Called for a tow truck was told 35 to 45 min. He was there in 30. Extremely friendly, and professional had my truck hooked up and ready in minutes. Highly recommend this tow service.
I can’t recommend them enough! Paul’s was the second tow truck to come get my jeep out of a small ditch. I wish my insurance had called them first because they knew exactly what to do and had my jeep out in minutes! The first tow truck had managed to get my jeep deeper in the ditch and in a more precarious position by a tree. Paul’s was professional and helpful every step of the way. We’ll be calling Paul’s first from now on!
Rude front desk/receptionist.Not helpful at all. Very rude to customer in distress that had her car towed. Would not accept charge even though another customer stated charge were accepted for him.
If its the Paul I called...nah...find someone else or do like me push it yourself rude business ethics.

They came when they said they would & we got a great rate as well. Only thing was that I had to pick my husband up. They dont allow riders. Just lucky I was close enough to pick him up. If its the closeness make people wear the mask & give your drivers sanitizer wipes & lysol spray.
Called to schedule a time for pick up the following morning to take my truck to a mechanic shop. Travis was there early...friendly. Courteous. A good job done. Ty.

Excellent service. My wife hit a deer and we had the car repaired last week. Tim and Rachael were great to work with. They provided us a loaner and repairs were done as quoted and in a timely manner. We will use Pauls for any future repairs.
Honest folks doing honest work, only got a minor repair done here, but they treated us like we were important and helped us and our customer make timely pickup of freight with their can do attitude and jumping right on our small issue. Highly, highly recommended.
Its been about one year since I had the entire right side of my car fixed from a deer hitting it and it looks great! Shortly after it was fixed I noticed my car handle wasnt opening consistently on the side they had fixed. It wasnt bad and I wasnt sure if it was a coincidence so I waited. Today I went in to get it looked at and their power was out. They asked if I had a little more time because the power was out and looked at it right then. Within 30 minutes they had me out with that fixed! A big thanks to the Pauls collision team, especially at an inconvenient time with the power out.
Very expensive! 6 am Monday morning stuck in McDonalds parking lot was towed to Pauls collision which according to google map distance is 0.1 mile 528 feet charged $160! Yes that arrived within less then an hour but to be charged so much perhaps that was the hook up fee still an outrageous price!
Really great people, I’m also a tow truck operator and this gentleman pulled over to block for me at 7pm when he was over an hour from home! Thank you for having my 6 in a dangerous spot!

Pauls is our Go To shop for collision work. Weve had three accidents and four deer collisions since we moved to the area 1997. We would not think of going anywhere else. The employees are friendly and the cars/trucks always come back looking like new. Thanks guys...keep up the great work!
I wanna make clear I didnt have services done by this company, but I do wanna say that this companys driver almost hit me and my family going the wrong way on a one way street. As me and my family was trying to get to our driveway this driver pulled out of the alley going the wrong way. Its says one way street right across from the alley he pulled out of. My husband confronted him briefly he said I didnt have another way ha I watch 72 feet truck n trailers pull out of there going the right way so dont tell me u cant We called the company and they too argued with my husband and said that the driver was in the right. Ok so you are telling me its ok to not follow the road signs and cause accidents. When you get sued it will be your fault.
We have nothing but good things to say about Pauls Collision. We had them put a new windshield in our 2004 Silverado. and at no extra charge they realigned our door. A company that charges significantly extra for 911 calls due to car accidents? Shame on you taking advantage of people when theyre already dealing with so much suffering.

Nothing good to say about this company whatsoever. Took a very simple tow and turned it into a major issue then had the nerve to charge for showing up to do nothing. Try the small businesses in this area. Much better service and pricing.

2022-02-03I had gotten into a car accident. The road did not have a shoulder. my vehicle was not drivable and in the roadway blocking a lane of traffic. Called AAA for roadside assistance to get a tow. After sitting and waiting for 4.5 hours to get an response from roadside assistance and to get a tow truck assigned to my vehicle, I decided to call Paul’s towing myself. They had a vehicle at my car within 40 minutes to my vehicle. Which is a really quick response time from their location to mine. I appreciate them showing up and being kind. I will update this review once they have finished working on my car since they’re the auto body shop that will be working on my car from the accident.

2022-01-19Not a good company and horrible customer service... will tell you 1 thing then when you get there add even more on to the bill... car was damaged during tow but not there fault, right? Would not recommend to anyone and hope karma comes back

2021-07-01I came to them with a straightforward request: a quote to repair or replace two doors and the immediate pillar repair work on my car. I told them I didnt care about the paint or my slightly rusty quarter panel. I told them I didnt even care if they put non-color-matching/used doors on my car, as long as they could get the electrical to work. I told them I just wanted my functioning doors back, preferably as inexpensive as possible. What I got back was a quote full of all the extra work and painting that I didnt want. I gave them another chance in a straightforward email detailing more clearly what I wanted, but was told that they wouldnt do the job unless they could also do the paint and polishing because they had to maintain their reputation.They value money and their own reputation over basic customer service.I would have been THRILLED and happy if they had just listened to my request and just stuck with that. But no.

2020-01-26I was on the phone with AAA in my ride at 1:30 in the morning and their driver was rushing to do their job.. even offered to take my car key and fob off... Nope proceeded to continue to do his job with my house keys still on the ring... After I called the shop after he just took off now theyre trying to charge me a $60 fee to get my own house

2021-06-06Called roadside assistance through our insurance carrier. Paul’s Collision was contacted by our insurance company to tow our vehicle. Steve from Paul’s Collision contacted us to see if we could leave our vehicle overnight and they would get a driver out first thing in the morning because he was going all day and could not do another tow. IF we could leave the vehicle overnight, we would not have contacted roadside assistance. Very unprofessional! Will never do business with this company.

2020-09-17My van broke and I needed it towed home. The tow truck driver was very polite, professional and aware of my concerns with being towed. He was kind enough to explain how and why the van needed to be towed a certain way. Of course, I needed to ride home with him. I was amazed at how clean the inside of the tow truck was and I commented about it. I will definitely call them again if I need to be towed.
