I came in to study and lunch. There is a cook that is yelling crazy talk across the restaurant for the last few hours. Continually yelling out “there is no such thing as penguins” and “climate change is fake” and other ridiculous statements. Also, it is FREEZING in here. It’s around 70° outside and there are literally people sitting in here with hoodies on their heads. I had to go get the jacket out of my car after my second complaint to the management with no change to the temperature. I wish the management & staff would do better.
Panera is always great! However, this location is disgustingly dirty. From the moment I came thru the drive thru, I noticed how filthy the windows were. They screwed up a sesame salad, so I was forced to go inside. Holy cow, why did I do that? At this point I requested a refund. There is no way this place has a management team operating this way. The floors are filthy, doors nasty and countertops very displeasing for a restaurant. The last time I visited here was about 6 years ago and it was very well kept. This place has gone down tremendously and I shall never return again. They are very unsanitary and it was quite evident upon liking around.
I typically love Panera however I placed an order for curbside pickup and I ordered a you pick two (sandwich and salad) and a full size sandwich. The full-size sandwich was a half and and the half sandwich was missing ingredients. I also got a mist twist which did not taste correct. I will not be returning to this location.
Been going downhill for a long time. We rarely go but just went cuz healthier than most but Italian sandwich tasted rotten, grilled cheese (4 cheese) had almost no cheese on it and paid for add bacon was given 1 slice of bacon. This place quality has gone downhill while prices have gone through the roof. 4 pick 2 meals was over 46$ luckily I had 1$ off a soup lol won’t be going back any time soon.
Eh. $30 to deliver two half salads and 2 half sandwiches, the latter of which were small, burnt, and had toppings haphazardly thrown into the center. Unacceptable, especially for this price point. Salads were small and forgettable. Still hungry, I grabbed the handful of bread in a bag; damn-near chipped a tooth. Sorry, Panera. This was not your finest work.
Great food, but the order was inaccurate. Requested that chips be replaced by baguettes accompanying both sandwiches, which appeared accurate on the receipt. No prices on the receipt and the baguettes were not included in the bag.In the future, Ill have to ask the person bringing my order to the car to wait until I confirm its accuracy.
Ordered a delivery order yesterday. Received it and was missing a sandwich. Called the number on google and the employee that answered said it was the Dearborn Heights number. We decided to go in ourselves. The staff was very nice and even said they missed it as they dont remember making it. We later realized they made our half sandwich the wrong sandwich but we didnt ask for them to change that. As we are waiting for our missing sandwich to be made the staff was goofing off, which might be why our order was wrong. I have gone to this location for years and only recently have been having issues with our orders. Staff has been nice but seems they are goofing off more than working sometimes.
After waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through they forgot my drinks. When they did bring them out they brought smalls when I paid for larges. I also asked him which one was sweet tea and which one was black tea. He told me he didn’t know then lied and just picked one. They are both black tea. I didn’t have time to wait because I have to go to work. So I was forced to leave with things I didn’t want or order.
As with the few other places weve visited, things are not back to normal. They appeared short-staffed & there was ample seating. But the staff was friendly & food seemed up to par. Panera is not an inexpensive place to eat, but we usually split a meal & this location has been a favorite for some years.
Great customer service and quick order preparation. Flatbread pizzas were phenomenal. Corporate Recommendation - I would have two sets of directions for reheating pizza: one for softer crust (maybe 2-3 minutes at 350°) and one for harder crust, if possible. Otherwise, Keep it up!
Absolutely horrible experience here the morning of Tuesday, March 2 around 8:10am. The worker gave me and my wife attitude about our order and ignored us after asking for plastic knives 2 separate times. I worked in customer service for 9 years and would’ve been fired real quick acting like that.
I understand that with covid they are short staffed. Over the past several months I have gone through the drive thru for bagel and coffee. Drink.was good but I asked for toasted bagel with butter. With each order the bagel wasnt really toasted, not even a little and butter was hard as rocks so it didnt melt on untested bagel . Today I asked for a tea and a pecan braid. Tea wasnt hot and pecan braid was hard and stale. I spent 7 bucks and it was horrible ..you guys lost a few customers today . Highly dissappointed.
A little over a week ago I had my father pick up a chicken Caesar salad for me for lunch and the next day I had symptoms of food poisoning but I didnt know for sure if it was the food from here until today..after I didnt eat anything but the chicken Caesar salad and immediately picked up the symptoms again. I LOVE panera.. but as of late this location has been dishing out really bad food it seems.
