The sales department is very professional and I had a great experience with them. I worked with Nick Feroce from the sales team and he worked out everything with such an ease during the entire course. He provided regular updates and took most of the documents and information digitally making things so smooth on the day of delivery. Also, they offered the best competivtie price despite of the market conditions these days. Delivered the car right on time as they promised initially. I highly recommend this place for all your car needs.
My 2017 CR-V was in an accident after which I discovered an issue with the records. Being very upset with the dealership I spoke directly with Mr. Page to voice my concerns. After some discussion he offered to purchase my vehicle but also gave a very fair price for it. I have to say he was a pleasure to deal with; quite fair, and definitely after customer satisfaction. I’d purchase from Page again. I only give 4 stars as I’m not sure any auto dealer rates a 5.
Very Nice and very professional went to trade in My 08 accord and same day Jake got me into my 05 pilot would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle. I should also add I didnt feel pressured or pushed to buy a vehicle at all like I have at other dealer ships in the past. Great service overall
The sales guys booked my car 3 months ago after taking 500 USD deposit; and when it arrives, they are giving it to every other customer who pays them more money. They keep customers waiting forever. I am finally getting off them and going to a better (ethical) dealer in this area. At least be honest and ask for more money at the time of booking the car rather than playing these cheap games!
I have been doing business with this dealership since 2001(purchased: 2001 Civic, 2010 Civic and 2021 Accord - all great cars). When my car is due for maintenance, I can count on this dealership doing the job right. Their service and their level of professionalism are tops IMO.
I have a 2010 Honda Civic. Ive had very few mechanical issues since buying it new. I have used the Page Honda service dept for general maintenance and fixing issues. Dept is always professional, and I dont feel they promote any unnecessary high cost services that arent warranted. They always give fair pricing estimates and when service took longer than expected, provided me with a free rental car. I highly recommend this dealership!
They are really bad at communicating with customers. Tried to go in April for a recall appointment and wasnt told until I showed up they dont do those on weekends. Made second appointment for July, but couldnt do it over the website because the website doesnt work properly. No confirmation about service appointment second time around so I call making sure everything is in order and if there is anything needed on my end. They say no and my appointment is in the morning. Now I am surrendering a full tank of gas for the recall because in all that time no one at Page Honda thought it would be effective to tell me, the customer, that the recall calls for totally replacing tanks and they cant save your own gas for you. Completely inept at communicating and its quite baffling to see.
Called for simple oil change. Asked about available times. Was told after 10 am they were wide open. Asked how long it would take. They said less than an hour. Came in at 9:40 am, just be early and get going on time. 1.5 hr later car was still not done with no explanation. Seems that they value their billable hour more than mine and I actually earn more. Not happy about that. It has happened before.
I have been taking my Honda here for service regularly. The service department here is very good. I drive past other Honda dealerships to get service done here. I even do most of my oil changes here.I do have 1 complaint though, and my only wish is that the dealership would take responsibility instead of making excuses. The last time I got oil change here, I found out that they changed my oil but they forgot to change the oil filter. How did I find out? My previous oil change before this was actually done at a different mechanic because I was getting my brakes changed (The only service job I don’t do at dealerships are brakes due to the super high price). When I got my brakes changed at the mechanic, they changed my oil as well. They put a Wix XP filter in the car. When I got my oil changed here, they always use a Honda OEM filter. I noticed they didn’t change my filter because I was looking under the car and I noticed the same Wix XP filter on the car. Luckily the oil filter was a Wix XP filter so the filter can last a longer time.I did drive and I came back later to report this issue. When I brought up this issue to the gentleman working on the counter, I forget his name (he wears a mask and has the Oakland County get vaccinated sticker) he dismissed this issue like it was somehow my fault. I didn’t like how he did that. He usually seems nice but I think I caught him during a a bad day. He literally didn’t correct the issue or even give me a free oil change for the future. He wasn’t completely rude about it, but he dismissed the issue. I never heard of a business changing the oil but not changing the oil filter. My theory is that they have a new(er) tech and the newer tech just simply forgot to change the oil filter. I did get an oil change on a Friday afternoon and you know what they say, don’t visit a mechanic on a Friday or Saturday 😂😂😂😂.The only reason I’m not completely angry about this oil filter issue is because the oil filter is a Wix XP, and according to their website you can get away changing their filters for 10K miles and I get my oil changed every 5K miles.I also want to add that on my invoice they did charge me for the oil filter as well. So I find it funny that they charged me for an oil filter that they didn’t put in the car.I don’t want to say avoid this place at all cost, but they could do better. At least correct the issue, don’t dismiss the fact that your service department didn’t change the oil filter that I paid for.The reason I’m still giving this dealer a 4/5 is because this is the only bad experience I had with them. Honestly I’ve always had a great experience here otherwise. I would probably continue coming here but I need to be more aware and careful.
Service Department is dishonest. Loyalty means nothing here. Purchased a brand new car that had issues from the first year and always used their service dept. They would suggest repairs be made unnecessarily and would ignore those covered by warranty, asking for full payment instead. Do Not Recommend.
In general, I dislike the entire car buying experience. Bob made the process as painless as possible. I showed up with my son at 4:00 yesterday for a test drive, and we left the dealership in just over an hour with a new used vehicle. I cannot thank Bob enough for his assistance and ability to get the deal done without having to return to the dealership.
I recommend Page Honda of Bloomfield. I scheduled a visit earlier this week to see a vehicle. They accomodated everything that same day and I ended up buying it. They also gave me a good trade-in value of my old vehicle. 5 starsP.S.Thank you Shaban, Stephanie, and Hailey.
I am based in California as main purchaser for a car that my son in Michigan will be using. After encountering constraints and weeks of waiting in a previous dealership, Page Honda stepped up and provided highly efficient services from internet to phone inquiries and financing. Excellent teamwork among different departments/personnel was highly evident, resulting to a seamless transaction across different states. Thank you Hailey, Shaban, Stephanie, and Page Honda support group. Kudos to all!
1 day before i am told to come in for the particular vehicle. Drove 25 miles, looking to purchase the vehicle. Upon arrival i was told the vehicle was sold a few days ago and the delivery was today. I believe I was given this answer based upon my simple attire and the sales person apparently thought i wasnt able to afford the vehicle. Standard practice for sheisty dealers. This dealership will not get any of my business ever.
Not the best or most up to date Dealer (The 2003 Honda Accord photos in the waiting room are testament to that) but not the worst either.Typical dealer? I guess. Had brought my Passport in for a hood latch recall. While there I told service about intermittent Stability control issues where the Honda Safety Systems shuts everything down.... told the service writeup person and he blew it off as... it happens... it never sets a code?? I wanted it noted in the vehicle record incase there is a problem post bumper-to-bumper warranty. No codes were checked and Nothing was documented. Dont want to cover any issues post warranty?? (Im thinking there are stored codes in OBD2) . What can I say? I bought a Honda because I was tired of Cadillac, Ford and Buick service issues and how poor the service departments are. I think the service document receipt is pre-printed because it said they Washed the vehicle. It wasnt. Very little was done. Glad its over for recall campaign.... Id rather be the only one touching my vehicle anyway. Bought 6 quarts of oil for it in the parts area with a filter. Never got the filter. Sorry Honda, not a Steller experience.
