 in the garbageThank youChristopher Kelly
Food was delicious with only a few things not worth mentioning and had no impact on my enjoyment of the dinner. Greatly grateful to utilize the $5 take home meal. Only true disappointment came after I left the restaurant. I noticed at the end of my dinner little packets of what I assumed was more flavorings...which I dont care for. But upon looking...they looked like it was various flavors for coffee. I too two....well....that was SO GOOD, I would have taken just a enough for a few more cups if coffee....and I drink a fair amount of flavored coffees if they can exceed the local houses. I truly regretted once I finished the coffee.Experience awesome from being greeted, seated and served. I also am a Customer Service consultant in my past. Excellent job by all. Ill stop. Hope you found the humor I did in a lost opportunity!
Went to dinner tonight with my parents, our server James was incredible, one of, if not the best, servers we have ever had! Food was great and came out quickly, James recommended some wines and brought out a bottle of our favorite, and also recommended a limited menu item which was fantastic as well. Great visit! James is awesome!
Had such a great dinner after spending all day at renaissance festival. We were ready for some awesome food and this place is always great! Our waiter Joe was phenomenal as well. We were all a little delirious after having a long day so we were in goofy moods and he played right along with us and provided awesome customer service!! Thanks for the good service and keep up the good work Joe!
Had a great time here this evening! The waitress was very very good. She knew the menu and made great recommendations. She brought drinks and refills many times during our meal. The price for the amount of food we received was very reasonable. We had plenty left to take home. Havent been to an Olive Garden in a long time but we will be coming back again soon! A+
Four of us went for dinner on a busy Friday night. We used the call ahead seating so our wait wasnt very long after we got there. The restaurant was clean and the staff was well trained signs of a good management team. We had an appetizer sampler with calamari and stuffed mushrooms, both excellent. After eating the salad and breadsticks, all of us had to take the entrees home for lunch the next day. Good food and good service.
Party of 8 was seated in a semi-private area which was nice. Our friendly waitress did a great job overall getting the orders out promptly, keeping drinks filled etc. The food was typical mediocre tasting Olive Garden fare. There is obviously much better Italian food to be eaten, probably within walking distance. If you like eating at other Olive Gardens, youll like this one just fine as well. Personally, Id go somewhere else.
Went to dinner last night with my hubby, daughter and friend. Our waiter James was amazing! James was personable, on the ball and efficient! He was the best waiter I think weve ever had, our drinks were always refreshed, he brought us fresh hot breadsticks, refilled our salads and soups promptly. He recommended some amazing wines and dishes. Everything came out fresh and hot, James was amazing! He deserves a raise! :)
I just went with a few friends for my birthday, and I must say the food was amazing!! Wen didnt get a chance to take pictures of our food and drinks(which was ALOT!) however, you know how good food looks in a picture? And you only hope youre comes to you the same way? Well it looked exactly like it and treated better than I expected. Service was spot on too!
Our server Aria was amazing. She put up with our constant drink orders and bread sticks. Our dinner was the steak fettuccine Alfredo and we were all very disappointed. It was like a mini petite steak with a small side of fettuccine Alfredo. It was less than the size of a fist. .Overall we were very happy with the service and taste of food but we will avoid the steak Alfredo from now on.
We all greatly enjoyed eating at Olive Garden today. I tried a new dish today... The shrimp and chicken carbonara. Wow! That was a great experience. The sauce is so creamy and tasty. The staff was very nice and helpful. The speed of the service was very timely. All in all, we had a great time there. I will be returning there at a later time.
Me and my family called to see how long the wait was to dine in. We were told 15 to 20 minutes. We have 3 children and figured that the time frame was good. We gave a name for call ahead seating. We got to the restaurant and there we were told 40 to 50 minutes. By the time we got a table we were there an hour and a half. When we were seated we asked for a high chair and was told we could not have a high chair in that section due to fire hazards. We ended up with a booster that we asked for several times and got attitude from the hostess. Finally the server gave us the booster. We were half way do e with out meal and 2 other tables were sat by us and they were allowed to have high chairs. Crazy. I would never recommend this location. Horrible hosts with attitudes. And food not the great for the pric .
I wish I remembered our servers name because she was so great! (Rebecca? Taller young brunette)... anyways it was such a great experience! Two of my friends had never been to Olive Garden before and it was such a great experience. Server was friendly and efficient, food tasted great, and our booth was very comfortable!
The best thing about Oliver Garden is the combination of a soup and ever green salad. Shrimp Alfredo or Shrimp scampi are great for dining. Spinach dip and dry shrimps are great as an appetizer. My kids though not salad eaters but they love to eat their salad and for a change a healthy diet.
Went here to meet with my family for a meal. We ended up changing our renovation time... Then we changed the amount of people from 4 to 6... On a separate phone call... At any rate despite my poor planning, the women taking the calls were all polite and helpful. When we were there the waitress was fun and good to banter with.
