I have used this store for years with much consistency. The owner Mickey runs a professional business and takes pride in his work. You can tell a lot about the business by the people that work in it. Every time I have done business with his staff, they have been both helpful and courteous. Ryan has even assisted me after hours with shipping concerns I have had. It is truly stellar service! The team at Pack & Ship PLUS are true pros in their field and have saved me both time and money on past shipments. I look forward to giving the my business and any potential business I can refer to them in the coming years. Thank you very much!

This hidden gem offers so much value! I am so glad I live right down the street from this business. They are both professional and personable. They have even went above and beyond to provide helpful advice for an e-commerce company my husband is launching. Also, instead of waiting in a 15 minute long line at another shipping company you get in and out here FAST! We are so grateful for their convenience & helpful insight with orders for both our business and personal packages. Thanks Mickey & Ryan!

My experience was horrendous with this business. Mickey the owner as others stated older man is beyond rude, unprofessional and just plain a mean curmudgeon!!! Our home business had a p.o.box there for several years until we simply just could not even stand dealing with this guyit t. It is a true wonder how this is still in business or has any customers at all! Once we did end our engagement with business he sand bagged piles of mail when he promised to call if we received any further mail which of course would professional courtesy to one of his customers and member of the community using this business. Not this spiteful guy! He purposely held to it.

Yeah I’m in agreement with other reviewers staff were not very knowledgeable and an older worker or maybe the owner was definitely not friendly. I did not appreciate how this individual was trying to ‘blame’ me for customs paperwork missing when what I received from the company was what I brought with me. He just got all gruff about this and barely spoke to me as if I did it on purpose. He also decides to almost tear up the box all mad about missing invoices! Then tells me well you will know if you’re missing paperwork you will get your package back. I’m usually pretty straightforward when ppl annoy me so he’s lucky it was a day I decided to hold back! I was glad atleast another person was there who ended up helping him on the package. They seriously left me annoyed! I would rather drive a bit further away to another store or have DHL pick up my packages than go here.

One day while shopping I noticed an a-frame sign outside and just happened to have an item with me that needed to be shipped. Convenient, efficient and friendly service. A good value and much more pleasant than standing in line at the USPS.Since that day I have returned to get their help shipping other items. I love that they can send items via USPS as well as the other carriers. In addition to all of the other typical services, they sell some really nice little gifts and unique items. I hightly recommend Pack & Ship PLUS!
