It was fantastic. I didnt know Olive garden had such great food and customer service. I was very impressed with my visit. It was very busy when we went on Saturday at 5pm. We had to wait 30 minutes for a table but we went shopping at the plaza during that time so it was to bad. I did notice there were a lot of empty open tables inside once we got in. It annoyed me that they had so many people waiting for so long and there were table we could sit at. But I guess they didnt have enough servers or staff in the kitchen to host that many in a decent time. Any way our server was great and the food came out in a decent time. I want to note the soups are bland even the Chile and chicken soup was not that great. Every thing else was nice it looked nice and clean staff was nice and helpful. Great place to eat and the prices arent too high but they arent cheap.
I took my 82 year old mother out for dinner at the East Dearborn Olive Garden. We waited 20-25 minutes and no one even came to our table. We decided to leave and were asked to come back in by the manager. The service was very bad. They brought us the wrong entree’s and we had to return them. I don’t advise anyone to come to The Olive Garden and especially not the one in East Dearborn.
I wish I didn’t have to leave this review but I think it’s best for everyone to briefly know what happened. Saving all the details basically placed an online order for pickup said it needed 25 minutes, I didn’t have my food in my hand for over an hour. When I called in to ask about my food the kids working in the front hung up on me. To make matters worse after waiting the useless one hour my entire dinner was cold, my soup tasted like it was sitting out all day. To make matters even worse everyone who ate olive garden at my house that night all got food poisoning!!! Including myself!!I advised olive garden - dearborn of my experience and was promised a call back which I still did not receive and this was over a week ago. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had and the disrespect where I couldn’t even get a call back or an apology makes me never want to set foot in an Olive Garden again. Believe me when I tell you I am not looking for a handout from this place, you couldn’t pay me enough money to eat the garbage that they are serving at this restaurant.
I would NEVER eat at this location. Seeing the conditions of the dining area makes me wonder about the conditions of the food they serve. They are pigs, complete animals! Nasty floors, dirty tables, the smell is terrible. Ruined my meal!8/29/18 Second time in a month and added new pictures. Nothing has changed, still a dump!
Excellent food great atmosphere wonderful service. Be sure to ask for Antonio as your waiter. Me and my daughter had pasta she had the shrimp alfredo, I had the chicken and shrimp pasta with a creamy bacon sauce and added asparagus. It was phenomenal with the salad and breadsticks this meal was perfect. Be sure you ask again for a Antonio as your waiter he has been the best waiter at any restaurant whatsoever A++
I’m 9 Months Pregnant And I Went With My Oldest Son Tonight. The Service Was Fantastic And Fast! We Got Seated Quite Quickly For It To Be A Full House. My Server Was Awesome, She Made Sure We Had Everything We Needed. The Food Was Hot, Fresh, And Delicious! Will Be Back Soon
First off the customer service was great from our server Zeek. Im not a regular but our servers customer service was exceptional enough to make you want to return. He was very attentive and did not mess up our order. The food was great and the drinks were beautiful and tasty. Wonderful experience it was. I highly recommend
I do enjoy Olive garden but lately they seem to have changed. The food wasnt as good THIS TIME. We ordered a side of sausage and the manager was walking by and extremely upset at how poorly the food was done. They were so over cooked you couldnt even bite through them. The chicken on the pasta was over cooked but not too bad. I wish the was more attention to detail in the food. Overall I still would recommend eating here! Its not terrible. A few slip ups here and there but besides that, good food for the most part.
Family and I visited on 1/1/2022 and we had a great time. had and excellent waitress. I forget her name but she was friendly and got our orders all correct. The food was good as well. Half of my family ordered the chicken alfredo with broccoli added. I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara. My youngest had spaghetti with meat sauce. Smelled especially garlicky but she said it was good. My oldest daughter ordered the stuffed shells and added chicken. She said it was good as well. I also had the Strawberry-passion rum punch. Very good!! Ended up drinking 2 of them. Highly recommended. I would go early to this location as it gets crowded late.