The food was fresh, served very quickly at a fair price. The waitress we had was very nice and checked at our table several times to make sure everything was ok and if anything else was needed. Every time I come here this is the kind of service I get. Its worth driving to and has been one of my favorite places to come!!! Thanks again
I enjoy coming here with family for dinner. Food is always good. Service is good. This place can definitely get busy though. Wish they took reservations, but its not big of an issue for us. Breadsticks and salad are always the best. They offer a ton of different meal options. So, everyone will find something they like. And prices were very reasonable for the portions you get.
Easy solid four. A very good expression of Olive Garden. While everythings generally been very good Im dinging them for the obvious smalls. So Ive been here a number of times now; idling in Ann Arbor on biz, and timing issues along with table turnover pressures a thing here. Enough you know it. This last waitress was reading my tip before I even left the table. I hate that. And more times than not, single diners get second rate seating here. Thats just wrong.I also dont like checking myself out with the table side kiosk. Thats so 2004. Between printer fails and not getting emailed my receipt. Sucks having to chase a receipt.
Loved my visit here. Gabby, my waitress was absolutely incredible and weve actually requested her a time or two after and each time shes amazing!! Highly recommend and if you get her as a waitress you wont be disappointed. My only complaint was that the kitchen was not stocked well on two occasions. Ran out of soup one time and had a shortage on veggies and breadsticks another.
Head an excellent dinner. There were 7 of us and they seated us in a private room with a beautiful view of a pond filled with geese. The food was delicious and served quickly and correctly, the service was friendly and couldnt ask for better treatment. Wed definitely go back!
Ive had both good and bad experiences here. Our last experience was a little rocky. Our server was extremely awkward and wouldnt stay at our table for more than two seconds, sometimes leaving before we were finished speaking. The food has always been good though, the cheese ravioli with alfredo sauce is my weakness.
Good atmosphere, not crowded at all on Easter Sunday afternoon. My only complaint about Olive Garden is the Chicken Carbonara is not the same dish of a few years ago. They changed the sauce...now all the white sauces are the same. They stopped using buscatini noodles & substituted spaghetti in this dish. It isnt even carbonara. The chicken & the way it is prepared is the best part of the dish but it definitely isnt worth $19.00.They should offer that style chicken on Make Your Own Pasta because they dont actually sell carbonara any longer.
I’m torn on how to write this. I’ve been vocal on how Michigan Health Department is handling the pandemic, so I know this may not be popular amongst many patrons. But when my wife and I, can’t go out to eat with our 5 children (one is a baby) bc of what might be the most ignorant rule I’ve ever heard, i feel the need to voice my opinion. We have been to many restaurants who will seat us at 1 table, but we’ve also been to a few who want to split us up. Olive Garden wanted to split us up....bc our 7th is a 12 month old baby. This is absurd. Even if we all had covid, wouldn’t you want to keep them all in one area? But nope, let’s spread them throughout the restaurant! Can someone explain this logic to me?? No more of our business will go to places who can’t use common sense.
This was your standard Olive Garden restaurant. The breadsticks were plentiful and warm. The pasta is nothing special and pretty much forgettable. Our food was out quickly for a group of 10 and we were on our way out soon after.I didn’t have any issues with mysterious charges on my receipt, but I saw reviews that said others did. Be on the lookout for them just in case.
Food (so abundant that there was hardly any room for all of it on our table), atmosphere, prices were fantastic! Most of all ... although our waiter was slammed by customers; he was excellent in timing and serving! No matter where I go to Olive Garden; I am satisfied!
We just left there, Everything was amazing especially the service! We were seated promptly didn’t have much wait on the waitress and she was on it with everything! Best service I had in a long time! I didn’t catch her name but we chatted for a second and she said it was her sons 1st birthday and his name is Zaiden! Best server ever! Tipped her good she so deserved it!
Took my daughter there for lunch, after waiting over 30 minutes for a waitress to come to our table, the coffee we ordered was cold and tasted burnt. Once the dinner proceeded the waitress was nowhere to be found. She kept apologizing, but still took FOREVER to get anything to our table. I will not go back! For the price that you pay, you expect at least decent service.
Host forgot about us and seated people who came in after us, however we were seated immediately when I asked. Our server was great although I forgot to catch his name. I overheard other servers who were equally as friendly. I enjoyed the Mediterranean shrimp scampi, which was under 600 calories, salad & breadsticks of course! My mom had chicken quesadillas which she said were very good. Easy entry and exit with two main roads available. Three stars because it was typical chain restaurant food. Overall good experience.
Server doesnt listen well.Got Chicken and Gnocci- literally tasted chicken twice in the whole bowl.Got the Chicken Margherita- chicken was cooked too long. The garlic parm steamed broccoli was just steamed, no flavor, and dry.My brothers steak was extremely small (6 oz) and he said wasnt worth the price. My Moms Tour of Italy was great. My favorite part (as if I havent worked in the restaurant industry before) when she sent my plate back all I could hear is laughing since we are right next to the kitchen. Thanks for the wonderful experience 🙃
We go to Olive Garden very often, always great fresh food and very pleasant staff I took my mom with me they opened the door for us in friendly welcoming manner and we sat down next to the pond enjoyed the beautiful view our waitress this time called Zainab, she was very friendly and hard worker.thank you so much guys

