Comment: Dont go to that place, they are apartments that are old, the paint has lead and asbestos, the air conditioning doesnt work, there is a unit in the window, even if you leave it clean when you leave, they dont return the deposit. Apart from that, its like a senior living room, there are few friendly elderly people, no. If you want problems, dont go and they are very expensive, its not worth it

Comment: I lived in one of the 2 bedroom apartments across from the office for a little over a year from 2019-2020Con: Appliances were old. My daughter turned on the dishwasher and it flooded the kitchen. It was never fixed, but I did not mind because I do not use a dishwasher. Closet doors were also off track even after being fixed!Pro: The outside stayed very clean including the playground and 2 pools. Con: Everything was always falling apart. One day towards the end, my front room blinds fell on top of my head. In the kitchen one of the drawers were stuck almost the whole time living there. Another drawer broke my first time ever using it. The bathrooms cabinet fell apart weekly.Pro: Maintenance did come and fix things 24-72 hrs.Con: But the same things fixed, minus the garbage disposal just fell apart again. I was over it. Learned to live with it.Pro: We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Amazing staff!! They were always so kind! The neighbors always kept to themselves, but never stay below anyone. the noise upstairs is like paper thin.....But overall throughout a year, it was not so bad. It was good 70% and bad 30% which is awesome!! NO ROACHES!! NO BUGS!! NOTHING NASTY!The schools are great: Crestmont Elementary was amazing!, Dollar Tree and Walmart are only a 4min drive. Theres a gas station really close and an oil change place. A street full of restaurants. It WAS AWESOME!Our damages and other things::::::In the end, my daughter ruined a carpet with slime, and my ex messed up a door because he replaced a lock and locked himself out. We got the bill and those damages, we were happy to pay for, but only the carpet damage was added and other damages were things they needed to fix within their own apartments. Things were on there I did not recognize. But We went ahead and paid it off because we dont need any bad rental histories. My daughters scooter was stolen and it was left outside for 5min. No other thefts.The Staff Made Living There The Best. I Enjoyed Their Kindness

Comment: I lived here about 15 years ago. No credit check. Theyll rent to anybody and I was anybody, a young, 22-year-old, single woman. I kept rapport with management and made minimal complaints, so they responded accordingly. Yes, there were roaches and drug addicts and a moldy roof. I used Raid to control bugs. Rent was extremely low for the vicinity. Neighbors were questionable but if you mind your business, they wont bother you. Just go straight into your apartment and straight into your car. I used the gym. My now, 14-year-old, took his first swim strokes here. I befriended a couple who looked out for me during my pregnancy. Its not luxury, just a basic apartment. You get what you pay for.

Comment: The house is okay but the maintenance is lame. I reported so many times they always tell me they are going to send people to fix the circuit but they never did. We had to bear with it for so long until I ran out of patience. Bad services. And the kids living in this neighborhood always knock at my door for no reason. Im considering moving out.

Comment: The staff are rude and quick to enter your apartment with a 24 hour notice. They entered my apartment five times this summer and are unaccommodating to a person who isnt available during the work day (9-5). Dont take their, we never do room inspections, excuse. They will be quick to point out your signature on the lease whenever they want in.

Comment: Spent years in a room absolutely infested with mold because there were leaks below my room. Eventually I just got used to everything damp and experienced a plethora of related health issues. They werent careless, though, and they fixed it. The quality of the interiors here are somewhat sub-par. The kind of place where the paint on the walls is probably 40+ layers thick and the doors stick to the frames. Youre going to have them coming into repair something a lot when you first move in if you dont like everything being broken. Having access to a gym, pool, and laundry is nice.

Comment: Ive been living at Olympus Park with my family for almost 4 months now. We got moved in fast, with brand new upstairs carpet (yay). The office staff was professional and friendly. The maintenance team is amazing, theyre super on top of things & just fun to be around in general. Our neighbors are nice & everything that we could possibly need is either in walking distance or a super short drive away. If youre looking for somewhere new to live, I highly recommend coming to check this place out.

Comment: If you want to know how this place is, come over and take a look with your own eyes and you will see this place is nicely taken care of, there is a nice staff, and pretty much is in a great location. In my own experience I am content on living here for close to two years already, and I am a very picky person and have absolutely no complaints at all. I have not encounter any pest issues, every work order has been taken care. Office staff are very friendly and respectful, there is only one thing that does happens here... Is that they do once or twice in a year a friendly BBQ for tenants or a pancake breakfast on winter and raffle cool stuff and you might have fun at those. I am happy here and will continue to be here until we are ready to buy our own home, this is our place. Kudos to management!

Comment: Lived here for almost two years. The office staff are professional and courteous, maintenance is friendly and prompt. The area is safe and peaceful. Theyve made tons of improvements to amenities and the property just since I moved in. Brand new equipment in the gym and excellent laundry equipment. The high schools here have some of the best ratings in the countryMy only reservation would be the price compared to the quality and size of the apartment. Its market price but my credit wasnt perfect so I didnt expect everything on the inside of the apartment to be shiny new either. The kitchen in my unit is uncomfortably tiny with no counter space, but I needed this school district though, so fair trade.Definitely worth checking out yourself since all the things you cant just look right at are usually what gets you and thats what is good here.

