Comment: Store is ok..its a hub store so this is your best bet finding a store with your part in stock. Staff could be a little more knowledgeable, but friendly and helpful. Definitely better than the zone. You probably dont want to take your kids in here.. first call employees dont have a vocabulary filter and think the customers cant hear them.. they are open later so thats a plus.. will put parts on hold for you.. need some business retention pointers though.. would not offer ANY discounts to try to retain customer or make a sale. Valvoline dex atf sells for $34 here but $21 @ Wally world. Obviously thier cost is (at least $20 )or less..asked if they could give a couple of bucks off and, no..so was definitely worth $14 to drive 3 miles (10minutes) to wal mart.. could have offered $4 off, made %50 on cost and helped a relationship.. still like shopping there . Just annoying sometimes..

He had to explain our Alternator was shot, but did so in such a way I wasnt as upset as I thought Id be. He went above and beyond to explain how this is affecting our battery. Not to drive it unless we must, and if so, close to home. He left us with all the info we were going to need so as to make a very informed decision on our options of refurbished v new and core charges and refunds etc...I tryly appreciate this level of customer care and knowledge. Comment: I love Oreilly its the best auto part store in my opinion however this location has horrible management. I rented some tools and was one day late to return. James the manager did not want to refund me because of policy. This is completely understandable however in the manner that you conduct yourself can reflect how you handle the situation which was very uncomfortable. I called cooperate and they kindly helped me out and resolve my issue. Another time I needed to drop off some used oil and they told me to walk to the back of the store where only employees are allowed just to dump my used oil. This is not an issue for me however it does reflect on their professionalism to me.

Comment: The people at this store are very nice, and I always seem to find what I need. I bought a battery from one OReillys in Ontario, during my warranty period my car died. I had it towed to this location because it was the closest to where I was & they replaced the warrantied battery, no questions asked. When the new battery did not make my car start, the rep at OReillys said i needed a new starter. They had one after market reasonably priced for my 2000 Accord, cheaper than pep boys or Autozone. One of the reps inside the store said K P Auto Services will do the repairs if you bring the part and the labor charge was reasonable. He was right. I had my car towed to this garage behind the Arco station on Central & the 60 fwy. The labor at K P Auto Services was a lot cheaper than anyone else would have quoted me & I saved a lot of money on the part. Lucky for me I broke down near this OReillys, otherwise it would have cost me a lot more money to get my car running again.

Comment: Its going to very which OReillys you go to some of them are larger stores than others in her better stocked some of the employees there are very knowledgeable at cars and can help you out other people dont know the difference between a steering wheel and hubcap so be cautious of what they do they do offer lifetime warranty on most electrical parts youll probably have to be changing the part more than once I ordered up a starter and Ive replaced it twice now thats been in about 4 years they do honor their warranty so I dont have any issue with that I like the store if you have to get something that they dont have in stock. Be more than happy to order it for you Ive never been charged a shipping fee but it is written in their contract that they do have them so be cautious and ask before you just assume that its going to be delivered for the price that they tell you... Also they have a rewards so that basically what youre doing 10% off all different purchases so basically youre going to get a $10 card mailed to you redeemable for every $100 that you spend there another advantages you dont have to worry about keeping your purchase slipper warranty its all in their computers and it is a National Database so no matter where you go every OReillys will have that so you dont have to do your auntie at the same one you purchase the part from I highly recommend this place

Comment: Took 4 batteries in that were bad and one more to be tested..my car never had a problem but 2 cells were bad..they buy batteries for 10 but I told them I would be needing one new one in thefuture so they recommended I keep one for core charge which is 18 if you dont have a trade in very nice of them to help you save money

Comment: There were 5 employees walking around avoiding customers. One employee was answering questions and helping the many people in lines. My brother ordered the parts ahead of time and they said they hadnt pulled them because most people dont come in. Lol. Great.Hire some employees that can work the cash register and the parts computers. Lets see 5 people helping everyone, customers would be in and out. Makes sense to me.