The smoothies are advertised at 16oz but they are actually 10.5oz. the manager cant even defend the obvious swindle other than we have no control over the. I do thats why I am telling all of you now dont buy it till they change price, size of cup or the false advertisement.
Whoever does the deployment needs to put the male cashier with blonde hair on bathroom duty..If he can’t make smoothies and cashier at the same time, put him somewhere else &&&, my smoothie had huge chunks of ice in it, almost impossible to drink.The ren cen location is always good!!!
This is the 3rd time in a row they forgot my French Baguette with my Mac and Cheese. Granted... I cant really expect much else from a fast food place... but come on... just put the bread in the bag... I worked 13 hours today and I just wanted an easy dinner. Not worth the $$ without that silly piece of bread. This will be my last time ordering from this location.
I ordered a full strawberry poppy chicken salad for my lunch. When I got my bag it was sealed and I was in a hurry and didnt check my salad it had no chicken in my salad and this was lunch for work. This is terrible how they forgot to put the chicken in the salad. I have a picture of the food a d the receipt.
Arrived at 5pm on Saturday March 6th 2021, they close at 9pm. A lot of tables that were available due to Covid were dirty. We found a table, removed the crumbs, and sat down. Then went to get our coffee, staff were polite and friendly, but the coffee was cold. I asked them if they can give me some fresh and hot coffee, he said sure but that never happened. He said they brewed the coffee in the morning!!!! Surprising!Bathrooms were not clean.Over all not a good location! Panera need to step up your game!
Would give 0 stars to this location if I could. Delivery over the last few times has gotten slower and slower. Delivery today took over 3 hours. Called 3 times no answer. Delivery finally gets here it is the wrong order. Will not be back to this location. Had to go to twitter to figure out how to get a refund. They were helpful
Worst panera ever. I placed an order for curbside pick up and drove to the location 15 min after. After checking in on the app and waiting 22 minutes, I called the restaurant to see why my order was not brought out (please note, I didnt have a mask or else I would have got my order). The girl who answered the phone said she would bring it out. I asked the girl why offer curbside and not provide it, She walked away without answering. Once I got home, I discovered a soup was missing. I tried calling the location 3 times and was hung up on everytime. This place is the definition of a trainwreck
Today I was rushed thru ordering, despite telling the cashier I had never been before. I wasn’t given a total and the price of the pick 2 was not on the board. The lettuce in my salad and on my sandwich was wilted and brown. I just threw it away. So disappointing for my first experience.
I met a client here for a meeting to have a quick chat about a few things. Panera Bread is great for small meetings. They have a nice, open, and friendly atmosphere. The location here is usually kept clean and comfortable. I always get a coffee which is always has never disappointed me. We have gotten food in the past and its always been good.
The salad I ordered for delivery today arrived without chicken. I called the store and a snarky young woman who was supposedly the manager told me it wasnt true. I told her I order 2-3 times per week and thus am a good customer who never has complained. She repeated that she had asked her employees and they claimed they added chicken.Terrible customer service in my opinion being accused of a lying about my order. A reputable business who values customers would have sent out a replacement salad immediately.
The food is to die for! You can tell its fresh and it really fills you! But the cashier was pretty rude and when my grandma asked for the prices she snapped and was like Well its on the board maam knowing that my grandma is old and cant see those tiny prices. Would go back again but next time give my piece of mind to that cashier.
This is my second day coming here. Service was okay. The salads were good both times but this time they forgot my dressing AND charged me$.99 for extra hard boiled egg even though I substituted it for no bacon. And the lady who was handing me my food and smoothie was wiping her eyes and face while handing me my smoothie and salad and didn’t say a word to me while I thanked her. Manners are important.
This Paneras was not ready for prime time. At 9am only one person working the counter with a long line. Only 4 souffles left. The bakery goods were almost depleted. Not a Bear Claw in sight. I asked if more pastries would be put out, the answer was no. I said, its gonna be a long day without pastries. Service was very poor. I was given a dirty knife with crusted food, then gave me another with the same. Two coffee pots were out. How does that happen at 9am? They werent ready!
Messed my entire order up after repeating my order 3 times and my number for My Panera twice. Never had this happen at Panera and I come to Panera once a day at minimum sometimes twice... Asked for a Large Iced Coffee and Received a medium hot coffee with Ice in it in a hot coffee cup? Asked for a large ice water got a small Ice Water? Lol wth.