Comment: Let me start by saying that under no circumstance should anyone rent from here. This place is the very definition of a dump. Mold on the walls, broken appliances, water that turns off every other day without notice, cockroaches, insanely creepy neighbors and by far the most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered in a place of business. The maintenence crew will try to force their way into your apartment, the staff will always look for reasons to charge you money for even the littlest things and also they will cheat you out of your deposit. When I called regarding my deposit they told me I would not receive it back and failed to provide a spread sheet of what they used it for (which is the law that the provide that in case some of you are unaware). Also if you need something fixed. You will never see that repair but make sure you report it and keep record of the report because they will try to charge you for it. Moving on to the neighbors. There is a very creepy meth head who harassas the neighbors who walk past him, constant dumpster divers at all hours of the day and night, and very loud obnoxious ghetto people who run a muck here. I found it funny that they told me I could not be a full time student and live there yet they let druggies and thugs live there. In conclusion this place is horrible and unkempt. Heid my warning and know that this is not a safe place to raise children or be a single female living alone. This is a dumpy half way house of a complex. Not to mention I paid nearly a grand all together to live in a cramped, dirty roach and mold infested 1 bedroom apartment. I hope nobody continues to rent from this place for there is no good to come of living here. It is not an income based apartment like they say, it is purposely over priced so they can trap you here and you wont have enough money to get out. Steer clear of this place at all costs

Comment: NEVER LIVE HERE IF YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO DO IT IVE HAD A LEAK IN MY ROOF SINCE THE DAY I MOVED IN AND MY ROOF IS BUBBLING BECAUSE OF IT IVE HAD COCKROACHES IN MY CLOSET AND A BED BUG SCARE NEVER MOVED IN. THEY ALSO MESSED UP ON MY LEASE AND I HAD ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY A HUNDRED MORE DOLLARS THAN I SIGNED MAINTENANCE SUCKS AND THEY ARE CREEPY AS HELL SO IF YOURE SINGLE GIRL DONT MOVE IN HERE. ALSO MY STOVE HAD A GAS LEAK I TOLD MAINTENANCE ABOUT IT HE LOOKED IN MY FACE AND LAUGHED AT ME AND WALKED AWAY SO I WAS FORCED TO CALL PG&E TO COME OUT AND INSPECT IT THEY CONFIRM THE GAS LEAK AND GOT THREATENED WITH A LAWSUIT ALMOST AND THEN THEY REPLACE MY STOVE KEEP IN MIND THIS IS FOR MY TOWNHOME NOT JUST A SINGLE UNIT IVE LIVED HERE FOR A MONTH AND A HALF AND I WISH I NEVER DID IT

Comment: I lived there several years ago and the day I moved in we had cockroaches. They took over a week to solve the issue. Not to mention there was at least a family of 9 living in the complex across from me. They left their trash out on the back porch instead of taking it out. The complex refused to deal with the trash problem (Which was probably the source of my new found cockroach companions. )I knew I should have trusted my gut when one of the tenants came in while I was signing and obviously was a meth head. I mentioned it to the office lady and she just shrugged and went back to her work.Also with some of the posts here were people were singled out for complaining is true. The more I complained about these incidents the more nasty the staff got to me. It only stopped after I spoke directly with the apartment manager (April I think it was.)

Comment: I have read a lot of these reviews and Im sure people have had their issues in the past, but I am half way through my lease and I am still pretty happy with it. My unit was renovated before I moved in, no mold or bugs just a couple cosmetic things like a patch on a door where some one who lived here before probably punched through it. I think the staff has been nice, when my boyfriend or I have put in a work order it has been taken care of with in 48 hours, the girls in the office are always pleasant. The only incident I have had was when I went to get in my car to leave for work and someone had enough time in the night to open up my steering column to take my car, but they obviously didnt succeed. Since then I have seen security patrolling a lot more because we told the office about the incident. There are families here and kids always running around playing, its not a party place. I definitely have seen a few questionable people walking around but they all seem to go to one apartment and leave shortly there after....hmmmm wonder what could be going on there? Other than that everyone keeps to themselves and I dont have any real complaints!

Comment: Update*** update again.Lol this place is so bad and unprofessional that we are already moved out and paid our last months Rent in 2 different forms of payment and its 1week. From the end of our lease and they are trying to force an eviction on us. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.after posting the review on here, i was approached by office personel and singled out to remove the post... now that i have refused they are threatening our family and living situation.on muliple occassions maintance has knocked on the door one time and just entered, with no notice and on two of the occassions i was not dressed and on one i was completely naked and asleep. woke to a male entering and freaked out. they did nothing about this, because it happened again.not to mention i am looking into sexual harassment charges against one of the maintance who talked on multiple ocassions about my butt, and asked to touch it. and something about if i didnt have a boyfirend.in short this place is completely unprofessional and dirty. cops are constantly in and out of this place and the people they allow to live there are very questionable not to mention the child molester placed directly next to the pool and playgrouund area. \DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS SCUM HOTEL.!!!!Absolutely disgusting place to live. Rotting walls, roaches, rats and mold. They neglect any request for repair and will come up with any excuse to not address an issue brought to their attention. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I watched them moved out a family due to mold and two days later are already showing the apartment. They do not care.