If I could give a Zero review I would. We got here, and the parking lot was half empty. Went inside and the restaurant was not full, and several crew members standing around. We were told theres an hour wait. But nobody was there! So we will take our business elsewhere
My colleague and I had half of our lunch (we had to take the entrée to go) at the Olive Garden on Ford Rd in Dearborn Michigan today (06/18/2018) at 1:30 PM. We weren’t greeted kindly and had to wait 15 minutes for a table. Not a big deal but fair to note especially since they were not busy. Approaching the table we realized that the place was very warm (it’s a 93 degree day, it was at least 80 degrees inside the restaurant). Our server had sweat running down his face. Both rolls of silverware provided contained dirty utensils. The table behind us was vacant and full of dirty dishes when we arrived and remained that way after we left. As more people left, their tables were left with dirty dishes. The entrees took about 40 minutes from time of ordering. The food came to our table piping hot and the server used a dirty paper napkin to transfer it from his tray to the table. We were told the breadsticks were in the oven and the entrees were held up because no fettuccine alfredo was ready which both of our orders required. We boxed our piping hot food, paid and left as our lunch hour had ended. By the way, that alfredo sauce, it was partially cooked. We will not be returning. Nasty.
Love to visit the olive garden whenever I can (wish it was still in canada!) In the same plaza as the target! Great stop for me.Food was great. And the service good too. It was a week after my birthday, and they still offered the free dessert. I chose the apple blossom, and it did not disappoint. Delicious! I am not in this area a lot- was just visiting for the luke bryan concert. If in the area again I will likely return to this location.
This has been by far my worst experience here I ordered two chicken marsala to go so if I can remember correctly when I first had this dish it was served over mashed potatoes the gravy was outstanding the mushrooms were sauted to perfection the chicken was moist and amazing spices what I picked up on 2/12/22 was not that I dont believe the chicken was chicken it was dry hardly any sauce it was served with pasta noodles very much slapped together and rushed I dont think any effort was placed in this meal and it was made completely wrong I loved this restaurant up until this point and that will certainly be my last encounter Im passionate about what I spend my hard earn money on and what I like to eat and the ball was dropped here
Do not apply here for a job. Just wasting your time. I waited half hour for Justin to show in order for him to let me know that he just hired someone else and that he is just gathering names and phone numbers and interviews in case that person doesnt work out. Horrible!
I had a very enjoyable time here. They may sure that they were socially distancing customers were as every other table or 2 were not occupied. The service was excellent our server was very observant and she may sure that we had everything that we need constantly. The food was absolutely great. The food was fresh it was hot And even the to go food was wonderful. The heat and go meal was even perfect When I got home and he did it up. You know it was good when your children love it as well.
Was hungary for their Minastroni soup..bought a 1/2 gallon..no bread with the soup..only comes with Pints...I just couldnt understand that! Paid more for 1/2 gallon then a pint & no bread with my soup..other then that all was well! Very organized & ran smoothly for my pick up!
Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our family during our visit to the Olive Garden on Ford Rd. The staff was so very accommodating and informed.Our waitress was so happy to serve us. Everytime she came to the table she was smiling and pleasant. My daughter was visiting from out of town and said she will definitely come back to this location again.The salad and bread was always fresh when she brought it to the table. I ordered the Bolognese and it was amazing!!! My dad ordered the salmon and oh boy Ill be ordering that next time!!!!I also like the fact of the table tablets to keep my 7 year old twins occupied so that the rest of us could have a conversation😁.Overall me and my family had an awesome dinner and will recommend this location to everyone!!
Was Out With My Family & I Ordered Chicken Alfredo Due To The Large Quantity I Decided To Share It With My Son(Kid) The Waiter Asked If I wanted It on Two Plates I Agree Just For Them To Bring Back Two Small Plates With Less Food Never Again will I Allow Them To Separate A Regular Order Just To Give Me Less Food I Rather Do It Myself To Assure My Potion Is Correct With Still Having To Order Another Plate Just To Make Up For The Less Quantity We Got Separating The First Meal And I Was Right Because I Split The Second Plate Using The Same Plates From The First Order Not Surprised There Was Much More Food Then Before!