We bought a CPO vehicle from these folks about a year ago through a wholesalers car buying program. A number of issues arose during this process. We were flat-out lied to about the history of the vehicle, and were told that it only had cosmetic damage. A later search on the Honda Owners website showed that this very dealership had replaced steering and front suspension components, and another dealership down the street had more-or-less rebuilt the entire rear end of the vehicle (bumper, tailgate, floorpan, and reinforcing structure). We also learned that we were wrong to trust this dealers certification of the vehicle, as it turned out to have several defects that we didnt discover until after the purchase, including a 5 crack in the windshield and broken dome light (shame on us for trusting their certification process and not scrutinizing the vehicle more closely). They replaced the windshield and dome light for free (we initially decided not to write this review thanks to this), but we recently discovered that they used an aftermarket windshield that is not fully compatible with the Honda Sensing camera, and that well need to replace the windshield again if we want this system to work as intended. On top of this, we were given the runaround regarding the car buying programs pricing. I had bought a brand new, defect-and-history-free vehicle from them before (again, through a wholesalers car buying program), and they did the same thing back then, so this appears more than anecdotal. My suspicion is that they rely on these programs to draw folks in, and then attempt a bait-and-switch. While the car buying program mightve saved us a few hundred bucks, it wasnt worth the hassle of having to work through these folks. I wouldve gladly paid a little more to buy from a more trustworthy dealer.Shame on us for trusting these folks as much as we did, but we wont be making that mistake again.
I made an appointment on July 17, reqested oli change, noise coming from my car the faster I drive the louder the noise. I assumed what you write is what you get but according to Ryan Akan’s you don’t see what was written when you make an appointment online. Because I asked questions and wanted to know why he didn’t see what I wrote when I made the appointment. I never write reviews but today is that day. This is my third Honda and I have never been treated so badly at a car dealership. I asked for a ride home and Ryan just called me to see if I stilled needed a ride. I looked for him and he disappeared. But her called me at 10:57 to see if I still want my car taken care of. You know this new generation don’t want to be disrespected. What is that if you just want your car taken care of.I don’t want Ryan doing anything for me. If he accidentally end up trying to help me I will have toRefused his help. I just don’t want to disrespect him
My CRV had an engine light issue. Page Honda got me into service quickly. Ryan listened to an explanation of the problem, as well as, checking the OBD codes. They contacted me the same morning to explain the issue and when the car would be ready. In and out the same day. 👍When the engine light came back on I was able to get my CRV in right away, and Page Honda took care of the issue.
Regarding the Service Dept: Absolutely Excellent Service! I am extremely impressed with the honesty, efficiency and professionalism that Jason and the rest of the team provide. They listen to any/all concerns and go beyond expectations in addressing those concerns and following up with you in order to keep you informed. Thank you, Jason, et al!
Sean Fathi greeted my wife and I as we walked into the showroom, asking if he could help us. I was coming to the end of my lease on my 2019 Honda Civic and was wanting to know my options. Sean took us to his cubicle and explained what the options were for ending my lease and what was available for new cars. I had considered buying the 2019 Civic. Sean showed me a 2022 Civic Hatchback. He crunched the numbers and made an offer I couldnt refuse. I was able to end my lease, turn in the 2019 and drive out with the 2022 the same day! Thank you Sean Fathi and Page Bloomfield for making it a seamless process!
I made an appointment online and arrive on time. I was attended to within a minute. The schedule maintenance form was explained and I chose to wait for my vehicle. I was told it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours. The work was completed in less that 2 hours and my car was washed when I drove out
I’m 18 with no credit and the staff there went above and beyond not only with getting me into a car that I loved they also took time out of their personal lives to insure that I would have a car in the meantime while the paperwork was being processed overall I would say they are a trust worthy staff who will get you the best deal possible while insuring your in and out of the place asap if you live a distance away they are worth the drive
I was so satisfied with this dealership that I purchased two Honda vehicles from them. You simply couldn’t get the best price anywhere else. Their good service doesn’t end at the the cash register, their post service is second to none. It couldn’t have been a better experience thanks to everyone that works there. I highly recommend this dealership without any reservation.
I was looking for a SUV and stopped in to Page Honda. Jake talked to me and showed me a CR-V which I took for a test drive. When I arrived back, I looked up the HR-V that he had mentioned but I did not know about. He had one to test drive and I was very impressed with it. When I arrived back he explained my options clearly and he was easy to understand. He introduced me to Shannon in finance who was knowledgeable and friendly. I am now the new owner and I love it. I would recommend both the dealership and Jake.
I was very pleased with the level of detail by the service writer Kristina. She was very pleasant and explained all the current and future repairs in details. She was patient and knowledgeable in servicing my automobile. Definitely, I am returning for my automobile needs with her.
Great experience! Johnny in sales was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful-I called in the morning and he was able to get me into a lease by that afternoon. He took the time to walk me through all the features of my new lease and made sure I understood every step of the process. Shannon in finance was great as well- so nice and made getting through the paperwork a breeze. I would definitely recommend them!
What an amazing experience I had at Page Honda Bloomfield! I have never had such an easy, friendly and stress free car buying experience. Ron S. was absolutely amazing to deal with and took exceptional care of me. I went in stressed and unsure and walked out with my dream car. Hailey was also an absolute delight. They worked miracles for me. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. This will be the place we buy cars from forever.
Just got my 2022 Honda Odyssey Elite and this is by far the smoothest and easiest transaction I’ve had. I have been leasing cars since 2006 and the team at Page Honda made my experience very efficient, timely and wonderful. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Contact Nick Feroce for any of your Honda needs. 110% recommend this dealership! Hailey was wonderful as well and so was Shannan!!!
I didnt expect to get a new CRV so soon. Glad for the promotion that made it happen. Sean F. was very thorough and reviewed everything. No problems whatsoever. Everyone was nice and cordial. I couldnt believe that Sean could find a car for me in less than a week. Hard to believe with all of the shortages. Someone upstairs was smiling down on me. Thank you Sean!!
I had a great experience working with Sean. He was friendly, helpful, and didnt pressure me as some other dealers had. He was also understanding of my schedule and willing to work virtually for most of the transaction. Definitely the best sales person a worked with during weeks of searching for the right used car. The whole dealership made me feel appreciated (greeted me by name at each visit), even though I wasnt looking for a to of the line vehicle.
I felt very much like they were trying to take advantage of me and get me to pay for unnecessary services the entire time. I also waited for over 3 hours for an oil change I had an appointment for, and to have some small damage on my front bumper looked at. This cost me $197 for the cheapest oil change plus them assessing the damage and no repairs being done. This fee doesn’t even apply to the cost for the future repair. I definitely feel like I was ripped off and will not be returning. I have had much better experiences at other dealerships and do not recommend visiting this location at all.
Page Honda has the greatest service department. They are quick to take care of my car needs. I actually drive 21 miles and 37 minutes out of my way to get to them! I have a Honda dealership a half mile away from my home! The sales floor people are wonderful too! When I stop in I always say hi to Bob Straub. He sold me my car. He’s great and always asks if I need anything! PAGE HONDA is the best!
All was good, the service, car wash and my service person reviewing the bill. After I left the dealership the low tire pressure light came on and the indicator for service was still on. I had to reset both. A learning experience I must say. Cashier was her usual friendly self.
As always Page Honda is the only place that I trusted for any servicing or purchase because they are very transparent and honest about a pricing and also make suggestions on what you need to be done and without forcing you to get others service that you do not needed.
Been going there for years - service staff is knowledgeable and truthful. They are all know their product information very well. Its been hard for me to trust dealerships, especially with auto service. Page Honda does a great job. They are fair, reasonable, and very willing to explain things and assist with maintenance planning.
Ive taken my 17 Ridgeline into page for multi occasions. Always check your oil after getting it changed there because 2/4 time it was over filled. They dont seem to know much about the Ridgeline. I just went to another Honda dealership to get my rear diff fluid changed and the technician mentioned that the rear diff fluid was the incorrect fluid. Definitely avoiding Page at this point, driving the extra 10 miles is more than worth it.
We had wonderful experience at Page Honda, we always do. We have bought 2 cars previously from PAGE dealership and always have had awesome service. A big shout out to Johnny Flores who very patiently helped us get a great deal. Very satisfied with our purchase and entire experience of purchasing vehicle. Also, thank you Stephanie Tabor for explaining everything in detail while signing documents. We appreciate your honesty. I 100% recommend Page Honda of Bloomfield if you are looking to buy car.
