Comment: I needed a repair to my bumper and Anna was extremely helpful. While many body shops will try to charge you what they can get away with, she had one of her repair men look at my car, figure out a solution and didnt even charge me. Good people. Good Shop. I highly recommend them.

Comment: Had prior work done in past and they did a good job, main reason why i came back. But this time its a lil different. Vehicle was there for 3 months, due to parts being delayed, numerous extensions and slow and sometimes poor communication with insurance place. Vehicle is finally done and im having so many issues with vehicle rt now. I could of brought it back to them.. But i didnt want to experience the same issue again. Taking a L.

My car was worked on and completed on time how they said they would, and I had no problems with them either. Comment: Warning. Do NOT take your car here. They tried to overcharge for minor damage. When I tried to take the car from the shop they would not release until I paid storage fee of $175 per day for 3 days. Total ripoff.

Comment: I had a great experience with Anna and the whole team at Olympic Coachcraft. My car was totaled in an accident but the other party’s insurance was extremely uncooperative. I relied on the responsiveness and honesty of the Olympic Coachcraft team through the long and drawn out process that followed. I plan to return for any future issues.

Comment: When you think auto shops, you may think that they will try to get as much money from you. Thats not the case at Olympic Coachcraft. Working with Anna was great. In my case, the insurance company didnt pick up my vehicle and said that the pickup was my responsibility. Anna walked me through this process and told me what to do. The process took some time, but my insurance company picked up the car and got me more money.

Comment: Great place and team! I towed my car to Olympic Coachcraft after a car accident, that was not my fault, left my car undriveable. The manager, Anna, was welcoming and let me drop off my car after business hours. This accident involved multiple drivers with different insurance companies, which has created a long investigation before any company admits liability and deals with my car. Despite all of this, Anna and her team were very accommodating and friendly. Its clear that they care about the consumer and want everyone to walk (or drive) away happy. If I ever get in another accident or need my car checked out, Ill be going straight to Olympic Coachcraft :)

Comment: Anna is very knowledgeable and straight to the point. She helped me get a great deal on my Mini Cooper issues while I was getting raked across the coals by others. I also brought in some parts for custom paint and her team did an amazing job. I would recommend them for anything you don’t feel you can trust the other guys with. You’ll be in great hands.

When I brought my BMW in for repairs, the team at Olympic Coachcraft effectively and successfully interfaced with my auto insurance carrier, with the rental car agency, and with me. Their communication is proactive and prompt. Most importantly, the work is totally top notch - my car literally looked showroom new when returned to me. No small detail was left unchecked, and for the first time in my experience, there was not one item needing additional attention or touch up work when they said the car was done and ready for pick up. I have worked with various shops in the West Los Angeles area, all of which claim to be high end and to specialize in various luxury car makes, but based on this experience, nobody gets the job done like Olympic Coachcraft. As a nice bonus, the team of women at Olympic Coachcraft are very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Comment: MUST READ,,,,MUST READ,,,,MUST READ.I think you all need to know about this place.I feel like the vehicle accident is the one less hurts.Not only i asked them in writing not to do any repair on the vehicle, they went and started inspecting it and ignored every word i wrote on their work order.Had they said NO FREE ESTIMATE, i wouldnt have towed the car over their.The tow truck driver promised me they are very good.Look at the bill, no work was done yet.Not to mention that the car was drivable when it rolled in.On the way out the guy who pulled it out of their yard broke the Rack and pinion infront of my eyes.What more can i say.Only way to get the car out of their hands was to pay the bill.I Can show all docs for those interested.BE WARE....DONT FALL IN THIS HOLE