08/12/21 placed an carry out order for a salad (substitute ice burg/romaine blend for kale) I always order. While driving to pick up my order I received a callback from the employee whom had taken my order...telling me that my manager says my salad will cost me extra. So, I asked how much more....she states Im not sure I need to place you on hold and ask. I was only 2 mins away when I walked into the restaurant and the young lady finally came back to the phone...the manager was waiting at the counter. I asked how much my salad (kale) was gonna cost me......Wait for It!Stephanie (Manager) had the nerve to say $13.00. Yikes!!! I say for what? She goes on to explain cause it costs us more money from our distribution company to get kale lettuce so, Im charging you an extra $7 for two salads to make sure the kale lettuce fills the plastic container.Now Im sure if this was the original price she was going to tack on....I was thinking $1-$2 more...no big deal, but when she was staring a beautiful black woman the price increased.Stephanie I say you have got to be crazy if Im going to pay $7 extra for kale lettuce......when I have always substituted my salads at Olive Garden for Kale at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Well Stephanie says were under new management.....Now what that has to do with you pulling a price out of your head to over charge me....This is CRAZY so I walked out!
We were seated in the lobby of a somewhat empty restaurant and told it would be a 20/25 minute wait....after about 15 mins our table was ready, where we sat for another 15 mins for our drink order. I know people exaggerate time, but this was not exaggerated. Once our service got going it was good. Food was delicious and fresh, besides all the fruit flies attacking us and other patrons. I think next time we will drive the few extra miles to a better managed restaurant.
Horrible everytime I go there!! The service is trash. We sat for 20 minutes no bread, no salad! I ordered hot tea she brings it with no spoon or sugar, so I asked for some. she didnt return for over six minutes, she brought food out to another table, so my husband politely reminded her we needed sugar she said sorry i was doing things 🙃 so we waited another 2 minutes still no sugar i stuck my finger in the tea it was no longer HOT tea.....thats how long I waited... we got up and left!!! This is not the first time Ive gotten bad service here, Its just a luck of the draw when you go to this location! I wouldnt go back to this location if they paid me!!!
Delicious food, the staff is fun and really positive to be around, but expect to wait: the queue for a table is usually almost an hour. Im sure if they werent short staffed and under pandemic capacity restrictions it would be a great evening out, but as it was it went okay. Try the fettuccine Alfredo!
My experience was amazing! I had a really ruff day.... I decided to go to olive garden only to be told that the waiter had a person he was training, I was outdone AT FIRST! They no longer served the beef braised tips OH BOY , lol! The waiter was so experienced he made a suggestion for my meal it was as if he created a masterpiece of a dinner just for me, the food was delicious, hot and the service was the best Ive ever had hands down!
Very disappointing. Went into restaurant for 2 people to eat and was advised by the hostess would be atleat 45 minutes. We asked to sit at bar. Nobody was sitting there at all. The Management instructed her that no one else can be seated for atleast 45 minutes. I will be following up with corporate to discuss this unacceptable matter.
Great customer service, food was excellent and fast and our waitress was a hard worker! Was there again 5/7/22 ,this time we sat at the bar and the bartender/waiter Jeacob( sorry if I spelled your name wrong) he was an EXCELLENT waiter/ bartender with EXCELLENT customer service!
It was a bad visit. We arrived and we were told we will be on the waitlist for 20-25 minutes. Although online it says no wait. App says I am next on the list. The place was not full and it is the middle of the week. Then 5 minutes later it says table is ready. We sat down for 30 minutes and we were completely ignored. They didnt even wanted to look our way. After 30 someone says your waiter will be with you soon and left. We waited for 5 more minute then we left without placing any orders. I guess they were short staffed!!
We tried to go to this Olive Garden at 9p last night, (on a Monday!) The restaurant was empty, there were servers around, and 3 greeters standing up front when we walked in. We were told there was a 20 minute wait, so I asked if we could sit at the bar instead, and we were informed that the bar was closed. We turned around and left. This is the 2nd time weve walked out of an OG because of wait times or being told the restaurant was mostly closed, regardless of posted open hours.I used to work for Darden, I understand servers may have been cut, but the bar was fully closed down, chairs on the tables, super uninviting, yet there were people sitting in there eating. The OG I worked for wouldve been embarrassed to offer this kind of experience to the guest. This restaurant had another hour of open time! All I wanted was soup and salad.Im so sick of getting sub par service every time we try to go out to support our local workers and staff. I work long hours, harder than ever before, so I get it. I know things are different now. It seemed to me like they just wanted to close early, and their way of enforcing it was to turn people away by giving them ridiculously lengthy wait times and shutting the bar down.We ended up going to a nearby Coney Island (diner) which was fabulous and provided great service with no wait. Thanks for letting us discover a new local restaurant to give our business to.
