Comment: I can’t say enough about this company. I called this morning looking to rent a hospital bed for my mom who fractured her ribs in a fall. I reached Steve quickly & he was helpful & even suggested a reclining lift chair because of her injuries. We went with the chair & they delivered it within hours of when we called. Rob & Max delivered the chair & not only did they move her love seat to the other room to make room for her new chair, they were really nice & informative. This chair is going to make a world of difference to my mom. Thank you so much for making this process so easy! It’s difficult to make decisions while your loved one is in pain but you made it easy. Comment: These guys really helped me out in a pinch. I needed a new hospital bed in a hurry. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and responsive to me asking a million questions. They dismantled and took away the old bed, set up the new bed, and left the room cleaner than they found it. They even stopped by a few days later and swapped the wheels for me when I realized I needed the brakes on opposite corners. They absolutely earned their five star status and are going to be my first call going forward.

Comment: We needed a lift delivered the day after Christmas for my mom’s broken leg. Many of the places I checked were closed, but not these guys. They picked up the phone, stopped what they were doing, and brought a high quality lift to us within a couple of hours! When they arrived, they set it up, showed us how to use it, gave us videos as backup, and made sure we were comfortable. They are super friendly and so kind and helpful. Amazing! I am glad the closer stores were closed so I was able to find these guys!

Comment: I called 6 or 7 places to get some last minute help on installing a stair lift and get some general advice on mobility hand holds for my mom. This is a world I didnt know and I had to learn quickly.Steves expertise and customer-oriented approach definitely stood apart from all the others I called. He spent time walking me through excellent options the other companies didnt bother with. I was in a bit of a bind and Steve went the extra mile to help me out to get something in quickly. He even responded my messages (which I wasnt expecting) while at a wedding. Max came by for the installation and he was equally professional, friendly and accommodating. From start to finish, these guys were the very best. Customer oriented. Friendly. Professional. And they care. I was super impressed and grateful. Dont hesitate. These are your guys.

Not only did they answer immediately, they were friendly, helpful, and able to provide the walker and Lift chair that I needed. They delivered the equipment on-time, and they were super helpful with placement and hooking up the chair. The equipment was clean and exactly what I needed. When I was done with the walker and chair, they were able to pick it up right away. I highly recommend this company.

Comment: All I can say is Steve was a God send to me and my wife. After a hip joint replacement surgery I came home and was in need of some equipment that without it you could not survive while recovering, After a long and difficult day dealing with insurance company personnel and their affiliates my wife and I were both tired and very frustrated and we had nothing to show for our efforts. I then called On the Mend and Steve answered my call. Not only did he have what I needed he also delivered it to my home less than 3 hours later. He and his partner came in and set everything up for me and my wife, they went so far above and beyond the call I was amazed at this customer service in this day and age. I cannot recommend them any higher. If you are in need these are your best chance at a humane recovery in home. Even my physical therapist was very impressed with my set up that they provided. I could go on about this because I feel so blessed to have found these guys. Please believe me. I am not a guy who writes reviews unless I feel they are totally deserved and in this case it could not be more deserved. Thank you Steve for saving the day!
