Comment: We switched our homeowners and auto policys to Olson/Duncan a few years ago and were so impressed with the service that we switched our business policy as well. I received an email from Desire a few months ago out of the blue about how to save more money on our auto policy. I gave her the information and received a refund check for $182.00 a few weeks later. She is just the best! Dan has been a big help as well handling our business liability problem. And, any time I call them, a human being answers the phone rather than those frustrating automatic systems. If I have a question, they have always called back promptly. She has provided the most excellent consistent service for me over this period, which has not been an easy feat, as you could image. I had several bad experiences working with insurance agencies directly (home, car, neighbors homes) and I was using so much time and energy and still feeling I was being taken advantage of. Comment: If you think exquisite personal service is a concept long gone in todays world read on. Robin Naversen has been handling my personal lines of insurance for about 15 years. I have been in different businesses for over 40 years dealing with hundreds of vendors and suppliers (including insurance companies) and I have NEVER had the quality of personal service that Robin gives. Not only does she always have the answers, she gives all the details so when you get offf the phone you know exactly whats going on. Want some one to remind you that you have not made a payment or filled out a form? Not only will Robin call you, she will call you again in case you forgot a second time, its like having a personal assistant! Here is the shocker, almost every time I call, I get her - no voice mail or can I take a message, its actually her on the phone. Its as if I am her only customer. Absolutely fantastic service.