We had a party of 7 the host brought us to a table with 5 chairs and left! We had to figure out where to get 2 other chairs from and move the original chairs so we could fit 2 more. Waitress screwed up our drink order. They have taken the only thing my husband would eat (which is the steak) off the menu. Asked for more breadsticks and never got them. The spaghetti was really watery. This was the first and last time we will be dining at this Olive Garden!
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! This is the first and last time I’m ever going to Olive Garden, I’m a big food critic & based on their service and quality of their food it is outrageous, it took almost 1 hour to get our food, the food quality including the kids meals was horrible I’m Italian, I grow up with homemade cuisines, the copies of the food and the pasta and everything else just tasted like it was pre-frozen and was just nasty everything felt dry no moisture no texture the quality of this food was bad, I ordered the chicken & broccoli instead I got a dry hard rock and over boiled broccoli.I highly do not recommend going in there it is horrible
Once loved for its Italian American cuisine, has now fallen short on taste, service, and cleanliness. I have been here 3 times recently and all times Ive had poor service. Ive had to wait so long for a server to place my order and even longer for my food. The tables and booths are not properly cleaned. The food is not the right temperature, smaller portions, and the flavor just isnt there anymore. Everything seems to be reheated in a microwave. One time, I ordered the fettuccine alfredo and I got a bowl of fettuccine with 1 tablespoon of alfredo--even the server was shocked to see how much sauce I had on my pasta and went to grab me more. After waiting for 30 mins and being charged for the extra alfredo, I just paid and left. Never set foot there again.
Went for curbside pick up, got home noticed they did not give me the chicken Alfredo and that was the most expensive thing I ordered and I gave a tip... Now Im on hold for 20 mins+ waiting to get a refund =/ But otherwise the food was good just sucks I didnt get the Alfredo. Update I got a $25 gift card instead so that was nice of them.
Customer service is key, but this place lacks it, I went in to get a table for 2 or even requested to sit at the bar if there was no space. The place had plenty of room and the hosts flat out said there was no room and she’s done taking tables. Every time I come either it’s a 30 min wait or some new issue comes up.
Ordered 3 entrees Carside To Go at 8:15PM and my pick up time of 9:30PM ended up being delayed by 15-20 minutes because they forgot to make 2 of my 3 entree according to what the server told me. Knowing they close at 10PM, I called and spoke to the manager who told.me my entrees got swapped with another order when it was packed up. He made it right by adding an extra entree.
Let me just say! The service was slow, we got our appetizers before our drinks, the spinach dip was so cold you couldnt even scoop it, the never ending bread we only got 3!!! Then the food came and guess what? Also COLD! the chicken carbonara was so greasy that we had to pour it out before eating and then after 2 bites decided to take it home and on the way home more grease was spilt in the bag! I can say the only good thing we got was the drinks. Even the people next to us were displeased and even found hair in their food! Please do better.
Service was terrible.... Our waitress was terrible, she must have been new...She brought us out some hard breadsticks and when requested fresh ones we had to wait at least 20 minutes and on top of that she acknowledged the 2 she gave us at 1st were not fresh....why would you even serve them if you knew they were old!
Arrived and waited for a table for 7 and got seated within a decent amount of time. Once seated our server Thomas greeted us, then disappeared for 10 minutes. He came back and we were ready to order drinks. We were still waiting for 2 people to arrive. Before we could he said he would be right back. So we sat and waited another 10 minutes. He came back and we ordered drinks. He brings us our drinks, disappears again for 10 minutes. We were seated at 730. We got our drink around 8. Then salad and breadsticks. He wasn’t attentive to our table as dishes started piling up in the center of the table.Once our food arrived, calamari was undercooked, there was a huge core in our salad, my lasagna could have been microwaved longer but was the perfect temp for my 1 year old so I guess that’s a plus.It took over 20 minutes to get our checks.We paid via card and tipped cash. As I was leaving I told Thomas have a good night. He coldly “mmhmm “. Makes me think he checked our “tips”. I mean if you want your tip, which is a gift and not wage, to be taxed, cool bruh. But my 16 years in the industry and managing tells me that most servers like cash.All in all, we had a good time, we didn’t go for the server. I’m sure he will have better days.