My wife and I started looking at seven different dealerships, and it quickly came down to two of them. Page Honda was the last dealership we were going to visit, and we are so glad we did!Shaban Shkemi, who is the one who walked with us throughout the whole purchasing process, was exceptional in answering all our questions with patience and thoroughness. We certainly saw his patience as we were there with our seven and two-year-old girls who towards the end couldnt sit still anymore. We were undecided between two minivans and Shaban worked with us showing no pressure or wanting to push us to a decision. That was extremely valuable for us as this was a very big investment on our part and we needed time to make sure we were comfortable with our final decision. His gentle approach impressed us so much we ended up purchasing two vehicles from them! A new Odyssey and a used Certified Civic.Al, the sales manager that worked with us, was a complete break from the stereotype car salesperson. He provided for us prices and value that the other dealership was not able (willing) to even come close. That gave us a tremendous boost of confidence that we were getting not just a great product, but at a great price! Al also was approachable and very personable. He has figured out how to be efficient in managing the business aspect of the dealership while being effective in making himself available for the customer to ask any question and realize he sincerely cares for you as an individual.Providentially I was able to meet with Mr. Bob Page himself, the owner of the dealership. I did not know it was him whom I was speaking to when I entered the office seeking to speak with Al. He mentioned it was Als day off, but quickly asked me what my need was. When I told him the predicament my wife and I were in, he quickly offered a solution that gave us so much peace of mind! He treated us with so much consideration as my wife and I were in the process of changing our minds between one vehicle and the one we ended up purchasing. My wife couldnt believe how flexible and understanding Mr. Page was. He approached us on several occasions throughout our decision process making sure we were being treated kindly and our needs were being met.We could not have asked for a better car-buying experience, and thus do not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to get great overall value. They do not just have great quality vehicles, but great quality people!
I was professionally and courteously treated.Hailey Smith, Johnny Flores, and Stephanie Tabor, were the ones who were taking care of me, they made me feel comfortable and were very friendly, as if I had known them for a while. They are the type of people that I appreciate doing business with. I have have purchased vehicles from both Page dealerships, Page Toyota and now Page Honda, and have always been satisfied and enjoyed my experience with the quality of people working there, even the ones I was not dealing with directly. So I say try them Im sure youll like them !!!
I have purchased 2 vehicles at PAGE Honda of Bloomfield.I am very happy with my experiences. Moreover, I am happy with my service appointments. The staff in the service dept. are friendly, knowledgeable and explain all service performed with clarity. They respond well to questions about my vehicles. I am greeted by name upon arrival and am always thanked for my business upon leaving.
I felt that I was being pushed to pay for the more expensive oil change. I just wanted them to do a inspection as advertised in the $62 oil change. I was told that oil change is just a quick lube and they do not check anything while trying to push for a $220 oil change. I’m glad I did the normal oil change as they did still check my breaks and everything else I asked to be checked. If my mom was not with me I would’ve been scared into doing a $220 oil change when it is not necessary. I believe his name was Jordan that I was working with. I’m pretty upset with the experience will be finding a different Honda dealer to go with.
I have had to take my car in twice due to popped tires, as well as annual maintenance. I was impressed and happy with the experience. The service was quick, explained in a way I could understand and was completed quickly. The waiting lounge was neat and clean. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Page Honda to all of my friends and family.
Devastatingly, following what has been 4 years of fierce loyalty to this dealership both for sales and service, I must provide my absolute strongest condemnation for what has become of this once pillar of service in our local auto community. Yesterday I had an appointment for a 930 oil change. They checked in w me around 1030 with a minor update, however when I came by at 4 at the end of my day, the car had in fact not been touched. Did they call all hands on deck? Did they tell me they would make sure someone knocked out the oil change right away? No. They asked if I could wait an hour. I will not give you 7.5 hours to change my oil when I arrived in the morning with an appointment. Certainly they provided a reasonable explanation for this mishap? Negative, I was informed that “people make mistakes” and that is verbatim. I agree people do make mistakes. And then they are supposed to reconcile for them. Did they offer me a free oil change?? You bet! That is the bare minimum of what any client service professional would have done, believe me I do not appreciate or value bare minimum effort. I did inform the advisor that I would never return and I was mocked, being told “sure if you want to wait 3 weeks for somewhere closer to your home, I’m sure you don’t want that”.Thought I had found a diamond in the rough... a dealership that actually provides a quality of service and values customer loyalty and deviates from all the prototypes. The illusion has crumbled. Save your time and money, support someone else.
Worst experience trying to get my car serviced. For my first scheduled appointment, Kristina Roy gave me false information and said they would charge me $450 just to diagnose what was wrong with my AC in my car. Which led to me canceling the appointment on the spot at the service center. I had to reschedule the service to verify that the service would be covered by my CPO warranty. It was. I later found out that they could of diagnosed my car without charge. Then for my rescheduled appointment, Ryan Akand canceled my appointment via voicemail without a reschedule date the day before my appointment at 5:15pm. When I tried to call back, I found out the service center closes at 5pm. This appointment was scheduled before my CPO warranty expires and was accepted 3 weeks prior. After checking online for more appointments, there were no available appointments before my CPO warranty expires. When I called back the next day looking for a reason for the cancellation, Ryan said the service would take longer than 1.5 hours, therefore cancelling with no reschedule. Then blamed me for scheduling the appointment too late. If the service was known to take longer than 1.5 hours, why was my service appointment accepted 3 weeks ago and why was I given notice basically day of that it was canceled? This led to forcing me to leave the car at the dealer over the weekend just to get the service done first thing Monday morning. When I asked for a loaner/rental, I was denied leaving me without a car for 3 days. Which was very inconvenient. This was horrible customer service. On top of this, Ryan had an attitude which only made matters worse. I was also told by Ryan that I would receive notice before they did any service on my car and was given no such call. I had to call my self Monday for an update. I called Monday at 12:30pm.Luckily Jordan was there and was able to help. He apologized for not receiving any notice of what was wrong and the service being done. And he was able to send a shuttle to pick me up because I had no ride to get there.I don’t recommend getting service here.
Ron is a great salesperson to work with and he’ll do anything to assist his customers. A car that I wanted sold as I was about to purchase it and he called all over the Midwest to get one for me. Great service and would recommend to anyone in the market for a new Honda :)
Ron is absolutely the BEST salesman I’ve ever met. He truly cares to get you in the best car for you and your needs without just trying to sell you a car. His attention to detail and knowledge of every single aspect of each car is unmatched. I will never EVER go to anyone else ever again when it comes to buying or selling a vehicle. I highly highly recommend him without reservation and will only ever let my family see him from now on. You can trust you will be in the best most reliable hands with Ron. Thank you so much for your amazing service!
Received an excellent deal and customer service from this dealership. Sales consultant Shaban Shkembi did an amazing job in finding me the right vehicle, great deal, accurate numbers and delivering my vehicle in a time when finding a new vehicle was impossible due to the chip shortage crisis. Shaban went above and beyond in providing a detailed walkthrough of the features of the vehicle and was there to clarify any query which came after purchasing the vehicle.
The problem with my car could not be duplicated at time of service, so no repairs were made. However, the service advisors Jordan and Ryan were both kind, helpful, funny, responsive and respectful. Rides were arranged for me. Very pleased with the service even though my car behaved for them.
Got a break job done upon getting back to my car I see that things that were in my glove Box are now on the floor I do not have wheel locks Or anything of that nature so there is no reason why they would have to go into my glove Box to do my back brakes so basically one of their employees just ruffled through all the items in my car to see if there was anything they would like to steal now I never bring valuables in my vehicle luckily so nothing that I know of was taken but still pretty gross that I paid $745 for a back break job and you had to go And steal from me
This dealership are very professional in dealing with their customers and I liked the discount they given me to service and repair my vehicle. The person who handled my vehicle’s work order was very nice and kind. He drove me back home and then picked me up once the service on my vehicle is done. Thank very much. And I do recommend this dealership.