I have to come here on break because it’s the closest thing to my work. Every single time I come here the Mac and cheese is cold. I ordered my lunch at 3:05. Received it at 3:20 (no line) and I had to come back up because it was cold and wait another 5 minutes now I have to go back to work on an empty stomach because my time was wasted.Update a year later same Panera, sides are missing, took 30 minutes for a two person order. Food is cold now.
I’m not one to complain but I the last few times I’ve been to this location, the service my family has received and the accuracy of our order has been subpar. They aren’t completely written off my list but it’ll take some time for us to come back. Perhaps they’re under staffed or training new folks but proceed cautiously and check orders in the meantime.
THIS LOCATION IS USELESSThey were closed for a long time, Im guessing they had a COVID case and did deep cleaning, which is silly, since its an airborne disease, and cleaning surfaces does very little. But then when they did open up it was drive-through only, and that only opened until 2:30 PM. And they had a line of cars 6 deep at 2 PM Monday. I hate to think how backed up it must get at busy times. I have a coffee subscription, but I couldnt get any coffee out of them, as I didnt have time to wait in a line like that. I will be going to another location until they get their act together here.
I orded two large iced coffees and got small ones in twenty minutes. I asked if their large and they said yes but I ordered before and the ones they gave me are small. It was so frustrating because I had to wait a long time and it wasnt crowded at all!!! I didnt even get what i ordered. :(
This place is always dirty! Today my girlfriend and I stopped in here around 445 to eat. It was slow, meaning no customers barely inside (lots of empty tables). After we got our food and went to sit down, we noticed that EVERY single table was dirty. Even the floors were filthy. Makes us wonder if the food and dishes are clean. :/
I love Panera. However, this is the second time this week I went through the drive thru for dinner and also ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel and didn’t receive the bagel. I get free bagels every day this week for some reason, which is great, but I haven’t received them. Yes, it’s partially my fault for not checking in the bag before I leave the window. I’d like to think I don’t have to, but lesson learned.
Delivery was late and when I called to inquire where our food was the manager was very disrespectful and hung up on me. The food was still good so I gave them 2 stars, but the service was horrible. Its fine if you dont deliver to hotel rooms but it should be stated up front so I dont waste my time. If Im going to go all the way to the front desk to get my food Ill just get in the car and go pick it up and save the $3 delivery fee and $5 tip I paid to have it brought to me from literally 2 minutes away. Theres a reason you have a bunch of poor reviews lately, maybe you should do something about that instead of losing a customer the first time they order from you.
Panera Bread is one of my favorite restaurants. I love the food and atmosphere and this is why I go to the Southfield location at least 3-4 times a week. However, I just started working in the Redford area and this location is the worst. Number 1: they mess up my order everytime. I added thing which cost extra and have not once in 5 visits gotten what I requested. I’m inclined to believe that they don’t read the additional instructions or any comments. Number 2: My sandwiches were soggy. How? It’s a panini, it’s wet, it’s gross, and it disappointing, especially when your time is limited so you don’t have time to wait for another one. I’ve wasted a great deal of money in that place while attempting to keep giving them chances. Lastly, the lattes don’t taste like they do at other locations. This staff needs training.
While enjoying the best sandwich napa chic with the best 10 veg soup I was happy to hear manager interviewing a man who had autism. I hope the next time I am there ... he is working. He sounded like a great worker. My son has asbergers too and making sure the customer is happy is highest on his list . You will Wish every worker had his work ethic if he is anything like my son.
This is the worst Panera in the area. They always mess up our order or burn it. Ordered a grilled cheese for my daughter and it was so burnt she couldn’t eat it. Asked for a salad with no chicken- I think they gave me one they messed up earlier because it was soggy and had chicken. The girl gave me an attitude despite the fact that I asked politely to have a new one made. So fed up with this place. Never going back.
