Comment: This was the perfect anniversary get away! The condo was perfect, amazing ocean view and sleeping to the sounds of the waves in the most comfy bed! Owners provided everything we needed from kitchen necessities to beach gear. We would definitely come back!

Comment: We have been coming to North Coast Village for 13 years, the last 12 years we have been staying in F312 for the months of January and February each year. We have had so many family and friends who have joined us over the years making wonderful beach memories together. This year our oldest granddaughter, gave herself a graduation present and came and stayed with us for a month from Arkansas. She wrote in the guest book that it’s a place where she’s made soo many fun memories she wanted to come back and to do it again. Our initial experience in the condo was a one on one relationship with the original owner of the condo. You could feel soo many of his family’s personal touches. But it needed up dating after they passed away, which the new owners have done which we have enjoyed. The property managers have cleaned out a lot of things from the kitchen. We had to go out and buy cheap flatware for our use or we would have been running the dishwasher after each meal. Fortunately over the years I’ve learned to bring my own favorite cook ware as the cook ware is pretty lacking. We stayed in a unit in the D building last November for two weeks and their kitchen was generously equipped and stocked in all ways. But the yearly memories that are packed into F312 over rides the drawbacks for us. It’s a lovely condo to make lasting family memories. Sailing with Les George from the Oceanside Marina was our grand daughter’s all time favorite experience; racing with the dolphins, chasing the whales and then learning to sail his sailboat. You can find him on the net. It’s the same price as the whale watching boat but way more fun and intimate. 💕Terry and Marti McHenry

Comment: On the sand is the greatest rental management company I have ever worked with. They offered immediate assistance whenever needed and constant communication. From the start of our trip they got back to us during Saturday non-normal hours, they worked with us to fix payment method issues, they listened to our needs and they accommodated our inquiries and requests instantly. They are a premier absolutely superb rental company. I would seek out properties managed by them to rent in the future it was such a fantastic experience.

Comment: We rented F110 Sea Pointe at the end of November. The minute we opened the door we were hit with a strong musty mildewy smell. We opened the windows and turned on the ceiling fans, but the smell was still strong the next day. Everything in the condo smelled: the furniture, the dresser, the kitchen cabinets as well as the dishes. We contacted the office to see if we could switch condos, but we’re told that was not something they do, did we think there was a leak in the condo (????) To make a long story short, I ended up getting very sick and my husband and I did not have the energy to deal with a battle. We kept the windows open and the fans going all the time, but the smell never dissipated. The condo itself was old, dated and dirty. The furniture was broken, ripped and worn. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and tile. When we got back home I reached out to the management company to see if anything could be done compensate us for our inconveniences. After numerous emails, one of the owners of the management company, Mark Warr, contacted me. He was very condescending and dismissive, basically saying I rented a cheap condo, and normal wear and tear should be expected. This was not normal wear and tear. Ripped, dirty furniture and a moldy bathroom should not be the norm. It was not the most expensive condo, but definitely wasn’t cheap. It has been two months since I responded to Mark’s email and have yet to hear back from him.After reading some reviews on Yelp, as bad as our experience was, there appeared to be others that were much worse.My advice - rent from Airbnb. They would never rent anything in this condition and are very quick and eager to resolve issues.

Comment: We absolutely loved staying at North Coast Village with On-The-Sand! The location was breathtaking, just like a mini Hawaii and so close to the beach! I loved how safe it was as well with the gated community and 24/7 security. The condo itself was clean and comfortable and On-the-sand was so quick to handle any questions or issues we had. It was the perfect get away.

Comment: From the balcony of the condo unit we rent at the North Coast Village, we can look down the beach every morning to see the Oceanside Pier, which looks so beautiful as sky turns pink behind it when the sun is coming up. It’s the best way to start any day. By noon, we can take a dip in one of the pools, and when we get cold, we warm up in a hot tub. We take walks down to the pier to watch the surfers, or head in the other direction to Oceanside Harbor where we can watch the small boats coming in and going out of the harbor, the sea lions sunning themselves and the shore birds standing on rocks, looking for their next meal. It’s also a short walk to downtown Oceanside where there is a farmer’s market on Thursday morning and a fun sunset market on Thursday nights where you can listen to live music and pick up something for dinner at one of the many food stalls. I had to promise one of my friends that I wouldn’t tell anyone else about this place, because we love it so much and want to keep it to ourselves. So, if you go, please don’t tell anyone else about this paradise.

Comment: We had a stunning stay here and the service was great! I highly recommend for families - we had a 2 floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for 4 adults and 2 kids. Was fantastic! Great pool, beach front, jacuzzi, etc.