I took our Honda to Page Honda for routine service and maintenance yesterday. As usual, the service people were courteous and listened to what I said. They went out of their way to keep me informed of progress on the service and they completed work on all maintenance issues to my satisfaction. The experience was all good.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Page Honda all because of Ron Szumanski! He was super helpful! It was my first time buying a car from a dealer, and he was so patient and walked us through everything. He was also VERY honest with us about the cars we were looking at. When we decided on one, he went above and beyond to make sure it was extra clean and had newer floor mats. And when we came to pick up the car, he showed us how to use all of the different features and helped set up all the phone stuff. He really made buying a car a great experience, and I highly recommend that anyone who goes to Page Honda to seek him out!
Not the Best experience today. I drove over to the dealership first thing Saturday morning after communicating with a sales rep about a Crv for the last few days after viewing the car of interest on their website. I understand the chip shortage and the lack of inventory. The price advertised on the internet was $2000 more than what was presented to me on a sales sheet. Very unethical in my opinion
From the phone call to the drive out the door, Christina simplified the experience. Her expertise on an 11- year old vehicle was spot on. Wait time was reduced because a team member prepped my car while she handled an incoming request by phone. This was a professional AND courteous visit leaving this customer fully satisfied. Thank you!
One bad calibrate ends up replacing two calibrates, two rotors and four break pads. Both rotors and pads were replaced 27 month ago (less than 13,000 miles driven after replacement) at same place. The pads still have over 85% of life.Have been this place for 8 years. Thought I can trust it. Well, recently experience is more like talking with a high skilled con artist - step by step to get you agree on replace all of them by throw in both real and fake info to mis-lead you ....Will never go back again!
Service department is world class. The service advisors are very knowledgeable and do their kids well. They always inform me of any services that are due or will be due. Many do not appreciate that, thinking we are asking to spend more. Those are reactive customers that fix when it breaks. I’m pro-active,
My family and I have been buying cars and getting serviced by this location for over 20 years. Bob Straub as our sales person and service manager TJ Engel with his team Ryan and Christina have always taken great care of us. I appreciate the long term relationships and professionalism shown by these people and others at Honda Bloomfield.
Ron was amazing help! This was my first time leasing a car and he made the process seamless. Ron is very knowledgeable and passionate about helping people find the car that best suits their needs and style. During the test drive, he thoroughly explained each feature that the 2021 Honda Civic had and how each model differed. I ended up paying much less than I anticipated which greatly pleased me and my father. When I had issues the next week, Ron did not hesistate to make time to meet with me to go over each of my concerns, no matter how trivial. Again, Im a new at leasing so I have a lot of anxiety about everyrhing regarding mileage and the overall condition of the car. Given my experience, I am sure that I will be with Honda for a long time.
Kristina & Ryan worked together to help me and are excellent Service Advisors. They did not try to upsell me on any services my 2020 Accord might have needed. In fact, one of the services I asked for (Tire rotation) they said I did not need at this time. So I am always bringing my Honda back to Page for service. Kristina & Ryan have integrity & character and deserve a bonus or raise.
I have all the service work on my 2013 Honda Civic done at Page, and have always been very satisfied with the work done. On my last two visits recently (one for my car and one for a friends car), the intake personnel (Cristina and Jordan) were especially helpful. I highly recommend Page.
TJ the Service Manager is great!!Very friendly and courteous. TJ treats you as a close friend.I have been going to this dealership (different managements changed) for almost two decades. Known TJ for several years.Believe me. You can rely on TJ and his team.Kind RegardsGopal Karuvapettipura
I got to give specifically Marra and Bob credit here at Page Honda. They were very welcoming, concise, and very straight to the point. Bob was very prompt, attentive, and detailed to what I wanted which was already steps ahead from what any other salesmen has done for me at other dealerships. You can already tell by how things are run over there that these people have incredible work ethic. Stating it on here does not do them enough justice. They are absolutely great at everything they do.
I went to look at a used car. The photos online were blurry, and when I arrived it was clearly done on purpose. The front windshield was badly cracked and needed replacing, the passenger side was rusted a had been sprayed with mismatched paint, and all tires needed replacing.Despite all this, and taking into consideration the need to immediately spend >$1000 to fix-up the vehicle, the price was still good enough to think about. I started to drive the vehicle to my mechanic and the first time I applied the brakes it was clear the car was not safe to drive. The car bucked, the brakes grabbed, and the car pulled to one side.I immediately returned to the dealer and told them they should not allow the car on the road.Toyota Camry, VIN 4T1BE46K19U849033Buyer beware - shopper beware.
Ridiculously slow service. Waited TWO AND A HALF hours for an oil change and tire rotation! It’s not like people have jobs or things to do, I definitely enjoy sitting around and waiting! Would NOT recommend this dealership for service~Also, employees here were not COVID rules compliant during the pandemic and had total disregard for the health and safety of their elderly clients like my mom. Almost all of the employees did not wear masks before vaccines were being distributed FYI.
Our family loves Page Honda. We have been seeing Ron S for 12 years. He is a wonderful, personable salesman going above and beyond to get the right car for your family and budget. He is very knowledgeable and makes the car buying process very smooth, easy going, and quick. We only get our vehicles through Ron. I highly recommend him. If you are thinking of making the switch to a Honda go see Ron at Page Honda.
I didnt think I needed a new Honda since Id leased a 2020 just year ago. However, Hailey Smith, followed up on a Page Honda letter to see if I might be willing to talk to someone about a new car. She was persistent (two calls), but not the least obnoxious, about perhaps getting such a good deal for me. I set up an appointment, not expecting anything more than a free cup of coffee and an explanation of how Page could (not really) put me in a newer vehicle for a lower lease payment. Salesman Nick Feroce explained it all, and I drove out with a newer car (different model) and lower lease payment. I couldnt resist Haileys inquiries.
I started my Honda experience at Page Honda and was extremely satisfied And then I made a mistake, I purchased from another Honda dealer and the experience wasnt great.I can say even when I left, my sale person from Page Honda (Shaban) stayed in touch with me. I could always tell it was my Birthday because he was the first to call me and give me Birthday wishes and at least once a year he would call to see if both the car and I were ok.Well, I made my way back home to Page Honda to make this my newest Honda purchase. Thanks Page Honda and your team for treaing me more like a friend than another number sold.
This is the fourth new Honda we have bought from this dealership, and each time it gets better than the previous one. I would not have thought that could be the case. Hopefully they will have another great deal on our next vehicle too, with such friendly, helpful & thoughtful service to remember.
This Honda dealer is the best!---This is my review when I bought a new CR-V from this dealer 9 months ago. Now I take back my words. No one would have thought that there would be a problem with the air conditioning system of a new car!But it did happen. The maintenance staff said that the cars freon was added to the wrong place and suspected that this car had an accident. Excuse me, who will add freon to his new car? Also, if this car has an accident, I can get a new one through my insurance. So can I doubt that you sold me a faulty car? A salesperson had a worse attitude and said that if you suspect that we are selling your an accident car, you can sue Honda. Come on, can you do a comprehensive inspection before selling the car? They also asked me for $900 to fix it even this car has a new cars 1-year warranty. I really don’t know what else to say, but I do feel upset about the products and services here.
The most SHADY car dealer I have ever been to. yes that includes people from the salesmen to the manager. A Truck, it did not drive, it was all beaten down. They were letting people test drive this truck with no Emergency brake...the brakes were locked out, the car alarm would not stop going off, it needed to be jumped to start, THEY CUT THE E BRAKE LINE. What kind of con. They asked for 7,500 I told them I would do 500. They got mad. I tried talking to there manager it was like no one was in charge. I wasnt even allowed to speak with the manager. The worst place Ive ever even seen theres a super long list of SHADY STUFF that went on here. Im not going to put it all into this, these are the kind of people that dont deserve to waste my time.
We recently purchased a Honda Civic EX from Bob Straub here & it honestly was a great experience. We had no high pressure sales. We love our new car! Bob made this an easy process & the staff, like Hailey, were wonderful. Wed highly recommend shopping here for your next vehicle!