First off, the attendant working the register walked away when we walked up. No problem, well use the keiosk.. However, the food we recieved was unbelievably subpar. The grilled cheese was raw and burnt. How thats possible is a mystery... We didnt get our cookies with our order until we asked after we finished eating and had to ask for them. The extra baguette we ordered was smaller than a deck of cards. And my sons turkey sandwich was soppy with ranch and mustard to the point that the bread was soggy. This was a very disappointing experience. I love panera but this location needs a lot of work
I spent $50.00 on a box of Coffee and several pastries and bagels. I took them 40 minutes to brew my coffee. 40 minutes no exaggeration. I got there at 9:05 by the time I ordered it was 9:15. the cashier told me 15 minutes for the coffee. I paid and waited...and waited...and waited...I had to remind them to get my coffee...then it finally came out. I left the place at 9:55. I was over a half hour late to work. seriously how in the hell does it take 40 minutes to brew coffee? But sadly every time I go there they seem understaffed and stressed. I rarely get good service there anymore and Im not going to waste my time and money there from now on. I would guess that poor management is the issue. Sorry to have to give this review but Its been a long time coming.
I’ve been here two days in a row where the service was incredibly slow. Currently sitting in the drive through at the window for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement, and no visible staff. This is after 10 minutes in line from ordering to my place at the front. Not sure what’s going on with this particular Panera—just let me have my delicious food!
Have gone to Panera Bread since they first opened and have been to this Panera quite a few times. Today my order was THE best ever, everything was EXACTLY (double underlined) how I wanted it! It was PERFECTION!One note though and I know it is not that time of year, PLEASE BRING CHRISTMAS BACK TO YOUR STORES. Thank you.
This is a great Panera. Recently, I had a small gathering there to introduce some people at lunch. I arrived early to get the large rectangular table so we would fit. When I spoke to the cashier she gave me great advice on when to order and ended up coming to my table to tell me that it was starting to get busy and I should put my order in. That extra help made my experience Top Notch!
If I could 0 star I would, and I am not the type. It took my order 45 minutes from the time of notification that it was on its way to actually arrive so my soup was cold when it got here, obviously I can warm it up so that’s not a big deal. I was more upset about the fact that when the tracking showed no movement I attempted to call and speak to a manager 1. To make sure the driver was okay, and 2. To cancel my order because I missed my time to eat, so I call and push 5 to speak directly to a manager, only the person that answered wasn’t a manager, and they put me on hold where I sat for 10 minutes until my food finally showed up. I worked in the service industry for over 10 years, if someone asked for a manager, I got one.. I’m fairly certain this girl didn’t even try. I will never be back.
The drive thru employee taking orders was very unprofessional and impatient. When I drove up to the window to pay for my food I asked if they had any chocolate chip cookies ready and the employee told me he didn’t know. I just said never mind. I paid for my food and when I got my food my sandwich was wrong. The cook had to re make it. Timing was really long already. When the cook remade my food the bacon was burnt on my sandwich. I was headed to work so I could not wait any longer.
Super upset! I called ahead to place a large order of soup. Google states business closes at 10 and I get there and theyre closed at 9:08pm. WHY on earth when I called and placed my order no one said they closed at 9pm! Its not like I called at 8pm I called at 855pm! Wasted a drive and Im already not feeling well. If I could give zero stars I would!
My office orders from here on a weekly basis. There is normally always 1-2 things that are wrong with every order, but nothing that I would EVER write a review about as this is the first time in my life I have written a review. I tried to place our offices order on line and it would not go through after many attempts. I finally called the store to just place my order over the phone and pay by credit card to have it delivered. The girl on the phone, KRYSTAL was extremely rude. I asked to speak to a manager and did not get transferred. Krystal told me that she could not take my order over the phone and basically just too bad. When I told her that she would be losing a big order and our business, she hung up the phone on me. I still cannot believe she hung up on me. I will not be back and neither will my office.
This store is ridiculous. I used to order the special bagel pack every Tuesday from this location but had to go to a different store because EVERY SINGLE TIME I order bagels from them they cant fulfill my order!! There has been times where I would put my order in BEFORE 6am and pick up around 10am and when I would arrive they would tell me they cant give me the bagels I asked for because they are out....how? When I place my order at 6am my bagels should be set aside at that time. And if you know Tuesdays are busy have your bakers bake more bagels than normal the night before.. horrible management, will never buy from this location again.
This is the absolute worst Panera hands down. I ordered food for delivery to be delivered before a certain time, the estimated arrival gave me plenty of time to get my food and eat it, so this was not me being irresponsible. I waited an hour and called the store, the lady told me the food should be there any minute, and I said thank you and she said nothing and hung up. I waited 10 more minutes (until I couldn’t wait any longer) and called the store back. The first time I got hung up on. The second time I asked for a refund for the 30 dollars of food that never got delivered. Reviews like this never get read by the establishment and I want to make sure I’m not coming off as rude, but this is by far the worst service I’ve ever had, and you should not waste your time at this place.
