Comment: I have been to this collision center a few times throughout the years for minor collision repairs to my other BMW vehicles. This time it was for a more complicated collision repair to my X5. As usual they went above and beyond my expectations. They were very informative and helpful and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The staff was great, the manager Andrew, even spoke to me and explained in great detail what would be most beneficial for me in terms of dealing with the insurance companies. The collision staff, Horalia, Jason and Justin kept me informed every step of the way as far as the repairs that were being done to the vehicle and provided updates on the completion date of the repairs. Suffice to say that I will never be taking my BMW’s anywhere else. Thank you BMW collision for properly repairing my vehicle and for doing an excellent job.

Comment: I would highly recommend the shop to anyone for repairs for their Bmw as I have had two of mine in for bodywork after accidents.. on both occasions, the work was completed in a timely fashion, and the work was of the highest caliber. The paint work is as good as you will find outside of the factory, and the entire experience was a pleasure as everyone is a total professional at this shop. But I was blown away when I brought another judge new vehicle that was not a BMW, which needed a minor paint correction.Andrew, the manager was super helpful and told me he could take care of it no problem.I would’ve gladly paid for the job, which was probably a two or three hour job, but Andrew told me not to worry that I was family, and that they would take care of me . They finished the job a few days later after I made an appointment and just like my Bmw’s the work was perfect and it looked brand new again. I’ve been to many body shops over the years and also to another Bmw collision center in Los Angeles but I did not have even close to the experience or the professionalism that I experienced here.Head and shoulders above the rest I would take any vehicle here, no matter how expensive and have all the confidence that it will be in good hands. Comment: I got rear-ended in my brand new car, so of course, I wanted to take it somewhere that I knew would leave it looking like it was still in brand new condition. I chose Pacific BMW Collision Center and could not be happier! Insurance was a bit of nightmare to deal with, but Pacific BMW was incredibly helpful, reaching out to the insurance company on my behalf when the insurance was not responding to my calls. Everyone I spoke with at Pacific BMW was very helpful and they gave me a nice loaner vehicle while I waited for the repairs. Big thanks to Jayson for his patience with my many, many questions! Everything was so smooth and seamless and my car is in pristine condition! I added on the executive car wash and I’m so glad I did. It was the perfect touch to get my car feeling and looking good as new.

Comment: Pacific BMW Collision Center is a collective of skill, precision, achievement, and heart. If you love your car and you want it to look that way, these guys can make it happen. My car was vandalized and they not only removed spray paint but they rewound the clock and returned my X4 to a better condition than Ive ever seen it. If the car you love is not a BMW for some reason, I really hope they also work on other cars because Ive never in my life seen another body shop achieve what they can accomplish. In addition, their customer service is exemplary. They are aware that youre coming in to see them because something unfortunate has happened, and they are kind, warm, and genuine, all while being professional and direct about your various options. They are problem solvers who are on your team. The work they do is at the highest end of quality and they are proud of it, so they can detail every step and why each part of the process is necessary, there arent any vague unexplained charges.Finally, Excellence isnt cheap. Leaving your car at a body shop knowing the only surprise will be how much better your car looks than you thought possible is a feeling of security that is well worth their rates. I dont know about you but if my bill reflects true excellence theres no better deal.

They only follow specific BMW factory guidelines and processes to fix the car, which is relevant through out the whole repair process from start to finish.Customer service and communication process was excellent, from getting text messages telling me in what stage of the repair process my car was, to the communications and customer oriented attention from my assigned body shop estimator, Daniel.All in all, very good experience in the unfortunate event your BMW, new or old, needs bodyshop repairs.

Comment: I recently had to repair two rear bumpers of two bmws I own. Both times it was pleasant experience. Both of my cars turned out great, like it’s never been repainted. One of my cars has a special paint and I was worried that it won’t look the same as it originally was, but it does look identical to the body other parts of the car.The staff was friendly, and kept me posted all the time. Also, I recommend the rental vehicles while your car is in the shop. You can still drive a BMW and they bill the insurance for you. You don’t have to reimburse your money after.If you want to repair your BMW properly, this is the place to go to!