Let me start by saying that Ive exhausted all options with the dealership as far as leaving voice messages and emails for sales, general manager, even the owner but no calls returned to me. This is all over the last month and a half. I purchased a 2015 Acura TLX for my son. The car was fine on the test drive but as soon as we took it home the next day we had issues with the Auto/Idle stop and little did we know there were many more issues with the vehichle. I took it back to the dealership and they told me that I would need to take it to a Acura dealership because they could not see what error codes come up in their system even though Honda owns Acura. I took it to a Acura dealership in Ann Arbor and was told by Gary Bolton the GM of the dealership that they would help cover the cost of the repairs along with paying for a key fob that they gave me that never worked and needed to be reprogrammed by Acura. When I took the vehicle to the Acura dealership they told me they never seen the amount of issues this cars computer had and were perplexed to say the least how the Page Honda could sell this car with so many issues. Acura had my vehicle for over a 1.5 weeks and after a spending over $1000 they fixed the vehicle. I sent copies of receipt and requesting that Gary live up to his word and help pay for the bill along with remibure the $150 for reprogramming the key fob. After leaving several messages and 2-3 emails never received a response from Gary. I finally forwarded emails and left several messages for the owner, Bob Page. Thinking because his name is on the dealership surely he will call me back or follow up. But weeks have gone by and Ive never received as much as an email from either of them. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and definitely would not recommend buying a used car from them. Owner and leadership clearly dont care about their customers and even building relationships with potential new ones. I even stated to them they I would be looking to lease a new Honda for my teenager who will be driving in the Fall. I plan on complaining to Honda corporate to see if they can help.
I purchased 2021 Honda CRV EX from Page Honda Bloomfield. From beginning all the process are smooth and I am able to test drive vehicle day before delivery. Shaban is very clear in explaining in and out about vehicle, also he is very polite to answer all our doubts about vehicle as well as process. Shaban is genuine to say about anything and felt like a good friend or family while spent time with him. Overall had a great buying experience, thank you Shaban, team and showroom 😊👍🏻
Ron Szymanski sold me a new 2022 HR-V AWD And I couldnt have asked for a better man to sell me a car. He takes his time hes so patient, he shows you everything over and over again how to use things in your car hes a gentleman and such a good person and I couldnt have imagined anybody else selling me a car and he really sold it to me especially on the safety parts of the car and everything. You can tell hes very knowledgeable about every detail.Thank you for everything,Ellen West
So I brought my 2013 Odyssey thinking I might have a VVT problem. Chris from service called me back and told me they have to replace a piston ring(?). And it will probably cost $4000-$5000! So I did some research and found out he was telling me the truth. I bought my first Japanese car because of their quality reputation and after 8 years, I didn’t expect to basically rebuild the engine! When I shared my thoughts with Chris, he was sympathetic and A told me he will try to speak with management about it. In the end, Chris & his manager spoke with Honda and replaced the piston ring for free! In return, I did additional services like replacing timing belt which needed to be done.Today I brought the car one hour early for a scheduled oil change hoping Chris can squeeze me in and he personally took the car to the mechanic to get worked on immediately so I can go early to purchase new Nvidia RTX3080 graphic card which is being launched this morning. All I have to say is Page Honda has my loyalty due to Chris. Best service experiences ever!
I found the perfect car for an amazing price. Shaban was extremely helpful. I made an appointment before arriving and even though things are a bit different because of the pandemic I was thoroughly impressed. I went in looking for a specific car but it was sold hours before arrival . They were waiting for me when I arrived and there were no pushy sales tactics. I told them my price range and what I was looking for and they brought something right out that I fell in love with. Overall the signing process was simple, streamlined and impressively digital. I am definitely recommending them to anyone that’s looking. Thanks Page Honda, big Kudos to Shaban, he’s amazing! Will update after first trip for service.
I normally don’t write reviews, but feel compelled to do so. I will start with the good things of this dealership. Their service department is EXCEPTIONAL. They are always super accommodating, kind, professional and knowledgeable. I always feel well informed about repairs and things being done to my vehicle. Their shuttle service is also very nice and all the people I’ve encountered are lovely. The salesmen are somewhat hit or miss. I leased my first vehicle from them and worked with Art, he was lovely and actually is the reason I’m on my third Honda now! When it came time for me to return my lease to Honda because I had already purchased one, Shaban had been assured they would take care of all the paperwork and lease end information. I turned it in two months early and am still going back and forth with collections in California for a vehicle I no longer own (leased originally started in Cali where I lived)I was ensured this would be taken care of on their end when I dropped my vehicle off and had no reason to question it. I never had this issue with my Honda I drove from here to California when that one needed to be turned in, so I assumed I wouldn’t have an issue this time. All in all, I would use this dealership for services and repairs, but will probably not lease or buy from them again due to the above. If I hadn’t been put in collections, my rating would be a 5 as someone seriously dropped the ball.
If I could give Page Honda 8 stars, I would. If I could give our salesman, Gordie Big G Hamilton 50 stars, I would! Gordie (Big G) was more than what I expected. He was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy AT ALL! Big G was professional but made us feel like family all at once. We are customers for life and will recommend Big G & Page Honda to all of our friends, family and fellow Googlers!
So totally dissatisfied. It was a very expense visit because I had to cancel a very important meeting even after asking them to stop with what ever they had started and I would reschedule the other work. Instead I had to wait 30 more minutes without someone coming and explaining why. I will never be back. The service writer did adjust my bill for the inconvenience but her service wasnt enough to negate the lack of assistance from the others
Very friendly, kept me informed. I always went to another Honda dealership and actually bought my CRV from another dealership and they were rude and arrogant. So glad I switched to Page Honda. When I am ready to purchase a new vehicle I will purchase it from Page Honda. I will never go back to the other Honda dealership.
I set an appointment to see a car. I live over 90 miles from the dealer. I drove over an hour and a half, through construction for my appointment. I get there and the person I thought the appointment was with doesn’t work on the sales floor. Only online sales. And no one knew of my appointment. Then I get told they need to check if the car is there!? It wasn’t. It was in a different location in a body shop. I wasted over half a tank of gas. I got no apologies. Nothing. Worst place to do business with and never will go back
Just purchased a Honda Accord from this location and I have no complaints!! This is my second time and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. There were a few hiccups along the way but nothing to complain about. The staff is always friendly! I highly recommend Evan as your salesman! He made my terrible day so much easier 😉
My first Honda! I went to Page and asked for a salesman that wasn’t pushy. I was referred to Ron Szumanski. He was perfect! He listened to my concerns and addressed all my auto needs. I went for a used car, but decided to buy new since recent incentives made it a better option. Ron broke down the cost comparison for me. At delivery, he took the time to teach me how to navigate through the many technical option settings. Ron gave me his cell phone number to call anytime if I needed further help. I will definitely buy from him for my next car and recommend him to you!
Best service ever. Super friendly, reasonable, and even gave me a loaner car on two separate occasions. Ive bought tires, had fixes and tune ups there for the past five years. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Bob Page even donated some services after hearing of a difficult situation I was in; my whole family has now said they are going to Page Honda when they need a new vehicle. Bob Page really cars about his clients - it shows in the service.
We had a great experience with this dealership. After my HRV was totaled in a car accident I was able to find a replacement HRV at Page Honda. They were very patient and helpful throughout the process of reviewing the cars available. The financing associate was also very helpful when explaining my finance and warranty options once I had chosen a vehicle. Glenn was a great sales consultant to work with and made the process as smooth as possible. I also have my service done here and their staff is incredibly polite and skilled at what they do. If you live in the area I would definitely recommend Page Honda.
I stopped by the dealership to buy a used car and I met one of the salesmen. He told me the car had a bad transmission and that he was the one who drove it in the parking lot and parked it. Told me he was selling it as is with a bad transmission, and I agreed to it. I towed the car to the mechanic, and found a hole in the engine block. The car wasn’t driveable. Salesman lied to me. When I called them and tried to reach a manager, was told different excuses that the manager wasn’t available and nobody called me back. The finance office called me and said they couldn’t do anything about it. Got cheated. Terrible dealership.
