Comment: Really they are more deserving of zero stars, but thats not an option. While the service department has been okay to work with for the last eight years, their accounting people have always been inept. Now that theyre part of Pape, theyve gone off of the deep end. A $300 charge (that was never disclosed) for five minutes on site to tell us verbally that it looked like a $1200 job.

Comment: Worst company to receive a Price quote. Requested a quote for a very expensive part. waited 2 weeks for the quote and never received it. When i called back to find out what has happened they couldnt give me an answer.
