I am very happy with the service from the State Farm team at this office! Made it super easy to get a quote and then later the same day start my new policy. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and didn’t waste my time or give me the run around like other places do. I have great coverage for an excellent price. I have been using this State Farm office since I moved to Grand Rapids nearly 8 years ago. From proactively identifying savings on my car insurance, helping me when I switched over to a new car and purchased a new home- they have always been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. On several occasions theyve taken the time to provide multiple quotes and walk me through various scenarios so Im confident I end up with the optimal coverage for my unique situation. They always make it easy and have remained competitive throughout the years.
We have had all of our insurance needs supported through this office for nearly 30 years and have always been treated professionally and fairly. Erin and the others on the team offer thorough explanations, great follow through and are very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this State Farm group to others.

I was on the border of looking at other agents, but Im glad I called Paul Ortez State Farm.Ive never had someone explain to me as in depth and understandable what my current coverage was and what my recommended coverage should be. We have had several auto claims over the years and the process to repair the cars was quick and very professional. In three cases, we had cars end up being totaled and the amount we were paid was more than satisfactory. The claims were processed and checks were issued quickly.

You are amazing Angie.I have to admit that I have looked into cheaper Insurance providers..You are on the more expensive side... but I have NEVER had an issue with State Farm. 2022-02-24Weve been with this branch for a few years now. Life happens and they understand that. Ive never had a disrespectful phone conversation, weve always had our coverage adjusted as needed, and Im never waiting more than 24 hours without a response if something comes up.
