I purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring from here and she loves it! Palace does an incredible job! They were willing to work with multiple options for the center stone and found the perfect sapphire that we were looking for!
Would give zero stars if I could. Rude and uppity. Will not be back and will steer my friends and family to the new jeweler I have found.
The owners and staff are wonderful. Helpful, patient, and honest. They spent all the time my wife and I needed to make a decision on a beautiful wedding set. They took into account not just our tastes and budget, but the type of job my wife has (nurse) to make suggestions and pick out possible sets that we might like.They also have gone out of their way to correct issues with prior purchases to insure our satisfaction so we never had a doubt to where we would make this big purchase, they just confirmed our decision to shop there was a good one.
I brought my wedding set in for resizing (bought elsewhere). They were so friendly and literally less than half the price of other jewelers in the area. I got my set back much earlier than anticipated and could not be happier. They did a great job for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be going back

Can not say enough about Palace Jewelers (Davison)Picked up a custom piece they worked with me on for several weeks. Its exactly what I wanted! Left with tears in my eyes it was so perfect! Maria, Tricia and Thor along with the rest of the staff are amazing. Its the second time in a couple of months that theyve worked with me for something personalized and Ill be back in a few months to start another special item. Whether you need your watch battery replaced, rings cleaned, a special piece of jewelry or a custom design they are truly the best!

I had the best experience I could have ever hoped for at this jewelry store. My husband designed my beautiful engagement ring from scratch with the help of the friendly and very knowledgeable staff. It is perfect! We returned to have our wedding rings expertly designed to compliment each other as well as the engagement ring. They all fit together perfectly. We have a jeweler for life and wouldnt trust anyone else to create our original masterpieces. (Family ring is next) Thank you for being the best!
After some less than sterling experiences with big names in the jewelry business, I came to Palace to exchange some rings I didn’t wear any longer for a “I just turned 30” present for myself, and was treated like family! I even had my 6 month old baby with me, and everyone was more than patient, and helpful, and just terribly sweet! I have definitely found a jeweler to which I will be returning! They also had my new ring sized and ready for pick up in less than two business days!!! Wish I could give them more than five stars.

We went to Palace Jewelers to have the diamonds from my engagement ring and wedding band put into a new setting. We wanted to deal with a local jeweler with a good reputation that we could trust. Tricia was awesome keeping me updated throughout the entire process. I am loving my new ring.
My fiance purchased my ring in March and I had been so busy since then I finally went in on July something and believe me there must have been a ton of people bringing in rings to get them sized they told me 4 to 6 weeks and I said what even if the ring was purchased from your store I have to say you are the best palace jewelers because I just picked it up yesterday and had been a week
They helped me reach someone that could fix my grandfather clock.
Just left Palace Jewelers after a clasp on a pair of my earrings my husband gave me for our anniversary broke. They not only replaced the clasps on both earrings, but were able to accomplish the task while my daughter and I waited about five minutes. The clasps they replaced them with were even prettier, and they were able to replace them both for $10.00. The associate that helped me was Marie, and she was so sweet and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who wants friendly and knowledgeable help with all your jewelry needs.
Palace Jewelers is one of those rare businesses where you can walk in for the first time ever, and you already feel like youre being treated as family.It is always a pleasure to go there - the entire staff is wonderful. Theyve always treated my right and fairly, and I know I can always trust them.Im an affordable watch aficionado, so most of my money there has been spent on Seiko watches and repairs - but I know where Im going when the time comes to get an engagement ring!

Ive not only had several watches repaired, Ive bought several watches there that Im extremely happy with. I have purchased several rings for my wife there over the years that she wouldnt think of parting with and wont get them cleaned anywhere else. As far as there customer service, its never been less than great!
Incredibly knowledgeable, family type of girls out front. I have received nothing but nice from all of them. Such a pleasure creating with them. From design, to ordering all the pieces, to completion, Thor is a master jeweler. Girls were so pleasant to work with and Thor was very patient. His vision of what I wanted was spot on. The result was a piece of art on my wifes hand. They will be our jeweler for life. They are great, take your time and enjoy the process

