Possibly could have a higher rating IF they hired people that knew anything at all about car parts or even where they are located in the store they work in. If you ever shop here, be prepared to find parts on your own and show the employees how to navigate the computer system they use everyday

Went in to help my mother with her vehicle, the representatives helped me with the right items and then the man explained everything I was doing to my mother so that she was at ease while I fixed her car.
Very friendly people here and very knowledgeable. They wont steer you wrong. They do battery exchanges and testing and code retrievals all for free. They have a clean store and well organized.
Friendly and helpful staff. I was inclined to ask what the best product for removing brake dust and to clean my tires was, the staff helped me find the best option and give their opinions on all the products.
Was looking for server different products and wasn’t sure what to get. The guy working recommended products for me to use that he said would work well and cheaper than what i was expecting. I used the products and they worked great just how he said they would. Great service.

2 older gentleman fixed the screw up from the canton location and saved me 30 bucks by selling me a 2 pack instead of 2 individuals. Saved a very negative situation.
Its nice they provide a service to read your check engine codes. Great for determining the criticality of the problem.
Always have what you need and if not can find it or point you to someone who does. Store is clean and workers are friendly.

2021-12-27This is a good store for the most part. They do have one employee there that is not the friendliest, Im assuming most of the bad reviews have to do with that specific employee. Otherwise its a great store.

2021-11-15I would have given 0 if there was an option. Such a rude staff, who ignored me when I told him the phone number for the O Rewards. I made lot of purchase from this place thru on-line. THE STAFF HAD NO RESPECT and I am really disappointed. I would never go to this store or to O Reilly.

2021-08-20OReilly Auto Parts is always my first choice when I need something for my vehicle. My engine light had turned on and a co-worker tipped me that I could have them check the engine light for free. I walked in and told them my light was on and the clerk quickly checked my vehicle. It turned out that all I needed was a new gas cap for $14. What a relief! I had spoken to my usual aaamechanic and was told checking the engine was first come, first served and he didnt seem very enthusiastic about it. Said I would need to leav my car there for several hours. I was in and out of OReilly with testing and a new gas cap in less than 5 minutes! Now thats what Im talking about.

2019-11-09I dont remember the guys name who helped me, but super polite and helpful! Installed my new wiper blades for me quicker than the last guy who struggled for a bit. Had to wait a bit for help installing, but there were plenty of other people in the store too, so definitely understandable.