This location is by fair the WORST Panera Bread location within a 50 mile radius. My office orders Panera at minimum twice weekly spending an average of 75.00 dollars each time. Much to my chagrin, management always offers their apologies and a free dessert item, but that doesnt do it for me, I would like my order to be CORRECT & hot, and without excuses. So, we wont be going to this Panera ever again.
Panera, near Middlebelt and I96, has really grown in the last handful of years! There is a drive through, a self-ordering menu, and delivery! Customers simply cannot expect their orders to be filled as fast as McDonalds. Paneras baked goods are done in house over night to prepare for the day. I can imagine the difficulty keeping up with that demand! I had a large order yesterday, and I noticed a customer who came in after me was done before me. He was known by name, so I think he is a working man in the area and Panera takes good care of him. I like that and I dont care where my place in line is. My order was correct and delicious. BEST MAC N CHEESE EVER!!!! An employee apologized several times for how long it took but I thought that was completely unnecessary- it takes me much longer to do all that at home for my family! I am grateful to be served by caring people. The menu was totally new to me because I hadnt been in town for a long time. The man taking my order talked to me about what food I like and how I like it, with a smile, and sincerely made sure I was getting what I needed and wanted. Thats above and beyond, in my opinion. My old best friend works here and I saw him working hard too, to prepare food, even though hes an upper management guy. You rock! Panera has a lot to live up to and I pray their customers will come in with patience, gratitude, and respect for the employees and the very challenging job they have to serve their community, especially with this new (great!) hotel next door.
What I dont understand its pandemic, have signs on everywhere No Mask, No Service but they touch everything with bare hands, like nothing happens, the way I saw them doing its unsanitary no matter what situation is, period ! You cant get the coffee yourself but they all touch it, lids, cup, without gloves, really its disgusting what I saw today! 😳😖
Usually I give Panera a good rating, love there food. Tonight, while food tasted fine, they were out of bread at 7pm. Ordered a breadbowl soup, no breadbowl, and was told after I had already placed and was waiting for the order to come up. They did offer a substitute for lack of baguettes and bowl, but it was like going to burger king and they tell you they are out of beef.
I ordered food and drive thru operator refused to bring food to drive thru window so I had to limp inside and get food. I spend a lot of money at Panera and Ive picked up rapid pick up orders from the drive thru window many times--nobody else ever refused. I had also given a tip. Im disappointed.
First let me say, i am sick. Wanted soup and sandwich. Ordered for rapid pick up. Grab it and go, no problem. Get home, put my pajamas back on. Sit down to eat some chicken noodle soup, and 1/2 a cuban. Well my soup was cheddar brocolli, which I usually enjoy, not when I have the flu thought. Tried to call, maybe the could just have the right soup ready when I get there. Not happening because they wont anwser the phone. So I get dressed AGAIN, drive myself up there and return the food. The manager did put refund my money, but I will not return. One bad experience while being sick, just put me off. Im sure it would have been delicious
I have been to alot of Panera and I usually dont write reviews because my first thought is to give the benefit of the doubt. However, this place is the worst Panera I have ever been to. Couldnt get my order right,,,mac and cheese for my daughter was soup,,the grilled cheese was not grilled but just melted inside cold bread..coffee machine was broken....How can you be a Panera and not have coffee?..please get it right, I would love to eat here again when I visit my daughter
This is a lowest rating i eve gave to Panera chain. Now its been couple of times when they ran out of Green Tea bags, How do you run out of green tea? another thing is managers dont train their employees of GREAT customer service. They run out of hot water constantly. And when i asked the guy to get me a cup of hot water, he told me to wait, went to grab empty thermos and went in the back for a few minutes instead he should have grabbed my cup, filled out with water and then filled his thermos. And also why are lemon wedges are all the way in the end of the store by the garbage can instead of being next to teas? Just a bad management.
It seems every time I go to this location they mess something up on my order. This last time will be the last time. They took my order without ringing anything up on the screen and told me to pull around. Each item was the wrong size. Then they seemed upset that I was trying to correct them. Terrible customer service!