Silverstone Metallic is hard to match/blend and they really knocked it out of the park. If I am unfortunate enough to need collision repair in the future, bringing it to the Pacific BMW Collision center is a no brainer. They use all OEM BMW parts and the quality of their work, in my opinion, is equivalent to or better than what rolls off the assembly line. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and chill. 12/10 would recommend to a friend.

Comment: I have now worked with Andrew and Gino 3 or 4 times on various cosmetic and body work repairs. My first encounter was to repair some scuff marks on my brand new M550i bumper back in 2018. We ended up having to replace the entire front bumper and these guys did a masterful job of color-matching my BMW Individual color (Rhodonite Silver Metallic). The next time I called on them was to color-match my mirror caps and front bumper reflectors (again, perfect!) as well as paint a few exterior bits in high gloss black to set my M550i apart from all the rest. I most recently worked with these guys on some body work repairs and painting that was the result of a minor accident (not my fault). I cant say enough positive things about working with Pacific BMWs Collision Center. From the moment they initially assessed the damage, through the insurance Adjuster process, to final completion, they were in constant contact with me about the status of approvals, ordering parts, and the repairs. Hats off to Andrew, Gino and the techs at Pacific BMW Collision Center. Simply the best!

The consistent text/email updates are very helpful: and thoughtfully guide you through a process -expensive, large scale car repairs- which most of us know nothing or little about (thankfully). In my case, the other driver was responsible- which is the less stressful scenario. But there were still a dozen things I needed to know and navigate; and Andrew took the time to explain everything. When you receive the last text message, ...your car is ready, you can be assured that the completed work is stellar. And when Andrew hands you the keys, you know hes being earnest when he thanks you for your business - and adds with a smile, I hope we never see each other under these circumstances again.... The whole process of reporting to my insurance company, filing a police report, tracking down his info/his insurance info, dealing with his adjuster, and following up with the detectives was tedious. Especially because around the same time I was working long hours at work, while also juggling family stuff and planning my best friend’s bachelor party. had little time or energy to devote to more tasks but found myself constantly having to put work in for this accident. I was prepared for the same level of pressure and responsibilities when it came to the repair process.Now ironically I work in auto insurance, so I know that there tend to be parts delays with shops right now due to shortage, and rare that a repair doesn’t take longer than initially estimated.But the repair process was surprisingly quick and painless with Pacific BMW. I did my appraisal, took about maybe an hour and I was on my way. Next day had an estimate and clearance and was scheduled to drop my vehicle off the next week. They took my vehicle in, I signed my papers and they ordered me a ride to the rental agency down the street.It was done within a week, exactly as estimated (granted the damage wasn’t major). No parts delays like I expected. All went super smoothly.100% would trust them with any other repairs or modifications I want done

I hope I dont need them anytime soon, but knowing they are out there would bring some comfort if The Zipper (my cars name) ever got hit.My BMW X3 is my first German car and my first non-Japanese car. Driving it brings me joy, and it is in its 9th year, so it has served me well. But there have been a few disappointments. The cover on my glove box peeled away from the metal base, after warranty of course. Having it glued or trying to fix it myself didnt work long term. (Its a thing for older models. Google it.) It had gotten so bad this year, the hanging vinyl took over the front passenger side. I had to do something to get ready for a road trip with my husband. Unfortunately BMW was completely out of my part. I was able to find it from a third party source after communicating with the team here and having them look worldwide to try to help. I was just so impressed that they were willing to help me even when there wasnt a profit in it for them. They were so much more helpful and smart than all of the other dealer shops I called. And when the part came in and it was more difficult than I realized to install, they actually were willing to help me and replace the old door cover. With all thats going on these days, it was such a comfort to get this help so I can get out of the house and on the road. Thanks guys!!!

Comment: They charge enormous amount of money for repairs and labor. They claim to use bmw certified parts but based on my personal experience I would disagree. Try to avoid this place....

Comment: I have a 12 year old M5 that still looks brand new because of these guys. Andrew, Danny and the guys down at Pacific BMW Collision Center are always super professional and get the work done right and they do it lickity split. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.
