Thanks for the alternator Monday Jan 4th for my truck, it was a great price and fit perfectly. The lady working the parts counter Tuesday morning december 29th was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I needed a muffler, donut gasket, and bolt kit. She had me all set in only a couple mins, and the install went smooth. Thanks so much👍

O’Reilly is the place to go for parts & excellent service, I called l this morning & told them I needed a center brake light they ordered it & had it waiting for me when I got off work. I didn’t have the tools needed for this task but the guy at the register not only had the tool but took the time too install the light for me, I appreciate that!!! & will continue to do business with O’Reilly

All the cashiers are very rude and struggle to make eye contact. They seem more concerned with chit chatting with each other rather than ringing up customers. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

Called for parts, was told parts were in stock. Drove over 40 minutes at midnight to Burton for them to tell me they have 3 in stock and can’t find them. Place was a disaster. One guy outside smoking not greeting anyone and another just sitting in his car the entire time not working . Will not be back for work use or personal use

2022-05-09The staff here are obnoxious. You can literally go in with a part number and a screenshot from the website and they will argue with you and tell you that they don’t have it or anything to trick you into buying something more expensive. They told me they “can’t search by part number” one of the staff at this location got visibly angry when I wouldn’t buy the more expensive “recommended” spark plugs and almost refused to sell them to me.

2022-03-04Oreillys has become my favorite local auto parts store over the past few years. In my area, OReillys used to be Murrays Auto Parts and I didnt care for that place all that much but it really improved once OReillys came in. The price is here dont seem to be higher than anywhere else and the staff is always friendly. When I need something fast I buy all of my car parts here, otherwise I order them online. Just went in to purchase some lubricants on this trip, had a price labeling concern issue that didnt end in my favor, but I think thats more of an issue with the training of the staff and I wouldnt hold OReillys accountable for that as a whole so still have a five-star review.

2021-05-16The parts are a 50/50 i have had more bad parts then good and not only personally but with the shop I used to work for. We would constantly get bad or wrong parts then have to fight to get it warranty. I have spent lots of money through the shop on parts and had to replace most of them within a year. Explains why my boss was going to drop this auto store and start a account eyes where. Alsoni will no longer shop here or turn anyone to them. The parts are absolutely garbage and they dont back them up. Just blaming it on another part