Ordered drive up and food wasnt ready. We ordered family lasagna and lasagna was dry burned and cold 🤮my question is if you tell me what time to pick up i get there on time how could it be cold? 55 dollars down the drain and last experience wasnt good either food is too dry no meat sauce wont be back too expensive for that. I want to say the workers are very nice i like them but food has gotten bad 55 dollars SMH. Wont be back. owners response to 55 dollars of food we didnt or couldnt eat👎👎👎👎
Horrible, horrible service. Saw waitress twice and she never brought our bottle of wine, no water refills, no unlimited soup, salad or bread sticks. Saw her once and that was to bring our first round of food. Awful. Hadnt been to an O. G. in years and wont be back. Not even busy due to COVID-19.
Ive only been here twice but every time I come the service is terrible food was delicious service is terrible.. the waitstaff doesnt wait well they dont come and check on you I received my breadsticks with my meal which was supposed to come with my salad ... Theyre just not attentive
Got there late but, this was the best experience Ive had at this particular location. Erika the waitress was phenomenal. I didnt feel rushed. I ordered the Stuffed Chicken Marsala & my friend ordered the Lasagna, it was good. The restaurant was clean the atmosphere was nice. When I go again I will always ask to sit in her section. 👌🏽
Took my family out for an outing April 2nd to visit The Henry Ford. After leaving we decided to visit The Olive Garden. We went in and they said 25-30min wait. The restaurant was mostly empty. In fact one half on the restaurant wasnt even being used. I can understand this with covid though, and maybe they were low on staff. Anyway, we went out to the car to wait. We were there for an hour waiting before we decided to leave. We went to Texas roadhouse and was able to get in within 20 minutes. At this time we checked the link we had to monitor our wait times at Olive Garden and we were still in the wait list. We finished our meal at Texas Roadhouse still being in the wait list at Olive Garden. Texas Roadhouse was way busier too.Abysmal serviceNot recommended
Had a great time. It was our family date night. I enjoyed the wine. I was glad the waiter suggested it. I would have never just asked for a bottle. The salmon and mashed potatoes were too die for. Soup and salad was awesome. The waiter was awesome. We had a great time.
I had a wonderful experience here, I had a party of 2 around 7pm and we were seated immediately. Our server Tita went above and beyond to ensure our experience was wonderful. Our drinks and appetizers came within a few minutes. One of the chefs served our entrees to us. Everything was fresh and the cocktails were huge. Took a few items home as well. :)
We were there on a Sunday afternoon around 3:00pm and we seated immediately. It took longer than we would have liked to get drinks and our order taken. Good came quickly however and was very good quality. Our waiter was alright, but was somewhat indifferent. Overall though, it was a good experience and the food was excellent!
Today have the Worst experience in this restaurant ever. we used to go this one and everything is good, but this time they make us wait at least 25 minuteson the table only and nobody ask us even if we want water or something but they attend the table across us. Until I ask one of the servers if we going to get attended or not so we can leave the place. Fortunately one of the servers ( Haley D. Thanks ) come and help us she will ask and tell us that there was a confusion they put in us on a place where nobody is going to help us because the server that attend those tables already go home so I just bring this up to the manager so they put more attention to the business cuz they close for Some time and they just open and we Want to patrocinante but we cannot be waiting there for hours with nobody taken Care of you and you see they serve the table across from you they are already eating soup drinks and everything and nobody even ask you for water or something.
Good ambiance with very well manged seating arrangement. Our server was quick and got also suggested us food as per our requirement.Overall the portions of food is sufficient. They also offer soup or salad with pasta.Make your own pasta is one of the best to get as per your own choice. Only thing which I didnt like was..... My pasta was not mixed well with sauce, may be chef was in hurry.They have kept pads on all tables for ordering food and also for payment. Kids can play games while the food is getting prepared.Overall good place for Italian.
Horrible service... The waitress seemed like she had an attitude for no reason, my food was not only cold but I wanted them to add chicken to it and I didnt get the chicken until after I got my cold food... Im never going back to that Olive Garden location ever again! Not Happy with that experience what so ever!
