The guy working in there was super kind and easy to talk to. He helped me ship my book back and even gave me advice on how to save money in the future with returning things. I will go back again! Would recommend!
I agree with the other commenters. Customer service is lacking a great deal. You’re made to feel almost unwanted or a bother. Even when dropping of a simple package. I assume the owner runs it so it is not likely to change until a better one moves near. My assumption is based off of the vibe he doesn’t care.
Wasn’t greeted at the door and upon asking if they had packing tape (assuming I would have to purchase it), the man working replied with, “That’s the dumbest question I’ve heard all day.” Dumb question or not, the worker was extremely rude and had terrible customer service. Sorry for asking a question that could’ve been answered with a simple, “Of course! Do would you like me to help you tape something?”Never have had good customer service here and always have had bad experiences dropping packages off. Convieniently close, but honestly would rather go to a different location than be treated poorly.To the business:Take some advice from all of the poor reviews you’ve had and study up on customer service. The only reason people are even coming to your business is because you’re the nearest drop off point for the city of Allendale. Not to mention you have 22,000 College students just down the street. PLEASE Work on your customer service
Ive never had a problem, yes they tend to have a lot of stuff filling the space (who can blame them; when you do all you can to make a dime). Yes there are moments where it feels as if the service personnel are impatient, but if you consider the location and how great it is to be able to drop off packages for multiple carriers in one convenient location, service overall takes a back seat (unless dropping off a package is confusing).... Ill take the good with the bad... Shrug it off and get on with your day.
Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful. They show you all options and figure out the best possible price for shipping anywhere. Way faster service than the post office. I will definitely use them again.
Owner(?) was rude and couldn’t be bothered with me or my business. He literally walked away from me 3 different times, after which I left! I will be traveling to another location, despite the convenience of this one. The star goes to his son, who at least gave an effort to help. Maybe Dad could learn from him.
Convenient, fast, reasonable and gets the job done on time. I have used Pack N Mail for all of our printing, business cards, logo items as well as uniforms. They helped me design my logo at a fraction of the cost of a graphic design company. Keeping it local and supporting family owned businesses.
Went to drop off a package for UPS. The man behind the counter was not wearing a mask and had no face shield or other safety equipment to help stop the spread of Covid. I will not return to this location.
The owner of this store is a gem. I completely respect his boldness and integrity during the pandemic to show his support for our constitutional rights. I will be a forever customer!!!

I’ve visited this location a few times in the last few weeks. It’s quick and convenient being a college student and having a location so close by. The bad reviews made me nervous but I’ve had great experiences each time I’ve been here. The woman that runs the place is very friendly and helpful.
The owners know the shipping business well. Competitive and fair pricing. Quick and responsive service! Highly recommend for any of your shipping needs.

I’ve had many experiences with the guy who’s typically at the counter. All negative. I don’t appreciate being belittled nor do I appreciate the attitude usually being given. -they once insisted they didn’t have my package sending me on a wild goose hunt, in the end to find out it was right there. Seems like he hates his job and hates the college students he interacts with.
Love the place. I bring my package in, tell them where it needs to go, I get my shipping options and off it goes. Dude running the place knows UPS, FedEx, and USPS quite well. Excellent service.

The place to go for friendly service for all your shipping needs. The owner even helped me tape my package when I asked nicely.
Only reason I go here is because its close. The guy that works there is extremely rude and impatient. Also the amount of High School apparel in there is annoying. Also go buy your boxes before you go here. Its extremely overpriced to have them box your things.
Dropped textbook off here and it was never postmarked to be sent through UPS. Was told to just leave it on the counter. Was unexpectedly charged late fees and textbook was no where to be found. Last time I do business here. Owner is rude and apparently the business suffers because of it.

2022-07-08I had to overnight a medical device to California and I felt best about sending it through the Pack Room. I had been to the websites of all these shipping companies FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS to see about costs, printing my own labels, etc. They were not helpful in providing me with assurance that my package would arrive on time. The owner of Pack Room could advise me which service is most reliable going West and what his experience has been. That gave me the piece of mind to use the service he recommended.

2022-03-16A great local Allendale store featuring UPS & Fed-Ex services plus alot more. Printing services such as business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, etc. They also feature a nice line of Allendale apparel & accessories. Plus a nice selection of unique gifts for any occasion!! And the owners, Chris & Tracy are great people to deal with. Very friendly & courteous!!! Love this place!! LGB!!🇺🇲

2022-01-19I had an Amazon return but I didn’t have packing tape at home. I fully expected to have to purchase tape like USPS but I walked in and Chris said he’d take care of it. I didn’t have the box sealed or a label taped on yet. So nice to have real customer service. Thanks Chris!

2021-06-18I accidentally dropped off a package yesterday with an invalid shipping label. Chris took the time to find my contact information and send me a message about it rather than just setting it to the side and waiting for me to realize. When I called him, he was so kind to print a new shipping label for me so I didnt have to go back into the store. Above and beyond customer service!!!

2021-01-15I know that even customer service workers have bad days, so I was understanding about the lacking customer service. However, I wasnt a fan of the mask under the nose with the super derogatory statement about the governor. I will shop places regardless of the owners political affiliation but the blatantly derogatory and gross statements lost my business.

2018-08-14Had a chance to go there for the first time today. I had to wait as there were 3 people ahead of me. Owner seemed friendly enough and he struck me as someone with a dry sense of humor. I had a chance to look around the store and they have a nice selection of Allendale School branded clothing. This is a family owned business, looks like they run it by themselves. Met the other owner (wife) and she was very friendly and said hello right away when I walked in. She was already helping another customer. I like that they take their time and I felt their prices were reasonable. I didnt have to drive 25 mins to save $2.
