They’ve helped us deal with the insurance adjuster and the mortgage company. They have also be so patient with me being hyper vigilant after the last contractor we had. Would recommend!

Comment: I had a great experience with Paul Davis. All the staff is very professional, proactive and treat all your requests and concerns with a sense of urgency. The team arrived within 1.5 hrs of my initial call and were very thorough and efficient identifying the impacted areas in my property and putting in place contingency measures to mitigate the issue and minimize damage. I had the pleasure to work with Justin Riehm, during our emergency, he is always listening to customer answering questions and providing great status information about what to expect and required steps to remediate and address my concerns. He is very professional and knows how to manage and understand customer requests/concerns. The staff at the office, is always up to date with the latest on your case, and no matter who picks up the phone they are able to give you status on your case and advise you on nex steps They are part of a well coordinated and efficient operation. Super happy about that as well.. I highly recommend Paul Davis

Comment: Veterans/homeowners beware! Very unprofessional organization. I called Paul Davis [Temecula] because I had water and mold damage in my kitchen and living room. I was in desperate need for an estimate for restoration of my kitchen and living room because my home insurance needed one immediately. I had told Eric from Paul Davis that we were a military family and have been living without a kitchen for approximately 4 months and was requesting their assistance. Eric came to my house for an assessment and told me that he would provide me with an estimate at the soonest considering my situation. After 2 weeks I heard nothing. I had to reach out on 3 other occasions and was fully ignored. I was forced to go somewhere else and Paul Davis failure to stick to their word extended the suffering of my family and I. I was not contacted or giving any kind of courtesy on what the delay was. Almost one month later I still have not heard from them after multiple attempts. My experience with Paul Davis [Temecula] has been a nightmare and they showed a total lack of empathy and concern for my situation. If they couldnt work on my house, they should have been transparent with me from the very beginning and not deliberately ignore me. Military families and/or other homeowners do not deserve this kind of treatment!! They should be ashamed of themselves.

She was very detailed when explaining the process. Her communication was outstanding.Houston and Robert amazing staff they would come in to the house assisted with the packing and explain the process and got the job done in a few day. Highly recommend them amazing company.

Comment: Hired company to look at a mold issue on an inspection on a home I was purchasing, paid the fee and left 3 messages and still no report received.or phone call. its frustrating when you have contingencies to release when purchasing a home and you cant get a report you paid for and cant get the company to call you back.This company was referred by archive home inspections, not impressed.

You want experts and someone who cares about their work and the type of work they do and know what they are doing, then these guys for you. They do absolutely excellent work, very professional, they keep in contact with you and show up when their scheduled to. It was so easy and such a pleasure working with Kristen who was in charge of my project. I recommend these Paul Davis Restoration 100% for restoration and re-building of your home back to the way it was. Thank you Paul Davis.

Comment: Whatever you do. DO NOT HIRE PAUL DAVIS. OVER PROMISE, UNDER DELIVER. They not only did not have an active Project Manager on our job, they BOTCHED basic work, ruined flooring, and the list goes on and on and on. I gave these guys probably a DOZEN chances to make good on the issues we were having, but it was when we were 2 weeks from having to move back in that we found out there was over 1 month of left and 300+ sqft of perfect flooring installed crooked and RUINED that we were forced to terminate them. Jim and Erik came by and acknowledged how TERRIBLE the work was, and that they themselves would have fired Paul Davis as well. They told us they would credit us back for any work that was done wrong and credit us hours for additional repairs, as well as order the new flooring so we could get a new GC in as quickly as possible. They let over a month go by, and STILL have not ordered our flooring and are now playing games with us. My family was forced to move out of our 1st temporary apartment, into a second one and has delayed our work by more than 3 months once all is said and done.This is a HORRIBLE recap of what has really happened and I only dont go into more detail for sake of wasting another breath on these people. However I figured I would be doing ALL of their prospective clients a diservice to not warn them of what they are in for.STAY AWAY! NEGATIVE 5 Stars

Comment: Paul Davis is the best company to call for fast service no matter what time of day. We deal with a lot of floods in rental homes and PD is my first call. We had a flood last week and Erik right on top of it and at the house that day with all the equipment, job was completed within a couple of days and no complaints from my tenant. Very professional and easy to work with.