Everything was delicious. Except i thought my shrimp scampi would have had a little sauce but other than that every thing was delicious!! 😋 and they fixed my bread sticks just the way i asked!!! And i might add that everything was packaged nice and neat. No spills!!! My birthday dinner was a hit!! Thanks a bunch Olive Garden!! And thank for the free dessert!! It was delicious.You made my 57th Birthday Dinner a memorable moment!!
We were there on 1/5/20. The food was great like it always is at Olive Garden restaurants. Plenty of bread sticks and salad. There were 6 in our party - 4 adults and 2 children. Will was our server and he was truly amazing. Will memorizes everything you order - he doesnt write anything down... and everything is 100% correct when he delivers your orders. This included drinks for 2 adults, appetizer, drinks for the children and all our meals. His timing was excellent checking back from time to time to make sure our meals were OK and ask if we needed anything else. If you go to the Dearborn location to eat, request Will as your server!
The food was a little disappointing during this visit; possibly due to them being really busy and not cooking it completely. Our server, Allegra, was outstanding. She almost anticipated our needs beforehand. Also, she was friendly and personable. A delightful young woman with aspirations. Shell go far.
Food was mediocre at best. The whole place was lit up like a cafeteria instead of a cozy, nice restaurant. Waited 10 minutes for another beer...and we were sitting at the bar. The bartender was so busy with her clean up work so she could get cut, she kept walking by us. I wont be going to that location again.
Very good menu: seafood, salads, chicken, beef. Good wine list and desserts. Server was friendly and welcoming, but multiple attempts were often needed to get her attention. The self service pay or order at your table device didnt work for taking our payment, but it did work for placing the dessert order. The food was delicious and the dessert was excellent!
My wife and i went on one of the first days it was back. We both had already agreed to leave if it doesnt feel safe. But they seat us in what felt secluded. We were in a booth with the booths on either side taped up so it couldnt be anyone next to you. The waitress wore a mask and we paid using theyre table top tablet. It felt very safe and clean. We saw that every time someone left the area was sprayed down very well. I would def go back and not have to over worry about the COVID variables so much.
My Sunday evening Nov. 15th pickup order of Shrimp Scampi only had tough asparagus stalks. No asparagus stems or red peppers as advertised. The Quality Control or Ordering managers are not in the best interest of the customers. Im did not bother to contact the manager to describe the results of my order because this is the second occurrence within the last year from this location with poor quality. Not sure if the Olive Garden Franchise is aware of the below standards quality of food that is being passed off to loyal customers at this location. However, I will not continue to take a chance on whether my order will be true to the Olive Garden brand.
Had the best service tonight! I didnt have 2 ask for anything. Shane was amazing, caring, compassionet, and just on point the whole time. Not only with our table but i could see she was the same with the other tables near us who she was also serving. I will be asking for her again! And of course the food was delicious!!
My wife and I have visited this location a couple of times but nothing really stood out to us. Our experience yesterday 12/4/17 was pretty good. We went during lunch and we both had soup and salad. I love the Zuppa. Our waitress was very attentive and we never had to ask for refills on anything. She was friendly and fast.
First let me stay I absolutely love Olive Garden!!! But this restaurant is absolutely terrible. The servers are absolutely horrid! The last three times that we have went to this restaurant we were completely ignored. I was a waitress for some time and even in a lower class restaurant that behavior would never be tolerated. Due to the fact I have worked in the industry I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after the third time I absolutely will never return here again. I have no issues spending over $100 on a dinner. I do have an issue being disrespected, having a server rolled her eyes at me and blatantly being ignored.
The food was nothing short of excellent! The servers section was very busy so the salad and appetizers came out a little slow but I must admit his hospitality and friendly approach made up for it. He was very nice and accommodating and also very well spoken and professional. I can appreciate that. Overall my experience at this location was very good and I would not only recommend this place to others but I will also be back myself. 👍👍
I have eaten lunch here before, and had a better experience than this most recent visit.The bad: a miscommunication between the hostess and our server meant we had to wait about 7 minutes before she visited our table. My eggplant Parmesan was warm, but soggy and kind of greasy, and the bread sticks were below standard ( barely warm, my wife got one that was cold). And then they ran out of Diet Coke.The good: our server Sam was wonderful, making sure our drinks were full and getting our salad to us quickly. My wifes shrimp scampi was excellent.