Breakfast sandwiches are made very inconsistently. Ive had about 5 bad sandwiches where the egg white was like rubber. I found out that the egg white is poured out of a container, they do not crack fresh eggs like they do for a normal egg sandwich. There is no easy way to access the building from main roads and no side walks in the surrounding area consistent to ride a bike from the local neighborhoods. The staff however is great. Panera needs to pay better wages. My low rating is for panera, not the underpaid folks that work there.
Ive been coming to this location for many years, and it used to be great... Im not sure what changed, but its not the same Panera it once was. Employees now are rude, and service is extremely slow... there will be a line inside with only one person taking orders, and if even one customer is ordering bagels or a big order, it all comes to a standstill, and you will wait in line forever (a few times now Ive seven given up and walked out.. Im not alone, Ive seen plenty of others do the same).The drive through is even worse. If there is even one car in front of you, cut your losses and either head inside and hope for better luck... or just go elsewhere. (Or call your boss and tell them youll be in late, if youre really desperate for panera, lol). I think with delivery and all the online order/pick up stuff, theyve just spread their staff too thin. Its just awkward... no one smiles, no one greets you, everyone seems to move really slow. I keep hoping they turn things backaround, but I keep getting more and more disappointed.
So, this location is always slow and not very clean, but today I had such a terrible experience there that I wont be back. I asked for 2 orders of Mac and cheese, and 2 Cubans with light mustard. Got my order, took it back to work, and the mac and cheese has mustard on it. Took it back, and they start to argue with me, saying the order was made correct based on the receipt. I had to ask the guy 3 times Who gets mustard on mac and cheese? The original guy taking my order defended me, and told me that he made an error, but this other guy wont just fix it, just kept making excuses and wanted to argue. Finally got him to fix it, the manager Mike was making my food, and didnt apologize for messing up, acted mad I was asking to fix it. Slow service has always deterred me from this location, but this attitude will ensure I tell everyone to never spend their money here.
If you are looking for a restaurant that usually has key items unavailable (even if these items were available when you placed your order), and delivery service that is rarely correct, delivers cold soup, warm salads, sandwiches which are either smooshed and oozing condiments or hard and inedible, and employs an extremely rude driver (WHY he is still employed here is beyond me)....YOUR SEARCH IS OVER !!!This location will exceed even the lowest of expectations!
Was NOT very pleased with my sandwich this time.Roasted Turkey apple cheddar. The bread was soaked on the one side like it sat on a wet plate..My guest ordered Chicken noodle bowl. Not very much soup was in bowl and when she went up to ask for more soup the guy rolled his eyes , yeah and put a little more. Im really disappointed .
For the amount of money you pay for meals at Panera, this place is a complete joke. Ordered the vegan lentil bowl—had egg in it. The fountain drink machine was putting black spots into other customers drinks—very poorly managed. This isn’t my first time coming to Panera—but it will definitely be my last. A $30 meal for two people and it’s usually wrong? Step your game up Panera!
I worked in Livonia for 3 years and this was my favorite place to eat. Food was always great. I probably ordered from there over 50 times and only had one messed up order. And the manager quickly addressed it professional. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
Was in there today during their lunch rush. Let me just say, they were rockin it! The manager, Nikki, was back there making food faster than Ive ever seen. All the employees were hustling. But, I really just wanted to give kuddos to Nikki!! You picked the right person to be a manager, she was working her tail off.
Food was delivered early, but portions were smaller and not as tasty as I thought it wouldve been. French onion soup doesnt taste homemade, but I could be wrong. My flatbread was burnt and crumbled at the ends. I ordered a chocolate mocha, and over half of it had been spilt in the drivers carrier. I get that it was raining, but come on. Youre gonna throw my drink inside your carrier instead of in a cup holder at least? I just had higher expectations
Second time w delivery.1. Dont order drinks online, they will not bring them.2. Do not plan on getting your food on time. It always takes them at least 20 mins longer to bring your food. By that time its soggy and gross.I asked the delivery guy why it was so late, he said he had other orders he had to wait for before he left.Food was cold this time as well.Our business will NEVER order from this store again!
I literally spend money at this establishment almost every single day and there’s always a problem! Rude managers , stale food , burnt food , incorrect order, there is ALWAYS a problem! Without fail! I will definitely be taking my business to the 6 mile location and I recommend you do as well!
Ordered online to pick up in store. Order was not ready and waited almost one hour to have it filled. No apology or anything from the manager on duty Mike. Very rude and insincere. If Im spending almost $100 for a family dinner an apology for the wait is the least he could gave done.