Really bad service from Johnny who is Sales employee. First of all, I asked him for one Accord which I found in their inventory and ask if it is available or not he said yes and you can come to see it, but unfortunately I drove 1hr and when I reach their he told it is sold just before you came so he clearly lied with me. Then, after 2 days I again went there. I found Honda Accord and I purchased that used Honda Accord.Actually I am not expert in Cars so I thought I should buy a car from trusted Honda dealer as they won’t sell any problematic cars. But, the day after I bought, I and my friends found many problems in that car. On the second day when I went there to let them know that it has lots of problems there manager helped me little bit, but it was not fully helpful. They didn’t cleared me about the problem so I could Atleast fix from another dealer. That sales guy lied with me about the price. when I was outside dealing with him, it was diffrent ex. Showroom price and when I went to the finance department there was diffrent price they considered. I would recommend not to buy from there. Overall, I would conclude that, really bad service, rude staff and not worth to buy cars.If I had read their previous reviews, I would have never bought a car from them, but unfortunately I was unlucky and not read the reviews from previous customers. I would request you guys to please read my review as well as other 1 or 2 stars reviews carefully so it will help you for sure as they are almost similar.
I happened to buy my car and was surfing here and there and I was a bit worried where to buy it. I came across PAGE HONDA BLOOMFIELD . I went there and I met Gary and being my first meeting was a bit nervous how they would treat me but frankly I felt like I am talking to someone whom I am costumer since long . I would thank everyone as they are very polite and showed me the right car and provided me all the genuine information .
Other than the service manager Matt I could not be any more disappointed in this dealership. Page Honda you should be ashamed of yourself and your policies. You have lost a lot of potential business not only from us, but from our family member who were inquiring about the Honda brand. You listed a vehicle for sale online and so we were invited to come and check it out. Once I got there the vehicle was absolutely filthy and had not been detailed or cleaned up at all. You said you could probably have it done within a few days, and so per your advice I went ahead and put a deposit on the vehicle. Also, why do you charge a fee for detailing a vehicle? Isnt this part of your job in the used car business? 1-1/2 weeks later we were told that we could finally test drive the vehicle and when we got to the dealership not only was it still filthy, but it was worse. You had pulled the seats out and the vehicle had not been touched with detailing. While we were waiting for your extremely slow service we had passed up other potential deals from other dealers that were eager to earn our business. I stand amazed at how a large dealership in a great location could be so horrible with follow ups etc...
Definitely would not recommend. Their only goal seems to be making money. I have a 2009 Accord thats in fairly good condition, but every time Ive taken it for routine maintenance they recommended several hundred dollars worth of work. I decided to stop going there last year. My wife took the car to this dealership for an oil change last week against my recommendation and sure enough, they told her the car needs ~ $400 worth of work. Every time Ive taken the car to a different Honda dealership, theyve told me the car is in good shape and almost never recommended anything more than an oil change.
Ron Szumanski just delivered my new car! He was great. I have a rare immune deficiency, CVID, and with the pandemic it has not been safe for me to go places. My lease was up on my Accord and I worried for months how I would be able to get a new one safely. Ron did everything for me. He delivered my new car, took my old one out of my garage and put in the new CR-V. He explained all the new features, brought all the paperwork to sign and took care of switching my tag. I cannot tell you what a relief it was for him to do all this for me. Thanks so much Ron!
I will never buy another car from anyone other than Ron! He was attentive and communicative from the moment I walked into the dealership. This is my second purchase of a Honda from Ron and the second experience was just as excellent if not better than the first. Purchasing a car can cause a lot of anxiety but Ron made me feel at ease from the start. He went way above and beyond to find the perfect fit for me and my lifestyle. A million thanks to Ron for helping me with my car purchasing experience! If there’s an award for “car salesman of the year” he definitely has my vote!!!!!! 10x’s over!!!!A heartfelt THANK YOU to you Ron!!!!
Sean Fathi was my car salesman. He was very friendly until I started asking common/basic questions about my interest rate and warranty options. After VERY simple questions like “What was the banks original offer” he became very rude. It was odd and out of place to the point where I was slightly amused. This place seems to have a STRONG culture of deceit. I could go on and on...just know that I was blatantly lied to and he tried to strong-arm me into buying...like, real bad...Oh by the way. I asked to not have my credit ran multiple times and it was. Not a big deal...but transparency is key. Was my loan marked up? Probably so. Just be HONEST about it so I can either accept or decline. That’s how negotiation works.Anyway, that was my experience 😕
Was looking around and simply asked for a lease price. I ended up being bombarded with forceful sales tactics. I had a two-year-old with me and just wanted to get out of there and found myself with 2 guys in my Face wanting to know what it would take to get me to buy something now. I literally felt like I was bullied and strong armed. When buying a car no one should be made to feel this way or treated this way. The price I was given was actually a good deal I felt but because I had been there so long I wanted to get out of there with my child and do it on another day when I had more time. I was told that they would hold the price for 7 to 10 days for me. I called back 5 days later and got a different price than what I was told when I was at the dealership. I was then told that that price was good for today only. These type of sales tactics do nothing but tick me off. This is not the way anyone wants to buy a car or spend money. 2 weeks later I still get angry thinking about how I was treated while I was there. Im literally driving an hour and a 1/2 to buy a vehicle somewhere else where I am treated with respect. When will these car dealers learn.
So glad I was referred to Ron! He got me a better deal than another dealership, and he tracked down the exact car with specific features I wanted. Made the whole deal painless, I didn’t feel like he was trying to rip me off (like most salesman make you feel😂) He even went out of his way to get the end of lease papers for me to sign at a Buick dealership nearby AND dropped my old car off for me. Above and beyond. Thank you so much Ron, love the new car!
EXCELLENT! I can not say enough about how wonderful this dealership was in my purchase of the Honda CR-V. The staff was knowledgeable, willing to work with me, and never played the pressure game. I have stopped by a couple times since to get some help figuring out a couple of the features, and the staff was extremely helpful and answered my questions. Great service from end to end.
Really enjoyed my experience at Page Honda. Sean Fathi and the rest of the staff that I interacted with were all wonderful to deal with. Very friendly and patient with my wife and I. Answered all our questions and were extremely easy to work with. Thanks for making our car buying experience so great!
I was very pleased to get an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation the same day I called. Its a pleasure coming to Page Honda, as the service area is so clean and the associates are friendly and professional. So glad we found this dealership and its terrific employees. Our car buying experience was great with Shaban and the service dept is stellar as well.
After visiting several dealerships, decided to try Honda. Was greeted by Sean F. when we walked in. He was helpful and direct, making the entire process from start to finish super easy. Got us a great value on our trade-in which led to a great deal on a beautiful new CR-V. The great customer service from Sean (and the finance team) plus the option to buy after the lease ends (which none of the other dealers offered) sealed the deal. 10/10 would recommend Sean at PageHonda.
Page Honda was great. I got individualized service and a pretty good deal on my first new car. The salesman I worked with answered all the questions I had (and there was a lot) and helped me find a program through Honda that allowed me to get the car that I was banking on. Would definitely recommend Honda (in general) and making your purchase here.
Price GougingOn 06/21/2021 we agreed on an out the door price for a specfic Odyssey van that was en route from Alabama.I paid a $500 deposit. I have documentation. On 07/01/2021 salesman called me. The van has arrived. The dealership manager has increased the price $2,000 because Odyssey inventory is very limited. This is the definition of price gouging.