Food was good, but the curb sude pick up was needing oversight. Got called back for missinh drinks, eating here during visit we ate ate hotel. There were no utensils, mints, etc. event though having a checklist on the receipt. Also had a bottle of wine and was not asked (nor did i ask) about a corkscrew. Good news was that we got creative but we were able to open the bottle!
Smells awful in the restaurant. I ordered a salmon dish. I took one bite and thought the seasoning was awful. Took another and realized the fish was awful. It was bad and the smell was off. I had my companion try taste it and he couldnt get pass the smell. Told the waiter and he took the fish back. The manager came over to speak with me. He apologized and asked of I wanted anything else. Heck no. Be warned. Never going back.10-3 Olive Garden sent me a very nice email asking me to give them another try along with a gift certificate. They also asked me to call before going to the restaurant. I will not do that but I will try a different location and give feedback. Thank you, Olive Garden. Appreciated.
I ordered a Togo order and it was really slow. Plus while I waited there were clearly tables that needed to be bussed, with the manager whom did not hesitate to clear it for the waiting customers gathered by the front door. I would go again, however, because the food was very good. Also when I came in to eat with my family a different time, the service was very good And the people are very nice.
Oh my goodness! Ive not had service and an experience that off in a long time. We sat for about 5-8 minutes without a greeting (anyone who has ever served knows that that is really bad). Our salad came & was an absolute mess (dressing sloshed on the sides, a pile of crouton dust and a pile of onions with very little salad). We waited for over 40 minutes for our food, the server didnt clear off the dirty dishes or refill the drinks, no extra cheese and took 30+ minutes just to get the check once we finished. I could go on and on about our evening. Im hoping that this is not their normal!
I am honestly shocked at the service of this Olive Garden. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and although the food and service isn’t always the best, there really wasn’t much to complain about. However, when my family and I went for a dine-in a day or two ago, the experience was one of THE worst I’ve had. When we were sat at the table, we ordered our drinks. 20 minutes later, still no drinks. The waiter would pass by our table MULTIPLE times saying “I’ll bring your drinks out in just a moment.” Ok, no biggie. But what about the appetizers we ordered 20 minutes ago. “I’ll check on those as well.” Again, we wait another 10 minutes, and finally our drinks came. We decide to go ahead and place our full order, since we had been there for about half an hour and had JUST gotten our drinks, still no breadsticks. When ordering our food, the waiter, at first, tried remembering our order in his head, despite us being a table of 7, after the 4th person ordered, he decided to take out his notepad and proceed to ask everyone what their order was again so that he could write it down this time. Before leaving to put in our orders, we asked if we could at least get our salads and some bread sticks. We were brought a large salad bowl, breadsticks, and a bunch of plates. The plates were SOAKING, but you know what? I thought whatever, I’ll just wipe them myself. So here I am, sitting at my table, drying these dripping wet plates. As I’m drying these plates I realize that a lot of them were DIRTY, black spots and food leftovers and all. This was the last straw, my family and I were livid!! We decided to get up and leave, while leaving the manager notices us and asks what was the matter. When I explained all that had happened, his response was “ok..”I just walked away, if the manager gave me nothing but an insecure “ok...” then I really don’t expect anything better from anyone else there.Truly one of the worst services I have EVER received. Wasted a whole hour sitting at Olive Garden only to get some breadsticks, horrible service, and a manager who shouldn’t be manager.
Had a good experience here. Our server, Clayton I think it was. Was so attentive, helpful and nice. Food was good, hot and fresh too. Seemed like all staff that we interacted with was very nice, managers and other wait staff. Wish we lived closer to visit this location more often.
Carry out experience.... Staff was welcoming. I orders 2 chicken Alfredo dinners at lunch time. Was very good.. could have used more Alfredo sauce. Salad was on point. Very fresh. They did give me extra Alfredo sauce on the side. I could have used more. I still give this place 5 stars. I know next time to ask for more Alfredo sauce..... Chow
Service was slow and waiter forgot our salad plates until well after the entree came. had shrimp scampi and the shrimp were tiny and overcooked, the sauce dull and lackluster. Its fine as long as you know not to expect too much. At least the drinks are a little cheaper than other places (for instance Applebees).
