Comment: I dont give 5 star reviews unless a business has went far and above what would be expected. Well, Patrick Salazars business is one that has done just that. I am writing this review after terminating an auto policy that my mother had with Patricks office for probably close to 60 years. Mom no longer drives so we had to cancel. We have however kept a homeowners policy with them. Thru the years we have had a few accidents and the personal service and attention to detail we received could have not been better.Cancelling moms policy was biittersweet. I felt like I was losing a connection with a long time friend. Lisa, who works at the office has been my connection for a good many years. Lisa has helped after moms fender benders often reaching out just to see how progress is going on a repair or to make sure my mom is doing well. Lisa would call if she could find us a better rate on our policy of if she could tell if a rate change might be coming in the future. I mean what kind of business does that these days? Seriously, For all of your insurance needs you could not be in better hands than working with Patrick Salazars office. They will treat you like family.

The only issue I have is State Farm policies with no accident forgiveness. 1 accident (very minor) and my rates went up and points on record. Nothing the agent can do, they are just following State Farm policy. This was a tough pill to swallow. Recently moved to another town, rates went up again. As long as you maintain a perfect driving record, youre good but dont expect a lower insurance cost, overall. They are reliable with no issues and will do what you expect an insurance carrier to do.

That agent retired several years later and my account was taken up by Patrick Salazar.I have made only a few claims over the years. On every occasion, Patricks office made the experience as painless as possible. They really took me in hand, were always there for me, answering questions and following up on details, even when it wasnt, strictly speaking, their responsibility to make sure things were okay for me.Once, a claim was filed against me which was bogus, full of inconsistencies and falsehood. Patricks people helped me pursue the details, and the claim disappeared.There was an earlier period of time, for a couple of years, when my husband had passed away and I was going through a lot of personal difficulties. One of Patricks staff always went the extra mile, calling me so I would avoid being late with my monthly payments. I was glad he had so much stability in his office staff. It was a great help during a tough time.Through ALL these years, Patrick and his staff have made sure I was getting the coverage I wanted and needed, for the most discounted rates possible.I have had such confidence in, I have so valued the Salazar State Farm Agency, that when I moved back to the Bay Area NINETEEN YEARS AGO, I didnt change insurance agents! Comment: I used to be with Progressive under the false notion that I was saving money because of their discount by combining my home & car insurance. During a refi of my home, my mortgage lender mentioned I had a higher than normal insurance premium. So, after searching around I decided to go with State Farm, and so glad I did. Patrick and Lisa were so personable that they made me feel at ease immediately. They were extremely fast with getting me a quote on my home and auto insurance policies and when they did I realized how much more I would REALLY be saving (hint: it was significantly more!). The process of switching everything over was very fast, seamless and efficient. Since switching to State Farm I have also had a couple instances where I needed to reach out to them, and both Patrick and Lisa are always very attentive and responsive. One of the best companies all around that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Comment: Patrick has been my State Farm agent for almost a decade now and I cannot say enough good things. Maybe the best thing is that I never have to worry about anything insurance related. Both he and his office staff make dealing with insurance a breeze which is normally not the case.When we moved into a new home we called inquiring about earthquake insurance and Lisa provided great info about coverage amounts and we had several quotes available to us within minutes.I moved away from Visalia some years ago but have kept my relationship with this office solely because of their customer service.