I want to thank all of the employees at Bloomfield Honda for a wonderful buying experience. We were considering a 2020 Honda CRV Hybrid Touring for my wife. From our first email inquiry, Sales Manager Marra Quantz promptly got back to me by phone. She answered all my questions and asked me some good ones herself, (questions that helped our buying experience). In this chaotic time of Covid 19, she invited us to come out that day. What I found exceeded all our expectations. Upon entering the dealership, it was clean, everyone wore masks and there were precautions undertaken by the dealership such as plexiglass and plenty of hand sanitizers that made us feel safe. Marra immediately introduced us to Ron Szymanski, our salesman. Ron had my wife behind the wheel in no time for a test drive. He was so patient, explaining all the new technology and safety features. He let my wife buy her car, not sell it to her. How refreshing is that!I just sat in the back seat and watched the two of them go. After we purchased, we were getting ready to drive away in our new car, Adam Page, family owner of the dealership, came and thank us for our purchase. They treated us so well.Look no further than Bloomfield Honda! The price was great, the dealership was friendly and it was the best new car buying experience we have had in a long time. Way to go team Bloomfield Honda.. I RATE THIS DEALER A TEN!
Amazing experience! James Spezia is a wonderful salesman - very considerate, honest, patient and respectable. They gave me a great deal on my car and on my additional car key. Everyone in the dealership is very nice and courteous. I would highly recommend doing business at this dealership. After going to 4 Honda dealerships in the area - this one is definitely the best!
I purchased a used 2012 Jeep Wrangler from this dealer in March 2020. It needed a couple Fluid top offs Ex: Engine Coolant, Transmission Fluid, etc. When I went to pick up the Jeep the next day, they added the wrong coolant. The coolant color is ORANGE but they topped it off with GREEN coolant. I was shocked they did not know what color Coolant to add. I had to take to another dealer that same day and get all the fluids flushed. Also, I was promised a Soft Top according to the ad on Auto Trader. I still have not received the Soft Top after multiple multiple attempts. I spoke with Sales and the manager. I left multiple voicemails and I never got a response back. Then I reached out to Autotrader to see if I can get a copy of the Listing so I can prove that a Soft top was promised. I am still attempting to call but I never got a response. My advice is: Please be careful when you purchase a used vehicle. Make sure you go through EVERYTHING. BE VERY CAREFUL.
My son took his Honda in for service for a new starter. Upon picking it up and driving down Telegraph rd., the accelerator stuck on and it took him braking down Telegraph until Square Lake Rd. to be able to pull safely in a parking lot. Upon opening the hood, the large manifold cover was missing. We knew there had been a problem with the repair and that not all of the parts had been replaced as it had the manifold cover on when it went to Page. Page acknowledged that the throttle cable had gotten dislodged and was going to be re clipped in. Later the Service Manager disputed this. The area that the throttle cable is in had to be moved to replace the starter. The Service Manager, TJ, did not like that I was very upset that my sons life, and potentially others lives could have been in danger and would not speak to me. He also told me no manager was in. I did get another Manager, however despite all of their oversights, all they would do was refund the labor charge and about $25 . DO NOT TRUST this service department! They do not deserve any stars.
I recently bought my second vehicle here and both times have been a great experience. The seller is excellent and really went out of his way to get me the vehicle I wanted at a payment I was comfortable with. The service department is also great as I always visit when due for an oil change. It’s nice to have a dealership that makes you feel comfortable and makes getting a new vehicle easy.
ZERO star! Got a new set of brake pads and rotors (~$500 in total) from Page Honda to replace the original rear brakes (43.8k miles over 5 years). After 13k miles (slightly over 1 year), only 2mm left on the pads from Page Honda and both pads and rotors have to be changed again. VERY VERY BAD quality!!Tried to talk to the service department, they wanted me to pay $40 for brake inspection. Then told me the warranty is done and they can do nothing. I planed to change the front brake pads & rotors (still original parts, 3mm left over 6 years) at their store before. But now STAY AWAY from this store! They dont stand behind their service.
Can not express enough thanks to Tj, Ryan and the service crew at Page Honda! Local autoshop was trying to tell me my 2016 Honda civic needed a brand new transmission ($6k!!) And I took it to the dealership for a second opinion. Not only did they determine it was a **much** less costly minor repair, but I was treated with respect and none of the condescension that frequently comes with being unknowledgeable about car mechanics. Thank you!!
Service Dept only....This is the closest dealership to us in Lake Orion so we always end up here for our oil changes or any other issues. The staff is always friendly and they get you in pretty quickly for appointments or issues. The waiting area is decent and usually has coffee, little snacks of some sort, and a snack machine to purchase from if desired. They keep you pretty well informed while service is being preformed. The wait is usually quite long though and unfortunately my cell (att) doesnt get service there. Dont know how it compares to other wait times but seems like Im always there for an hour minimum. Even for oil changes. While waiting Ive witnessed the sales tactics that go on. Always bringing the air filters out if dirty to offer replacement, for of course a huge mark up. It was witnessing this that made me research purchasing and replacing my own for 1/10 of what they charge. When you check out the cashier is pleasant and always offers a snack for you take with you.
The facility is very clean and professional looking. We had a fabulous experience at the dealership taking care of all of our requests. He found us the right car with the entire array of features we were looking for. they made sure all the questions about the new vehicle is promptly answered post sale. Overall we would highly recommend here to all our friends and family!!!
A big thanks for Page Honda! My husband and I just bought a well maintained 2013 Honda Civic. This is our first car together after 6 months marriage. The sale representative , Ron was extraordinary and patient. He helped us diligently until we find the best suited car with an affordable price. We want to thank Page Honda, and highly recommend their well trusted products and service!!!
I’m so luck to meet Leabella and have her as my sale person. She understood my needs and gave me good trade-in values of my vehicle. She made my purchase so easy and straight forward. On my second day of purchase, she drove out to my work to delivery my paperwork and answered all my questions regarding the new car, since I have a busy work schedule. Thank you so much Leabella for all your help. You are so pleasant and friendly. Without a doubt, you will be my only sales person on my next purchase!
Honda civic 2018 is a bate and switch . Should have know price too good to be true. !!! I was fine with cosmetic issues. When the trunk failed the water test and my daughter found a replacement trunk part then they said that would not solve the problem and wanted us to BUY a more expense car. They were good about giving back our $1000. Deposit back. She found a Chevrolet that was what it was advertised as and bought it
My lease was expiring soon and I was worried about getting a new car in a timely fashion. Test drove a new Accord and fell in love. My salesperson Leabella Metcalf was terrific. Things moved so quickly I could have driven home that evening with my new car but I chose to come back the next day. I get attached to my vehicles and I wanted to drive it one more day. LOL They gave me a great price on my new lease and a great deal on my turn in vehicle. She also was very knowledgeable and went over all of the settings with me. I also like the service department. I have gotten cars here in the past and have been very happy.
I purchased a used 2011 Chevrolet Traverse about a month ago, and the sales man told me that the exhaust pipe was leaking/bad. This isn’t a bad repair and when I drove it around it sounded fine. I went and got the exhaust pipe fixed and had a general check done because I started to hear the car vibrate/rattle at certain speeds. That’s when they told me that the transmission was bad and looked like it was never checked or was any inspection done on the car before because they would have known the transmission was bad. To fix it is more than the car is worth. 😡😡😡
If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. One of the worst experiences I have had. Tried calling the day before I went and no one answered. Went in the next day to find out they did not even have the car advertised on their website, hence the reason I called to ask. None of the sales guys even tried showing me a different vehicle. Not to mention all they do is joke around and talk about how much money they are making off people with their Im assuming manager? No thanks, will take my business elsewhere.
