Was a great experience working with orchard construction. Barn went up fast every aspect of the build was smooth. Orchard construction built a pole building for me 48x56. They did a quality job for a fair price. Very easy to work with I had no problems with them at all. They took care of all the plans & permits. Very happy with my new building. I would recommend them to my friends and family. If your planing to build a pole building do yourself a favor and get a quote from Orchard.

Orchard recently completed a 172 x 50 event building at The Eastern Michigan State Fairgrounds in Imlay City, MI. Even with an accelerated schedule, it was completed on time, with excellent workmanship. Everyone was great to work with.

2022-05-03Id give more stars if I could. Everything about the process was stress free. The attention to detail on the building is amazing. You can truly tell everyone takes pride in what they do. They always let me know when things were going to happen, and how long each part of the process would take. I know Orchard is busy right now, but trust me when I say it is worth the wait. Good companies are busy for a reason. Ive had multiple people ask who built our pole barn because of how impressed they were.I wont go anywhere else if I need another building or modifications to the one they built for me.

2021-09-02I cannot say enough about how good our experience was with Orchard Construction. Steve and his team were wonderful to work with. We needed some help with yard prep prior to being able to get our barn built and he went out of his way to help. There was communication through the whole process to let us know about schedule updates and they helped us stay ahead of material price changes. We requested some last minute changes with our building and they were friendly about it and able to accommodate. They have a reputation for being the best for a reason. We are so glad we chose Orchard Construction to build our building.

2022-07-02The Nikkel family is outstanding. They built our pole barn exactly as we wanted and made great suggestions along the way that we incorporated into the design. Their crews were great and worked hard all day and cleaned up before they left.

2022-06-10Orchard construction built me a 40x40 with a 10 foot overhang half enclosed. They did a high quality job and in a timely manner. As it was beening built we made changes and thay had no problems to accommodate us. Thay were very respectful and polite every step of the way. Thay also helped us to get ahold of the people we needed to get ahold of for tree replacement and landscaping. I would highly recommend them to anyone, excellent work, great price, and quick response time.

2020-12-20I highly recommend Orchard Construction. Their crew was very professional and worked very clean. I was fortunate that there was a break in their schedule and had my project done before the estimated time frame originally given to me. Steve was extremely responsive to my questions and checked in with me often; I really appreciate the communication. Any minor issues that arose were taken care of very quickly and to my satisfaction. I love my new barn and will for years to come. Thank you very much Orchard Construction!!!

2021-10-21Needed a garage built. Orchard was one of the few places even interested in doing the work. Their bid was the best (lower for a larger structure than others proposed). They got started pretty quickly (considering todays environment especially) and worked with us to make the building match the other structures. The work was fast, and the crew cleaned up after themselves, so no construction mess left over. I was kept informed the whole time as to what would be happening and when. I could not have asked for a better experience, and the garage came out exactly as we wanted.

2021-07-08Steve and Chad were great to work with; the whole team works together so well they can put up a building faster than I have ever seen before. My neighbors were amazed at how fast it went up and they have built their own barns so they know what it takes to be that fast. Quality building materials, good communication and the ability to put up a building so fast are why I am so pleased with Orchard. Due to covid there were some material delays and I voiced my concern. Steve made it happen and exceeded my expectations even sooner than I expected. I had another pole barn built by someone else a few years ago and I can see that even though they were able to knock it out so fast, the quality of the workmanship is miles above my other barn. Thanks again to the whole family and all the builders who helped.