Waited outside for my order because thats what they instruct you to do.. However I waited 25 minutes for my order that was supposed to be ready by 11:30am wasted my whole lunch outside waiting for my order that was just sitting getting cold. I really didnt appreciate it this at all
With tip and Delivery I paid 14.00 for a small Mac and cheese.. it comes and it looks completely like mushed bananas so disappointed once again not the first time this has happened of course the manager offered me a new one or a free one for the next time lol no thanks I refused and refuse to ever go there again because she also admitted the same Mac and cheese has been sitting for to long smh way to get people sick great job employees 👏🏼👏🏼

OFTEN OUT OF BAGELS BY MID AFTERNOONAlso, they no longer have a newspaper available to read, and have trouble keeping the lemon slices stocked in the drink area.The 4 stars are for their ATTEMPT to have healthier food than the average restaurant, although their heavy emphasis on carbs isnt all that healthy.

2022-05-27Great experience, the only problem I have is with the glass coffee mugs, they are never clean.I usually just use hot water to rinse off.Tuna on Cesar salad and creamy tomato soup are best.

2022-06-23Disappointed that I spent $19.00 for this chicken sandwich that was not even a whole breast, burnt and dry and tough as shoe leather. The chicken sandwich had more mayo then chicken! One if the worst chicken sandwichs I have ever eaten. I also ordered a whole Greek salad that didnt even fill half of the plastic take out container. To charge that much for this kind if food is highway robbery!

2022-04-14I’ve always love Panera And this location is pretty great! I’ve been here multiple times for meetings, lunch dates and family meals. I love to get the bakers dozen bagels, chocolate pastry, cookies and scones. Arielle (cashier) is a delight and I haven’t learned the chefs names but the ones I’ve gotten food from have been great each time at this location. I love to dine in and carry out here.

2022-07-02I ordered about $40 worth of items for carry out and when I got home realized they forgot the most expensive item, a chicken sandwich. I had to drive 4 miles back to the store to get a replacement. I demanded both a replacement and a refund and the store refused. Come on! Im wasting 30 minutes of my time and driving around 8 miles for their mistake and the best theyll compensate is a free bakery item. So I guess they think its fine to waste peoples time but cant lose any money on it. At least the replacement was quick and tasted good.

2022-05-13Order was fine 30 minutes past when I was suppose to pick up. Making me late for my meeting. The manager was short with me when I kept asking bout timing as they had to cook the eggs. So a 3 for order being right, but bad customer service and helpfulness.

2022-05-11I usually like most of the Paneras products and generaly there is uniformity between various locations. For the 1st time time I was really disappointed. The meal we ordered was was all wrong and over charged. The mediterranean Bowl that I ordered was wilted, goopy and tasted wrong. My friends Baja Bowl was all wrong and even the coffee was not hot. I went to complain and ask them to resolve the order and the stuff was actong a little wierd and a bit lack-luster. Not waiting to risk the possible retailation of my complaint by a digrutled prepared. We threw our $30 lunch in the trash. First time post Covid that I returned to this location. Never again. Like for the past 2 years cheaper and safe to serve my self. I give the one star because the cashier was nice.

2022-05-07Frequently try to eat here but its difficult to. Most of the time all of the tables are dirty so youll have to clean them yourselves. Takes a long time to get your order and when you do most of the time its incorrect or missing stuff. I just wish it was cleaner and more accurately fast paced.

2022-05-12I arrived on a Thursday morning at 8:05 and I was the only one in line, but my order wasnt taken until 8:17. There was no coffee in any of the pots (except decaf). I ordered a sausage on brioche bun (simple enough, right?). At 8:45...Im still waiting, bc the cook is doing lunch boxes for a catering order. Awful!

2021-06-27This Panera bread has a drive-thru and I never really have to wait long for my order which is nice if youre on lunch. I like the soup and salad here and thats usually my go to because its fast as well. This location isnt usually busy so that makes it a easy pick if youre in rush. All in all this is a nice location.

2022-04-26For the price, the food is just meh (at this location). I would expect better cooked/put together food. The rice and quinoa in the bowl was hard and dry. Cookie was disappointing especially for the price! Spent almost $20 for a lunch that was not good. I’ll be sticking with the bagels and coffee from now on.