I need to say I went there because they had the specific used car I wanted and I feel like I got a decent deal on it. That’s why I put up with the horrible customer service I’m about to tell you about. The sales rep, Sean was incredibly unprofessional! Repeatedly. While I was at his desk he returned a call to another customer who he treated so poorly I couldn’t believe it. He kept dropping the phone while the lady was talking and insulting her To Me! Another customer. He was rolling his eyes continuously and saying things to the lady that were snarky and flat out rude! It made me incredibly uncomfortable and made me wonder what he said about me when I left.He wasn’t the only employee I wasn’t impressed with, the sales manager insulted my intelligence by mans-planning me. And of course there were some outright “untruths”.But wait, there’s more! When I returned the car from an overnight test drive, I told Sean I found goldfish crackers, sunflower seeds, candy wrappers, and crumbs under the back seats (they fold twice, aka flat). And other areas of the interior needed attention. So he said, ok we’ll take it back and detail it for you. Under the back seats weren’t touched, the windshield was a smeary mess, and there’s huge stains on 2 seats (please see pictures). My final contact with them was the morning after I brought it home. The car wouldn’t start!!! And they wanted ME to get it towed (after being on hold 30 minutes)!!! Turns out it was a bad battery, but why didn’t that show up in their inspection? They replaced it at no cost to me.If any one of these things had happened, even 2 of these events had happened I would not be writing this. It’s the accumulation of all of these bad experiences that that instigated the post. I looked at the reviews before I went there and they all looked good. I definitely DO NOT recommend buying a car at Page Honda. This was a used car obviously, so maybe if you’re buying new, and male, you will have a better experience.
Shaban, the salesman that I purchased a Honda Civic from, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the car buying process. For me, the safety/convenience features on the car were very important and Shaban knew which features the car had and didnt have and how all of them worked. This was important to me because I had encountered other salesmen at other dealerships that lied about the features the car had until I asked them to show me how the feature worked. Shaban was different. He knew which features were on the car and didnt lie. I asked him if the car had a backup camera and he said of course! and suggested I put the car in reverse to see for myself (reverse gear triggers the display to show the backup camera). Overall, I was very pleased with the service at Page and would recommend.
I have been buying cars for over 30 years. This is THE BEST dealership to by a new car from. Period.By way of example, let me share my experience with Page Honda with you.My experience started the same way I started with all dealers this go-around. I launched an inquiry through their web site about the in-stock car I wanted.Samanthas first response was fast and had a number that matched the deal parameters I asked for. Not only was it an actual number, but it was the best number by far of any other dealer I contacted. But it wasnt only that, it was inches away from the lowest number that I calculated a dealer could sell for and still make any profit at all.But that number was more than I wanted to pay, so I told Samantha I would like to wait until the next round of incentives came out. I expected the new incentives to improve the deal significantly. She replied professionally and courteously and, most importantly, the dealer never spammed my inbox after that. When the new incentives arrived, I re-calculated the lowest price I thought a dealer could hit. Then I shopped that number by a few other dealers. They wanted absolutely nothing to do with that number. Then I sent it to Samantha. Her reply was short, sweet, and to the point: With these new incentives, we can do that. When I got to the dealership, I worked with Stacy. Right up front, he told me that one of the numbers in the deal was not what I thought it might be. He clearly explained why. He was completely transparent about the change and how the number is calculated, and he was proactive about telling me instead of surprising me in the business office. It was also a number that I knew would be variable and, as a state charge, outside the dealers control. I was fine with it, so into the business managers office I go.When I landed there, Will started rattling off numbers that were ever so slightly off from my expectation, so I stopped him and asked why. He stopped, we retreated, and we did the research into the deal I worked out through Samantha. Through the whole process, he was completely transparent with me and kept telling me that his objective was for me to be happy. Resolution was swift - it took only few minutes. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. The numbers landed exactly where I expected them to land. The measure of excellence is not in the ability to deliver flawlessly the first time. Its in how you handle unexpected situations and challenges. Page Hondas response to numbers that were off by what ultimately amounted to a rounding error was one of the most fantastic things Ive experienced in customer service.Samantha, Stacy, and Will demonstrated to me through their words and, most importantly, through their actions, that my happiness with the car, the deal, and the experience with them was extremely important to them. You know that feeling of excitement and anticipation that you have when youre getting a new car? If you want to work with a dealership who will go straight to doing right by you and help you maintain that excitement and happiness from the moment of first contact until you drive off the lot, you need to work with Page Honda.Contact Samantha. You will be well taken care of and leave absolutely thrilled with the deal, your experience with the dealership, and the car.
Sam and Will were great. We drove down from Northern Michigan and were greeted with fast, friendly and efficient service. Sam was thoughtful in having everything ready when we got there and even placed napkins in the glove box for our ride home. Overall a very pleasant experience.
First do your homework based on their inventory, take a test ride. And if you like it bargain hard as if you are going to buy same day. You can get a good deal. If not try another day. There are lot of vehicles and dealers. As far as service department is concern. It is little expensive. But good service. Service technician are busy and they gave you correct advice and information.
Page Honda has been my go to place to service my Honda. I have yet to have any problems arise from their service center and they continue to reward me with discounts and great customer service to keep me coming back. They are timely and have consistently given me updates on my vehicle when I have had it serviced there. It’s been a pleasure taking my car there and will do so as long as I own a Honda. Honda is a great brand and this dealership has been the icing on the cake to have near my house.

Got an outstanding, barely-used CR-V at a Great Price per all of the sites tracking regional sales of the same vehicles. Leabella Metcalf shepherded our transaction without all that car salesman pressure garbage I hate. I had some specific financial wants and needs, and it took some finagling, but they worked with me to get the deal done. Overall a smooth, easy, not-unpleasant transaction.
My family and I have had such a great experience working with Ron Szumanksi on what is now our 4 th Honda vehicle. Ron is easy to talk to, and he is never pushy. He really makes an effort to accommodate our needs and provides lots of insight too. He helped my eldest establish her credit history when we got our latest car. I hope to keep the pipeline going with our future vehicles with Ron at the helm

2022-03-28We originally went to Page Honda years ago and worked with Ron S after being referred by the Costco Auto program. We bought a CR-V from him back then and now we wanted to trade it in for something a bit larger. Ron and the rest of the staff were accommodating to our needs. We have two little ones and Ron made the process super easy for us. We felt we got a good deal and were treated with respect. Will continue coming back!

2021-12-22The dealership was absolutely wonderful to my wife and I. My salesman was Sean F. who took time to explain everything about the vehicle and all of its features. The price was extremely fair with no surprise charges. The business manager Stephanie was great at making us comfortable and explained all of the purchase details in a understandable manner. We even met the owner, Bob who couldn’t have been nicer! I highly recommend that you check this dealership out before you buy anywhere else!

2022-05-10A great experience working with Bob Straub in Sales. Difficult time to be a buyer of autos and I likely paid more than the car would have been 3 years ago, but it was a fair price for a reliable used car.Four stars allows room for an upgrade to my review when I have an opportunity to work with the service team. I hear great things and look forward to updating my review.

2022-06-23Not really the best place to buy a car. They really have high service costs which compared to other dealerships. Including taxes which I understand is out of their control, it still added over $3000 to the cost of the car. They should be up front about that from the start so youre not disappointed when you go out of your way to visit their dealership.

2022-01-10Ive been taking my Pilot to Page Honda for about a year now and the service is always exceptional! Theyre always courteous and helpful and I never felt talked down to. The shuttle service is such a life-saver as well and even if I wait there while my car is being serviced, they have a comfortable waiting area and free wifi!

2022-03-28This is my first time owning a Honda, I take it to Page since its closest to me and I am always very impressed with the service. I took my car in for warranty service and they had me in and out with a rental car in under 20 minutes. The free coffee in the waiting room is a nice touch too. Even though I have an understanding of car maintenance, its nice that they break it down for customers whats being done regarding service. Also, Shoutout to Ryan in the service department.

2022-03-19My experience with Page Honda has been wonderful. I return because of Shaban, the sales rep I had worked with once before. I was again very pleased with the care and attention I was given. He is wonderful to work with. On the day of my purchase everything was handled so professionally. I highly recommend Page Honda as a great dealership.

2022-06-13A great place to receive auto service.Ryan is a good listener and kept me up to date on status of work needed to be performed. Page was able to get parts needed for repair from another location so all work could be completed in one day. GREAT customer service !!! All areas are very clean and well supplied.