Palace Jewelers is a shining example of how a small business should be run! Their dedication and personal service is something you just wont find at a big chain. To make sure his proposal was perfect, they went above and beyond for my soon to be son-in-law. Due to circumstances beyond their control, the ring was delayed. The owner drove half way across the state and then overnighted the ring to him! It arrived safe and sound just hours before his planned proposal at Disney World. Thank you so much for contributing to my daughters magical day! I am so glad I recommend you to him! We will never shop anywhere else for jewelry!
I had an antique family heirloom repaired about 5 years ago by this company. So knowledgeable and friendly. Im confused on all these angry comments. This has been a statewide resource for clock repair, Im not sure if family has left the business but, Ive always had amazing work done here.
They were fast and efficient when I took my watch to have it sized! They have a beautiful assortment of jewelry. I would definitely recommend them for any of your jewelry needs!!
Do NOT go here. Their craftsmanship is very poor. After fixing my ring, which I had for 21 years, to ensure my diamonds wouldnt fall out, I lost 3 diamonds. They actually handed me my ring after being sized a half size up with a diamond MISSING! They replaced my diamonds with smaller sized and less quality ones. I have taken my ring to two very high end jewelry stores and they both said it was poor craftsmanship. They were shocked. They pretty much ruined my wedding band. It looks horrible now! And yes, they are rude also.

Absolutely the worst jewelers Ive ever encountered. Took a watch to be repaired and was told the jeweler would call to find out what needed to be done...no one called. Two days later I called to ask about repairs and was told they forgot to call. Told them to perform the repairs and a week later called back after....again, no call. Was told they didnt get the go ahead to perform the repairs. Told them to leave the watch alone, Ill take it to another jewelers. A complete waste of time and energy to even walk into their store.
After my jeweler retired and closed their store in Frankenmuth I didnt know where to go or who to trust. After talking to people about where to find a new one, 3 people suggested Palace Jewelers in Davison. Wonderful people to get to know. Great workmanship on my wedding ring. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!
We have been going there for over 20 years and always loved the service. Lately they have been getting ruder and ruder. Today the lady was actually making faces and rolling her eyes at us because we were trying to ask her questions about a repair. She tried to ignore us but I kept asking her until she couldnt any more and was so rude that we walked out. It usually takes two weeks or more now for a repair but if you pay extra they will put you to the front of the line. Wow...we got an estimate somewhere else for less than half the cost here. We will never go back. If you want business I think you would be nicer to your customers.

I just purchased a Diamond Ring appraised by this company. It is so far off of what they say it is its not even plausible that its a mistake. They show 1.09ct SI H it is unmistakably a .97ct, I2, KLM. Worth literally 1/4th of what they appraised it at on a Brand New retail level. I dont know if the Diamond has been enhanced if so that cuts it in half again. They appraised the Ring at $11,095 Retail replacement. It is worth around $1,300-$1,500 as is and $3000 Brand new retail value and that is if it is not enhanced.Stay way clear I am now in the process of working this out with the seller. I hope I can get my money back.

Services are expensive and repairs are slow to be accomplished. They designed a ring for me to set a loose stone and turned out horribly and they wouldnt stand behind their work.

Husband bought me a watch at Jarred in Colorado several years ago ,battery kept going bad .We were staying in Davison Mi when it quit again..I took it here and was told that the wrong battery was put in .Works like its supposed to.I would recommend this store to everyone.

2021-09-16Hands down such an amazing experience. Ive been searching for somewhere to fix my favorite necklace that my husband sent me while he was deployed. They were able to fix it same day, literally as soon as I walked in the door and for a great price. So pleased with their service. Not to mention their staff were so sweet and nice! 2021-07-15The entire staff at Palace Jewelers is very polite and helpful. They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome in their establishment. Joe Baumbach specifically is an exceptional, horoligist!! You can tell that he is extremely passionate about what he does, and is very knowledgeable about the art of watchmaking and timekeeping. He was able to completely rebuild an antique pocket watch from the 1800’s for me and even locate certain rare parts that were needed…although it took a very long time to complete, I was patient with the project knowing the difficulty, and he assured me that he would get it completed. I was at ease leaving the expensive family heirloom with him, knowing that I could trust him and his work. I’ve also purchased other watches and jewelry from them, and have been more than happy with each purchase! I once had bought an expensive high end wristwatch as a present for my wife. Upon wearing the watch for the first time, a pin fell out of the band and it fell apart. Of course this was in no way the fault of the jewelry store, but they were very helpful and accommodating in promptly getting it repaired/replaced asap, at no cost to me. Their prices are fair and they have a range that’s affordable for anyone. They offer excellent warranties on their jewelry, watches and craftsmanship. I would absolutely love to do more business with them in the future, and I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me!!