2021-10-23Good restaurant. Slightly on the expensive side but worth it. I like their drinks menu. The staff is very welcoming and prompt. One of the highlights - unlimited breadsticks. Do ask for Alfredo dip with it. Entrees might seem expensive. Unlimited soup and salad is a great option as well.

2021-12-19This location has wonderful food and service. The restaurant is very clean also. If youre lucky you can be seated by the pond and watch the geese and a cute little Beaver 🦫. Also the food is very good! Love the chicken parmesan! I would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try during non peak hours! They do get busy.

2021-10-25Possibly the worst experience I’ve had service wise. We were sat 15 minutes before we were asked for our drink orders. We were waited on by Destiny. By then we figured out what we wanted to order entirely. It was confusing because we beat the dinner rush and it really was not busy yet. We were brought a visibly dirty salad plate and asked for a replacement which we never received so my autistic brother figured out to make a bowl out of the breadstick basket and a napkin… he ate his entire salad out of it and she never brought a plate even after witnessing this. At one point my brother got up and filled our drinks himself. It was all very odd and uncomfortable. I have no idea what she was doing or why she was seemingly always missing from the dining room while we saw other staff again and again. Very disappointed. The food was good but the service was the worst I’ve ever received in Ann Arbor - we are still all shocked.

2022-02-20We check in at 12:20 with call ahead seating stating our table turn was ready and possibly a 10 minute wait. Understandable. Lobby was full. The 2 hostesses seated entire lobby. We waited. More people came in. Still was by passed for another full lobby. (We are a family of 5) There was possibly 50 people seated while we still waited. We asked 3x if we were going to be seated. I went to the kitchen area and asked to speak to the manager. (Privately) He went to see why we were being bypassed. The girls told him our name was called 5 minutes earlier! My party was standing there patiently waiting. Never unkind. The 5 minutes was the 5 minutes it took to speak to the manager. My family was standing right there. 100% these 2 girls lied! He said it was in the computer we were called 5 minutes earlier. They watched me go toward the kitchen. It feels as if they added that for him to say that we were called. He got us seated. When we were seated these 2 girls went (blatantly in front of us) to tell our waitress we went and reported them to the manager to dirty her about us. This waitress never let these 2 girls words affect her. She was kind, caring and served our table with respect. We tipped her 20%. This manager NEVER came and apologized or even check up on these girls. I asked him to check how many folks were seated from 12:20 until he seated us. We live in A2 and many, many friends live here and can attest we are kind people. I am hurt for the disrespect we received and in our Building Business in this community we would never disrespect a client. Not one of Olive Gardens guests even knew we were upset. We handled it with dignity. Somebody needs reprimanded. This manager and those two young ladies. Appalling!

2022-06-14My mom and I were feeling brave so we brought FOUR kids in with us tonight to eat and ABBY was our waitress. She was amazing. I felt terrible with how demanding our crew was but she did it all with ease. She made our experience a breeze and kept our kids happy and behaving good plus the food was amazing! Thank you so much Abby! Olive Garden Ann Arbor is so lucky to have you as the face of their establishment

2022-03-13I was there with a party of 6 and most of us enjoyed our dinners, but the two who ordered fettuccine noodles were served noodles that were hard and didnt have enough Alfredo sauce. Also, the person who ordered steak said it was cooked on too high a heat, so it was tough on the outside and undercooked on the inside. They were surprisingly busy, so we arrived at 4:30 and had to wait for a table at 5:30 and they seemed liked they were rushing to take care of everyone.

2022-01-31Had a wonderful server, his name is Omar!!! Food was 🤩 amazing, we will be back…
