Comment: In the past decade, I have been a customer of different insurance companies including AAA, infinity, and more. Besides having great coverage and competitive prices, the people working in the agency at Pacheco have always been quick to respond to my questions and needs. My ex husband is pleased with the customer service and not only the car and renters insurance but also the life insurance that he has with them. I really feel like the people at the agency go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. So much that I decided to keep my policy with them now after my divorce even if it means paying a bit more than what I would have with CA Casualty through work. Thank you everyone!

I can honestly say that Miguel and staff have always gone above and beyond to provide high quality customer service and support throughout all of these years. When I got my first car I really didn’t know how automotive insurance worked but Melissa helped answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything. Melissa is a very knowledgeable person and I highly suggest you get your service with her!!! She knows what she is doing and always tries her best to help you out. Comment: Horrible service, Ive had them for couple years and every year the payment goes up. No accident nothing. Well I tapped a car in June. Yes a small tap at the red light. We were both stopped. I called allstate and told them I tapped a car. They tell me not to worry and that it wasnt going to be much based on the pictures. They also told me that since my son was in the car I would get a new car seat. I said I didnt think it was necessary but they said by law it should be replaced. So I go spend $350 on a same style carseat we had. A few weeks I see my carseat was not going to be covered. I called again and they said they made a mistake and that a new carseat was not required. Well now Im out $350 and they agree to send me a check. Well now I get a letter that my payment goes up $50 and I have a point on my record. Why? Because the damage was $800 and the cost of the carseat was not included. That made my accident over $1,000. Why didnt they tell me that? Why should I have something on my record when they made the mistake? Now I have this point on my record for 3 years! So disappointed with them! This $350 carseat they told me to go buy will now cost me $1,800! Picture of damage

Comment: Best experience thus far. Yesenia is amazing! Great customer service and has the patience to thoroughly explain the insurance policies. I called to ask why my premium is going up next year and she was able to explain it and did everything possible to help lower it down. End result: saving over $600 a year and getting more coverage than before!! Because of her I recomended my parents to Pacheco & Solorzano and will continue spreading the word to friends and family!!