Comment: Personally between the price and the town home I thought is was a good place to live. The place is kinda getto and the management is not great. But the fact that we got a town home for cheaper than most of the apartments we looked at is cool, and coming from other apartments the parking situation is great. There is no assigned parking so you can park where ever you wanted. The majority of the time I got to park right in from of my front door and if I didnt I wasnt to far off. If I hadnt lived in one of the town homes though and ended up in one of the apartments I probably wouldnt be to happy with this place. Anyway I hope this helps.

Comment: Me and my family moved in and took over another families lease which had a remaining of close to 4 months on it. (now i know why that family was in such a hurry and desperate need to get out of there!!!) The office smiled in our faces, had no problem getting us approved and we moved in just days later. While there we had mold issues, constantly experiencing fowl smells coming from the sinks, sewage directly in front of our door and the paint bubbled up twice around the ac vent that I reported a few times however they only came out once to fix it and didnt do it right because it bubbled up again shortly after!!! Two months before it was time for us to renew the lease, they stuck a letter on our door letting us know that they would love to keep us and that the rent would be raised of course!! We always paid our rent on time and other than having to report the problems that we did (that were NEVER ADDRESSED) we were good tenants. But all of a sudden a month before the lease was up they stuck a new note on our door saying that they will not be renewing our lease!!!! I immediately went down to the office to ask why and the office personnel just smiled in our faces and said she could not givr us a reason and good luck! Mind you also that i was almost 7 months pregnant!! So we immediately starting looking for places! After about the 4th place that denied us, several application fees later, we found out why we were being denied. One if the complexes filled us in on the crap that olympus park apartments was telling people!!! When some one would call them to verify our last residence..... They lied and tild them that we were given a 2 month notice to vacate the property!!!!! Lies!!! They not only gave us no reason on as to why we could not renew the lease (at 30 days! Not 2 months) but they were trying to screw our chances of moving our family to a new home!! And to top it off..... The very day after we moved out.... My mother in law went into the office not more than 12 hours after turning in the mail key to ask if she could check the mail one more time and the main blondy told her no! Then proceeded to walk outside and instruct the mail lady not to let us in the mail box or give us anything!!!! Rude! This place was the worst place to live in! My car was broken into, smells, loud parties nightly, dog poop in grassy areas, mold, child molester next to pool whom had no problem coming out to chat with children, tweakers outside all hours of night and day, office staff was very unprofessional and snotty. I wouldnt even recommend my worst enemy to live in this dump! I feel sorry for families trying to look for a safe place to raise their kids, people with allergies.... Etc. Reports have been made to a couple agencies already and I hope the place gets straightened up or closed down for the safety of the public. Oh and FYI.... we found a nice 2 bed 2 bath, small community and people who run the place are great! We went through hell but we made it :)

Comment: Me and my family have lived here for 3 years now and if you are wanting to move in I Highly recommend NOT TO. The Management here cheats you out of youre money. I had an accident that had occurred in my apartment and I was told that the rent was included in with the charges, They LIED the day after the rent was due by i had a notice on my door saying that i owed money and i contested and told I never said that so now Im out more money then I was originally told. Sadly Im stuck here for a little longer but will be leaving for sure

Comment: THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!....we had mold everywhere in our apartment. The place smells because of the mold and I was sick the entire time from inhaling mold! I put COUNTLESS work orders in for them to move me or fix it and they were extremely rude. they evacuated me for 3 days from my apartment (only for me to find out later that what they did to fix the situation... was to hide air fresheners in my apartment). Not to mention, their staff came into my apartment WITHOUT MY PERMISSION when they thought I was not home. I am a young woman and I woke up to TWO of their big maintenance men IN MY APARTMENT!!! When I went into the office to complain and ask why they were in my apartment, they could not give me a straight answer...THAT WAS THE FINAL STRAW!!!! Do NOT LIVE HERE...It is unsafe in more ways than one!!!

Comment: If you are considering moving into olympus park apartments then you must not be informed of the history and current living conditions of this poor inviornment.Ive lived here for a year now and paying $620.00 a month for a 1bd,1bath excluding water wich is around $30-40 a month,if i decide to not extend my lease and go month to month then it will be $761 excluding water! WHY WOULD I WANT TO EXTEND MY LEASE WHEN ITS THE DRUG CAPITOL OF ROSEVILLE AND DECADES OF COCKROACHES?? ALSO,MANAGEMENT IS OK,I DONT BLAME THEM BUT ITS OUT OF CONTROL AND NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED FROM THE GROUND UP. iM A CLEAN MALE IN HIS EARLY 20S AND KEEP THE PLACE MOPPED AND CLEAN WITH PROPER HOUSE CLEANER,STILL NO USE TO BEAT THE WAR AGAINST THE CONVICT LANEAPARTMENTS I DONT DO REVIEWS BUT TO WARN OTHERS,IM ALL ABOUT IT....GOOD LUCK AND BE PATIENT,GOD BLESS!!
