2022-04-12Excellent communication and customer service. The team at the office and delivery crew are professional, prompt and super friendly. Its easy to check prices on the website (multi-year LP pricing - awesome transparency) and they have an online pay option. Were very happy customers.

2021-12-21Great service! The man was already out the door to meet me before I placed my truck in park. He even set the filled tanks on my truck gate when I was inside paying the bill. I will definitely be back!

2020-12-01Went there to get a tank filled at a reasonable price. Also needed a hose and advice. Bill in back enthusiastically took me under his wing and sorted out the details, and gathered all the parts to make a custom hose on the spot. Great customer service on his part, and office staff were very nice and helpful. Ran like a family business without inflated prices... go there and see.

2018-10-31We switched from the bigger competitors company after three years. The competition would not come down on their prices at $1.90 a gallon I was done. They raked us over the coals for far too long with nothing under $1.79. Parker gave us a 99 cent first fill and then a pre buy at $1.49. When I went to their office in Howell it was spacious, clean, modern and cozy. They were all knowledgeable people working there so I felt confident to get good service When the men showed up to switch our tanks they were just as polite and friendly. I offered them coffee and wish I could make them a meal; they worked so hard in the rain too. The workers had smiles on their faces and appreciated my kind words. I love the way they do business. I am a Parker Propane fan.

2019-04-23I needed to fill up my 20# RV tank and had called a company on M-59 who told me to drop the tank off and I could pick it up the next day. Found Parker Propane on my iPhone, drove over, employees laughed when I told them the earlier story about their competitor and they promptly refilled my tank and I was in and out within about 5 minutes. Very friendly people, excellent customer service and the cheapest refill of a tank in a long time! I will be back as I appreciate the quick service and without excuses!

2018-01-05Amazing!! We were down to 5% and I thought surely with negative temperatures for a week that we would be out of propane for a week before they could get to us! They delivered within 2 HOURS!!!!!!OTHER COMPANIES CHARGED US $150 EXTRA FOR SAME DAY SERVICE WITHIN 3 DAYS!!Im very impressed!

2021-01-26Forgot to check tank woke up with no heat and a freezing house. The tank was empty in the middle of January. Called at 8:30am by 10:30am the tank was filled and pressure/leak checked and furnace was up and running.