This is the second time Ive been to this particular location, and both times Ive been satisfied with the meals. I highly recommend the Chicken Gnocchi soup, its very good. The lunches are good, well worth their money. My server was attentive and made the meal really good. I recommend coming here if you have the extra money, as it is more expensive than most places. This Olive Garden is worth it!
Serviced our party of about 30people. Although, they do not accept reservations on the weekend. Although a little slow initially Service staff very accommodating, friendly.An area for our party was private but strategic. Bathrooms quite clean. Food Very very good.I would like to see more greens in my salad.Yes I plan to revisit. Thank you.
My dinner fork had food on it, my dinner plate also had food residue on it as well. My Raspberry Lemonade drink was served warm with very little ice. We had to stop the manager because we were seated and after ten minutes the server had not come to take our order. On a better note, the food was delicious!!
My husband, sister and I had lunch yesterday. While the food was good and no complaints with the service, checking my account this morning I was charged more than the bill. WHY? My husband left the tip and the server end assisted with paying by credit card or debit card. So WHY the over charge. The bill was $75.74 my account shows $90 plus change!!!!! WHY
There was a piece of old lettuce stuck to the menu and the food was okay. My husband had the seafood Alfredo and he said it needed salt, but he loves salt so I couldnt take that as a valid criticism. I had the pasta bowl and it was good. As for the server was great. We sat at a table in the bar area, but there was a smell like it hadnt been thoroughly cleaned in a while. I dont think I will be visiting this location anytime soon as my husband loves Olive Garden
They took my order and didnt put me on hold. They have me a time and my food was ready in time.They were fast friendly and contactless curbside delivery as promised. I will stop by for dinner on my way home from work more often, as this was a quick exchange... no waiting and I didnt have to get out the car in the rain! Thank you O. G. TEAM!!
The apps that I ordered (and have ordered numerous times before at other locations) were over cooked... I sent them back and they brought out the same plate. I then ordered my main course and they gave me well done meat not medium well... I sent it back and they gave me a tossed around dish... requested the manager and then he had them remake it for me... the way that its supposed to be! Tasted a lot better and was done correctly. Did I forget to mention that the waitress lied to me and told me that the sauce that was supposed to be over the meat was done and they ran out? When the manager came to talk to me he made me aware that they didnt run out of it and asked me who told me that. Im probably never coming back to this location. Only giving this place 3 stars because the manager came out and fixed everything.
While the server was kind Swift and very efficient the food I ordered was bland and the soup that I got came cold the first time and barely warm the second. The manager didnt check on our group, and I didnt see him/her the entire evening. Overall a bad experience by management but not at all the fault of front of house.

2021-08-27We had an absolutely amazing time for my daughter 14th birthday. The wait was long but the food was fresh and delicious. Im not a fan of the marinara but hey Im not a fan of Italian. The drinks were strong and the calamari was delicious for a new try. Our server Taylor did an absolutely amazing job to only be there 3 weeks and she is the reason well return.

2022-01-29The manager Shawn was so kind and accommodating. I called early to reserve a private area for an important meeting and he made sure that my group and I had a space for ourselves. 2022-03-13Ordered take out, was very excited as I use to regularly order from this location. But when it came time to eat it almost felt like I was given a cold entree that you’re supposed to heat up. I had ordered the meal online and waited in front if the restaurant maybe 10 minutes after I placed the order as I really had nothing else to do. 15 additional minutes passed before I got the notification that my food was about to come out (original eta. 25 minutes for the food) opened the food less than 5 minutes later as I stay pretty close by. Disappointed but also should have saw it coming I guess.

2022-04-11Experience and people there made this the 4 that it is. The breadsticks were great! Salad and olives were different than what weve had in the past. I dont know if the olives were off, or they were from a different supplier but they just seemed off. Otherwise near perfect family experience.

2022-02-26There was a 40 min wait when I got my food the bread sticks taste like salt and were hard, the salad was nasty with large sandwiched sliced tomatoes and onions. The pasta had no taste and the steak was like wood and the drink had no liquor at. The service was great, I saved my money to treat myself to nothing. Very disappointed.

2022-03-27I have been to this location many times before and the service is usually good. I visited on 03/24/20, around 7:30 pm, and the girl that took my order had a very unpleasant attitude. She acted like I was bothering her. The food was not bad but the to-go service was horrible. I will be making a complaint with corporate.
