Stood at the register for 10 mins and noone came to cash me out. Lost my business. They lost that sale to Autozone.

2022-01-21The manager at this store saved my Friday morning, this morning when I got up to take my son to school my car battery had died upon taking it to this OReillys they learned that it was 2 days out of its one year warranty after one phone call the manager was able to replace the battery at no charge to I mean, I didnt get your name but please know you saved me and my sons Friday morning

2021-06-08Ordered parts and had to return them a few times until I got the correct ones. To be fair my truck is a carry over year so all the suspension and brake parts are different than what would normally be on it.

2021-03-11Went in and the only other person In the store was not wearing a mask. They did not inforce the rule. Also the manager had her mask down beyond her chin while she talked to me. Autozone has 20 dollars off in store for every 100 you spend. These guys do 5 dollars off online for every 150 spent.
